Stable Chair
Not comfortable and does not tilt but it's sturdy

Does not tilt
Does not tilt and screws had to be reattached in both arms.

Good Chair but has problems
I have had this chair for several years and it is fine except for the arm pads.  They are constantly spliting on the seam where they attach.  They have replaced several times and the replacements do the same thing after several months.  I wish they would fix this problem but they do not.  This costs to much for a constant problem like this.
