Completes its job function

Working in a call center you experience every scenario possible to exhaust your hardware until its literally down. I recommend for smaller call centers with less than 25 employees. Also, I would not recommend this product for more than 25 employees in your call center. I have found that as much wear and tear to the product with employees working 40 hours in a week; this product will wear out roughly in 4-6 months. You may experience audio issues on both ends of call and requires you to configure the system on a case by case basis. Plastic or Rubber on the buttons may wear out if the plastic is removed and cause connectivity damage due to wear and tear of product.

Sound quality

When I tried this product, I was not prepared for the exceptional sound quality it added to my headset. It is a joy to me to use it in my business.

Convenience in the control features

If your having a hard time finding volumn and other control buttons, this device is a relief. Very convenient to use.

Quick Disconnect Useful for multiple headset user

Easy to use USB audio processor for analog headsets with high quality audio and one-touch call, mute and volume control. I liked the ability to easily bypass on-screen call control menus.\

Best feature was Quick disconnect (QD) for walkaway convenience. Secondary, noise and echo cancellation for richer, clearer conversations.
