Always Discreet Liners Ultra thin regular
These are very good at keeping down odor and keeping you dry, they stick very good and most of the time in place, sometimes they do slip out of place if you move around a lot. The one thing that I do wish they had put on them is 'wings', because that's what I usually use to keep the pads in place.

Unnoticable protection, better than Poise
I recently bought a package of Poise and I couldn't believe how much the pad would crunch up at the back and to boot, non of them would stick to my underwear as they had very little to non sticky stuff on them. Then I received the Always discreet long very light absorbancy and was amazed they had a very pleasant scent and stayed were put and didn't leak. I will be switching now because they give me confidence wearing them and they do make me feel feminine where Poise actually made me feel old (er) I will be switching and looking forward to wearing these every day.

Loved these! I consider myself young-53 yrs old- but have an annoying problem since childbirth. I am very active-go to the gym and take hard core aerobics classes-but my problem sure did put a damper on it- so to speak! These pads are so thin, but are very absorbent.

Good product; bad packaging
The pads fit well and work well. They're more comfortable than most, as well. The wrappers, however, are terrible, as they don't enclose the used pads, as all other products' wrappers do.

This product is very thin and discreet

Another great product by always. The liner is nice and thin. It fits nice and sleek. This product, although thin, absorbs my bladder control leakage. It kept me clean and fresh.
I also love the resealable wrapper. It makes it easy to dispose the used liner in the garbage.
I love Always. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their bladder control and menstuatuon liners and pads.

I love the leak guards on these pads. I have severe bladder leakage (even surgery did not work) so this pad was not as good as I had thought it would be for my needs. I look forward to Discreet being on the shelves and hope that there is a thicker pad that will be as comfortable as this sample. I will definitely recommend this pad to anyone who has a need for a light pad. Thanks so much for giving me a chance to preview this great product.

I say this as a obese person, the fit is to thin and won't stay in place very well, i would switch if they were a bit thicker and fit better in the panty.

Better than my other brand
Have been using underwear and liners for about three years. Discreet was recommended by a friend and I tried them. Like packaging better and it is wider and thinner. Also a little cheaper. Going to try Underwear which I use ocassionally.

Great Product did not leak
I am a 44 yo male with moderate to heavy leakage and have been using pads for years. I tried these today and they worked great did not leak at all. I will be trying these tonight when I sleep and see how they work.
I also have the underwear as a back up.

So much better than before
In the past I have been using a well known bladder pad. Although it seemed to protect against leakage, it was very bulky and sometimes uncomfortable to use. Surgery has been suggested but I am not ready for that.
I just started using your product so I cannot speak to the leakage protection, however the size and comfort is outstanding. I am so happy I found and tried your product. I am now a full time user.

I work in a fast-paced environment that involves a bit of sweating. I was eager to try these as Always had been a trusted product of mine. Now I am not so sure. I work as a dishwasher in a high school cafeteria and do perspire a bit. I wore one yesterday and by the time my 3.5 hours shift was over, the liner's adhesive had long since failed and the liner was at my behind and almost ready to slide out of my undergarments. Very disappointed.

Glue sticks to underpants
Sorry, but these have a fatal flaw of leaving glue on underpants.
And they have too strong a perfume scent. Nice scent, but too much of it.

This product needs changes.
I bought the Regular Moderate Absorbancy size.
First of all if these are not the long ones I can't imagine how long the long ones are. The regular size is a bit too long for me. But the worse part of this pad is that the sticky glue does not total remove from my panties. And you can't pull what's left off the material. Going back to Poise.

The flowery scent was overpowering. I found the pads stiff and uncomfortable and prone to leakage. They are way too long and shift and bunch up when you are active. Used 6 out of the bag of 34 and don't know what I will do with the rest, but I don't trust them to wear.

Couldn't wait for my samples. Glad I didn't wait. I have used Poise in the past and they just didn't do the job. Have been using my regular Always every day and they do work, but they just aren't for the little dribbles. These pads are just the thing....comfortable, absorbent, and very discreet. I never thought something so thin would work so well. Thank you!! PS: I got my husband to try them as well. He is very happy!

I love the thinness, length and absorbency of the product, but every pad I have tried has left a small amount of adhesive in my underwear. With some it was about an eighth inch wide and half inch long but another left about 3 inches about a fourth inch wide. It did not all wash out with a single washing either.

Disappointed with the product
I have always used poise pads but on my last visit to the store your product was displayed, I purchased a package of 54 moderate long. Although I found the products fit good the absorbency was very poor compared to the same size of poor,I would not feel comfortable wearing the pads outside the home.

Usually wear Tena pads but got a sample of your new pads. Like the Moderate-Long.
But cannot wear because of the strong perfume smell. Overwhelming to me but then I am sensitive to certain smells.
Would buy your pads again if there was not such a strong perfume smell to them.

I bought the "longs" which are incredibly short. If you are sitting down, it leaks to the back and onto your clothes. How embarrassing. Lying down is even worse. I find them totally unusable.

Needs wings like menstrual pad for more secure attachment
Only suggestion I have is adding side wings to pad so pad can be attached to the underside of panty crotch. Have had to use surgical tape to attach front and rear of pad to panty as moisture releases the pad and tends to leak off side. Please, please, please add side wings to pads.

Im disapointed in this product...
I am a regular user of Always Brand and have loved the effectiveness and fit of all of their products, But i was extremely disapointed when i tried this particular product.
Being i have been dealing with slight to moderage bladder leakage for a few years after birthing 2 children I was very excited to see this Product come out, so i immediatly purchased the moderate long pads. But to my dissapointment they did not stay put and actually leeked all the way through to my pants which caused a bit of embarassment. The material is a bit irritating as well.
I guess i will be going back to using the long panty liners since they worked much better than these and never let a leak through!

I find these too long [labeled regular length] very stiff and not very comfortable. I cannot find a good selection of Always products in the store so I end up buying pads when I prefer liners. I will be going back to Tena . . . softer and more comfortable.

I have used Poise for the last couple years, also used Tena. SO happy you came up with these.....they are so much better! I was always somewhat dissatisfied with Poise and they kept changing them and not for the better! But, I liked Tena even less! These are the perfect 'feel' .... that is; they are thinner but still very effective. Can't stress enough how happy I am with them! Having to wear something in the first place is rather annoying, but you just made it alittle easier! Also, may I add I love the packaging and it's much easier to remove the wrapping. Don't change a thing!

This product is very old school in its construction. The pads twist and bind due to lack of edge to edge adhesive. There is also a useless flap of material around the pad which is completely non absorbent and folds all over itself. Just a terrible product!

I just returned from a short trip using the Always Discreet Maximum Long. Being obese and flying on a plane for multiple hours can be very difficult & humiliating. I never had any leakage and the fit for me was exceptionally comfortable all flight long. I had never used an "incontinence" pad for leakage but I trusted that Always would do the trick & I was right to trust the brand. My trip was wonderful and flights both ways were "uneventful"! Thank you, Always!!!

I received a sample pack with all the different sizes in it, I was very surprised how great these products are. The price is $3.00 higher than my old brand, but they are well worth that extra price, especially knowing that you are protected, and there is no odor at all. Thank you Always. You did not let me down. Just like when you first came out with your thin menstrual pads.

Always ultimate absorbency pads are no comparison to the equivalent size in Poise pads. They leak out the side of my underpants when I walk. Going back to Poise.
On the other hand, THE ALWAYS UNDERWEAR works great and is equivalent to Depends in fit and absorbency.

disappointed with new products
normally I use poise for stress incontinence and overactive bladder, resulting from Multiple sclerosis. Always discreet is excellent at neutralizing odor, but is unimpressive in its ability to quickly absorb and hold unwanted releases of urine. I am not in agreement with it holding 2 times what it should. Please keep improving this product! best regards, GD

I purchased the moderate long size pads because of leakage I have had before. The pads are not wide enough to control leakage on the sides especially if the leak is severe. Also, the pad didn't stick well to my underwear. I think something with wings that wrap around would be helpful. Try again Always!!

Sticky ends don't stick even after just putting into panties. After a hysterectomy, I found that a sneeze would cause urine to leak. I tried both Poise and Tena and they contained the leakage perfectly. I bought a large package of Always Discreet and tried them. After sneezing or coughing the pads leaked out and over onto my panties and dress pants.
I threw your product away and have not recommended it to friends. Always did not do their research correctly.

I am not sure if I bought the right size. I use a max. in Poise pads. So that is the size I got in Always and it leaks out the sides. I do like the thinness of them but I think I will stick with poise.

Bought this product [ moderate ] to try because I have been using store brands and they are too thick for comfort at times. Don't use Tena or Poise way too much money. I am in love with your product , it has everything I have been looking for. I have been wearing pads for 15yrs. Just bought my second pkg. There are times when I need to change but most of the time 1 pad per day does it, same as the thicker pad. Love Always

Maybe "Discreet," but not comfortable
I chose these liners because the package stated very light protection. The pads are extremely stiff and bulky for a liner. I gave the pad a fair trial, but found it too uncomfortable to wear. The liners from another bladder protection brand ARE thin, flexible, and comfortable

Well I got my samples and this was the best pad so far. I haven't tried the ultimate. I knew I wouldn't have quick access to the restroom so I tried maxi long. I was amazed how much this pad can hold, and how fast it absorbs. I had it on for 4 hours used it 3 times. It didn't feel wet or had any smell. Great pad!

These are the worst! So disappointed.
I bought the discreet pads and was expecting them to be a great product but was very disappointed. They are thin which is comfortable but a small leakage can spill out before it is totally absorbed and be an embarrassment. They don't hold nearly as much as Poise and just do not work for me. Now I have all of these useless pads left that I can only use around home. I am not a happy camper.

Sorry that I bought a whole package instead of just a trial package. They have an odor like windex. They are way too long and they leak out the sides. I was really surprised that a top name brand would have such poor quality.

Doesn't stay put and is to short
Pad is to short and doesn't protect the back of the panties. Leaked all over the place. Luckily I was at home when I leaked off the pad because I started urinating and couldn't stop until it was to late.

I am disappointed in these pads. I bought some and the first one I used left a sticky residue on my underpants when I removed it. The pads are not nearly as good as the ones I have been using and I will not be buying any more of these.

Thanks for the sample....had been using Poise but I am switching to Always Discreet Ultra Thins.
They are comfortable and work great. I love how they have odor protection also which I felt that Poise did not.

what a nice change of pace
i've been using pads since i was 20 and diagnosed with MS. Things have changed a lot in 26 years and I'm very excited to have entered the worlds of modern absorbency. My only complaint is that the regulars are a bit too long. But I will, no doubt get used to that.

This product has been a lifesaver!
I am turning 30 and have been embarrassed after my third pregnancy about my bladder leakage. It's become a real problem, especially when I laugh or cough or sneeze. I have had times when I have had to leave a gathering or dinner mortified because I've leaked into my panties or even onto (read all over) my dress. It's a horrible experience. These pads make me feel so confident and when I have leaked (and oh brother have I leaked) they have made clean up a breeze. Thank you so so much, I was lost without these pads!!!!

These are the best liners that you have made love them, can not tell they are on, like to keep my underware clean and discreet protects me from some leakage. First tried long length very
light they were too bulky plus do not need long I am petite, 48 for the same price as 44, love them. thank you for producing discreet

My experience with this Always Dicreet product is not great. I find the fit very overwhelming and uncomfortable. The length seems just too much. I am quite a sizable person, so one would expect the length to be proper, but not so.

The Caboose - End of Boomers
I am 55 and purchased these recently. I have overactive bladder, have reached menopause, and am on diuretics as well as being overweight. I have stress and urge urinary incontinence. These pads are great for shopping or doing errands around town. My generation, end of baby boom, that I call the caboose boomers - think of a train with the engine, mid-cars and the caboose, is fortunate to have these products and to talk about these issues. The upcoming generation in their 40s will have it easier than us re embarassment, social isolation, etc.

The refreshing, light scent is a plus! It cheers me up just unwrapping the pad even before I use it. The product is efficiently absorbent and the length enables me to sit or lean back without reservation.

Amazingly awesome to wear
Even though I usually just wear diapers, these pads are very useful for if I ran out of diapers without noticing and have to run to the store to get some, as I've long since thrown out all my underwear. They are almost as absorbent as the diapers, they are amazingly comfortable, and they feel as natural as diapers do and underwear used to.

These pads are much thinner and more comfortable than the other top brands I've been using.
And they absorb liquid better than the competing brands and don't feel like a soaking wet sponge. Always don't allow leaks over the sides and the long length provides more coverage and material to absorb keeping underwear and clothing dry.

These pads worked wonderful, HOWEVER, the problem that I am having with them is that when you try to remove them part of the sticky tape stays in your underware. It is stuck so tight that I cannot remove it! I thought washing my underware would remove it--NO! IT WOULDN'T COME OFF! I tried soaking my underware to remove the sticky tape but that didn't help either! You can just imagine the problems I had when you dry the underware in the dryer! This is the only problem I have had with these pads but I think it is something that needs to be changed. I have never had this problem from Always purchased at the store.

I'm 40 and have had several children. I'm sure many of you can empathize. Crossing your legs to sneeze, etc. These are very comfortable, no different that wearing a well designed and contoured maxi. It really made me feel less overly conscious and worried about those little leaks that can happen from time to time. Moving into a time when this begins to happen is not easy. You don't want to wear "diapers" and the thought is rather embarrassing and humiliating, but these liners are familiar feeling and takes that whole embarrassment away. The packaging even looks like pads for your cycle. I like these very much!

I have overactive bladder, have reached menopause and am now overweight. I have stress and urge urinary incontinence. These pads are great. I did find these were a little too long for me and I feel like they can be noticed from the back, showing the pad look under my pants. Other than that they are wonderful.

The other reviewer is correct - it sticks to the inside of your underwear and shreds when you rip it off leaving some white adhesive pieces. Otherwise I was very pleased with this product.

I always thought "I'm not going to wear those bulky bladder protection pads" but always has changed my mind. The liners are really ultra thin and I hardly notice that I wear them. For my very light bladder leakage they are just absolutely perfect. I love the fit and feel #because you don't really feel that they're there#, you definitely can't see them through clothes, and the odorlock technology gives me confidence to go on with my day if a little something happens down there. Very discreet and easy to keep in your purse, too. Can only recommend.

They look feminine and are quilted and very soft.
They come individually wrapped in plastic and are easy to open and remove. They are absorbent and they stay in place better than any other pad I've used.Highly recommended.

I don't think I will buy these again. Your Ultra Thin liner is, as advertised, very thin. But it's HUGE, so it still feels like a diaper. Looks like one too because it's too large for my panties. I am only 35. It's humiliating enough having stress incontinence at my age. A truly discreet product won't show when you are JUST wearing panties. I only bought these because my drug store was out of Poise liners. I wish I could get a refund.

Very thin comfortable and absorbant
The always Discreet ultra thin liners are very comfortable and they work very well for my minor leakage. I like that they are really thin and don't have wings. they were very absorbent and I hardly even knew I was wearing them. I would definitely recommend them and buy them again.

I received a sample of Always Discreet to try. I love the feel of the pad, which is very soft. They fit tight to the panties. But they still leak. I wish I could say they prevent leaks. If a pad company would start producing pads with wings again, there would be lots of happy people.

I do not get why people want the long versions.
I bought he regular length but they seemed long anyway. The long is not that useful. The wetness never seems to travel the length of the pad, just soaked in the middle

tape sticks to fabric and can't get off panties
I have used Poise hourglass pads for a long time. I have never had a problem with the tape sticking to fabric when wearing! I thought I would try these new liners. The were okay until I tried to remove from my panties. I now have tape stuck to panties and some of the absorbant fibers! This will not work for me. I will not be buying again!

Wonderful Product for Women !
This product was just what I needed. I am post-menopausal and my bladder isn't as strong as it used to be. I was using a regular mini pad for those drops that you can't hold in , or when you sneeze or cough..and they were not doing the job. Always Discreet Liners ..are great ...they absorb the fluid , hold it in , no leakage , and they are very comfortable to wear ..not bulky at all . I highly recommend !

Great features except one
These pads were certainly absorbent but thin and comfortable. The only issue I had was that the "long" pads were a little too long. I usually use long pads in another brand and these were just a little too long, making them not quite as comfortable as my others. All in all, they worked great!

The pad of the regular size is 13" x 3.25"; the liner & "double leak guards" extend further. I'm 5'4" and this is huge on me; to wear this, I need to place one end flush with the elastic waist at the back of my panties, otherwise the front edge will push out at my clothes. I can't imagine a petite woman being able to fit this pad into her panties. I am constantly conscious of wearing the pad.
The pad is not contoured or shaped, it's a rectangle. So, it folds between my thighs, rendering the "leak guards" useless.
The material is good at absorbency, but only where the liquid touches, so the 3-4" at both ends are not utilized and the middle immediately becomes bulky, heavy and soggy. As I noted above, my panties are not well-protected.
The packaging is discreet and clever; it's helpful to not have to wrestle with a separate cover to the adhesive strip.
I appreciate that the deodorant is very subtle; this is an aspect of discretion I wish all manufacturer's of "feminine" products understood.

This is an excellent product. It is comfortable and absorbent and there is no odor. I didn't expect to like this product as much as I do. It is surprising that it is thicker than a plain liner but is so comfortable, I forgot I was wearing it. And it is slightly larger than a plain liner but it is very discreet. I highly recommend this to anyone who uses a liner for any reason.

I really like these pads but I have started having problems the the last package I bought. I think the pads are way too long. I have noticed a change in the absorbancy. After a couple hours of wearing they start to feel damp & I have to change the pad. I don't know if its me or they have changed the pad?? I also don't like that the sticky on the bottom of the pad sometimes comes off on my underwear. Other than that I like them!

Always Discreet is a good product
I was impressed by the Discreet Bladder protection pads. The pad itself wasn't at all bulky, and it stayed in place. The fit of the pads were a perfect fit. They didn't bunch up like some other similar products. Nicely absorbent and fresh scented. They kept me dry and comfortable.

The product won me over by being smaller in size compared to the other national brand. However, I do believe there is always room to improve the length. I am a petite lady and the regular length are still a bit long. Overall the product compares very well. The package overs more liners and with coupons it is very affordable. I have already purchased and stocked up on the light pad.

Better than expected performance.
I was surprise on how absorbent this thin of a pad was. I did not think that it would do the job but this product really is great & very absorbent, comfortable and thinner than most of the other similar products of this type on the market. I like the thinness because it does not show when I bend over like the thicker pads. I do recommend buying this product. I appreciate the opportunity of teating this product.

When I requested a sample of these pads, it was because I have been having a bit of trouble with leakage when I sneeze, laugh, etc. Oh the joys of being 50!
However, recently, I developed an upper respiratory infection that made me cough so violently I was constantly wetting myself (and not just a little). As a teacher, I can't run to the bathroom all the time for a quick change so these pads were a lifesaver! No one knew but me and boy, did I know that I was safe. Although there was sometimes A LOT of fluid, there was no leaking and I wasn't uncomfortable at all. I truly didn't even notice I had a pad on until I coughed and then it was only to say to myself, "Thank goodness!"

I received the Always Discreet Pads Maximum long to try and i find these ideal for me. They are thin and longer and provide the best protection for me against wetness and odor. They fit snugly in place and do not move around. I Like that no one can tell i am wearing it.

I liked the light fragrance and the absorbency, but being a little too wide, it bunched. Your Regular length should be no longer than 12" long and 3&1/2" wide. I would hate to buy your 'Long' length.! I will probably take up the offer for a refund and will not buy Always Discreet again unless you perfect your product. Thank you

Ultra Thin regular liners
I have not really used liners in the past, but have decided that it was time I did. I thought the ultra thin would be all I need as my incontinence is very light, but I found these to be so uncomfortable that they defeated the purpose of using them. They were too wide for me and so a better fit would be a narrow liner instead. Plus the sticking part folded onto itself when I took the paper off and could not be separated. Again this was my first time using a liner (had a hysterectomy over 20 years ago) and so I am not sure if this is a common problem or not. My opinion though is this would probably be better for someone else, but not for my personal needs. I will try the narrower kind to see if this is better.

I found the Always Discreet Liners Ultra thin regulars a tad too thick. Because of its thickness, I did have to remove it after 2 hours of wearing as I found it uncomfortable. It was definitely discreet and did not show through what I was wearing. They also did protect me from a small leak. Perhaps I should have tried something thinner (if that was a choice).

Very nice feeling, very absorbent I just wish that they had some way to wrap around your underwear . Just in case your underwear get wet they can stay put. Other than that I love them , they are not bulky at all even if they get wet they stay thin. I like them better than regular panty liners.

I've developed LBL issues as a result of cancer treatments, and I received a sample of this product during a recent bout of the flu, where coughing made the issues worse.
Even though these were for very light leaks, they handled even the spurts during coughing fits well. Very absorbent and neutralized the odor. I would've liked the liner to be a little longer, which they do have, so I would try those in the future. Good product.

If the pads were not so overwhelmingly scented i would give them an overall score of 5. So much more comfortable than poise. But, the scent is really strong and unpleasant.

This product needs better tape.
I received a package from SheSpeaks to try ,My overall experience was fine. The pad was too thick for me and not as comfortable as I would like. I had problems keeping the pad in place and inside my underwear. If the pad stuck better I think, someone with very heavy leakage would definitely need this. Always Descreet yours pads are wonderful, just Please fix the tape on the pads. Thanks!

When I received the package I noticed bag was a little bulky. However, when I opened the package, the pad was thin. I did not think it would be able to contain the moisture. I was pleasantly surprised that it not only contained the moisture but also did not move around in my underwear. It stayed put.
I would and have recommended this product.

Overall I was very happy with these liners. They are good for very light leaks that I have although I think I should have tried the long, as I feel they were a bit short. I like how they neutralized urine odors. The packaging is great also not a lot there to waste. I would recommend these.

I have tried this product and I really like these. Always discreet is very absorbent . They fit extremely well and have excellent odor control. I received these to try from SheSpeaks. The only drawback was sometimes the adhesive would remain on my underwear and not come off. Otherwise, they did the job.

I have only one kidney and UTI's are too common, with my #1 symptom being urinary incontinence. This product is great at holding a lot of urine and being unnoticeable. However, it was only after my 2 nd purchase and scouring the fine print in the back that I found the product contains fragrance. If the fragrance was gone or a non fragranced version made I could continue using them. Fragrance is very irritating!

Product Lives Up to its Name
I wore the Always Discreet Ultra Thin Liner to a yoga class and forgot I was wearing a liner. I was able to exercise without worry. While thicker than the Carefree Pantyshield Liner that I have been wearing, it's comfortable to wear and more effective in absorbing and neutralizing odor if and when needed.

I like that these pads are thin, which makes them comfortable and discreet. However, the leak guards on the side actually cover a portion of the side of the pad. This means that if your underwear tends to shift around, as mine does, you could find yourself wetting onto the leak guard rather than the pad. Overall quality seems to be good, unlike some store brand incontinence pads which leak the small absorbent beads they contain making you feel like you've got sand in your underwear. A good option for lots of people I'm sure, but I'll be sticking with Poise brand pads.

I sometimes get the urge to go and have to practically run to the bathroom. Always helped me with that as I no longer have to worry about getting my underwear wet. It is able to absorb any leakage before I get to the bathroom. it helps me feel more confident.

The liner is thin an discreet, the material is soft and absorbent, it's comfortable to wear and effective in blocking odors too. I wore it when doing errands outside and it stayed in place without making any noises, in fact I even forgot that I was wearing it!

These seem to absorb small accidents, such as when laughing, coughing, or sneezing, pretty well. I didn't notice odor as much as a regular pantyliner either. The fit is ok, but the liner tends to bunch up and the sides roll up. Other than that, a good liner for light leaks that feels ok in panties.

This is a great product. It fits well and did lock away odor and wetness like it said it would. I liked the individually wrapped pads. The pad's backing did stick somewhat to my underwear but other than that it was good.

The liners were really a lot thinner then I expected which is fantastic! I they are a little longer then I needed but they are super comfortable and so thin that nobody knows you are wearing them. Discreet is a perfect name for them. I used these for the "just in case" scenario and didn't have any leakage so I cannot attest to the the absorbancy. However, they really are comfortable and very discreet. I would recommend them.

Be Warned: Not equal to Poise and Tena type products
I purchased this product given the high reviews, despite it being priced higher than the Poise I had been using. I bought the maximum absorbency in regular length, the same level as I purchase in Poise. The Always pads were narrow, very long, and very flat but I tried them anyway. First pad episode of leakage overflowed the sides, the pad was soaked, and I had to change clothes. To add insult to injury, the pad detached from the adhesive backing upon removal and I had one big mess in trying to dispose of the used pad. I would like my money back. I will never purchase this product again!

Always Discreet Ultra Thin Liners Review
I sampled the Always Discreet Ultra Thin Liners for about two weeks and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they provided protection, comfort and fit!! They're absolutely wonderful and just like the name implies....very discreet. Needless to say, I will definitely be keeping these on hand at all times. Really Good Product, Needs Better Adhesive
This product worked really well absorbing leakage and preventing odor BUT I experienced some bunching up in the back of the liner. It turned under on both sides, sticking to itself. This happened repeatedly and seems to be associated with the adhesive not being strong enough.

Always Discreet liners ultra thin
Received liners free to use for two weeks. As a daily liner wearer, I was happy to try a new product. They were comfortable and unnoticeable. The adhesive was excellent with no slippage. I felt protection w/o bulk. Odor which is a common problem with urinary leakage was lessened compared to other products. I don't think they were long enough and could use some width as all leakage was not caught. But overall very good product.

I really liked the fit, comfort, and absorbency of this product, but I did have a problem with it sticking to my 100% cotton underwear on occasion and not being able to get the adhesive off the pants before washing. I hope it comes off in the wash. That is the only thing I didn't like.

When I first opened my Always Discreet I immediately noticed that there were no flaps to secure it as I was used to with other similar products. This worried me as I have found in the past without them they moved around and bunched themselves up. However, after putting my first one on and wearing it for several hours i did not have that happen, nor did it happen with any following. I use them when working out or when sick and coughing as ever since having kids I find that I leak during these times. I love them and will continue to use them.

i used the extra long liners and i feel they were a bit large and wide almost a diaper feeling. i recommended to my mom but for myself a thiner more comfortable liner would work better

These are great little pads and they do actually absorb as much as thicker, less comfortable pads.
My only complaint is that the sticky backing sticks to underwear and is very tricky to get off. It's too sticky!

These liners are thin enough to not be a bulky wear. Although they are thin they absorb pretty well. I like that they have their own wrapper so you don't have to worry about disposing of them. Very nice portable product that you can take with you in your purse.

Cannot remove adhesive stuck
I am having the same issue as some others. I like the pad, the comfort, etc. but it is really annoying that when I remove it the padding of the pad comes off and some or all of the adhesive stays adhered to my underwear (cotton.)
Sometimes I can remove part of the strip, but in all occurrances some remains fused to the fabric and I cannot remove it.
I bought a large package in hopes of a quality product, but am very disappointed.

Please don't change a thing
I have been using pantiliners for years, finally a product that is comfortable, no odor, feels dry. I have been recommending this product to friends. They do not bunch, they stay put. Awesome, love it....Thank you.

I am currently using the ultra-thin regular pads. They are vastly superior to another brand in absorbency and comfort. I have not had any problems with the adhesive.

I like it much better than Poise (that seemed to make scratching noises when I'd walk). I don't want to broadcast to the world that I'm wearing a pad.

I loved how the pads controlled my leakage problem, but I had an issue with them staying in place. I have always used Poise in the past, but I have now made the switch to Always Discreet due to the comfort. I think there does however need to be some sort of extra tape to keep the pad in place.

it's a nice product but I was a fan of the earlier product called 'envive' which had a much flatter profile. Also this new pad leaves adhesive behind when removing it. Not pleasant!!! used to buy envive but now going to other brands :(

I found these liners to be very comfortable without too much bulk at all. WHile I love that they have good "Stick", so there is no shifting, I also found the glue to be a little difficult for removing the liner. Otherwise, I recommend.

Great until you need them most
Love the fit and comfort but find the absorbency lacking when most needed - and I never know that it advance. Have been using the Ultimate Regular Length which is soooo long and have just bought but not used the long length. I just don't think I want a pad that comes up to my belly button but wanted to give them a try. Another brand is far more absorbent in a much shorter length but I give up comfort when using it. In the long run, it is more important to me to have confidence that the pad will work - totally - every time I stand up from a chair. My lifestyle is very active and I am not willing to give that up for a more comfortable pad.

Reliable, in-detectable protection

Absorbency and comfort is the same as Poise. Adhesive in this product is too strong. It leaves adhesive in my underwear and has even ripped the liner in a pair. Sample I receive in the mail seemed OK but this package I purchased seems to have been made with super glue.

I've been using Poise for years and have been annoyed because I could always feel that the pad was there, often as a wedgie, and a constant reminder that I was wearing a pad. I use the light ultra-thin pads. With Always, I don't have the wedgie effect and don't notice that I'm wearing a pad.

i am so disappointed. i have been using poise for several years and thought they were rather bulky, but i had no choice. then i discovered always. they are WONDERFUL - BUT - they have ruined all my expensive briefs. wouldn't you think in this day and time that P & G could figure out adhesive that doesn't stick to my once lovely panties? i hate returning to poise,
but what am i going to do??

For a product that promotes hygiene...It's gross when the liner tears and I have to handle the contaminated "filling" to get it off. Yuck. And by the way. The glue that sticks to the underwear...it doesn't come off in the wash either.

I do not find these light or long! They are a medium absorbancy, and they are REGULAR length. They are a good product, don't get me wrong. But I choose according to size, and this isn't what I need.

Hate the fact that the adhesive sticks to my underwear and I can't get it loose, even using tweezers! When this happens, part of the absorbent material stays behind also, and I just pray it is not the part heavily soiled from leakage.

Due to neurological illness I use "Always Discreet" incontinence pads in conjunction with performing self catheterization. Being post menopausal adds an additional layer of need.
During the last 10 years I've had the opportunity to use and evaluate incontinence pads from all of the major retail brands, lesser known retail brands, medical facility-supplied brands and store brands. My opinion is that "Always Discreet" incontinence pads are superior to all of the others that I have used.
"Always Discreet" incontinence pads are very thin by design, highly absorbent, undetectable under form-fitting clothing, highly dependable, easily transported in a purse, pocket, satchel, etc. and competitively priced.
The adhesive strips on the incontinence pads need to be improved so that remnants of adhesive do not remain on fabric once the pads are removed. I reported my concern to the "Always Discreet" Customer Care Department. They were prompt, responsive to my concerns and they assured me that improvements were being made. I was most impressed by Customer Care.
It is without hesitation that I recommend "Always Discreet" incontinence pads to family and friends, because they are the best quality pads I have found. I will continue to purchase "Always Discreet" incontinence pads until the next wonderfully amazing product becomes available.
I expect that "Always Discreet" underwear is also a high quality product. I recently purchased a package for future use.
"Always Discreet" incontinence pads are impressive. They encourage confidence in the wearer by providing peace of mind.

this product has great features
Loving it. Great features, great fit, comfort, no leaks and no unpleasant odors. when I purchased it there were only 2 packages left on the shelf. I am not the only one loving it. it doesn't leave any adhesive in my panties. They are micro fiber may be that's why.

I have always used Tena products, but was excited when I saw the Always Discreet liners. I liked that they are wider, and they are very comfortable. However, had I realized that they had fragrance, I would not have bought them.
Also for that reason, unless you make fragrance free ones in the future, I wont buy them again. I tried one, and tossed the rest because of the scent.

the always discreet moderate regular length are to long they need to be shorten about 2 inch,i don't need a pad to go up my butt,will not buy again unless they are shorter just call it a mini regular length that are more comfortable for wearing all the time,day and night....

You can smell these liners from far away. The OdorLock technology is commonly used in products to neutralize odors, but, in my opinion, this smells worse than the odors it is trying to neutralize.

The fit and absorbency of Always Discreet Maximum Long is right on. Very comfortable. My only complaint (and it's a big one) is that it leaves a narrow strip of adhesive on my underwear that's impossible to remove and it's always on the right side! I have tried soaking and scraping to no avail. The underwear I have is made of nylon microfiber. I don't know if that's a factor as I've noticed that some others haven't complained about it.

Not Happy with this product
I have been using bladder protection pads for a couple of years now; I thought I'd try your product, (Ultimate, Long Length Pads). This is NOT what I consider "Ultimate" absorbency, I leaked, filling & overflowing your product & SOAKING my clothes & the floor. I WILL NOT be buying this again & am returning this product to the store after using just ONE PAD. They are TOO THIN to be of any use to me - I will be sticking with POISE from now on.

I was very pleased with the product as it was absorbent, comfortable and always fresh. HOWEVER, after ruining a few pair of my microfiber underwear, I felt that was too high a price to pay. The other brand worked as well for me and I didn't have the hassle of part of the pad sticking to my pants. The fragrance, which took a bit of getting used to, is all that's missing, except of course, the glue on my underwear. Fix that problem and I would consider buying Always once again.

For the most part, the Discreet, moderate absorbency, regular length pads work well for me. It is necessary to place the pad carefully on underwear for maximum comfort. The only real problem is removal of a pad from underwear. The adhesive partially splits from the pad and remains on underwear about 75% of the time.

The pads are nice but the smell is terrible! I opened the bag and the odor about knocked me down! I have about four packages that I can't wear because of the smell. Please get rid of the smell!

The liners are just GREAT.
I had my prostrate removed 10 years ago. I have tryed all kinds of pads over the years they were ok .I haved tryed ALWAYS liners and will NOT use any outher kind .They are just GREAT even when riding my motor cycle.Thank you very much.

I liked the fit and how well it absorbs but hate that they don't come off well. I have had several separate and are hard to remove. I hate that it leaves a nasty sticky film on all my undies that does not come out even in the wash. Had to switch brands just to avoid the sticky underwear and problem of it separatingId when removing it.

Belly button to tail bone?
Mod length and #4 absorb fit from belly button to tail bone. How is that moderate? It needs to be same absorbency but shorter and less glue. I would think you could manage that. Bought the long length by mistake once. Same thing! So maybe you need to reprogram your equipment to manufacture a REAL moderate, regular length pad. Please. Loving your product otherwise and have tried them all. However, if your company cannot regulate the size I will have to move on.

Only difference is length?
I was wearing the moderate regular length pad. I changed to the maximum regular length pad. The only difference I see between the 2 is that the maximum pad is longer, even though I brought the regular length. Neither one works well enough for me. Maybe if they had wings, I wouldn't have leakage on the sides. I should have read more reviews before I brought them. I will be trying other brands.

I had purchased Always Discreet Liners Very Light Longs several times and was happy with the product, but then the store I usually shop at was out of stock on it and I bought a different brand last time. When I ran out of those, I purchased your product again, and was very disappointed to discover that in the interim you've started using some sort of scent in it. I preferred the unscented version- if I wanted my "ladyparts" to smell like bathroom cleaner I would use bathroom cleaner on them. I always prefer unscented products, so even though I like a lot of the features of your product I will probably go back to the unscented competitor.

I love the pads but lately the adhesive sticks to my under wear and he won't come off when i change it. I change on a regular basis, even after washing my under wear it is still there. I hope this problem will get fix or i might have to change to another brand thank you Karen

I tried what was advertised as "Ultimate Discreet in the longest size. I have used many products but this is the WORST. Even a small leak went right thru-how they can be compared to Poise is simply ridiculous.

I have used other brands but choose these because they are wider than others and liked other always products. The glue does not stick well at all . The pads shift and even fall off sometimes landing in the toilet . Not good!!! I will not buy these again unless you can solve this issue.

I am a very active person and these liners do not stick well enough to last through a workout at the gym. The liner ends up between the butt checks. Also I like the Infinity foam pads for my monthly and I think these in a liner size would be ideal very slim but absorbent you would just need to work on the adhesive.

The moderate longs are perfect for me. The first time I tried them I was a believer...the size, the length, and the absorbency is perfect. I haven't been able to find the Moderate Longs in my community lately which is very upsetting to me.

Lacking Some Common Sense
I recently had cold with extremely hard coughing which brought me to use this product. I have trusted Always for my menstrual needs so was expecting a good product. While I did not need much for absorbency, I needed length for sudden burst as it runs off the end. Why would your "long" length only be the same as regular length in your menstrual pads when urine runs much quicker than menstrual discharge? I had to go to another brand and wear a mattress to get enough length to avoid embarrassment or used a long length menstrual pad.

Very disappointed in size
Bought always discreet moderate regular length. They fit well but wanted something that would absorb a little better. I found the ultimate regular length pads and thought because it was ultimate it would be more absorbent. When I opened them they were about 5 inches longer and much wider then the others. Why say regular length when they are not. I don't need 5 inches more in length I need more in padding. I buy in advance and therefore didn't keep receipt. Waste of money.

Love this product. I have bladder issues associated with MS. Stops not just leaks but the stress from worrying about leaks (or where the nearest bathroom is every 10 minutes). The light regulars are too short, but the moderate regulars are perfect. So I use the light longs when just want back up coverage. If want longer safeguard, I use the moderate regulars. Thanks for making this product -- a real winner.

Adhesive remains stuck to underwear
I have had to throw out 3 pairs of underwear this week from the adhesive remaining stuck to underwear. This has been just the last package. Up until then it was fine. Washing did not remove the adhesive.

These seemed to work well for me in the beginning, but the package I have now(second one) is not doing so great. They do not stick well to my cotton underwear and when they come undone, there's no way to get them to stick again. I'm tempted to use super glue on them! When they come unstuck as I am pulling my pants down, they stick to my thighs or fold over on themselves and I end up getting everything wet trying to get them loose and sit down before I start leaking. It isn't cost effective if I have to use 3 or 4 a day! I will look for something different, I guess.

Although these pads are well designed, they are not "lightly scented." There is a powerful, flowery odor that it irritating to the nose and skin. Why scent a product that will be worn in an intimate area? Although I think these pads are a superior product, I'll use Poise pads until Always makes an unscented version.

Tried The Rest. Now Wear The Best!
Live and learn I guess! Tried all the others. Too bulky. Not long enough. Not absorbent. They show! Panty lines are okay but panty budge? I don't think so! Thank you Discrete for a product I can trust! Really, can hardly tell that I am wearing. Keep them at work, in my purse and in the glove box. And I feel more comfortable in public or on a date! Great fit, not so great absorbency if you have more than a slight leakage.
i was very excited about trying these pads after the great things I was reading about them so I ordered 3 packages. These thin pads do not work for me; they become completely saturated and leak. Fortunately this has only happened at home saving public embarrassment. These are the equivalent of menstrual pads.

Perfect, except this length/absorbency is suddenly very hard to find.
I've been using AD since they first came out. SO much better than the competing brands. Lately, however, the ultimate/long are very difficult to find. I've checked in several stores in three cities without any luck. Won't give up, though!!!

Overall, the best of all I have tried, in absorbancy, fit, etfc.

The pads wont stay in place
The sticky side does not grip the panties.when I can urienate on my own it won't stay on or in place. It keepes catching my skin and hairs.I won't but this product again. Back to regular period pads.

these are too long for a "regular" length and not nearly as absorbment as a maxium pad. poise hourglass was a much better product and i'll by the new version and hope for the best.

I didn't realize when I bought them that they were scented. It only says so on the back of the package -- "lightly scented to help neutralize odors" It doesn't "neutralize" anything. Instead of a urine odor you have a "perfumed urine" odor. I'm embarrassed that I've been walking around with this smell! Will avoid this product in the future.

I have a drawer full of pads of different types and brands which only work half as good as this one. Took a long time to find the right one, and now the pharmacy says it is being discontinued. Really??The product has tons of reviews and 95% approval. I have also emailed you to find out if this is true.

SCENT added but packaging is the same
After using this product for 2 years. Opened new pkg yesterday and was overwhelmed with SCENT. Only note of NEW SCENT was on BACK of pkg. Can't use perfume near my sensitive lady parts. This product was fantastic. SCENT ruins it.

I love the product it does what it says. I hate that it has a scent. These products should be unscented or at least have an unscented version available. Also, long length could use an inch more in length for us bigger ladies.

Been Using Always maximum for leaks, if i can't get to bathroom quick enough. Last night i got choked , an was wearing one, well the tee went all over my legs, the poor pad did nothing, except get drenched by the tee as i did. My chair has tee all over the seat. the pad didn't work. I buy these every single month there are 39 in the bag, well they didn't work last night.

Purchased the max long length 39 for 11.97 but they did not work the sides leaked thru my under wear and my clothes I was very disappointed I was looking forward to find some thing good for my over active bladder you might what to put flaps on the sides and a little thicker pad thanks Louella

Noticed changes to product.
Since the package changed from 27 to 28 pads the product does not neutralize the odour and leaves me feeling embarrassed when I am out. Also someone has increased the amount of adhesive which sticks to my underwear. Unlike other reviews I do not find any perfume in the pads.

They are advertised as "ultimate overnight". They are very thin and no where close to what you advertise. Ask someone who is incontinent to try them out and you will see that they are inadequate.

I very much like the always pads #5 but the last pack did not work as well with leaking and having to change offen were before I could go on 2 pads a day now using 5 - 6 pads a day hope next box is better

Where's the WINGS Always is known for? UNscented?
Always has been forever known for its wings, yet here is a product, much like every other brand on the market that does not have the wings we have come to expect from this brand. PLEASE add a version with wings as these bunch up like every other one on the market. Can't substitute regular Always because of differences in materials necessary for bladder vs period. Also need UNscented

There is an issue with the pad staying in place.
They do not stay in place well. They are always falling off my underwear and it doesn’t matter if they are wet or dry or how long I have had them on. The adhesive is weak for the size 5/6 pads.

Love the fit and The absorbency of these pad!
Love the extra long length which gives me the coverage that I need since I am 60 years old and also a male that dresses like a woman. I am so glad that I tried Always Discreet Extra Heavy Long Absorbent 6 drop pad! They are very comfortable and the no leak edge design really does work!

I tried this product several times...but this is the last time. I'm not sure if something changed with them but they sucked. They were not quick to absorb liquid...which let to a couple potentially embarrassing moments and a lot of inconvenient moments. Not worth the risk. I want security. Terrible product.

Love Always Discreet. The only problem is that I have a really hard time locating the light 3 drops absorbency at most retailers even online. I don't know why. Could it be that's a top seller?

I think the adhesive should be stronger and from end to end. So that it will not move. I like this product very much, but it loosens too easy.

I prefer them on the market (I have try a lot).
I prefer them compare with other on the market (I have try a lot) and specially for the smell absorption, it is not perfect since we still have to run to the bathroom to change but compare with other the smell stay in the pad and not stock on the underwear.

Needs wider adhesive. Great absorbency.
Edges curl under where liner isn't adhered to panty leading to bunching and decreased absorbency area. Very uncomfortable.

The new design does not have the sticky edge all the way around like the old ones did! They are always pulling away from the material or catching the hair and pulling away! Loved the old design that came in a box and was laid out flat not tri-folded like the new ones!

The 2 drops regular fit is my preference.
I'm in my 60's and find that I need this protection on a daily basis. I find the 2 drops regular fit works for me. I'm unable to find this product in most stores, and on newer packaging the "Regular Length" lettering is not on it. I recommend this product.

Feels like a diaper. I hate them.
Loved the liners. The 3 drops liners were thin comfortable and just right. The pads are horrible. Feel like you are wearing a bulky diaper. Please go back to the thin liners.

Urine leaks over & around the top when I cough despite max length and absorbency. Embarrassing for sure. Top & bottom should be much wider.

I now understand what the drops on the front of the package mean, that 's how many drops the pads absorb. I have had to change my clothes 4 times just today! I have gone back to my previous Walmart brand. The only reason I tried these was to see if they are better, the answer is NO!

These are great pads for bladder leaks but they do not stay stuck to your underwear. They are constantly separatingId from my underwear and sticking to me or my pants.

Very good at handling light leakage. However, they are not really “long” as advertised, they are as short as a mini pad. They should be at least 3 inches longer. The adhesive part sticks well, but the rest of the liner folds into itself.

I have light bladder leakage. I normally use poise . They would tend to bunch up and have a slight urine smell. I read reviews about all ways and decided to give them a try. These are the best things I have ever used. They stay put. They’re thinner. And there is absolutely no oder at all . I will never use anything else again.

Scent makes this product unusable for me
Have always loved Always products up till now. I don't understand why you do not have an unscented choice. Menstruation also has an odour, but there are unscented choices for those products. Any scent causes me irritation. I use unscented Always panty liners (not incontinence ones) and I don't have an issue with odour. Please give the consumer the choice. Until you do I will have to choose other products.

Leakguards are a life saver
These pads are so thin that they feel no different from period pads when freshly worn. Great for both drizzles and sudden urges, it solves my mixed (urge + stress) incontinence issue. The leakguards do a great job of keeping the wetness locked up throughout the absorbance area instead of leaving some parts dry and other parts overflowing. It does bulk up a little when wet but that's unavoidable. It feels also less absorbent than some of the "medical" brands out there but those are far more bulky.

Absorbency, size & comfort are great, BUT...
I'm done with them, because the adhesive doesn't go to the ends of the pad; thereby, I need to re-adjust them every time I go to the bathroom. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE, so I'm on the hunt for better discreet pads. Otherwise, I am pleased with the pads, but am done using them, until they fix the adhesive.

Very Disappointed in Product
I purchased product because I only use your Always Pad and need to use bladder protection to help with temporary incontinence. I'm so glad I was close to home with I needed that extra protection. I wet myself while wear the Always Discreet. I will never purchase Discreet again, but will continue to use your Always Pads.
