General Purpose Hooks, Large, 5 lb Cap, White, 1 Hook and 2 Strips/Pack

I now have an addiction to all 3M Command Adhesive products, and it all started with the large hook. I bought the first one several years ago (now 2010) and put it in my shower to hold my shower brush. It's still there!!!

I love using the reuseable command hooks! They work great and can be removed without leaving marks or pulling paint off! Great product to keep handy around the house!

My wife likes to hang her shower cap but what she used failed -- so we switched to your big hook and the problem is gone.

i love these hooks. i needed a way to decorate my new apartment. i cant put nails in my walls so i had to find a way to hang curtins, pictures, calenders, and my bath robe. once a hung these things up, i loved them imediatly. they are amazing. thank you all of all your help. :)

I put these in my boys' room for their pajama's to be hung on (rather than being left on the floor). I LOVE them. My 3 year old can easily hang the clothes on the hook and not have to worry about them slipping of.

I host international students during the school year, and when my latest student left, I realized that part of making her space personalized involved totally rearranging the bedroom and then hanging a Command Designer Hook in the bathroom for her robe...not where I would have put it, but it made her happy, and now it can come down and leave an empty canvas for the next student!

I love using the command hooks when putting up my christmas decorations. I decorate every room and these hooks allow me to hang my garlands or lights without any damage to my walls. Putting the tab gets the hook off my painted walls or my paneling easily. Love the different sizes they come in.

Love Command Hooks! This one is great for back of bathroom doors for towels and/or robes. The plastic hook will brake if too much weight is put on them.

Needed something to hang my jacket at my work office. Placed this product on the back of my office door - right price, quick and easy, looks great, works perfectly.

In the last year I find all refill strips to be lacking in quality. I can't get anything to stay up anymore. While there is not damage to the wall, the damage comes from items falling off the wall because the adhesive strips no longer work like they used to. I will stop wasting my money until I can be assured the quality has returned. Enering the sweepstakes to maybe see if things have changed

I bought several of these to hang things up around my house, absolutely love these and have used them for so many different things. From decoratingId to organizing, there are so many ways to use these and best of all NO NAILS OR DAMAGE! I bought this hook to hang my coat on in my dorm. When it came time for moving out i tried to take it off the way the directions told me to. When i went to pull the sticky stuff the entire thing snapped off along with the paint in my dorm room. Now I'm getting billed for damage.

I use these a lot around the house but even more in my classroom. We are not allowed to use most other adhesives on the walls. This particular one is being used to hand a wreath on my classroom door.

I received this product for free from 3M to evaluate. After trying out this product, I loved how versatile it was. I could use it to decorate or organize. The best part about this product is that you don't have to use nails or damage your walls. It is also very easy to install.

This morning I received the Designer Large Hook, and right now it is severing as a useful computer cord holder. Instead of cluttering the floor the cord is wrapped around this hook and no more messy floor. It also saves me time for no more picking up the cords before sweeping/mopping and the best part it blends it with the white wall and the cords. Thanks Command!

I was very surprised at how strong this little hook is! I attached it to my bathroom door for my robe and nightgown. It is now holding three gowns and two robes!! I'm getting more of these to put on the inside of all my closet doors for the things I use often. What a great idea these large hooks were.

I love command hooks. I use them every where. I have them in closets to hold my robe, purses, etc. On the side of a cabinet to hold the dog leashes. I hang Christmas decorations with them so I can take them down after Christmas and not ruin the walls. They even are strong enough to hold brooms, dust pans and mops. I even have them holding a wire shower organizer.

I love this hook! I have used many of these in my home for different purposes and they are wonderful! It makes being organized so much easier!

I used this hook inside my kitchen pantry. I'll use it to hang my apron. It was easy to attach and no holes on the door. Perfect!

I received the 3m command designer hook as a sample and after trying it, went out and bought more. I just redid my walk in closet and put a bookcase in the closet. I wanted to hang my swifter vac in the closet but didn't want to put a nail in the bookcase. I put this hook on the side of the bookcase and it was strong enough to hold my swifter. I then added two more hooks to add a couple of other items on the side of the.book case . These hooks kept items off the floor, looks nice and neat and I don't have to worry about damaging my bookcase.

I've been using 3M Command hooks for years. I have a large one holding my hair dryer inside a bathroom cabinet, I use them for temporary holiday decorations when I don't want to put a nail in the wall and I use medium sized ones for keys, hair asseccories and more.

How lucky was I to receive this 3M Command Designer Large Hook as a free test sample! My husband was always less than thrilled when I would ask him to drill a hole to hang something. The beauty of this hook and others like it is that it is not permanent. When you decide to change the look, and re-use the hook elsewhere, there's no evidence of the hook on your unmarred wall. I hung this one in my master bathroom on the side of the cabinet to hold my hair dryer. The weight capacity of this hook accommodates the dryer easily. Now I will buy another for my curling iron!!

I Love the 3M-Command large hook .I decided to use it in our small bathroom where space is limited.I read directions so i followed them exactly.First i had to prepare the area where I am placing the hook.had to wash the area with lots of hot soapy water then rinsed and i patted it dry and then I let it air dry some more while I opened the 3M-Command Designer Large Hook.The adhesive strip is clearly labeled on both sides.One side goes on plastic piece which I did; confess kept pressing a few seconds longer cause lost track of timeNext i removed the wall side only sticker from which is attached to plastic piece pressing as hard as I could;attached the hook which slides on plastic piece then decided to wait to morning Since i wanted to make sure it would hold the weight of a large wet bath towel.Its morning the 3M-Command Designer Large Hook is now holding my wet towel.So far so go.Since I wanted to make sure it would hold the weight,I waited a few days before writing this review.I am completely impressed with this product .Another winner from the 3M company!!the only part i could not include in the review of this product is removal.I could do it but i do not think that would be fair,since most hooks hang on your wall for at least 6 months or longer before removal.What i can say is i have removed and reattached other 3M hooks It is important to hold down top of plastic piece while pulling stretching adhesive strip straight down if it feels stuck don't force it stop and spray down with hot soapy water wait a minute then slowly finish removing it.doing it this way has left my walls undamaged.the hook is still holding my towel.I am very pleased I will be buying more of the 3M Command Designer Large Hooks for the rest of my towel hanging needs a good idea just came to me these would be great for hanging guest items like towels and jackets the remove after they leave.LOVE 3M BRANDS

I received this a week ago, and like all command products, I love it. It's large but doesn't have to be conspicuous-holds well.

I received this product several weeks ago. I decided to use this hook in my office for hanging up my coat, reusable bags, etc. So far, so good! I have hung up things up to about 3 pounds and the stick is great. It was so easy to just stick it on my office wall and not have to nail anything up. I recommend this for an easy, quick, damage-free way to give yourself some extra hanging storage!

These large hooks are so strong. I used one to hold my very heavy hairdryer. I didn't want to damage the cabinet with screws, so these damage-free hangers are perfect. It went on super easy and holds my massive dryer with ease.

I use Command Strips everywhere in my home. The only time I've ever had them result in damage is with the Velcro style and pulling the mounted item straight off. When used as designed they work wonderfully. \

I received this 3M Command Large Designer Hook free from 3M to product test in exchange for an honest review and that big hook is definitely hangin tough!  It was so easy to install/hang in the first place and it has not budged at all after being used to hang a variety of items, from winter jackets, to light purses, and a bunch of stuff in between.  I recently settled on using it to hang a heavy perpetual calendar I own and it is working out wonderfully, even with the constant flipping of the pages, which involves rehanging every time.  I have relocated the hook for its new job and they really mean it when they say "comes off cleanly"!  If you are looking to try out something from the Command line, this is a great place to start.

Used 3 of these to hang a piece of garland across our window.  Woke up to find that it came off the wall on the left side and took our paint off along with it.  Garland is not heavy at all.  What a huge disappointment!  We have used many of these in the past and were very happy with them.  Now, not so much :(

Used  4 of the large designer hooks to hang garland. Garland hung throughout the holidays without issue. The issue came when taking the strips off the wall. So much for damage free hanging; 3 of the 4 strips ripped paint and sheet rock off the wall. \

I purchased to hang a wreath on one of my doors inside the home. It is easy to apply and very sturdy. It remains on the door throughout the year as I change holiday decor.

I bought these hooks & placed them behind various doors to hang a light jacket or sweater or shirt on hanger. No matter what I did, these hooks do not hold anything. Even when I left it alone without anything, it would randomly fall off door. Your picture of a backpack hanging off of it is also deceiving. You need to reevaluate how many pounds these hooks & others can actually hold & for how long, before needing to reattaching a new hook.

I bought this for my kids to hang their backpacks on as they walk through the door.  I have bought more and used to hang sports bags.

I used this during the holiday season & when I took it down it damaged my wall. I followed the instructions so I don't understand why this happened.

My husband uses these to hang his exercise attire on it to dry after he is done working out and after washing them, works perfect.

I bought these a few months ago for my family's coats and the kids' backpacks. This way we wouldn't have to drill into the wall and install a coat rack since we are renting. However that would have caused less damage and would've been easier to cover up.  We were just sitting there watching tv and a hook that had my 4 year old daughter's empty backpack fell to the floor along with the paint from the wall. We were like ok well maybe is is just a fluke but one by one each coat fell but as you can see a few made it...... I really really had high hopes for these products I thought wow these are going to be great but then this happened. I'm scared to take the rest of them down now.
