I work in Human Resources and use these folders every day. They are a great value for the money and I love the fact that they are made from 100% recycled material.

I LOVE organizing, but at times, feel badly that I am not being as eco-friendly as I should be. These recycled folders are great because they work just as well as the "regular" folders, but are recycled! :)

I work as a work-study student in the business office at Jamestown Community College and we have stacks of invoices that require filing. These file folders are great for not taking up much space for the smaller vendors, but are very durable for those vendors that have plenty of invoices. When I first started we had cheaper folders that ripped apart quite easily and frequently, but now I no longer have to deal with this.

It is amazing how these simple, plain folders can help contribute to successful organizing. I use the Manila, the colored, and the hanging style folders to make my final outcome efficient and the outward appearance inviting. There is nothing that I love more than getting all my papers, and documents in order. I LOVE to organize!!!

Necessary item for Organizing files

Organization at Its Best!
I love these file folders. Everything is on the web now, but I still love to keep paper trails for business purposes. These file folders help me keep everything in neat categories. They also last a long time, I often re-use them several times.

These are the best file folders I have used. They are my key to staying organized at work. Whenever I have a few project, I create a new folder for all my paperwork, and it helps me stay on track. Without these folders, I would be swimming in a mess of paper!

Smooth and Sturdy Manila Folder
We use file folders for everything! We use them for filing and organizing everything business related and we also use them as covers for our books! This particular manila file folder is stronger and smoother than a lot of other brands and certainly worth the price.

I am know is the office as the MOST organized. A little OCD about it but you have to be these days. I love these folders. I deal with LOTS of paperwork that has to be kept for years. 1/3 cut legal folders makes it perfect for my filing cabinets and also for the boxes later when I have to box up for the year.

I really like the texture and sturdiness of these recycled file folders. Although they have a slightly less stiff feel than the non-recycled folders, they still get the job done.

The SMEAD 10339 100% recycled letter size manila file folder is a great product. It allows me to organize all my files and keep everything neat and organized, which I love. The 1/3 cut design makes locating a file easy. This is a great product.

I love these file folders. They hold up really well. I take care of the file system in our office and these files take a beating. I also am very pleased that they are recycled. I would definatly recommend this product. You will be happy.

Excellent and inexpensive
These folders are very durable and really last a long time. My office uses these for long term filing. They are also very good in day to day use lasting through it all. A definite buy for any office.

SMEAD the only file folder you should be using!
Our office lets us order whatever office products we'd like from a mass vendor. Sometimes when someone else does my ordering and purchases the file folders that are 'cheaper' it makes me upset. They usually fall apart fast and can't hold the large amounts of paper I stuff in my folders. SMEAD files last forever and I dont have to worry about quality or them every not being able to handle the beating I give them dragging from one meeting to the next. BUY SMEAD!

Review for 1/3 Cut File Folders
We rated the folders good not excellent due to the fact we are hard on them. If the tabs were reinforced a little more they would last quite a bit longer for us. Overall a good product.

I work in a government office and price is very important when purchasing office supplies. These are economical and EXCELLENT quality. They are the preferred brand and are durable and functional. They made clerical duties a bit easier. Love them!

I keep attendance and discipline files for a school of 640 students. Each student has their own file and I offset the tabs so each file is easy to see. I love being able to keep my desk and officeclean by having such an organized filing system. The reinforced tabs make it easy to keep each tab straight as I am filing things daily. I also love that they are 100% recycled!

I love that this product is made from recycled materials. I cannot even tell a difference from the regular folders. Every company needs to begin considering incorporating recycled materials into their products, and Smead is doing an excellent job!

Despite the higher price, I try to buy 'green' when I can. These folders are strong and will certainly do the job. Only problem I noticed in labeling with a permanent marker, was the writing was 'ragged' because the surface is rather rough.

I would buy this product for the office

Great if you need to save a dollar.
We use them for client files as well as office/business files. We are short on space for more file cabinets so things are a bit tight. When files get tight , they are too flimsy. And file cuts are painful.
