As a 3M employee, I was able to try the very first Command Designer hooks when my boss got a package of them. Since then, I have used them for so many things. We have a beautiful new house with lots of woods on the walls such as Ash, Hickory, Natural Oak, etc. My husband has done so many wonderful creative things with wood, I absolutely cannot put any nails in, but I can sure use the Command Designer hooks, that match our lighting and designs in our home. The fireplace gets all the stockings hung at Christmas, then I can just take the hooks off afterwards, and no holes!! Robe hooks on the backs of solid oak doors. Hooks in my closets for different things like belts and scarves, etc. Hooks for coats in the entry way. Thank you for these fantastic products and all the choices of hardware such as nicket, brass, etc.

I have an adult brain injured son. While giving him his shower, he has little control over his hands, and constantly drops the shower head, banging it against the shower wall. I'm afraid this action will crack and break either the shower head or the shower wall some day. I took one of these hooks and placed it midway up the tub wall on the left hand side. Now, when he's done rinsing off, he (attempts to) place the hose behind this hook, thus stopping it from banging around. It's given him hidden physical therapy in such a way that he attempts to place it there. He's getting better at it every day.
I use Command hooks through out my house and work office for many different purposes. But this, by far, seems to be the most important to me, in many ways.

I have a lot of longer turquoise, coral and bead necklaces, and was looking for a way to display my collection and keep from tangling. I hung 8 of the brushed nickel metal hooks in a random pattern on an empty wall in my closet, and hung 2 or 3 necklaces on each hook. I now have a wonderful display of all my necklaces - they look beautiful on the brushed nickel hooks. I can add more hooks as I add more jewelry to my collection. A terrific way to see what I have - a real time saver in the morning!

The decorative brushed nickel hooks are great for hanging curtains in a dorm or apartment. No holes in the wall! This is the second time we have hung drapes in my daughter's apartment. No mess, no marks, no holes and it's easy. Added plus is the hooks are attractice.

i was tired of trying to get a towel hook to stay up in my bathroom drywall. I gave up trying and bought a metal hook from command, it has stayed up taking the weight of a bath towel and it looks great.

I have used Command Hooks in almost every room in my house for years but did you know that you could also use them IN YOUR SHOWER?
I have put up 2 large decorative metal hooks in my walk in shower and use them to hang my towels so I don't have to reach outside my shower to get dried off. They have been installed and in heavy use for 2 years or more, even with hot water and steam during that time. AMAZING!

I used two of the Command hooks to hang a large canvas organizer by my front door. It has a spot for keys at the bottom, lots of pockets for cell phone and chargers, sun glasses, and a large compartment for all the coupons that I hope I'll remember to grab as I go to the stores. I was skeptical that the Command hooks would all the junk I needed- but they work well and look great. Ya!

Attached the hook to the marble tile outside the shower to hold an extra towel. Works great and matches our brushed nickel fixtures perfectly. Thanks for a great product!

These look great just hanging on the wall but so handy when the weather changes. Coats hats all hung neat and tidy. I can change how many and how I want then staggered at anytime without leaving a mark. Perfect!

This hook held up for several months.  Then without warning, it fell off the wall taking paint & some drywall with it! \

I've used other Command hooks without issue.

I bought these hooks 4 years ago to replace the towel bar in my main bath. Love them. I recently replaced a row of my tile with accent tile. Bought new adhesive strips and put them back up. They look great & work great.

The hook does not lie flush against a wood door.  The gap widens even more at the top once a towel is hung.  It rattles when I hang the towel and rattles when I remove it. I had expected the design to incorporate an "angled" mounting design, so that the hook would wedge itself against the door.  Very disappointed.

After reading multiple reviews about this product, i bought 3 of the Large Command Hooks to hang my curtains. Followed the instructions accurately. The total weight of the curtains plus the rod was 3.5 lbs. Less than the 5 lbs advertised for this product. Waited for more than 6 hours before i hung my curtains. Less than 12 hours later my curtains came crashing down doing some damage to my floors. Needless to say, I will not use this product again. Now the wall has to be patched and painted. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I never write reviews, but thought this product deserves my opinion.  We have a walk-in shower and didn't want to hang a towel rack inside or outside of the shower. We purchased the 3 and 5 lb. hooks to hang towels, wash cloth, and scrubber.  The towel hooks aren't close to the water, but the other 2 smaller ones get wet every time we shower.  We put them in 4 years ago and have never had any issues.  They are still hanging and absolutely Love them. Now anytime we want to hang anything - it is with 3M Command Hooks.  Thank you for a great product!

The back of a bedroom door , two brushed metal hooks purchased, cleaned both areas with alcohol (as suggested), put hooks up as per instructed ... two weeks later  the left hook is solid the right hook is on the floor  !!!
