I love these clear hooks. They look great because u can't really c the hook. I use them to put up Christmas garland on my kitchen bar and also my fireplace mantel. I love the way they come off and leave no marks. I used the white once before and u could see them with the garland. The clear ones u can't. I need to get a lot of them for all my future decoratingId.

I don't understand why the assorted pack of clear refill strips have small, medium and large but you don't sell large clear hooks. Your feedback to other reviews say the clear only hold up to 2 lb but the description says "Weight Capacity: 1 pound, 3 pounds, 5 pounds". I really want large clear hooks that hold up to 3-5 pounds but it doesn't look like that's an option. I would even use white strips on the clear hooks if I could get the clear hooks. Please advise.

P.S., I'm a huge fan of Command Strips and use them EVERYWHERE in our house. I should own stock in 3M. Wait, I do! :-)

I got the different sized hooks last year and I have so many different places to put them. Needless to say, I am always taking down the hooks and finding new spots! I always need the refill strips and probably always will. They hold so great onto any surface.

I was happy to see clear strips (They were the only refills available at the Home Deport I went to) so I opt for 2 packages because they look more modern. EVERYTHING I use with the clear strip falls off and damages my items. Warning to all future buyers, the white strips will hold like we are used to, the clear strip have a high chance of falling off and does not perform like the white strips. The reason why I have clear strips is because I just recently moved and had to discard the old white strips so I bought refills thinking they would perform as their alternative white strips. When you stuff falls, it will put you in a bad mood as well.

I use Command hooks for everything and absolutely love them.  I didn't know they had clear ones and was excited to see them as I had planned to hang a Yes We're Open/Sorry We're Closed sign on the windows in our ice cream room at my business.  I didn't even get to see how well they worked on the windows because the strips weren't the least bit sticky.  I opened them exactly as instructed, pressed it onto the window the the required time and when I took my hand off it just dropped right to the counter.  Tried another strip and it did the same things.  Neither side was sticky.  And as I said above, I've been using Command hooks for years so I do know how to apply them and these were just a complete fail!  Now I have to waste time bringing them back to the store, if they will even take them since they've been opened.

EVERY year I find my self anxious to hang the family Christmas stockings I have made for my children (in the 70's) and right up to my most recent grandchild in 2017. I use the 5 lb. clear hook on my bookshelves. They work like a charm every year and I can remove them easily.
