Saved my ear!

This was bought for a receptionist here because she did not like her new earpiece for her phone and this attachment allowed her to use one she already had. she has bee nothing but happy since receiving it. Thanks for saving her ear and sanity!

Perfect solution to my problem

I have used a Plantronics headset for years and have come to rely on it. When it quit working I was concerned. Fortunately when I called technical service, I received guidance from a patient tech service rep who diagnosed my problem and recommended a new coil cord. The cord arrived timely and works fine. Thanks, Plantronics!

The cord needed for Shoretel IP 485g

Finally found a cord that works with H171N headset and Shoretel IP 485G phone, WITHOUT an amplifier, as the phone has a headset jack. Other cables required an amplifier or do not work at all with that phone.
