Alphacolor White Chalk, Low-Dust, 12 Sticks/Pack

I have been using this product for more than two month and always get great results. It's bright and smooth, easy to use. Would recommend this product

I teach math and this is my favorite chalk. It works great on most boards but is sometimes hard to erase off cheaper boards. My only issue with it is the way it is packed and shipped. Usually several pieces are broken. But the retailers i have used usually sent another box free of charge.

It writes very smoothly, and doesn't break like the regular "thin" chalk does.

This product is in high demand among our faculty members. They love using it during lectures, and say that it's the best chalk they've used.

The alphacolor chalk is a poor replacement of the alpha premium ivory chalk, which I have used preferably to all other chalk products. The original chalk is dense, clean and smooth to write with on the board and erases easily. The new chalk leaves a lower quality trace on the board and is not smooth in writing.

We use this brand at work. The chalk color is pure and strong, and it doesn't produce a lot of chalk dust. Very happy with this product.

For years this has been my go-to chalk whenever I needed to use a blackboard when lecturing. Very dense, sits nicely in the hand, and leaves a remarkably smooth and clear line on the board.

However, the boxes I purchased recently (branded "Alphacolor") just haven't been the same. The chalk lasts roughly 1/3 as long as the old chalk, writes much more choppily, and is in general less comfortable to hold.

I used to recommend this chalk to anyone who asked -- now I'll recommend they avoid it.
