This product has been a very convenient product for my job. I use these files for special daily duties that I have to keep track of for a whole year and one half. The files are sturdy and last a long time. Their holding capacity is unbeatable and truly amazing. I recommend this product for heavy duty filing that you can rely on not collapsing while still hanging in the cabinet. Convenient and reliable!

This product is great for organizing. I use these for separating the different Insurance policies for the company I work for. I also use these at home for organizing paperwork for various things. I highly recommend these box bottom folders.

This is the perfect size for those files that have too many papers in them but you don't want to have a separate file. They keep everything together in one spot.

The expandable bottom is genius! Great in high volume paper work areas such as a medical office. Allows to easily color-coordinate and organize in a speedy efficient way.

These hanging folders are great for bulky files, books, manuals, etc. (just like they say in the product description). They hold up extremely well when full.

These are absolutely the best hanging folders. I do like and use many of the Smead filing products, but this is my favorite for drawers full of heavy folders. In a school district, we still keep a lot of paper files. These heavy duty box bottom expansion folders last and last and keep their shape. Great product!

Moving into a new office required me to re-organize and consolidate files. The larger box bottom enabled me to hang fewer files and each file was able to hold more folders than a normal hanging file. Great product!

I worked for an oil company that had to keep a file on each contractor they did business with, The files built up so fast, that we ended up having to keep several folders for each. We came across these hanging boxes through a supply company we used. These literally saved our office. They reduced the space our files took up, cleared the mess of tons of folders, and were super sturdy. I instantly feel in love with these. So I bought some for my home to store the kids school work and health files. My file cabinets look so much more organized. The greatest thing, the sturdiness will make them last forever at least with five kids.... I am hoping for that:)

Oh no, my files are protruding up too high!... One day while reordering my supplies, low and behold expanded bottom hanging files. I have to try it. I love them! I can file one category in one section. I can just pull out the entire file and go with it. EXCELLENT!

When I switched my employer's contract files to using the box bottom hanging folders, I was able to get about 6 inches more files in each 4 foot drawer. This allowed us to keep all our current files in the one file room and eliminate the need for an extra cabinet in our main office space. We were thrilled!

I love these hanging files. The tabs are convenient to label the files I have inside and keep everything organized so I can find what I am looking for quickly. The Smead folders are good quality so I dont have to worry about replacing them as fast as another brand

These box-bottom hanging folders are great for putting multiple files in. However, papers wide enough to fill the width capacity of these folders can be too heavy for the metal holders to withstand, so they break and thus reduce the functionality of these otherwise great hanging folders.

I work in Regional Sales and keep a fairly large inventory of literature in my home office. Without Smead regular and high capacity hanging files, I'd be overwhelmed with the volume of printed material. These file folders are fabulous. I love how sturdy they are and the cardboard "inserts" for the bottoms of the files.

I actually obtained one of these folders while attending an IAAP event. I work in the Department of Management and Bugdet. I am not OCD but organization is vital with the various documents I handle. I also monitor travel on a city-wide basis and file copies by department. These files work great! I am very pleased with the product!!!

This product saves your file cabinet from overstuffed hanging files. We all overstuff a file folder once in awhile, and those files end up in a regular hanging file. The file tab disappears, covered up by too much paper, and the hanging file contorts under too much weight. It makes the file contents stick up and catch as you open and close the file drawer. It's so annoying! These box bottom hanging folders are designed to hold more contents, so you can split up that overstuffed file, but keep all of it together. It can still function holding the extra weight, and your drawer-closing troubles disappear. Incorporate them into your file system and you'll be thrilled with the results!

I like the 3" holding ability. They really helped us reorganize our file cabinets and hold more file folders upright so they are neater and keeps the files easier to see the tabs.

I bought these so that I wouldn't have to use a lot of regular hanging files to group folders. I can fit 4 times as many folders in one hanging file and they all sit flat on the bottom so you can see the labels easily. I would have liked to get the colored ones, but the extra cost couldn't be justified using grant money.

Before having them my manilla files kept sliding in the metal cabinet. The only thing SMEAD could improve on is making the metal hanging brackets connected to the folder a little more permanent. After a year or so the metal hanging bracket(s) have come loose and have fallen out of the folder. I use  packaging tape and a stapler to secure the metal braket. A little repair keeps the folder lasting.
