Horrible, horrible thing. It never printed correctly, it always mis-printed every single thing I tried. It would print a long blank section, then half the message, then when I tried to print it again, it'd print the other half of the message, and then the first half of it again. I never, ever got it to print correctly.\

After calling tech support, they had me make sure the settings I already tried 100 times already were correct, and had me do a factory reset of it. It still printed wrong. So to make sure I wasn't scamming them I guess they made me take pictures of the labels and email them it. They agreed to send me another printer, and I could throw the other one away.\

When I got the new label maker, I was finally happy that the solution would be resolved. Nope, this printer prints exactly the same as the old one. Half messages and incorrect labels, every single time. I was so upset and frustrated, I just threw it away. If they aren't going to sell me a working unit, I won't use their products. This, along with a brother printer that has a constant "paper jam" message and won't print, has really made me hesitate to purchase any brother product ever again. They've proven over and over again that their products just don't work.\
