Have just received this tripplite item and so far, I love it. Easily used and simple to understand.

Just installed this UPS. Unfortunately blackouts can still happen, even in the best of hardened sites. As a network engineer, blackouts can severely hender your productivity when your responsible for running a moderately large banking institutions data and voice network. Most of the time, our blackouts only last 10 seconds to sometimes 2 minutes. I am hoping this UPS will bridge that gap, and keep my CPU stable until the regular power is restored. Price and features was the key to choosing this UPS out of the many different choices out there. We bought 1 for each of our 7 engineers. Will update again when this UPS hopefully does its job and I don't lose what I am currently working on.

It was very easy to set it up and ECO outlets are perfect for my needs. Wished it had more of those.

I use several ECO650VA's to back up Mac Mini's and their monitors. They've proven to be a great investment to protect the computers. The LCD display has proven itself useful to educate users about power-saving settings and their eco-footprint.

But the good news is our server is fine. I am part of a rural electric cooperative who's job is to keep the lights on. However sometimes things are out of our control. Recently our office was a victim of a lightning strike which took out our phones and internet, three UPS's (Tripp-lites as well) but only one computer and printer and thankfully saved our server which was protected by the ECO650LCD. It paid the ultimate price but my precious files are fine. And yes of course I replaced them all with more Tripp-Lite's. They did their job.

Purchased unit to keep internet modem alive during a power outage as our home phone is internet based. During several recent outages, the system remained in full operation thanks to Tripp-Lite. I was even able to log onto the internet with my laptop in order to monitor storm status during the outage.

The thing I love about this UPS is that once you set it up you can count on it. It is one of those things that you forget you even have because it works without worry. In my busy world the last thing I need is more things to worry about. it's just good protection you can count on.

I own 2 of these units and have a lot of power interruptions and spikes. They have done a good job keeping my units online and running. Just what they are designed to do.

I like having the LCD display to give baseline information without having to connect to a computer. I get enough power to survive a 15-minute power "reset" during storms, keeping my FIOS control box online with no interruptions.

This UPS was simple to set up.  Reasonable size and light weight compared to some competitors.  It has a nice set of features and checking its status is simple with the LCD display.  I consider this a good product at a good price.  And the prefect choice for me.

I just purchased a third one for our small office. The other stations are using Tripp Lites that have been around for at least 7 years.  I tested each one under actual load and have no reason to doubt that they will perform as well as the older models that we have. I also like the ease of using the panel.

I have two of these UPS devices, one on my pc and one on my wifes pc.  I previously had a much larger Tripp Lite UPS on my pc and my wife had only a Tripp Lite surge protector.  I researched the various options available from Tripp Lite (have used their products exclusively for many years with 0 complaints) and chose this model because of its ability to shut down the pc automatically in a desired time frame when power is lost.  This is especially handy when power is lost and we are not at home.

Excellent UPS at any price. Better than the brands that start with "A" or "C" because TrippLite has better quality and better customer service. Better prices for similar units as well.

The ECO auto-turn-off outlets are great for self powered desktop speakers.

I love this UPS and would buy again. Windows 10 set it up for me without having to download and drivers or do anything special.

After about a week the self test comes back that the battery is bad. So far I have had to replace 4 out of 10 bought within a week to two weeks of use. Very unreliable product.

The unit was dead on arrival.  I called Tech Support and they said let the battery charge for 24 hrs.  I did that all the unit did was display a weak flashing lcd screen.  TrippLite is sending me a new unit to replace the bad one.  So I tore the bad unit apart and found two problems.  The ribbon cable connecting the LCD screen to the mother  board had a clipped wire!  How did it pass QA?  Also the foam padding securing the battery was loose and not securing the battery!  The Chinese assembling these are getting really sloppy!

This is in my home office and I love it. I have always trusted Tripplite and bought this to replace one that had reached end of life. Great deal.

It's a good product and Tripplite a good company;  just would have liked a better runtime on this particular model (I neglected to check)

Great UPS. I am satisfied with the performance will continue to use Tripp-Lite.
