By far the best product out there in my opinion!!
I ONLY purchase Glad cling wrap. I have on a few ocassions purchased other brands, but there is no comparison to Glad's cling wrap. I am not typically picky about products, but I will NOT purchase any other cling wrap but Glad!!

    Cheap
Cling Wrap use to be great, but since you changed the cutter to plastic it is bad. The cutter is on the top and the top is so thin that it bends when trying to cut, you might think about moving to the bottom part of the box which is stronger

    Failed roll of cling wrap
Purchased a roll of glad cling wrap (66 2/3 yds X 12 in) and
it started to tear about 1 inch from the end. Tried to correct
the torn end a few times, but it continued to tear.Very disappointed.

plastic would not come out in full
Wasting a lot of it because I struggled over and over to get the whole line of wrap to come out. This is the second time I'm having problems!

    Doesn't "ClIng" To Anything
total fake garbage, the only thing I've ever seen this product cling to is itself & then only when it is on the roll the first time. Is was and always has been nothing but an adverstising gimmick

    Box Fell Apart
I like the wrap itself but am very frustrated with the box. I bought a 400 ft box of the wrap and immediately the glue failed on one end of the box. So I taped it up, then the other end of the box came apart. This was after only a few uses. Now I have to live with the inadequate box for a long time.

    Box poor (falls apart) and....
Not only than the roll is almost impossible to get any wrap off it. The tabs at the end of the box don't hold. The top of the box is broken. Nothing good to say about the box design.

I would rather use a shower cap
So obviously as a 36-year-old woman who pretends to play house I purchase as many brand-name products as possible.  Glad cling wrap is on my list of items that I assume will work because my entire life I've been told this is what you use to cover your leftovers.  What in the Jiminy cricket people??  Now maybe the polymer that was used in the 80s and 90s was more responsive to sticking but whatever glad currently utilizes is absurd!  It has literally not stuck to one item that I have tried to cover.   The last straw was when I just made eggplant Parmesan and I tried to cover it and there was 0% of the cling wrap that stuck  to the cookie sheet that the pieces of eggplant were on.  Glad I am over you.

    just a thought
I brought your cling wrap and was very upset that I could not find a starting point on it. But just as a thought maybe the company could place a tap or some paper to show where it starts. I mean it wouldn't cost that much and you wouldn't have so many complaints. I will not be buying your product again until this issue has been fixed. Remember you have to give to receive. And maybe make the box a little stronger so it does not fall apart when you try to tear the wrap.

    RIPOFF!
This product is useless for trying to wrap dishes! The wrap sticks to itself and NOT to much of anything else!

Needs to be a little wider
We all have Corelle dishes.  If there's anything on a dinner plate, the wrap is not quite wide enough to cover all the way to the edge.  Therefore you need to use 2 sheets to cover one plate.

    Glad Cling Wrap
Love your product, but you should really consider putting a small tab at the beginning of each new roll so you are not wasting any of of product trying to get it started. It can be very annoying at times to start a,new roll. Other than that, your product is very, very good.

So bad I thought it was defective.
This cling wrap is absolutely useless. It does cling wonderfully...but only to itself. It is impossible to use. It does not cling at all to any of our dishes or pans. I'll just throw this away. It's absolute rubbish unless you buy it as a gag gift for someone you really don't like.

What has happened to Glad Wrap?
I have used Glad Cling-Wrap products for my entire adult life.  Recently I bought 2 packages of the 100-ft rolls, and I am absolutely appalled by the impossibility of use.  I don’t now whether it’s because of formula changes or whether the thinness of the product has changed (it appears more fragile than any time in the past) but from the time I have opened the first box through the second, the only way to use this household standard product is to have two people using four hands.  Rather than rolling out smoothly and tearing easily, the sheet binds to itself, tears unevenly, and at least 1/4 of each roll is wasted in scraps trying to get one sheet large enough to wrap around a bowl.\

I have never written a review of a kitchen product before, but these boxes are so substandard, so unusable by an experienced cook, and so poorly fabricated that I’m forced to join the growing number of one star reviews.  Whatever the manufacturing side of this business has done, this product is a complete waste of money.  Reluctantly, I’m going to cease using a product which has been a staple in our kitchen for over 30 years.

The chemical composition of cling wrap
    Hello,\
So I am currently trying to do research in which I am trying to embed an amine detector into everyday plastics to monitor food spoilage, the thing is synthesizing plastics is very dangerous if not done right, and I was trying to see if I could melt the cling wrap you guys make into a very fine liquid that could be molded into many shapes so I could integrate the detector into the wrap. The problem I have experienced with melting your cling wrap is that it cools and solidifies too quickly when away from heat, so I was wondering if I could learn the process of how the cling wrap is made, how to melt it, and its chemical structure and composition. Thank you!!!

    change in product
I have used Glad ClingWrap for years! Only recently with in the past 8 year the quality of the box and the cutting edge has become unacceptable.  I typically pull off 18 inches of ClingWrap, the cutting edge does not cut the wrap so it tears it in unpredictable ways.  The force put on the cardboard box to pull the wrap as it stretches to brake causes the box to fail before I am anywhere close to the end.  unfortunately the cost benefit of using cheaper material is going to cause me to move to another brand.  I did enjoy Glad ClingWrap for many years, for that I think you.

    Opening the box
I just bought this box of cling wrap and worst experience ever. It was impossible to tear off the strip to expose the cutting edge. Landed up with the cutting edge detached from the box !!!! I have never had a problem exposing the cutting edge before. Was this a defective unit ????

    Does not perform well
Sticky tab on front panel wears out long before the roll is used up, cutter doesn't perform till the last piece on the roll is gone. Tabs do not stay in place, its very difficult to find the beginning of a roll if it has been twisted while it was manufactured. I'm going back to Reynolds wrap strictly for food storage. This GLAD product has gotten so thin its a nightmare to use. There should be an anti static strip on the front of the box because by the time you get it off of the roll its all wadded up from static.

Poor design putting the metal sliver on the lid.
I just opened a 300 foot roll of Cling Wrap the metal cutter has been moved to the lid. Poor design I have no cutter and 300 feet of wrap.

    Terrible cutting strip
Love Cling Wrap, but the serrated cutter on the box is TERRIBLE! It doesn’t really do anything! I just tear off the wrap and sometimes it turns out to be a wadded up mess that I throw away and try again!!

    Cling wrap
We just bought this cling wrap and shortly after purchase we tried to use it. You open the box and the cling wrap had no starting\
point. It's all stuck together. You can't even get the roll started without cutting threw several layers to get out to start peeling. We threw away alot. At least generic had a sticker to get theirs started. So " GLAD " there are other options out there. We won't buy this again

I can't believe I have to return defective wrap
Just bought a new box of Cling Wrap, takes me a while to get through one. Opened it up and the cutter is supposed to be on the lid but it's not affixed property to the lid and it's falling off, can't even use it.
