I manage a variety of projects as an employee of Smead. This project organizer keeps me on task with its ten filing sections complete with pockets and printed lines for notes. It makes it very easy to subdivide all of the work that is going on at once. I have also used these for my on-line college course work. They worked out great for keeping the study material and assignments straight according to week. Great for both work and school!

I LOVE this product - as everything else wears out - I am replacing it with this. Love to put different parts of information in sections while still having all parts in 1 place. The internal folder pockets keep it all from spilling out - and LOVE the expansion!! Only way it could be better is make it in plastic so it will never tear (just because I will use it forever...!!!)

I can keep both current and some historical info all in one place. It reduces the amount of prep time when the meeting comes around each month. The organizer is also sturdy so it lasts for a long time. I've re-labeled the tabs on the same folder for more than one project. Very cost effective. I wish I could find it at more retailers. But I'm happy that I can always find it somewhere on line.

I received this organizer free as a part of the Smead Organomics Advisory Panel a couple of years ago and I absolutely love it! It keeps my important information organized right at hand and projects easy to find. I recommend this product to anyone who loves organizing their life.

I was just looking through the Smead site and found this project folder. I can't imagine a better more organized way to handle a project with many different components. I support two different department on different floors and find myself running up and down all day. Many of the items I need downstairs I have to carry with me at various times. This folder would allow me to do my "trekking" and still have everything I need with me. Way to go Smead!

Looking at the photo you can see there are lots of places to record your thoughts and the ability to organize in a progressive step-by-step fashion. The folder's pockets hold a few pages but not too many or it tends to expand out and would probably tear apart. Its limitation is this: One project it can have 10 steps or areas but not for organizing one's thought about 10 books for example or it would "max out."

Love this project organizer. It's strong holds large about of documentation and allows you to write notes within each selection as needed. Just wish they would come in a few more colors. I use these for several projects / managers schedules/meetings and it would be easier to pick up quickly if the folders were different colors.

Tax preparation: I use the dividers to separate different types of tax information: wages 1099s itemized deductions etc. No ring binders no file folders--it's just a product I can pick up and carry around and know everything is in one place.

I do have international papers and they are too long for this product. I would like it to be a little longer to fit A4 paper.

This project organizer is terrific....I need to organize several meetings or projects and it is great to keep things in one folder for each project or steps within the projects! Great for my boss to when traveling to multiple locations / meetings to keep him organized!

I love this organizer. Really wish it was available in other colors for different projects!

This is just what i've been looking for to keep quick notes of things I need to 1) do today  2) do tomorrow or soon 3) want to do asap  4)may  do later 5) more complicated projects lists  6) ideas & brainstorm snippets 7) journal notes 8) notes of things I am waiting for from others.  And I still have 2 left over pages in case I need those sections too!   I listened to David Allen on Getting Things Done and since I like the three dimensional aspect touch and feel of paper and books vs. keeps notes in computers and on smart phone apps so this is perfect and will fit in my backpack just right. I use this product to help me get things done personally and professionally.

Items were packaged well; arrived quickly.  Helping me to organize family genealogical records as well as medical/legal paperwork that needs to be done.

So far, sturdy feel, has ability to "grow" with the volume of paper added. Color blue is "business-like" blue and fits with the rest of the dГ©cor of my room.

Was a wise purchase for me.  Recommend items highly for other individuals/businesses.

Less clutter on my desk makes me work more efficiently.
