Major problem with Durcell batteries leaking
I have endless problems with these Duracell batteries leaking and destroying my appliances. The latest item to be ruined is my LED Laser T7 torch - see photos attached. I don't seem to have the same problem when I use other branded batteries Please advise

Battery Leaked and spoiled my Sony TV Remote
Never expected this from Duracell. The battery leaked inside my tv remote and now my remote is not working anymore with new batteries as well.

Very unimpressed with a battery discovered in a flashlight - when you need it - that leaked and ruined the device. It was apparently made in 2014 in China; discovered in U.S. in April 2016; 'best used by' date of March 2020.

Batteries Leaked - Ruined Flash
I had 4 Duracell Duralock batteries all leak and ruin a Nikon external camera flash. They were new batteries with a December 2022 date on them. Very disappointing. I've always trusted Duracell batteries and used them over cheaper alternatives to avoid damage to my important electronics.

AAA and AA alkaline batteries leak in every device
Your battery products quality has gone down in the last few years. They leak in every device I put them in and damage it. This one leaked in the refrigerator before I even used it with a year left on the expiration date. Very very upset with your products. Never buy them again

I have had 4 mag lites, 1 blood pressure monitor,\
and 1 pair of electronic muffs ruined by leaking coppertop batteries. What has happened to duracell quality ?

Only battery I sell at my business.
I have tried almost every battery on the market. Duracell batteries last longer in trail cameras than any others I have tried. They seem to last a year when others last a few weeks to months. I run my cameras all year long, even threw the Wisconsin winters. Running 18 cameras that hold 12 batteries each can really add up, but not when you buy quality. Thank you for making a great product.

Duracell just keeps improving!
I'm a Grandpa with 11 grands that are always needing batteries. Over the years I've learned through good and not-so-good experiences that cheap batteries are no bargain and Duracells seem to last "forever" on the shelf, whether in storage prior to use or after a toy or appliance has been energized. Yes, I've had a few leaks over the years but I can attest that the Duracell people are the quickest and easiest to get things rectified!!! They have my vote .... I'll continue purchasing Duracells!

Durcell Quality Control is in decline!
Being a grandparent I have purchased countless Duracell AA and AAA batteries over the years mostly from Costco for the grand kids and their toys! In the last 5-6 years I've noticed that these batteries are having a leaking issue and it's getting worse. At first it was just one or two here and there and the problem was tolerable but lately I'm have to replace clock mechanisms, PC mouse, flashlights etc. on a more frequent basis. I checked a small sample of all the dead batteries I'm going to recycle and about 10%-15% of the ones I have are leaking. And looking at your own reviews from others it seems in the ball park. PLEASE FIX THIS OR I'LL BE FORCED TO GO BACK TO EVERYREADY!! THANKS!

Worst AA battery in the world.
I have lost another Mag AA flashlight to leaking batteries! I will never purchase another duracell battery!!! These batteries have cost me over $100 in lost flashlights and clocks over the last 5 or so years! I have used cheap batteries and not had this problem, I am now going to start using Ni-Zn rechargeable batteries for these items.

Batteries burn nicely finished wood when they leak
Two times now I have uncluttered my wife's beautiful maple hutch to find leaking batteries that had been set aside and underneath, in the shape of the batteries, the finish burned off. Now we don't monkey around, even partially dispensed batteries go in the trash. Don't know why they are always Duracell but it seems to be the case. Picture shows damage to hutch and a bin of partially dispensed batteries that were stored for future use. Note the brand and the fact that virtually all of them have leaked. I do not experience this with other batteries, even store brands. Time to remove all Duracell batteries and move to Energizer.

have always used and depended on duracell coppertops with good results. But something has changed. just bought my second pack of brand new batteries this month. both appeared ok when i put them in devices but within 24 hours leaked battery acid all over everything. no more duracell for me.

Over the past 5 years my experience in Florida has been of substantial electrolyte leakage and some damage to equipment. The competitor warrants no leaks from his batteries. The batteries perform well except for leakage and damaging equipment.

Leaked and ruined my flashlight.
I had no intention to write a review but came across this page looking for the claims page or address which seems to be hard to find. Anyway the Duracell batteries leaked and ruined my flashlight. Apparently this is common.

10 Years more like 10 Seconds
I purchased a pack of AAA Duracell copper top batteries for my laser lights on my power tools to replace the nondescript batteries that came with them. I installed the new Duracell's and nothing, not a glimmer of light, it says on the package guaranteed for 10 years I think it should have read 10 seconds. Had to go to the local shop and buy some Energizers now the lasers light up my workshop and I can work again. Won;t get fooled again.!!!!

I purchased, around 2 years ago, some of that AAA and AA batteries pack for using in toys and remote controls. \
I can say, almost batteries I used in my remote controls (TV, Blu-ray, Audio Receiver) presented chemical leakage problems. At least, the devices were not damaged but it is very annoying to have to clean them when I notice the batteries are not working.

More Duracell Batteries are Leaking Now
I don't ever remember Duracell batteries leaking so much during use. I'm seeing corrosive leaking on even single battery use cases like clocks. In several packs of AA batteries I think the large majority of them leaked. Am I the only one seeing this?

In the past few years Duracell has gone down hill. They are not really worth the cost when you consider ruining your devices. Case in point a fairly new expensive flashlight, ruined. The batts have a 2022 date on them. Years ago t hen worked fine, but lately they've gone down hill.

Duracell used to be the only brand we bought. In the past few years we have had major leakage issues with the AA and AAA. Sadly, not the quality they used to be. Will not be purchasing these again.

duracell battery quick review
I owned Duracell batteries for many years since i was a kid and they work very good. but sometimes I face unexpected leakage that has damaged 2 flashlights so far hopefully that wont happen again. other then that have been pretty good batteries to use. Just keep a eye out for leaking batteries.

This truly is the battery that goes on and on!!!
Duracell has always been my battery of choice and on yesterday (11/26/17), when after all these years, I had to finally replace the batteries in Mr. Talking Mailbox, I was super surprised to see that the batteries were still in excellent condition, not an ounce of corrosion. It was simply amazing! My daughter was 5 years old when I bought this christmas decor; she is now 23. This is the 1st time we've ever changed his batteries. The mailbox batteries are used often during the season, as it activates conversation anytime someone comes near it or the wind blows hard. Note: I did have a pair of Energizer batteries in my kitchen drawer, but they could not be used, as they had lots of corrosion and these were new batteries never used. Hmmmm, I guess that's why Duracell is my battery of choice. My husband must have bought the Energizers. LOL! We've replaced Mr. Mailbox with new Duracell's: Exp 2027, but I think they will most likely out last that time period as well. I guess when my grandchildren are 25, he will once again need to have his batteries replaced.Thank you Duracell! (i've attached pictures for proof)

I used to always buy Duracell batteries, but in the last 3-4 years I have lost 3 expensive flash lights and 4 or 5 cheap flash lights and a awesome remote control for a stereo receiver that could control multiple equipment and is no longer available. They just leak and corrode. I don't usually leave reviews but I am disappointed in the quality of late.

Can't open the package or they die
I am so tired of these batteries that are left in the open package dying before I get the chance to use them. You used to be able to buy a multi pack and have the rest available. Every time I go back to the open package to get batteries to replace ones that have been used up in a device, the ones in the package are dead. This has happened so many times I am furious. The ones I just attempted to use say December 2025 and it is currently Dec 2017. The package says "Guaranteed for 10 years in storage." They are in a dry drawer at room temperature, in their original packaing with the plastic case snapped shut. So I just lost 7 batteries I paid for! this has happened numerous times and I am quite tired of it. The ones in the device last pretty good. But I want to be able to have ones on hand to use!

Duracells are leakers - Do not buy!
In the last 5 years, I've had numerous Duracell AA and AAA batteries leak and damage the contacts of the devices they were in. \
\
All devices were in constant (clocks) or daily use when the leakage occurred. I used to buy Duracells because they never leaked (other brands often did) but that is no longer the case. \
\
Now I buy the cheap batteries and change them once a year whether they need it or not. I'm also buying Lithium-Ion batteries for high-value products that I can't afford to have damages.

After less than 5 years, the AAA coppertops I purchased, leaked a white crystaline substance in their package. It was a package of 20 from which 4 cells had been removed. It's hard to tell exactly how many of the 16 batteries still in the package had leaked, but the crystals were everywhere in the package. The package was kept in a catch-all drawer in my kitchen. No extremes of temperature there.

Leak ruined my equipment- not an isolated incident
I have had good and bad experiences with Duracell. When they work they work good but when they fail it can get quite ugly. I have had numerous batteries leak and destroy the equipment being used in. My latest was a coast LED flashlight as well as a LED headlamp flashlight. Energizer offers a leak guarantee, but I can't find where Duracell does. I don't see a reason to use something that ruins what you put them in.

AAA Batteries dated 2023 are corroding !
I generally use Duracell for all my battery needs and am pleased with their performance. However the AAA with the 2023 date are corroding at a fast rate. I became aware of this when I went to replace the batteries in one of my flashlights and found them very corroded. When I got my spare batteries I found that the whole box had corroded! I then noticed that both the batteries in the flash light and the box were both 2023. I then checked every thing else that I used AAA's for and found they were all corroding to some degree. I did find one that was dated 2016 and while it was dead, there was no sign of corrosion. So it must just be a problem with the 2023's.

Tried this battery in my toddlers favorite toy, usually have to replace the batteries every few weeks but these batteries have lasted such a long time. I’m so happy that we won’t have any more days where we have to go to the store to buy batteries for her favorite toy. Total lifesaver!

This brand is well known and I trust it for our electronics. We have a lot of items in the house which require AA’s and it’s always a good idea to have some spare batteries. We use the batteries in the tv remotes and in my kid’s toys, for example.

I received these batteries in exchange for a review. What can I say about Coppertop batteries except for the fact that they are the best on the market. I have been using Coppertop forever. They last, period! I trust them in my smoke detectors because I know how long they last. My Tv remotes and my children's toys. Coppertop is a name I trust.

Amazingly long barrier batteries
The batteries worked very well for the Wii remote. They are still in there going strong. I've used several batteries before; but nothing compares to Duracell brand. They are so much better and lasts way longer. I'm not replacing it every few hours.

You can't beat a Duracell battery!
Always reliable, always long lasting. You just cannot beat a Duracell for it's durability! We seem to go through so many AA batteries with all of the various gadgets and remotes we have. It's always nice to know you can stick a Duracell in and not have to worry about having to change it for a loooonnnnggggg time! Love them!

These are great batteries for just about anything that will take them. They last longer than competitor brands and outlast generic alternatives every time. I love that they are easy for my kids to read and they can put them on the right +/- side because the clear labeling

I only use this brand of batteries now. I’ve never had a problem with them. They last longer than any other brand that I’ve used in the past. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks. I think I have a stache in drawers all around my house, just so I never run out.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. Duracell is the best brand battery and this product was no exception. I used it when my computer mouse needed to be changed and it charged instantly! This battery has so many uses for me - smoke alarms, flashlights electronic games. They work in all kind of weather temperatures and quaranteed for seven years when stored properly. Duracell is the only brand for me! Thank you!,

Longest-lasting and best batteries out there
We always spend the extra to get Duracell batteries because they never end up letting us down. They're reliable, long-lasting, and predictable. We use them in our fire alarms, kids toys, and so much more.

Great battery! I read every night before bed, I have a flashlight I set on my chest, well i tend to fall asleep leaving that light on all night. So I need a battery that's going to last and not die after 2 nights. That's why I love durracell copper top!! They last!

I am a big fan and loyal customer of Duracell. it never fails me. they last much longer for all my devices. keeps kids happy as we don't have to keep running out of battery in their toys. Works great for remote controls, toys, video games etc. \

I really love this battery. I hate having somthing die while im in the middle of using it but I didnt have a problem with these at all they lasted such a long time and my device never felt like it wasnt getting enuf power. I will be having a few of these on hand at all times.

Been using them for 30 years
I’ve been using these batteries my whole life. They last for years and are always available wherever I shop. I’ve used them for TV remotes, children’s toys, personal items and they always work beautifully.

for years together I always buy duracell batteries. They last long and are durable. They dont leak often. They are easy to use. It works in a variety of things - toys, weighing scales, remotes, baby monitors etc

I've Been using Duracell copper top for years. It's my all time favorite battery. It last a long time in gaming systems that drain batteries fast. And also works great in anything from remotes to toys.

I used these batteries in my TV remote and they have lasted longer than any other batteries I have used in my remote before. They work well in other things such as my radio and battery operated lamp too.

Good long lasting batteries
We are very satisfied with our batteries because so far they work on my tv remote control and my massager with no issues at all\
Very powerful batteries and I can tell that they will last a few weeks.also good with the kids toys and electronics.

These batteries are great. I have had batteries blow up but never these and they last forever which is great, in fact I can't remember the last time I had to switch them out which is a plus. Highly would recommend.

These batteries work very well for everything that uses batteries. My nine-year-old son and five-year-old daughter go through a lot of batteries using gaming controllers and my two-year-old daughter uses a lot of batteries for her talking toys. These batteries seem to last the longest.

The Duracell AAA batteries work really well!
Great battery for my son's games. They work really well and we do not have to change them out all the time or worry about changing them out a bunch or charging them which I like. We will purchase more in the future.

Works great for my daughter’s toys, especially her remote control car. We go for a long walk every evening and her little car goes too. Usually we’re replacing the batteries every 3 days, because of how long of a walk we have, but it’s been 6 days with this one set and the batteries are still going strong! Definitely sticking with duracell from now on.

These are great batteries and so far going strong. I used them in my remote which is used 24/7 between my husband and kids. I would say they are very comparable to other name brands. I did put the batteries in my daughters remote control car today and she played with it for a few hours without any battery issues. Once she was done they went right back in the remote.

Duracell is a great battery to use. I like how long it last, especially in controllers. Duracell Coppertop is something I never heard of before but it still works the same. Overall great to use in electronic devices.

I was always one who bought cheap batteries because I never wanted to spend much on them. Now that I have tried these Duracell batteries I have to admit they are worth paying more for. They last slit longer so you end up saving in the long run because you dont have to buy them as much. I will now always use Duracell because it just saves you money long term.

Definitely it's a good battery for high drain devices like cars and other items. Works well for my daughter's bouncer swing. Got the twin pack AA-2 Duracell alkaline batteries. Packaging was easy to open and provided 10 year pack life

Great battery for any electronic device! I chose to put these batteries in my outdoor battery operated solar light that I have lighting my parking area. I can feel confident with the Duracell name that these will be long lasting and I won't have to replace soon.

Giving a review on a battery right when you get it really won’t tell you anything. It still works but it’s only been in the device for a few days. To be honest, I’ve never used batteries enough to tell you whether they last any longer than another brand. But I’ve never had a Duracell start to corrode in a drawer after a long time like some other cheaper brands.

What I LIKE about Duracell are you can trust them. Often when you purchase a small appliance, they come with some un-known name batteries. Before you know it they die out. I have a battery tester and every time I check on my Duracell's brefore I use them they have always had FULL power.

I have several items that require aa batteries. We have used several name brand batteries along with generic batteries. I like Duracell. I feel that they last longer than other name brand batteries. I haven't had them leak or explode or any crazy issues with them :)These things are amazing! It's like someone figured out how to take electricity and put it in teeny, tiny cans! I just plug a couple of these into whatever needs power, and it just works.

Duracell batteries are my go brand as they have demonstrated long life over years. From TV remotes, to kids toys, and emergency flashlights, I've had nothing but good experiences with these batteries. In fact, there were some batteries that I purchased a few years ago that got pushed into the back of a drawer that worked like a charm demonstratingId Duracell's great shelf life as well. Moreover, emergency flashlights that I have tucked away in rooms that barely get used still turn on after years of having the batteries installed. Overall, these batteries are highly dependable, and cost-effective (depending on your local prices). I will continue to choose Duracell over the competition for the foreseeable future.

My family has always been super brand loyal to Coppertops! I have been using them forever. I don’t know about you but I’m not going to put lesser batteries that leak and ruin my expensive electronics. I have NEVER had an issue with Duracell Coppertops. Morning only do they last forever but they have never leaked. Highly recommend Duracell.

I buy the copper top batteries for multiple reasons, for toys, games, remote controls, and everyday household things. I know when I purchase these batteries that I don’t not have to worry about anything. They last in all of our high use product and provides power for months. My kids go through tons of AA batteries while playing games on their gaming system. The controllers take 2 AA batteries each! Batteries can get extermely expensive so I’m always looking for the best deal; price & quality. I am extremely impressed with the long lasting life of these batteries, will be purchasing again & definitely recommend. Received in exchange for an honest review.

Duracell is a trusted brand for a reason. Their batteries always work well and are long-lasting! One feature that other batteries have which would be nice to have is when you can press it and it will show you how much life is left however, that is not necessary.

This batteries are very long lasting! One of my favorite things about them are that the Color variance is great so I don’t have to put on my reading glass’ to install them in my devices, clocks and grandkids toys! The positive and Negative terminals are easily definable! \

Always been a fan of Duracell
I have always been a fan of Duracell batteries and it's been even more important to have Duracell AA batters on hand at all times once I became a dad. Now that my daughter is 6, she has more and more things that require AA batteries. It's really hard to say how long I should expect batteries to last, but we are a week into usage and my daughters remote control car is still going strong with EXTENSIVE daily use! We are a fan and it's certainly helpful when the batteries still have juice to keep my daughter and her friends having fun!

These batteries were bought for my sons remote control for his rc car. We got them cause the generic brand batteries were only lasting about a week. We got these Duracell brand copper top batteries in hopes of a longer lasting battery. With these we got about 3 days longer then the other batteries we were buying. So the price is not really worth it.

Love yhese Coppertop batteries they are long lasting batteries. In our house with kids playing video games and the controllers operate on batteries so I use Coppertop batteries because They are such a great brand that I know will last for gaming. Not to mention all the other toys we use that need batteries and this brand has been the most reliable for the value and long lasting operation.

The Duracell AA copper top batteries work very well! I recently used them in my kids WII remote. I am usually changing out the batteries every 3-4 days but with the Duracell, I’m on day 6 and still working! So awesome! They are easy to read the label and easy to figure out how to use. Great brand and I will continue to use Duracell batteries for all my household devices and remotes!

Only Battery We Trust and Use
We have always used Coppertop Batteries in our home. I have found other name brand batteries do not last as long as Coppertop and we were constantly replacing them. The great thing about this brand is They re affordable and you get your money's worth and don't have to worry about constantly replacing them.

Duracell has built a reputation for long-lasting battery life and their AAA battery is no exception. We use this size in a lot of our kid's toys and it holds up to their constant use a lot longer than I would under the same circumstances. I'm often amazed by the longevity of this battery.

Duracell coppertop batteries are the top brand in my opinion. They always last a long time which is nice because I don't have to switch out batteries constantly. Duracell batteries are always the best. They go on forever even in my camera which I generally have to use rechargable batteries in. The off brand batteries pale in comparison. These batteries really last even in my wireless mouse, which I never remember to turn off.

Duracell offers solid performance. Toys and gadgets run exactly as they should with Duracell. I can always tell a difference between no-name batteries that often come standard in toys and when I replace them with Duracell. The toy's lights are brighter, the music is played more clearly and at an even rate, and the toy moves quicker. I always buy Duracell because they're consistent.

I placed these batteries in the remote for my son’s Nintendo remote. The remote drains batteries frequently. These batteries have lived up to the long lasting they advertise. The remote is still going and doesn’t seem sluggish like it would normally when batteries start to drain.

Being a mom of 4, ages 1 to 7, I go through a ton of batteries. Long lasting is important to me so I can get the most out of my money. It's been roughly 2 weeks or so since I opened these. I put them in my older kids wii remotes and they are still going strong. And they play the wii basically daily. I've had problems with other brand batteries already being dead when I opened them new. No problems with these!

Best Battery on the Market
I have to admit, from time to time I get cheap and buy store brand or even worse /shudder dollar store batteries. \
I always end up with a dead toy on Christmas, or a dead flashlight, or worse.. an exploded corroded mess. \
Duracell coppertops are the best on the market and they last. They don't bust, explode, or otherwise cause this exhausted mother to have more to deal with. \
I used this package of duracells in a stand of battery powered twinkling lights in my sons room and he left them on 24/7. It's been 10 days and they're still going.

Duracell makes the best quality batteries. With two kids we go through a ton of batteries in our house. A lot of toys come with generic batteries that last might last one or two weeks. We can go months with out changing batteries when we use the Duracell brand.

At our house we use Duracell batteries because we have so many electronics and toys that use batteries we know without a doubt that we are saving money by buying Duracell as they last longer than any brand we have tried.What is the point in buying cheaper batteries she they are going to have to be replaced in weeks of getting, with Duracell we don't get weeks we get months of use. In our home Duracell is the trusted , tested and our go to brand 100%. Don't trust those cheap batteries for your emergency items like flashlights and radios be sure they work with Duracell.

These Duracell alkaline batteries last way longer than the heavy duty batteries. I highly recommend them for any toy that drains batteries fast. I was replacing batteries after just a few days in a remote control car and the alkaline batteries have been in well over a week and the car is still going fast.

I love using Duracell batteries for all mine and my kids electronics. You may pay a little extra for them but it is worth the difference in price. They last such a long time. Duracell batteries are the absolute best batteries on the market. They last so much longer than majority of the competitors. I use mine in my child's toy and it has not died considering she play with it all day everyday for the last week. Even left it on overnight and woke up and it was still working. The best!

You can never have enough batteries, they are always useful and Duracell is a brand I always try to get. I can't say how long this set will last since I haven't had them that long but with using Duracell for a very long time, I know these will last a long time. I put them in my granddaughters toy a few weeks ago and they are still going strong and I expect them to last much longer. These batteries are on the expensive side but you get what you pay for and these are worth it.

I've been a fan of Duracell for many years, because my parents used them also. So when I tried these batteries I already knew what to expect. I replaced the store brand batteries in my remote with the Duracell batteries and it was a big improvement. Unlike the store brand, the Duracell batteries last a long time and I find that the performance is better. With other batteries you notice the product slowing down really quick, but with these I can honestly say they last a pretty long.

I used the AA batteries in my general use flashlight. The batteries work well; the light was bright while in use. The batteries have performed like new for the past couple weeks. The packaging is a bit boring; it lacks the necessary information to determine if the batteries are right for the type of product they will be used in. The brand is a well known and trusted brand. I will be purchasing in the future and I have already recommended it to friends and family.

Duracell Copper top batteries are fantastic! I’ve got 2 kids and there are always batteries that need to be changed. I can depend on Duracell to last the longest in all of our toys and devices. My son has a camping lantern he leaves on all night, every night and I can depend on these batteries to last by far the longest (and I’ve tried a LOT of different brands!).

We have 2 children at home, so we can never have enough batteries for their electronics. Since we constantly go through batteries, I was excited to try these instead of our usual store brand. I have been using Duracell for years. I wouldn't use any other product now that I see how long these last. They definitely live up to their reputation. I have these batteries in my flashlight (as well as many other of my things) and find that they still last even though I don't use my flashlight on a daily basis. Great product and company.

In this day an age, an accountant without a mouse is just sad. I don’t normally use my touchpad due to it being terrible at keeping up with me. Well I slapped these babies onto my mouse and almost couldn’t keep up with it! Now they have only been in there four about two weeks, but knowing this brand, it will be next tax season before I need to replace them!

Great battery’s for your kids and these draining toys that the dollar store batteries just don’t do the job if you wanna invest in some these Duracell batteries is the best way to go I put them in my daughters toy and it’s been hours and a few days later and she still playing and keyboards and she plays hours at time .

Duracell has always been a great brand for high power needs. Made the mistake of buying cheap batteries and they might last only a couple months. I got these just to replace remote batteries because I know they will last a very long time. Since remotes dont use that much energy, we'll see about lasting years.

Duracell Coppertop Batteries have been my favorite for many years. Nothing lasts longer or is more reliable than Duracell. I put these AA batteries in a digital camera that loves to drain batteries. After popping in the batteries, I could take 200+ pictures before the indicator on the camera showed a little dent. I would highly recommend to anyone who hates changing batteries constantly and hasn’t made the switch to rechargeable batteries.

Don’t use with Apple keyboard
Battery leaked and destroyed Apple wireless keyboard. Had to completely destroy keyboard only to realize I would only ever be able to get one of the two batteries out.

These batteries are great for my Daughter's toys that she constantly plays with. Thess Duracell batteries are the longest lasting and always my go to. Highly recommended for all items that require batteries.

Great battery that you can trust. You can use it in any device (size compatible). I've used these batteries in a number of devices around the house. I've had great results with long battery life. I'd most definitely reccomend to a friend.

I have always been a fan of Duracell batteries. They have worked well for me over the years, and again, these do not disappoint. As usual, the Duracell Coppertop batteries are great. I am confident whenever I use the batteries, that they will last for a very long time. My son is using them in his game controller, and they have lasted longer than other batteries he has previously used. I would indeed recommend these.

My go to brand for batteries!
Duracell CopperTop alkaline batteries are the go to battery brand in my household. They are long lasting and power my devices great. I’ve never experienced any failures out of a fresh pack or even slightly after initial use. Similarly, I’ve also never experienced any battery erosion with this brand as I have with others. My smart tv remote requires two AA batteries and uses up a lot of battery since it’s constantly вЂrunning’ so to speak. Before using Duracell CopperTops, I was replacing my batteries about every 3 or so months. Now I find myself replacing the batteries every 4-5months. The longevity and dependable quality of Duracell CopperTops are what keep me loyal to the brand for sure.

I think these Duracell batteries are the best to have. They are high quality and long lasting. AA batteries are a must have in my household, I'm always needing them for something. These are good for remotes, toys and anything else that takes these kind of batteries. I highly recommend them.

Duracell is my go to battery in items that I feel are high draining. I can depend on Duracell outlasting the cheap batteries every time. Duracell has earned my trust in never having an issue with a leaking battery or damage to an item while one was in use.

We put these in a remote control that is used on a regular basis about a month ago and so far they have held up great. In my experience, Duracell never seems to disappoint when it comes to batteries.

These batteries definitely hold up and outlast the store brand batteries that we have been using. We go through batteries quickly for our tv controllers. Since using these batteries a few weeks ago, we haven't needed to change them!

These batteries have worked great so far in my Xbox 360 remote controller. They have been in for nearly a month and still kicking. With game play of almost 3 hours per day. So far they have proven to be long lasting and they certainly do have great performance.

These batteries have been used in the remote control for our family television that gets a major workout. I haven't seen any signs of wearing out yet! Would certainly buy again for other products and in other sizes.

My kids are avid video game players and go through so many batteries! These are the absolute best batteries for their video game controllers. They are the longest lasting out of all others we have used!

Great battery for all of my kids toys. It seems like they last forever. It gives me piece of mind that when I have a copper top Duracell battery in my electronics they are ready to use when I need them.

Going strong after a few weeks
So far these batteries are amazing. They have been in our Xbox controller for almost a month now. The batteries are still going strong with no sign of dying anytime soon. It is wonderful to not have to switch out batteries weekly. So far I have no complaints.

We all know that Duracell is a good battery. From past experience even with leaving them in kids toys for years I have yet to have one leak. Duracell has been the battery I know and trust. So nothing better then the copper top.

I use AA batteries for my Xbox controller and have to change them out monthly. I’ve had these batteries in the controller about a month and they still have lots of juice left. These will be my new go to batteries.

Pretty amazing battery life. I think they came at a perfect time cause i was needing new batteries for my game controller. Usually batteries dont last long while playing games but these have lasted longer than the rest.

They really do last a long, long time
My son has LED's above his bed that he sleeps with every night. They're battery powered, and I can always count on him to come to me every other week to ask me for new batteries. Usually I go to the junk drawer and grab him a random mish-mosh of batteries, but this last time I figured why not give him the good stuff? It's been over a month and he still hasn't asked me for new ones. That's a win in my book.

These batteries are great for devices that get a lot of use and will last for a long time. I am no longer changing the batteries out of my kids Xbox controllers every few days. They get used daily and these have held up for a few weeks. Definitely a great buy and I recommend using these batteries for all of your electronic devices that get frequent use.

These have been working great. A brand you can trust to provide power to all our battery operated devices: toys, clocks, flashlights...the list is endless. I find that Duracell last long and has solid strength. The package says "guaranteed for 10 years". Can't beat that!

Works great for the remote for my son’s drone. The previous batteries we used lasted maybe a day. We’ve had these in for 3 so far and they haven’t failed yet! I already purchased additional to swap out the batteries in the rest of his toys.

battery charge deteriorates in storage
I compared 2015 AAA batteries that I had against new ones in an xbox one remote. The newer batteries lasted ~2x as long as the stored ones. The 10 year storage life claim appears bogus. They perform well when new new but I wouldn’t count on the claimed storage life

Leaks: destroys the electronic device
It seems like in the last 5 years that Duracell Alkaline cells have become much more prone to leakage and corrosion. I will now avoid the brand.
