Great to keep by the bed too!
These are strong wet wipes that are great for getting really clean when you can't bathe. I always keep a tub by the bed too and it's made life and relationships a lot more comfortable because no one has to make a mad dash for a wet washcloth. They are disposable and flushable, and aren't ever irritating and you don't feel like you've got any sort of residue on you.

Exactly what it should be
Everything this product claims to do, it does. It is gentle on my family and the septic tank. Certainly, my family feels cleaner and fresher with Fresh Care than using TP alone.

She might as well have flushed cotton washcloths. My renter used these wipes and we have to pump septic as well as ream the pipe going to the house. Sewer backup in basement too. Girlfriend also had bad luck with toilet paper in her septic. These products do not seem to break down in septic systems. I would not recommend.

A few months after flushing the wipes down my toilets and into my septic system it clogged the underground filter. I had the 1000 gallon storage tank pumped and it was disgustingly obvious that the Cottonelle wipes were the culprit. They do not break down like toilet paper or even close. Do not use them if you are on a septic system. If you read Kimberly Clark's claim for septic systems you will see that it is written to confuse the consumer. It focuses on "flushability" which only gets these things down the toilet but not through a septic system.

Flushable Cleansing Cloths make perfect sense to me!
Have you ever changed a diaper? Everyone carries wet wipes to change babies, no one carries a roll of toilet paper for their baby. So, at what point did we decide that we no longer needed wet wipes and dry paper would do the trick?! Cottonelle is genius for creating Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths. It makes perfect sense to me to have an adult version of baby wipes that is flushable. To be frank, I think a lot more adults need to use them, because dry toilet paper alone does not seem to be doing the trick for them. My only criticism is that I personally don't care for the scent. I would much prefer unscented cleansing cloths myself.

Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleaning Cloths help give a clean that plain toilet paper just doesn't come close to achieving! Once you get this shower fresh feeling, you can't go back to plain toilet paper.

Helps You Get Super Clean
Most of the time, toilet paper is enough. However, on certain occasions you need that extra clean and moisture. Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths are a great option. In resealable containers, they are usable by all ages, and they provide a helping hand in cleaning. They are strong enough to hold up (and not let fingers poke through) yet soft enough that they provide a comfortable experience.

I recently was able to try the new cleansing wipes, which I thought would be a good experience. What actually happened was the complete opposite. If I could give no stars I would. I ended up with a severe, painful, very sensitive rash. This rash has left me unable to walk, move, go to the bathroom, or do anything without being in excruciating pain. In the end, I will never use these again under any circumstances. I just want people to be aware that this is a possible reaction that could happen to anyone.

I started using this brand of paper just recently and I love it ! I use less then the store brand. My husband has been using the wet wipes for a long time now and he ALWAYS carries a travel pack of the wipes. He refuses to use anything else on his bum.

LOVED* please note PAST TENSE* these wipes, used all the time until you just changed the product away from the refill packs for the hard plastic dispenser TO these new packs with that little clear plastic tear/restick cover. THESE NEW WIPES, NEW DESIGN ARE *HORRIBLE*. They tear easily, shred, and when ones trying to wipe after #2 and putting fingers thru the wipe -its NOT doing the job and not acceptable. I loved the old ones, I hate the new ones so much that I am actively checking out other brands to replace the Cottonelle wipes that I was using.

I love my cottonelle Fresh care flushable clensing clothes but i find that the product is hard to get out of the container they provide and that they also dry out quickly in the container. When the product is actually still wet it works great and smells wonderful.

Absoulty Love These Wipes
I love these Cottonelle Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths. They clean very well and get the job done. They have a very nice clean smell to them. They on your are not rough on your bottom. And I love how you can flush them with out worry. I would recommend these to anyone.

I wish I could leave a better review because I really liked this product until a few months ago; these wipes left a horrible rash that required a steroid cream from my obgyn in order to heal. I will not ever try a "fresh wipe" of any type again.

Cottonelle Fresh Care Cleansing Cloths Dispenser
The cloths are great, but the upright dispenser just does not work. The cloths never catch, and every time I have to go fishing inside to find the next wipe.

Your change is a negative one. ... The wipes are too thin now, every time i wipe now it gets a whole in it, it even tears getting it out of the container. It is truly a waist of money. Horrible disappointment!

usually love the product. I bought a large refill of cottonelle fresh care, and was very disappointed. the layers kept separatingId and the tissues kept ripping between the serrations. I still like the product, but I hope this is not a portent of things to come.

New Ripple Texture - rips and tears

I have been using these for years, recently I purchased a large refill pack, these tear and shred while taking them out of the dispenser, they will also come out in a large wad and tear apart. Not happy with the quality.

What has happened to the Good Old Cottonelle Wipes
I've been buying your product for years both from the Grocery Store and the giant boxes at Costco / Sams. Really loved when you designed the plastic box dispenser. But the most recent giant box of product I got is not very good. First I thought maybe you put the wrong items in the box as the plastic packages were labeled as "Resealable Pack" not a "Refill Pack". But that would not be a reason for the poor quality of the wipes. They tear and ripe apart when using, not a pleasant experience. The method of connecting one series of sheets to the next series has gotten awful with the two sheets usually being unusable or stuck in the dispenser box slit. The old method, not being connected at all, was a pain but better overall. The durability of the sheet is the big problem. If this has been done due to the waste management people complaining about handling the product "downstream" then maybe you will have to discontinue production, because your current solution does not meet the customer need.

Your new rippled wipes are terrible. They are thin and shred/tear every time it is pulled from the dispenser. Please go back to the original, thicker, stronger, and better wipes. When you have an out standing product, leave it be, don't try to fix perfection.

Don't like this new design
Please go back to the previous design. This new pattern and material quality is much too flimsy and breaks apart too easily... it's the equivalent of wetting down the cheapest roll tissue you can find. As result it leaves behind lint and simply doesn't get the job done properly as the previous version.

They tear apart before you can get them out of the dispenser. I have to use several and not cost effective nor is as user friendly. I have used them for years but will try something new. I buy them by the case and this last one didn't last long at all. I had to keep putting in a refill and thought it was just my imagination until I started to order more and read the reviews

New Clean Ripple cloths Tear almost Constantly
I have used Cottonelle wipes for over 5 years and not until recently have I run into your new Clean Ripple Texture cloths. Almost every cloth out of the container is torn somewhat, or separated, or torn entirely. The only way I can get a complete cloth is to gingerly and slowly remove each cloth. Also I've noticed that the cloths are somewhat drier than they had been in the past.

I cannot find any of your products that will self-feed out of the dispenser through the slot. I have to completely open the cover and take one at a time after I find the next edge. It is frustratingId.

Cottonelle Wipes Not Popping Up
Buy Cottonelle wipes regulary in the box and they have a pop-up dispenser. Love that.
Recently bought Cottonelle wipes (42 count) in a soft-sided pkg. with a flip-up oval. These don't pop up at all. Very disappointing. I'm constantly fighting to find an edge on the next one so I can get it out of the package. Why can't these be pkgd. every-other one the other way -- like many things in life are -- so they pop up a bit when you pull the first one out?

My family and I have been using these for a couple years and love them. I buy a large set every few months at a large online retailer that rhymes with Blamazon. They smell and clean very nicely, and we've had no problems flushing them regularly. My only wish was that they came in an individual wrapper so I could carry a couple in my wallet for those at work emergencies. We keep a dispenser in every bathroom, and I'll carry a resealable pouch when we travel.

Makes you feel clean and comfortable really love them. However they should not be flushed they do not dissolve may cause a blockage in sewer system. I put one in a cup of water for about 2 weeks it partially dissolved or broke up still had big clump.

Better than Toilet Tissue Anyday!
I received this sample and was excited to try it. I have seen it in the store but because of the price we decided to buy another brand. This by far exceeds expectations and giving you confidence when using the restroom. We especially like the non irritating frgrance unlike other brands. We plan to use these when traveling and carry them everywhere we go. These are well worth buying for the whole family.

Last year I was diagnosed with osteo sarcoma. I recently was at MD Anderson for surgery to remove a tumor. I was eventually placed on the therapy floor and their motto was "number 2 is our number 1". So after taking so many chemicals to get me to go, I had diarrhea for 2 weeks straight. I started using cottonelle moist flushable wipes at that time. They not only got me clean feeling, but it also was soothing to a raw bum. I have used this product ever since. I also have my grandsons using them. They are great for kids to get clean.

This product is REALLY useful 4 days of month.

I found the cloths to have the right amount of moisture and a very pleasing scent. The wipes also did not leave a slimy feeling after use. I had no problem removing one wipe at a time. Lastly the product is made in the USA. Kimberly-Clark you got it right - thank you.

Awesome product for maximum freshness

Cleans Better Than the Usual Wipes
I tried a sample of the Cottonelle CleanRipple Texture wipes that came with an online order. I always use flushable bathroom wipes, for myself & my family, because I like to be as clean as possible! This wipe has the extra bonus of the rippled texture, so you use less and still are so clean! I would recommend this and I feel everyone should use flushable wipes - toilet paper alone is not enough!

The wipes rip when you pull them out. Only one side has the ridges, the other is just plain. The wipes are thin and fall apart easy.

Perfect for potty training
My son was learning how to use the potty but was used to the diaper wipes and was having a hard time with regular toilet paper. The flushable wipes helped him get used to using the big potty and also ensured a perfectly clean bottom!

I tried the Cottonelle sample. It was a product I had not purchased before. After trying the sample, I was pleasantly surprised by the size and moisture in the cleansing cloth. It was nice to have a disposable wipe to use which left me feeling clean and fresh. Because I received a sample and was able to try it before I bought the product, I felt that the product was worth the money to go and purchase a full size to use in our bathroom.

I really needed a product like this.

Dont waste money on a store brand
I have used store brand and other brands of wipes. Usually using two or more is seemingly necessary. However with these cottonelle wipes only one was needed. I was wasting money by using twice as many of a "cheaper" product when the similarly priced cottonelle was much more effective and therefore less expensive in the long run.

These wipes ARE NOT Flushable!!! I have had to have backed up pipes cleared by professional plumbers at least 4 times since I started using your wipes, along with your competitors. The last plumber that was here last found wipes clogging the pipes. They do not BREAK DOWN!! The ones that do make it through the pipes, go through the sewer system and make it to the water system frustrate the employees as they have to get them out.

I have used these for a long time. Yesterday, my sewer backed up in my newly built home. After having it snaked and a camera go down the pipes, they found the wipes. The SafeFlush Technology let me down and turned to be quite costly. Not happy.

I work for a weekly paper and was invited to take a tour of our city's sewer system. Flushable wipes are NOT flushable. They cause damage to city septic systems and septic tanks. They will clog your leach lines. I would like to see all cities join together and STOP you from writing flushable on the packages. I've seen city pumps that have to be replaced and baskets of flushable wipes overflowing. You may say it is not your product, but someone else. After seeing what I have seen I believe no wipes should be flushed. You are causing taxpayers billions of dollars just to keep their sewer systems running and taxpayers are picking up the bill.

These wipes shred and rip when you use them. they used to be better before the big marketing push. they were the only brand i would use. i will be looking for another brand now.

Good Product, Tears Easily
I've been using Cottonelle Flushable Wipes off and on for more than two years and finally needed to comment in a review. These wipes are very good. My only complaint is that they tear far too easily when taking one from the pouch. I also use the Costco brand which I prefer when I can get them on sale. They are superior for the simple fact that they don't tear and break down just as well. My hope is that Kimberly-Clark will do further research into improving this product to reduce tearing.

No wet wipe is flushable toilet paper is
Do not flush them they do not break down they mess up your sewer system they mess up your septic system and clogs it up so don’t Buy and don’t flush them because this company is a bunch of liars they’re meant for the trashcan

For the 3rd straight year, we have had to hire a sewer service to clean out the line connection from our house to the city sewer line approximately 100ft. All 3 blocks were due to Cottonellle Wet Wipes. (This is the only brand we buy) The sewer service guy confirmed that the product will flush but doesn't degrade as toilet paper does and will cause a blockage over a relatively short period of time. Please urge your labs to develop a formulation that will break down.

Doesn't pull the next wipe!
The whole idea of a wipe dispenser is that when pulling one out, the next one pops up through the hole. But this doesn't happen with these wipes! I have to dig into the container in order to pry them out. Worhless!

I have been using this product for a long time and have been pleased, but the last ones that I bought were the individual packages in a 4 pack taped together. They are not the same quality that I have been buying in the past. They are cut on the edges like with pinking shears where the others were straight across. Other than not as thick and not good quality, that is the only difference that I could see.

A member of my household uses these and on occasion I’ve tried to get a wipe from the pack and each time the wipe tears in half. I prefer other brands that don’t cost so much and are sure not to rip when being removed from the packet

Had to call a plumber after the sewer overflowed in the basement. Although the product says flushable, they clogged up our pipes. Will never use again, not after paying $300.00 to clear out our pipes. We were told by our plumber to never flush them down the toilet. They absolutely should not say flushable

Cottonelle Fresh Care Wipes
I had been using Charmin wet wipes but was unhappy that they got smaller and thinner so I tried your product. What a huge difference. The Cottonelle wipes are a lot thicker and bigger than Charmin. Also I like the way yours are folded and I can easily get one at a time. And your product is wetter too. I will never again use another brand. You now have a loyal customer.

Fall apart like wet toilet paper.
Although these wipes fall apart NONE should ever be advertised to be flushable. Just ask ANY plumber or city sewer maintenance worker. I always throw any wipes in the trash but these are hopeless. Will never buy this brand again.

Great product to have handy in the bathroom when you want to stay fresh and feel clean. Very strong, durable and pleasant scent. Even find myself using to clam my hands after applying makeup and coloring my hair at home. Very versatile as well.

Decent, but wish they were thicker
These wipes are a bit thin and a bit small. They feel good, but I do wish they were thicker. I also never flush these because you never know how flushable they really are. I don't trust that they'll break apart and disintegrate. I need to use more than one at a time and that's kind of a pain. I'd like a more durable wipe. Overall, they're okay, but not the best.

WORKS AS GOOD AS STORE BRAND

Cottonelle flushable wipes gave a satisfying clean feeling. They are very soft and durable. I tend to want to use these more then tradition toilet paper. I like that they are flushable so that they are not in you trash can. I keep a pack in my purse for use in public restrooms too. I will continue to buy and use them.

Once I tried these I was hooked on them!
These are the best way to fully clean yourself after using the restroom. I definitely recommend these flushable wipes without hesitation to anyone currently using any kind of baby wipe or even toilet paper. You will never use anything else once you try these!!!

A great clean feeling achieved easily
Clean and comfortable all day long. These wipes have the perfect amount of liquid in them and they really wipe you completely clean with no irritation. Thick soft and flushable make these wipes easy to carry with you or leave at home. Also, they have a very nice clean scent making you feel extra confident.

Cottonelle Flushable Wipes definitely makes me feel cleaner and like I got *everything* down there when I'm done. They are thick enough an have never torn during use. The size is also just right. Big plus - they are flushable. Cottonelle Flushable wipes are great for home and travel. They have a very mild scent and are not irritating which is important for sensitive skinned people. I love these wipes and I would recommend to anyone.

I really like the barely-there scent. I'm not crazy about those strong scents that take over everything. It cleans really good and it cleans quickly. I like that it's meant to be flushable and that it's meant to not clog the toilet. Overall a good product.

Once I started using these wipes I became addicted. Now I hate it if I’m in a bathroom where I don’t have access to wipes. You definitely feel only problem I had is that the pop up dispenser didn’t always work. And digging out another wipe proved to be a little difficult. I occasionally ended up tearing one when trying to get a wipe out. They do seem to tear a little bit easier than the old Cottonelle wipes.

Let's face it, sometimes we need a little extra help to get all the way clean in the bathroom. Especially when you have two children under 5! I liked the texture of the wipe and the scent was pleasant. They served their purpose, got the job done and I can definitely see these as becoming a usual purchase for my household. I like the fresh and clean feeling that you get with the Cottonelle Flushable Wipes that regular toilet paper can't provide. The only drawback for me was the size. I hoped they would be bigger. My son just got potty trained and his baby wipes were almost twice the size of these. I'm thinking that since it's a product geared towards adults, it should be bigger. \

Best wipes I've tried! No perfume smell.
Cottonelle wipes are more substantial than store brand and other wipes I have tried. Each sheet is larger than any other wipes and they seem a little thicker as well. The scent of Cottonelle is pleasant and not perfumy or overpowering. I have had issues with the cheaper wipes and store brand wipes causing irritation over time but I do not have that irritation when I use the Cottonelle wipe.

It gave me that clean fresh feel without leaving to much residue. The scent was fresh and was easy to use and discard. I liked how easy it was to remove from the package and that this will be something i will be keeping in my home from now on. My family & I really like using Cottonelle Flushable wipes. They are super soft. The thickness is perfect for cleaning up, has grooves that really help out. They dissolve so flushing them is ok. I have purchased more since receiving a complimentary pack from Home Tester Club for testing purposes. I recommend Cottonelle Flushable Wipes to friends and family daily.

Cottonelle Flushable Wipes
I was pleasantly surprised how good the Cottonelle Flushable Wipes are and didn’t get any allergic skin reactions. Used primarily in car as a refresher for my face and hands. However, did also try during a break to public bathroom as additional cleansing wipes.

I found Cottonelle flushable wipes to be refreshing and a wonderful product. Liked that I felt really clean after using Cottonelle flushable wipes. Love the smell of these wipes and they had wavy ridges for a better clean. Cottonelle flushable wipes are suppose to be septic safe and having a septic system I am a little skeptical about them being septic safe. Other than my one concern I would most definitely recommend Cottonelle flushable wipes to family and friends.

I was surprised that there actually is a BIG difference in flushable wipes. I normally buy the generic brand of wipes. After trying Cottonelle my entire family will be switching from generic flushables to Cottonelle. The product is a bit thicker and seemed to clean better while using less. Very pleased! This is a must have..

The Cottonelle Flushable Wipes made me feel like I was getting a complete cleaning. They have just the right wetness. I felt like I was wiping less. They are slightly smaller than baby wipes but they clean better. They would be perfect if were longer.

Does not dissolve as claimed
I placed a Cottonelle sheet in a glass of water for a week. After a week it had broken down about 30%. The video on the Cottonelle Website (the one featuring a detective) implies that nearly all the wipe would be gone in about an hour. This is just not true. Too bad as I was hopeful the claim would be true

Been using Cottonelle for long time. Last time I bought them, they now have RIPPLES. Well, you cannot get them picked up easy as before. Have to take a wipe and try to get edge of ripple up, then it tears. Bad choice. Sheets used to interlock before and lift right out. I will not buy these again, unless Cottonelle returns old style.

The product which I’ve used for years and have loved, has changed recently. They tear and rip and seem to be inferior to what they were. Need to change to another brand. So disappointed!

Although I used to like the product Im off a whole different opinion now. We/I had a horrible back up with our plumbing, entire basement floor flooded an got worse when the upstairs toilet flushed, after spending $325 to have plumber come over to check, after main line cleanout the cause was flushables that DID NOT DISOLVE and caused me terrible expense and mess. Photos upon request, have a slew of photos plus a video of water pouring out wrong areas

Love your flushable wipes. Been using them for years. However, more and more, the wipes I get are NOT perforated, making it more difficult to remove from the package...and then some that are not perforated, adding insult to injury, have the top part that you grab way to the front UNDER the plastic, so you end up tearing the cloth in order to release it from the moisture and pull it out. \
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make ALL packages PERFERATED.

Your product was so good. My son and I used them regularly. Now they are ripping apart, only a partial is coming out and then when you finally get a hold of it is single layer. Not sure what you have done to change your product but it is awful. Looking at purchasing a different brand

Blows Charmine Out Of The Water!
All wipes are not made the same. These are bigger, thicker, wetter, and dispense 100% easier than Charmine. I will never use anything else!

Newest wipes much thinner
I have used Cottonelle wipes for many years and have always been happy with them until the latest purchase. I usually get them from Costco in the large 10 pack. The newest one has much thinner wipes and they tear as I try to pull them out (between the perforations). I had an older single pack in my purse and compared the strength and thickness with the new ones. The new ones look and feel thinner. I hope this is just a bad batch. If the next purchase is the same I will have to look for some other brand. Please check your quality control. 1-31-2019

I have been a fan of Cottonelle wipes for 4 or 5 years now. I have the hard plastic package but this time, instead of buying refills I purchased the disposable wipes in the soft package that opens. I just bought a double package and am so disappointed. They are thinner to the point they sometimes break off even though I pull them slowly. I don't know what has happened unless budget cuts at the factory and raised prices out of our pockets at the store. I may try Charmin, just undecided right now since I've always used Cottonelle. I am so disappointed, I don't even use Charmin tissue but may have to use the flushable wipes.

I use the wipes all the time and I love them. And they come in handy for other things. We were driving to San Diego and my cousin tried to use the wipers to get rid of the bugs on the windshield and it became so bad he could no longer safely see out the window so we had to pull over on the highway and no one in the car had water so the only thing to use was my Cottonelle wipes and they worked perfectly. If I had felt like I could last the trip without them we would have been in trouble on the side of the road.

Cottonelle wipes with a "new texture" have recently (May 2019) shown up in my local stores. Cottonelle has taken a previously excellent product and turned it to garbage. The layers separate when removed from the package. I can't tell if the layers are thinner, but they tear very easily while trying to put them back into a usable sheet. Had no such issues with the old version of the wipes. While using my first package of the "new texture" at least 10 percent of the sheets tore to the point they were unusable. Most disappointing.

I have been buying cotton now flushable wipes for a long time, buying a large refill pack, now the last one that I bought the material breaks down before the flush, I will have to search for another flushable wipes to use, I don't know why people feel that they have to improve what's already working.

The last multi-pack that I purchase are all individual sheets and don't put up out of the pack. Hope this was just a quality control issue and not a permanent change.

Wipes Have Changed, Not for the BETTER
Have been using them for 8 years and always pleased with the thickness. However the last few purchases have been very disappointing. They are so thin now that they shred as soon as they are pulled from the package, leaving them useless.

These wipes used to be the only ones I ever used. Now the last 2 refills (168) I've gotten tear apart and/or separate when pulling from container making then almost unusable.

Wipes no longer can be used in container for they are very hard to separate and only two or three are connected at a time. Last batch was the worst, even were tearing. Will not buy again.

The wipes I have purchased the last few months have started degrading before the package has even been opened. Layers separate and shred at the slightest touch. It is near impossible to get an intact wipe that has not pulled shreds off the wipe below it.
