This product works well and lives up to its advertised features. The wipes are great and keep my family feeling clean and fresh. The only thing I was disappointed with was the wall-mounting for the dispenser. It doesn't stay on the wall after a few days. I tried with a different dispenser and it didn't stay mounted very long, either. Otherwise, the wipes themselves are terrific and we will continue to use them in the future!

Exactly what it should be
Everything this product claims to do, it does. It is gentle on my family and the septic tank. Certainly, my family feels cleaner and fresher with Fresh Care than using TP alone.

Cottonelle wipes are OUTSTANDING! I use them for myself and my dog!
I buy the travel pack often to refill my box and always enjoy splitting the package with him. I loved that cute Cottonelle limited edition box that came out about 5 years ago for kids with Cottonelle the puppy pictured in a red sandbox , I bought it for my dog to have his wipes in.
I also love those wipes since they?re fragrance free, so they won?t irritate my dog?s skin. He has grown to expect the wipy routine right after doing his business and I can tell that he wants it since he wags his tail when I click the box open! LOL! :) They are GREAT especially for that AWFUL scent oil that dogs all have so it doesn?t end up on your carpet. It is truly cleaner than toilet paper alone! :) When you see your dog scooting on the grass or in the house, remember there?s no better wipe than the Cottonelle one that will leave him feeling cleansed and invigorated. To dry him, add a touch of toilet paper or tissue to finish his cleaning. I never imagined that these wipes could do such a FABULOUS job cleaning up after fur babies too! I can see why they?re recommended as ?great for the entire family? as Cottonelle advertises their products! I highly recommend this wonderful dog friendly product to all my friends who have dogs! This product is very human and dog friendly. Buy it for youself and for your WHOLE family even the dog since after all. . . Cottonelle is a Labrador Retriever!

Flushable Cleansing Cloths make perfect sense to me!
Have you ever changed a diaper? Everyone carries wet wipes to change babies, no one carries a roll of toilet paper for their baby. So, at what point did we decide that we no longer needed wet wipes and dry paper would do the trick?! Cottonelle is genius for creating Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths. It makes perfect sense to me to have an adult version of baby wipes that is flushable. To be frank, I think a lot more adults need to use them, because dry toilet paper alone does not seem to be doing the trick for them. My only criticism is that I personally don't care for the scent. I would much prefer unscented cleansing cloths myself.

Great to have in very bathroom
Love the new packaging and the quality of these wipes. Have tried other brands and this is the first brand my whole family has been able to agree we all like. I've already purchased them multiple times and will continue to buy them for the foreseeable future!

Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths!
As a member of Cottonelle's Clean Crew on Crowdtap, I received samples of toilet paper and flushable wipes from Cottonelle. As part of one of our activities, I am writing this review based on the samples that I received from Cottonelle.
As embarrassing as it may be and awkward to talk about, I'm sure most of us would admit (albeit a little sheepishly) that almost nothing feels better than being TOTALLY CLEAN after visiting the bathroom! I love feeling fresh and "revitalized" (if that is the right word, lol!) after "taking care of business" in the ladies' room, and Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths are just the product to help me accomplish that! I love the cleansing wipes they are great for leaving you feeling fresh and clean, especially for women who are menstruating. They are easy to dispose of because you can flush them unlike baby wipes. Very happy with this product!

LOVED* please note PAST TENSE* these wipes, used all the time until you just changed the product away from the refill packs for the hard plastic dispenser TO these new packs with that little clear plastic tear/restick cover. THESE NEW WIPES, NEW DESIGN ARE *HORRIBLE*. They tear easily, shred, and when ones trying to wipe after #2 and putting fingers thru the wipe -its NOT doing the job and not acceptable. I loved the old ones, I hate the new ones so much that I am actively checking out other brands to replace the Cottonelle wipes that I was using.

These moist wipes are great!
I thought the tall dispenser would be better. However the wipes don't always continue to dispense. It should be more like the Clorox wipe dispenser instead of using the same wipes that come in the flat box instead of a circular type of clothes that dispenses

Amazing bathroom routine addition!
I have to say at first I was skeptical to using wipes in the bathroom. After I received a free sample from Crowdtap and Cottonelle? I gave it a shot and really enjoyed the refreshing clean feeling using the Cottonelle tissue and wipes together. I felt clean especially around that time of the month, I wouldn't feel like I needed to shower after every time I used the bathroom. Another person in my household who really enjoyed having wipes and such a soft tissue in the bathroom was my oldest daughter. She has issues with getting cleaned up after using the restroom and using the wipes really helped her feel clean, and more confident. I wish I could leave a better review because I really liked this product until a few months ago; these wipes left a horrible rash that required a steroid cream from my obgyn in order to heal. I will not ever try a "fresh wipe" of any type again.

usually love the product. I bought a large refill of cottonelle fresh care, and was very disappointed. the layers kept separatingId and the tissues kept ripping between the serrations. I still like the product, but I hope this is not a portent of things to come.

Cottonelle Fresh Care Wipes
When I first started buying Cottonelle Wipes some years ago, they were excellent quality. Now there is no quality what so ever. The wipes in the double packs with the plastic dispenser tops are even worse than the wipes in the original blue & white single packs. The wipes shred upon removing them from the package. No worry about using them. I will be looking to replace the Cottonelle wipes with a better quality wipe. So sorry!

Your new rippled wipes are terrible. They are thin and shred/tear every time it is pulled from the dispenser. Please go back to the original, thicker, stronger, and better wipes. When you have an out standing product, leave it be, don't try to fix perfection.

I don't know what's going on with the quality of these wipes lately. They were great when I started buying them a couple of years ago. But the last couple of refills I bought could barely be pulled out of the dispenser individually - I'll bet I wasted half of them because of sticking together and clumping when trying to pull them out. And now this current 168ct. refill has sheets that can't even be pulled out of the dispenser without tearing into pieces like wet paper towels. The sheets are just thinner. Wrong move, Cottonelle.

You have changed your wipes since my last purchase. They are thinner and tear and rip just coming out of the box. They are so thin now I have to use 2 wipes. I see many reviewers are complaining about the exact same thing. I can't believe you won't admit you changed the product. Your consistent response to reviewers has been " There haven't been any recent changes made to our wipes that would affect the quality of the product. " Why can't you be truthful? You have changed the wipes. I will be shopping for another brand. So disappointed.

Do NOT like the new Fresh Care scent OR Quality
I bought these wipes for several years and always felt clean and odor-free after using them. The new scent is awful- what happened to the fresh scent ? Did the quality of the wipes 'go down the toilet' along with the fresh scent option? I am still looking for a quality wipe that leaves you smelling clean instead of like a stinky armpit. I have started using Rite-Aid brand and for now seem to offer a great replacement. If this is new and improved go back to old and not so improved- those were great - along with the fresh clean scent. Very disappointed!!!

Cottonelle Wipes Not Popping Up
Buy Cottonelle wipes regulary in the box and they have a pop-up dispenser. Love that.
Recently bought Cottonelle wipes (42 count) in a soft-sided pkg. with a flip-up oval. These don't pop up at all. Very disappointing. I'm constantly fighting to find an edge on the next one so I can get it out of the package. Why can't these be pkgd. every-other one the other way -- like many things in life are -- so they pop up a bit when you pull the first one out?

Tall dispenser has to be "re-loaded" after using 1
I have been using the Cottonelle Wipes, first with the low oblong box and then when the tall white with blue trim 2-part lid. Every time I use just 1 wipe, it has to be re-loaded again for the next wipe. They do not pop up automatically for me. This is time consuming and not sanitary because I have to rewash my hands before re-loading it again. Do the wipes need to go "behind" the arm pointing down or in front of the bottom divider sticking up? I cannot find a video on how to properly load the tall dispenser.

I have used this product for over 5 years and I agree with others that the quality of the wipes have declined. The wipes come apart easily. It is difficult to get the wipes to come out of the dispenser without tearing. I usually have to open the dispenser to get the wipe. I am also trying other similar brands.

My family and I have been using these for a couple years and love them. I buy a large set every few months at a large online retailer that rhymes with Blamazon. They smell and clean very nicely, and we've had no problems flushing them regularly. My only wish was that they came in an individual wrapper so I could carry a couple in my wallet for those at work emergencies. We keep a dispenser in every bathroom, and I'll carry a resealable pouch when we travel.

Makes you feel clean and comfortable really love them. However they should not be flushed they do not dissolve may cause a blockage in sewer system. I put one in a cup of water for about 2 weeks it partially dissolved or broke up still had big clump.

Colorectal cancer changed everything about my bathroom habits but Cottonelle and the FreshCare product save my bum. It was the only product that didn't cause more injury to my already raw bottom. Seriously, it is the only bathroom tissue I will every purchase again! I take rolls of it with me when I visit other people's homes and leave them there in case I visit again. FreshCare is my new brand of flushable wipes
I found the cloths to have the right amount of moisture and a very pleasing scent. The wipes also did not leave a slimy feeling after use. I had no problem removing one wipe at a time. Lastly the product is made in the USA. Kimberly-Clark you got it right - thank you.

I have used big box store brand flushable wipes and they always felt dries out. Cottonelle wipes were not dries out and have a lovely scent and are thicker and clean better.

The wipes rip when you pull them out. Only one side has the ridges, the other is just plain. The wipes are thin and fall apart easy.

product label is miss leading
while it is moist and does clean fine , and the clean ripple texture is good , product is not actually flushable . clogged my toilet. these type of products do not break down in our sewer lines and they create massive deposits that our water utility workers have to go in and break up . \
i took one and placed it in a bowl of water and swirled it around to simulate flushing and then let it sit for 30 min. it only started to break down some when i picked it up and pulled it apart . which would not happen if people use it the way you suggest. at that rate it could take weeks or months to break down in a sewer or septic tank . and then by that point the consumer is having to call a plumber .

I've tried samples of wipes without texture and you feel sticky and unclean. These wipes smell nice, make you feel fresh and didnt clog my septic system. I put them out for use and company used them and plan on buying some also. Big jump in quality from other brands.

I am currently potty training one child and teaching my oldest (4yo) to be more independent in the bathroom especially since he is in school now, this product really helps him clean himself as opposed to using toilet paper and it helped him get the hang of it! We normally use store brand but the quality isn't as nice.

I was at work and apparently started my period. I never really know when they are going to come, being that they are so irregular for me. This time was particularly heavy. I kind of panicked and remembered I put these sample wipes in my purse. I was able to clean up and go back to work without having to ask to leave and go home.

More than expected after getting free sampl
Usually when I get free samples I put them to the side. This was a product I could easily identify with as I travel and using public bathroom is usually not a great experience. The added comfort have having this product made me feel clean and fresh while on the road. So much so I now want them in my home bathrooms besides just in my vehicles. These would be great when camping as well. Love the product! So many places they can be used and eliminate that "need to take a shower" feeling after traveling and the constant feeling clean after a shower at home and throughout the day!

Better alternative to baby wipes
I really enjoyed this product because of the way the product gets disposed. You can just flush it down the toilet (even if you're on septic) just like regular toilet paper, unlike a baby wipe which has to be thrown into a trash can. The only thing I didn't like was that the wipe ripped while I was getting it out of the package. I threw the ripped piece away because the remainder piece was still very big once unfolded.

Perfect for my husband at work!!!

The first thing I noticed about this product was the thinness of the wipes. I actually tore the wipe getting it out of the package. It is moist enough to do the job it should do, but I expected the scent to be fresher. I was definitely disappointed in the smell.

The packaging was the perfect size. It held the right amount of wipes, and their thickness and wetness were sufficient. They did a great job of cleaning my hands, etc. I was happy to deposit them in the toilet bowl.

Flushably clean companion wipe

I have tried lots of different ways to self clean in the bathroom, over the years they seem to get better and better. I've always thought this type of cleansing was the best, but worried because I have a septic tank. I have never had an issue with Cottonelle wipes, but I especially like the new ones with the ripples. They just give you the confidence that all is clean and good to go.

Very disappointed with product. Every use the 'cloth' ripped in inappropriate places. One pkg was not even moist. Both packages were thrown away after only a few cloths removed. The other 2 pkgs left not sure if I'll throw away or give to Good Will.

I'm Spoiled cuz of these flushable wipes! I don't even really use toilet paper anymore except maybe to blow my nose or clean my glasses. LOL \

Since having gone through two surgeries for rectal cancer, these Cottonelle Wipes have become my new best friend. They are perfect for my needs right now and for a long time to come. I highly recommend them. They make my life a whole lot easier to deal with.

I bought a bunch of packs on Amazon. They are very thin and rip even trying to get them out of the package. And they are not rippled at all. They kind of remind me of those tri fold paper towels you see in a public restroom. Also they left a stinging sensation. It stinks because I bought so many packs. Next time ill try a small pack first.

I have been using Cottonelle wipes forever. I have always loved them and have never had an issue. Recently I stocked up on wipes as I had run out and apparently Cottonelle made a change. Why fix what wasn't broken? The new wipes do not work in the dispensers at all. They have a wavy edge and I think that's why. They have to be reloaded each time you want to use a wipe and it's a pain. They also appear to be thinner and tear easily with normal use. I can't wait to run out of these wipes because Cottonelle is losing a long-term customer over this!

We had been using these for years. They were great. Having a adult with special needs they really helped when going bathroom. What a disappointment when opening the last box. New design, hard to get out of package, they tear so easily, definitely NOT an improvement. Will search for replacement, you lost a customer here.

Love these wipes, but not too thrilled with the new design. I liked the old design where when you pulled one out another popped right up, that doesn't happen with these. Have had a few issues with them tearing, but not enough to quit using them. What I really miss are the ones with Shea Butter!! Those smelled so wonderful and worked really great, wish you would bring them back!!

Doesn't pull the next wipe!
The whole idea of a wipe dispenser is that when pulling one out, the next one pops up through the hole. But this doesn't happen with these wipes! I have to dig into the container in order to pry them out. Worhless!

I have used these flushable wipes for years and have recently noticed that they have become considerably thnner. In fact, if they got much thinner, they would be transparent! Or, is this just your way of saying use more? Can you go back to the 5 star product?

I have been using this product for many years. When the new dispenser was created, I chose to continue to use my old dispenser. But for some reason the wipes, since the new dispenser was released, for lack of a better word suck. The wipes continuously get stuck in my original dispenser, the wipes tear more easily than they did when I started using this product and I am going to discontinue my use of this product. I hate when a company changes something that works, they claim they made it better and it turns out they made it worse.

Cottonelle Fresh Care Wipes
I had been using Charmin wet wipes but was unhappy that they got smaller and thinner so I tried your product. What a huge difference. The Cottonelle wipes are a lot thicker and bigger than Charmin. Also I like the way yours are folded and I can easily get one at a time. And your product is wetter too. I will never again use another brand. You now have a loyal customer.

Soft, Durable and Effective
We love using these flushable wipes. They are gentle on our skin, durable so it doesn’t tear while using and quite effective with cleaning the personal area when needed. I would recommend trying these wipes because they’re definately worth the money spent.

I really like the barely-there scent. I'm not crazy about those strong scents that take over everything. It cleans really good and it cleans quickly. I like that it's meant to be flushable and that it's meant to not clog the toilet. Overall a good product.

The package was not easy to open. My finger ripped through the first wipe when taking it out of the package. But the convenience of being able to flush these wipes is great. Also the size of the package is nice because it is smaller than other wipes.

These Work Great and Smell amazing!
I’m really glad I got the chance to try out these wipes. They work really well at getting you nice and clean, much more than just regular toilet paper. It smells wonderful and doesn’t clog up your plumbing at all! Love it! I definitely recommend it.

Cottonelle Flushable Wipes
The Cottonelle Flushable Wipes didn't seem to work all that well. I feel that they could have been bigger wipes, and that might of helped but I used toilet paper, followed with wipes and I still had to use at least 3 wipes. They seemed thin as well.

I love these wipes. It's as simple as that. I find that I like the extra clean feeling they leave me with. These wipes are soft, sturdy, come in a convenient case, and are flushable as well. They're pretty fantastic, and are great for on the go!

Effective and easy to use
These are a great product I use them on myself and my children! They did not year easily like some brands tend to do, nice packaging and easy to open they make it convenient with the top part just click and grab one out. I only needed to use one at a time not several like some brands! They are effective and gets the job done I highly recommend and will be purchasing again!

Sometimes, you just need more than dry paper. Lately, I have been having tummy troubles. I have had to use so much toilet paper to feel clean, that I may have to get a second job to pay for it all. When I heard about Cottonelle flushable wipes, I had to try them. Well, they made all the difference. They are moist, soothing, and do not irritate the sensitive areas. The surface of the wipes clean very well, made of materials that are stronger than they have to be! I use the wipes for washing, then a bit of toilet paper to dry off a bit, and I feel fresh as a daisy!

Cottonelle Flushable Wipes
I was pleasantly surprised how good the Cottonelle Flushable Wipes are and didn’t get any allergic skin reactions. Used primarily in car as a refresher for my face and hands. However, did also try during a break to public bathroom as additional cleansing wipes.

Clean and fresh feeling all day long...
I found Cottonelle flushable wipes to be refreshing and a wonderful product. Liked that I felt really clean after using Cottonelle flushable wipes. Love the smell of these wipes and they had wavy ridges for a better clean. Cottonelle flushable wipes are suppose to be septic safe and having a septic system I am a little skeptical about them being septic safe. Other than my one concern I would most definitely recommend Cottonelle flushable wipes to family and friends.

Better than Regular Toilet Paper
Cottonelle Flushable Wipes are great. The wipes are strong. The package is compact and they can be flushed without causing any damage. They do not cause irritation and do the job better than toilet paper.

Super soft and refreshing
Very soft to the touch and had a nice fragrance to them. I found them easy to use and my go-to when I felt grimy from the humidity. I would definitely buy them again. The packaging was perfect for traveling. The wipes didn’t cause me any irritation even on my fresh sun burn.

Cleans better than baby wipes.
The Cottonelle Flushable Wipes made me feel like I was getting a complete cleaning. They have just the right wetness. I felt like I was wiping less. They are slightly smaller than baby wipes but they clean better. They would be perfect if were longer.

They are soft and are great for wiping surfaces as well as your body if need be. I found them to be great for sensitive skin and great for wiping dirt. the smell is not to overwhelming and the package is portable and great for putting in my purse

Each of these wipes has a wavy texture that makes cleaning more thorough. I love the scent of the wipes because it leaves you feeling refreshed. Redesign doesn't dispense easily
I've been using this product for years and love it. However, it seems to have been recently redesigned, in such a way that pulling out a sheet no longer feeds up the next sheet behind it. Now, I have to use my fingernails to try to pinch out the next sheet, which often results in tearing a hole in the middle of the sheet. I recommend going back to the old feed design, which wasn't perfect either, but was better.

Is the packaging different between the tearable and the non tearable wipes? I'd rather buy the type where the individual wipes are connected to each other than the ones that are not. Because the already separated ones tear as you're removing them from the package and the layers of the wipe separate.

I have used Cottonelle toilet tissue for decades and have tried other brands of flushable wipes that I’ve been happy with, however when I tried the Cottonelle wipes I struggled with why you can’t remove just one but multiple wipes come out and tear. I feel this is a waste of money and will not purchase anything them again.

I love these products, however, I have had to stop using as the frangrance is far too high in this product resulting in too many uniary tack infections. Please offer a unscented wipe.

But when you flash the cottonells wipe dont disolve because i have to call the sewer all the tiime we flash the wipes dont disolved get stuck on the pipes

Great product, but clogged the sewer.
I love using these flushable wipes, but three months after moving into a brand new home the sewer clogged. According to the tech who came to unclog it, these wipes are not actually flushable and they caused the clog. Very expensive lesson for me.

Not improved with ridges for the better!
Cottonelle's were a terrific product then they were advertised as improved with ridges. They are terrible now, rip getting out of container and worse of all, rip during use. Please, please unimprove them, go back to the way they were.

I now have to dig out the wipes and they either tear or you have to peel half of the wipe from sticking to the part of the wipe... What ever happened to the ones when you pulled out one the next wipe was connected to the end of the first one it was so easy to use unlike the "new" ones.... I am really thinking of looking for new brand that doesn't make it so hard to use... I waste more time trying to get the "new" wipes out of the container just not worth the effort anymore....

Your product was so good. My son and I used them regularly. Now they are ripping apart, only a partial is coming out and then when you finally get a hold of it is single layer. Not sure what you have done to change your product but it is awful. Looking at purchasing a different brand

Blows Charmine Out Of The Water!
All wipes are not made the same. These are bigger, thicker, wetter, and dispense 100% easier than Charmine. I will never use anything else!

Newest wipes much thinner
I have used Cottonelle wipes for many years and have always been happy with them until the latest purchase. I usually get them from Costco in the large 10 pack. The newest one has much thinner wipes and they tear as I try to pull them out (between the perforations). I had an older single pack in my purse and compared the strength and thickness with the new ones. The new ones look and feel thinner. I hope this is just a bad batch. If the next purchase is the same I will have to look for some other brand. Please check your quality control. 1-31-2019

I've been purchasing your product for a few years. The refillable package I most recently purchased was very poor quality. Almost every other wipe rips in half when\
you take it out of the dispenser.

Thin and shred while removing from the package
I believe the product quality is deterioratingId. They shred while removing from the package. Waisting 2 or 3 that are entangled into each other.\
I’m looking for a new product alternative.

I use the wipes all the time and I love them. And they come in handy for other things. We were driving to San Diego and my cousin tried to use the wipers to get rid of the bugs on the windshield and it became so bad he could no longer safely see out the window so we had to pull over on the highway and no one in the car had water so the only thing to use was my Cottonelle wipes and they worked perfectly. If I had felt like I could last the trip without them we would have been in trouble on the side of the road.

Easy to flush and perfect size
Comptetitors wipes are thicker and you can only do one at a time. Who does one at a time, really? I feel confident that Cottonelle won't clog my toilet and in fact it never has in years. It is pricey so I would appreciate a more affordable 1000+ quantity bulk option package for 1 or 2 cents per wipe.

Wipes self-shredding out of pack
Love the product...until my last purchase of refills. Whether you use the holder or straight out of the refill packet, they shred, making them all but useless. Please reverse what ever change you made to the paper. We have tried other brands and like Cottonelle best. But, we will switch brands if the self- shredding paper isn't remedied. \

Bring Back the Single Pack
I have very sensitive skin and have used these for years. I love having them for emergencies when I have no toilet paper. However, I can no longer find the individually wrapped wipes which made much more sense for hiking, concerts and putting in the car. Please bring them back.

Quality has gone downhill
Very disappointed in the way the quality of these wipes has gone downhill lately. I've used these for years and not only have they gotten smaller, but they crumble and shred when you try to use them. I'll definately be searching around for a better brand.

The package says the wipes "immediately start to break down after flushing," but I'm sorry to report that they break down while you're still using them. I appreciate that they won't damage the sewer or septic system, but having them tear asunder before you've let go of them sort of defeats the purpose of a clean wipe. Does not favorably compare to Charmin wipes.

Wipes no longer can be used in container for they are very hard to separate and only two or three are connected at a time. Last batch was the worst, even were tearing. Will not buy again.

Quality is not what it used to be
I have never been so compelled to write a review until now. I have been buying Cottonelle wipes for a few years now, and the last time I bought a pack of wipes I could notice a significant decrease in the quality of the wipes. I don’t know if there has been a change to the manufacturing process or if I received a bad batch, but the wipes I purchased are consistently falling apart, tearing, and separatingId. This is not the quality that I have known in the past. Prior to this purchase I would recommend these wipes to everyone, and I have always been willing to spend more to get this product over store brand or generic products. I hope that the package I received was not the new normal that should be expected.
