Really works well with Cisco Phone!

I had to return my other order to get this cable because I was plugging into a Cisco phone. Didn't work at first but after a little digging on the web I found that you will need to message your phone administrator to update the settings on the back-end to make it work like it needs to. This can't be done from the phone unfortunately but only took are Cisco phone manager about 5 minutes to update and then it worked like a charm.

Performs as expected

Product works great but I'm still waiting for a response to my request to return the one I ordered incorrectly the first time.
