Customizable Print-On Dividers, 8-Tab, Letter

I have used your dividers for 19 years. I am an Environmental Consultant and I have to report to the EPA, State, and local citys. I created a Environmental Reporting Binder with avery dividers. One of my companies had an audit from the EPA and they were so impressed with how organized we were. I will always use avery products for my business!

I only use Avery labels and this works great because I use them quite a bit for binders.

Very easy to use - template easy to download - quick

Part of my position involves conducting workshops. Preparing for these workshops has, in the past, involved using Avery clear labels (11432) for placement on Binder Divider Tabs. While the ease of application was there (able to adhere all labels to the tabs at the same time), these Dividers are professional and complete in ONE EASY STEP. Also, with the ability to add presentation section reviewTitls to the divider itself...fabulous! Graphics / Text really dress up what could otherwise be just another boring binder! These Avery printable dividers with tabs are as good an example of this basic tenet and attention to details as I've ever seen in my 54 years! In the past, I actual cringed upon opening up my small but importaint file cabinet to find a document and seeing instead, the royal mess I had made of my file deviders and tabs. Even when I didn't hand write on my deviders and tabs, the small, label machine lables and pasted on bits of pc printer notes , etc, looked like a poorly made grade school project! These Avery printable dividers with tabs have ended the days of those badly executed file holders and my paperwork headach, allowing me to quickly make professional looking file packages, with indexs or other 'at a glance' information, including pictures and ikons. After carrying folders around for years that were the epitome of "boring," I now WOW my colleagues with intriguing creative art. WONDERFUL!!

The dividers are so easy and are very helpful with keeping the house information divided. It is also very popular with my high school son, because organization is not one of his strong points. I would high recommend this product to anyone, and very easy to use. Better than the old style dividers.

When I attach exhibits to pleadings, I generally use dividers with printed tabs ("Exhibit A," Exhibit 1," etc.). However, when the number of exhibits exceeds the number of printed dividers in a set, these Avery dividers are a great way to supplement the set with just the number of additional tabs needed. Also, the tabs on Avery's 8-tab set are almost identical in size and placement on the page as the "Exhibit __" tabs in most printed sets, meaning that you can start the Avery dividers with the one that has a tab at the right place on the page to follow the last tab of the printed set.

I like the professional look of the dividers and the ease of making them. The portion of the divider that contains the three holes is folded over when printing. When this portion is unfolded and the divider put on the rings the divider is weak at the fold letting the divider shift slightly when moved. If the fold was reinforced it might function more like a traditional divider.
