Brother HL-L3210CW Compact Digital Color Printer Providing Laser Quality Results with Wireless

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I work in a home office and I found that the Brother HL-L3210CW Compact Digital Color Printer was a nice sized printer that fit perfectly in my limited space.  It`s also aesthetically pleasing.  The printer came with instructions that were not complicated and it was easy to set up.  I downloaded the driver and software package online with no issues.  The interface on the printer itself is also easy to use.  It prints quickly and quietly, and I also like that there is a link under the Brother Status Monitor that you can click on to order additional toner.  My only complaint is that the black ink doesn`t seem bold, it`s very faint when you print. The other colors are okay. Overall, I am pleased with this printer.

When I recieved the printer, I was impressed with the size and excited to open and get it ready to try. Assembly was very easy and self explanatory, while the directions give steps that are labeled as to what is done first. Though, I was able to set it up without explanations. Setup to connect my apple desk top took me some time to figure how to connect the wireless connection. So, I went online to the Brothers site and looked into the manual. I found that I could just download the Brothers app!  After that, I was able to easliy figure the functions on the printer and my connection was ready for me to print. I also connected my phone witht he app.Printing is easy with this function. I even printed a picture from my Iphone and the quality of the color was great. The look of the printer goes with the quality of the prints, not cheap!  After printing over 150+ pages of different colors and texts, it is no where near a changing of the toner cartridges that come with it. The printer has a report that can be printed out to tell you how many pages you have printed out, toner levels, life of drum ect... Which I really like!I really like this printer compared to the other printers I have had because of the wireless, but the prints and speed of how fast it took to print out 50 sheets was quick! Pros: Great quality, great for printing alot of sheets, high class printer. Great for photos and image heavy documents. No warm up time. Excellent all around performance. Very fast printing.Cons: Does not come with a USB adapter if you were not to use wireless. Somewhat heavy, but not anything to have me not buy it! DoesI would definitly recommend this printer of all the printers I have every had and will continue to use Brothers products.

It prints out what you need a lot faster than an inkjet printer with the same quality as far as graphics go. I think the quality of text documents look a lot better on this printer than an inkjet. This printer is quite heavy and may take some help getting out of the box. That being said, this printer is the easiest printer I have had to set up. It comes with detailed instructions that are easy to understand. After lugging the printer onto the shelf, it was set up in a matter of minutes. The printer also reacts right away to a print request. No need to wait around for your document to get ready to print or to print. This printer is going to be my go to printer from now on.

I haven't had this long, but so far so good.  Easy to set up on my Wifi, and works flawlessly.  No issues so far.

Prints well and on greeting card stock as well. Not much else to ask for.

The color is sharp and what surprised me was how quiet this printer is. When it came it was bigger then your normal "Inkjet" and I thought "great it's going to be very loud". Just to tell you how quiet this thing is, my brothers bedroom is right next to mine where I have this printer at and he could be sleeping and it won't even wake him! I thought this thing was going to be loud, but it is not, I highly recommend any one who is looking for a printer, to get this model, do not get a inkjet, two reasons why, 1.) An inkjet will dry up an will make it useless , then have to go buy a whole new printer. 2.) Just to buy new ink for an inkjet will sometimes cost just as much as the price of a new printer or even more. This toner/ laser printer will last you for ever if you keep up on maintence on it I believe this was the best purchase I made, Brother products are of good quality, and I highly recommend anyone to purchase one!

I'm used to prinhers that you have to wake up yourself even though they are supposed to wake up themselves. The Brother DOES wake itself up and print flawlwssly every time!

The manual and tech info readily available on this printer is like too many other products, long on mandatory "safety" information and short on clear descriptions of the products capabilities and operation.  For instance, trying to set up the printer for labels is described vaguely instead of clearly stating what changes need to be made.

This printer is a great value, the only issue I have with it is the manual feed. The results are as good as any printer and the set up is simple

Only had it for a couple weeks and printed maybe 100 pages. Works fine. Speed and quality ok..

I am using this color laser printer as a home network printer. One of the best things about this printer is how easy it was to install and make available to the multiple devices we print from at various times. It is a great heavy duty home printer at a fantastic price

does most things but wont mirror print and that was what i was hoping for. wasted alot of money.
