I am going to be harsh on my feedback because my job requires me to travel for a living, and I have owned Samsonite products for over 15-years.

I currently have a Samsonite spinner and the zipper finally gave out.  I went to the Samsonite website to order a new one, and there really was only 2-3 to choose from.  This was the only one that was a spinner. I didn't think twice on the decision because I have always owned this brand.

I received this and was instantly disappointed.  What did you guys do to the handle?  Unless you are using some new, stronger lightweight metal that you cannot see by the eye, then I am wrong. The handle that you grab is the worse part.  The thin plastic is cheap and has sharp edges. I am sure my hand will wear that down over time.  The button that you push to raise and lower the handle is very cheap.  When you push in the button to lower the handle, I have to push into the base of the handle, which allows my thumb to experience the cheap plastic edges once again.  What happened to the thick round button? Ugh.  I have to live with this until I have the opportunity to buy another new bag.

What you guys did do right was the storage.  There is still room for more than one laptop and my tablet.

I say all of this not because I have loads of time on my hands, but because I hope Samsonite takes this feedback and increases the quality. I use my luggage everyday and I need good quality. I will come back any buy again if the quality improves.

Works well for short business trips.

Not sure how long the handle will hold up. wheels rolled well enough across the parking lot and i was able to carry whay i needed for a day in the cubicle.

It is very good quality, in the street it slows down a bit, and also not much space for clothes... but overall is a very good product.

I am loving this bag so far. Easy to maneuver, I'm a little concerned about the longevity of the expanding handle, it seems a little flimsy. Have used for work and personal travel over the last two months and it is very easy to navigate down an airplane aisle.

I'm a Pilot and I use it everyday as a briefcase to carry my personal itens. Excellent quality.

I use this bag whenever I travel, whether for business or pleasure. I keep my laptop in it, along with any other electronics, and whatever else I need for easy access when on a plane. The bag had been everything I wanted, until my last trip, when 2 of the 4 wheels decided not to spin without considerable resistance. As a result, the bag is no better than a wheeled bag. I am not sure if anything can be done.

I looked into bringing these into an authorized service center, but the cost and hassle of shipping is prohibitive. I also have no proof of purchase, as this was a gift to me. So, in essence, this bag lasted 2-1/2 years and now has lost all its advantages.

This is the right size for what I needed, but has too much 'stuff' to it for what I really wanted.  I needed a bag that had space for my laptop and a large and a small 3 ring binder, and with all the pockets and everything, it gets too tight (I travel with a number of files and a keyboard and mouse as well.)  I'm afraid I'm going to break the zipper.
Most disappointing to me tho, is the quality of the handle.  When I am wheeling it, it has so much 'give.'  It's not tight at all, lending me to believe it probably won't last for long.  Either that or the zipper will give out...I'm using it because my last bag lost a wheel, and I had to have something, but if there had been an alternative timing wise, I would have returned it.  It just doesn't suit my needs.  :(

I bought it expecting to be a practical suitcase, but it is too big and whenever I add everything I need for a 1-2 day trip it inclines forward. Quality is below what I expect from a Samsonite. I got it in a deal and wanted to return, but Samsonite would charge so much for the return that it didn't worth sending it back. So I have a brand new product stuck under my bed.

Great capacity beyond the laptop and work gear.   Glides super easy on carpet and super lightweight.   A replacement for the two wheel model from more than 10 years ago because I wanted the four wheels.  The old never wore out and am thinking this one will also live up to the Samsonite quality I have loved for years.

It rolls so easily on both carpet and tile with the four dual wheeled casters.  I upgraded from the two wheel model I have had for over 10 years for no other reason than better mobility inside the plane.  This is a great bag and will be with me for years as it meets the quality and durability I expect from Samsonite just like the old one!  I actually passed my old one to a friend as it works perfectly and has nothing wrong after all these years.

This is my first experience with Samsonite. I'm very happy with the product. I like the quality and attention to details.

Handle should be placed closer to rear, as bag currently must be spun around and carried with fromt(rounded) side against your leg.

The handle feels really flimsy and poorly made!

My wife uses this bag to transport her files and computers back and forth between  offices in two towns every other day.

Very versatile

My husband loves the case and is in and out of airports almost weekly but we have had to replace it already twice because of the handle not retracting. This will be the third time in four years that I have had to replace it. . Great case but it definitely needs to have a better handle. Passengers on planes do not have time for you to fight to get your handle on a brief case to retract so you can put it in the overhead storage compartment. It can be very frustrating.

Less than 6 months in, wheel bearings are already shot on one wheel. Bought samsonite FROM samsonite for one reason, quality. That must be a thing of the past. Yes, i will try to have them replace bag, but disappointed that this occurred in the first place. What good is a wheelie if you have to carry it?

This bag does great going from office to home. I use it daily, and it's been a great bag since Day 1. Plus, I get complements on it everyday!

I really like the product. It is light weight, with plenty of room. One item that could use some upgrade is the handle. It is very thin and moves a lot side to side when rolling the product on all four wheels for transporting.

This is my first purchase of a briefcase on wheels.  I am a bit concerned about the wobbliness of the retracting handle.  So far, the handle works fine, but I made the purchase only a few weeks ago.

Great product, I like the built quality, lots of nice pockets. Rolls on hard surfaces very smoothly.

It seems quite rugged and versatile. The double wheels are very good. It is still perhaps a bit heavy-though slightly lighter than a previous version of this bag I also owned.

I use the bag to do local appt and to fly with. Samsonite had a version that had an extra section. This is a good compromise.  They improved the handle and the wheels but the extender columns are still week

Wheels are awesome, as usual.  The handle is a little shorter (and I am not tall) that I would prefer and a little less sturdy.  Overall, great product though.

I will recommend the bag, but only conditionally.  I purchased 10 months ago and have used the bag for more than 30 flights internationally and domestic.  The casters work well, but often I have only 3 in contact with the floor when walking.  The zippers occasionally miss a tooth but don't give any trouble realigning on the next pull.  The fabric has been durable and shows very little wear.  The strap in the overnight compartment does not cinch tight, but packing cubes keep my stuff from sliding around.  
I needed a bag for my computer and work accessories and didn't want a backpack.  I also wanted room to store safety shoes and vest or enough clothes and hygiene gear for an overnight trip.  The bag is perfect on its own and I have no trouble fitting it under the seat on most flights.  However, for multiday trips the weight of the bag is really too much for it to stack on another rollaboard safely.  It will bow and damage the handle of the larger rollaboard.  
Speaking of handles, the telescopic handle is questionable at best.  It flexes like crazy and gets stuck on retract now.  It hasn't broken, so I don't have a warranty claim, but I think it could fail soon.  Not inspiring a lot of confidence that it will last well like older Samsonite products I have.  
Overall the bag has high functionality and versatility, with the handle being substandard for a bag that costs this much.  Because of the heavy loaded weight, I recently bought another smaller lightweight underseat bag to ride on top of this bag when I need to make a 2 or 3 day trip.  But I will leave this bag at home when I need a 4 or 5 day trip.  I would really like to see Samsonite run a rework on the handle for those of us who use the bag as it was intended.  Because of that, I will look for a different bag when the time comes to replace this one.  Otherwise it met my need.

This is a perfect piece of luggage for overnight business trips and as a carry-on for longer trips. The only concern I have is that the handle seems a bit flimsy. I understand the engineering issues involved with making the necessary trade-off in having a more robust handle considering weight issues and a multi-sectional handle that collapses into the small case while extending to a comfortable length. Nevertheless I wonder if using modern composites might not make this possible.

It holds quite a bit given its size, which is quite deceptive but the handle needs to be a bit sturdier

I replaced a so called mobile office by Protocol sold by J C Penney's which was worthless as a mobile office.

The product was as a good as it was shown on the website. I was exactly looking for the same spinner mobile office.
