The only problem I found while trying this product was that it was difficult to tell front from back and invariably I would find I had it on backward. Other than this I liked the product. t came from a family of products I have frequently used and trusted and so was not hesitant to try them. Thank you for this opportunity.

I was very impressed with the fit of this product. It is difficult to find a secure product that fits because I am a plus-size woman. The fit was excellent and not visible under my pants. I was most impressed by how it absorbed the uremia odor. That was my biggest issue with regular brand.

This product was intended for the ladies, but as a man I live it. The fresh scent that all other manufacturers omit, the real leakgaurds, the delicate floral design, oh, and they are cut high enough for a man's needs! You can tell this product comes off the same line as Luvs diapers but it is a plus for this reason-a product manufactured by people who have years of experience making diapers, making products that work! Don't change a thing!

I have autism spectrum disorder and need pampers I just switched form tena over night pads and depend silhouette the pamper is so soft and comfortable I can't tell when I'm wet

I am 74 and have used depends for many years. I tried you new always discreet maximum and I love them better than any depends products, I swore by depends thought there was nothing like them. You have changed my mind.

I am on my third value pack of these and I must say I absolutely love them, the comfort is the highest I have ever seen and I can just forget I have them on. Also they are absorbent enough to last my entire work day without fail. Being incontinent since 1998 I have tried every pull up and tape-on diaper out there and these have really changed my opinion of pull up style diapers. They fit nice and snug and the pad is just the right length to cover what its supposed to. Thanks for a great product now if you can make a tape on product for night I would not have to buy anything else

I have had to wear incontinence products for a few years now and up until very recently, I was breaking the bank by ordering products from a mail order company. The only underwear that worked (and by "worked" I mean no leaks) was a brand made in Holland. They are very expensive, unisex so I didn't feel very feminine and somewhat bulky, but I could wear them with confidence. I am so excited to have found Always Discreet, because they WORK! They are so thin that I can wear them with everything and not worry. I am back to wearing knit skirts! The fit isn't the only outstanding feature, however. They really do protect and at a price that won't send me into bankruptcy, I can breath easier. There just aren't enough words to describe what a wonderful product this is. The company that makes Depends must be afraid, VERY afraid.

This product surprised me. Good leakage protection. Has a scent for odor protection which I love. In my opinion this is better than your competition because of these two things. Also the underwear doesn't get looser as you wear it. Good job. I think I will be changing my brand.

I am so pleased I tried this product. It is so thin. I can finally workout in normal clothes again without having to tie a shirt around my waist. I feel good in my jeans and skirts again. I can not tell you how much I appreciate a product that is actually comfortable and discreet. Every company tells you that their product is those things but this is the first one that I find does. I did notice a very slight shuffle sound but very slight and I don't think anyone other than me notices.

Thanks Always, I just received my free sample of Always discreet panties. Love the floral design and the fit. They are so comfortable and the odor blocking design is so pleasant. I could not believe how absorbent they are. I will never go back to any other brand of bladder leakage. And like the other male users I love them. I do not believe you need to change a thing about them, men can wear them just the way they are.

I find this product excellent. They are better than generic underwear and much more absorbant. They are extremely comfortable and discreet. I would recommend this product to anyone with bladder problems.

I bought both this kind and the moderate absorbency variety and fell completely in love with both. I threw out all my other pairs of underwear and wear only this now. I refuse to wear anything else. My girlfriend once bought me a pair of boxers for Christmas, and while I was appreciative of them, I never wear them. I didn't have the heart to tell her I would never wear them. That's how much I love these. I even told her that next year, I just want a package of these, nothing else.

Being a male as well, having tried other products to control leakage, these are the most comfortable, softest and absorbent I have tried. I use the S/M most absorbent and have not experienced problems with leaks.

Sadly you sent me a sample of S/M and I needed L/XL so I gave them to a dear friend and she loves them so I will purchase soon for myself. She did tell me that they are wonderfully soft and feel like panties and very absorbent!

I am a 43-year-old male who has had incontinence issues for about 4 years after developing kidney and prostate issues. I have used several products including Depends, Attends and Abena. I use Abena for overnight use, but for daytime usage this product exceeded all expectations. It is much softer and more breatheable than the Depends pullups. They don't irritate the inner thighs or build up heat at all. The leak guards are something that other manufacturers tend to only use in their taped briefs and they work great. The leak guards were actually the reason I tried this product. They are incredibly discreet, very form-fitting and much more absorbent than their competitors. The floral design doesn't bother me in the least as the product fully does what it was intended to do and it does it well. I find it amusing that it is directed toward women, yet the absorbent material reaches farther forward than the Depends style which is actually supposed to be designed for men. Any man who stays away from this product simply because of the "Always" name or the floral design would be making a terrible mistake.

I've had to use incontinence panties for years and tried many brands over that time. I don't know if it's because I'm a heavier woman or something else but I find that for me I need more coverage in the front, but still want protection in the back for leaks. No pads are EVER long enough by themselves, so I've been using panties both night AND day. Many other brands I would say are "okay" but Always Discreet panties are the only thing I'll use from now on. The panties fit so snugly well, are so soft, absorbent and discreet that I can wear them during the day and not feel self-conscience. What's nice is that I can use the moderate panties in the day, or even two of your pads end-to-end, and any of those three options are better than wearing the other brand panties. At first I was leery about using a feminine incontinent product. However, the absorbency is just right for my leakage and being a male, the fact that there is coverage in the front that is high enough is great for me too.

These are not as thick and bulky as many other pull-up style adult diapers, so they fit nicely under my clothes and I am happy. The flowery design is not a problem for me. They are always covered by clothing any way. Several have commented about the odor. These do have a peculiar smell, which I assume is supposed to combat the bad odor of old urine. At first it was noticeable to the point that I thought it was objectionable. Somehow after repeated use of the product I got used to it, and I really kind of prefer it now. I think they did a great job of designing these. Much better than the Depend Real Fit.

So, for all you guys out there with some leakage issues, these may be the underwear for you.

No matter which way you put these on, purple band in back or not, they alway feel like they are on backwards.

Having suffered with leakage for a while, it is reassuring to wear something that is comfy and does the job properly. Being a male , I don't have a problem with the scented smell as plenty of body lotion masks this easily....thank you Always for an excellent product.....Why can't they make something as good as this for guys.?

At the beginning I was so embarrassed when I got them, the lady who I'm sharing accommodation gave me a pack of always discreet underwear. For hygienic conditions for to keep blankets and bed clean I must use them, Not to bad, but please make them all plain white! I have only Always panties instead of my regular underwear.

Love the the fit & the softness! These have an enjoyable scent & the feminine detailing looks nice. They offer me wonderful comfort & protection around the home prevent occasional bedtime leaks. Love to wear these overnight when I sleep! I Always wake up happy when I'm in a pair of these! Thank you for this excellent product. The only improvement I would make would be to extend the "padded" part of the brief for longer, thicker extra protection front to back. Maybe Always Discreet ULTRA pull-ups on the way??

reviewing these for super savvy and they are amazing very discreet very comfortable and very absorbent elastic waist band and round the leg area so you know you cant leak brilliant for absorbing liquid and have a nice odour

This product has been fantastic. I am a college student new to dealing with incontinence and these underwear have been so helpful. I no longer worry about missing classes or avoid going out with friends. I can still wear all of my favorite clothes, even leggings, and no one knows I have them on! Always, thank you for this product. As long as I have to deal with incontinence, these will be my product of choice.

I would like to suggest having a true size medium for women who are between a medium and a large.

I have had a few embarrassing moments while trying to watch a full movie through at the theater. Not anymore.

New design leaks in front and back. I have loved these in the past but new design allows leaking when you move. Not happy to have my clothes wet. Will have to look for another brand.

I have tried a number of incontinence underwear, but this has been the best. Recently I did notice a change in them, and not happy with it. The crotch area seems to be narrower than before and I had my first night time leak.

I am a male college student who is often in 8+ hours of lectures without opportunity to use a restroom. These fit me perfectly and keep my clothes dry even when I can't make it to the restroom after classes. Many times have I wet myself and no one has ever found out. The pad is placed perfectly for men, so no worries of leaks! I suspect they would work great for bedwetting in teens as well!

I tried other brands and I like always the best. They have the best fit they're the most comfortable and they don't leak. They're more like a pair of panties and I like the way they're constructed.
When I came back to always I just got rid of my other brands these are so much more comfortable and they fit so well.

What a great product. Im a 30 year old male starting to go into incontinent underwear. And they are very comfortable and very absorbant. Its almost like you don't know that you are not wearing anything. I would highly recomend this product for both men and women. I love them.

They didn't work for this lady she woke up to wet bed and covered in a gel like substance where it came aprt, This is the first time trying this kind and now regret we bought the big pack of these.

The only problem I have is that I can only find them in a large size and I would rather have an extra-large size. I went online to see if I could get them in a larger size but the only available to purchase online is a small/medium. Not everyone wears this size.

I wear them when I am on my period so I don’t have to worry about stains on my sheets when I sleep!!! So comfortable and reliable I have even worn them to work!!!

It is so comfortable and soft, you forget you have them on. And they are soft enough nobody can tell you have them on, even if you have an accident. The most absorbant of the 6 brands I have tried. Never had them leak on me. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are soft have a very slight soft scent, feel just like Im wearing my own briefs Cannot see them through my shorts no chafing all night.they hold more than just leaksI did get Largeand probably could wear S/M my waist is 36" I had a Stroke and have half body weakness I sit a lot! So comfortable is a must and these are awesome!

I have tried other brands, but only when I can't find Always Discreet in the store. Only one that doesn't leak, and is soft and comfy.

I purchased a package of these and I still leak I find that they are not very absorbent. I need something thicker I bought these thinking that they were leak proof, but they aren't I s till have accidents, and it shouldn't be. I even bought a larger size then normal. They were expensive too I a m just disappointed

I was sick and the medicine that I had to take caused incontinence while I was taking it. I had taken this medicine before and was confined to home while taking it. While I was waiting for my prescription, I went to get adult diapers to use. I saw the Always underwear and picked up a package. They worked great.

I like all of the features except comfort is lacking. The core feels bulky and bunched. Maybe it should be a narrowed a little. I've compared Poise and Always pads and switch between both. The core of the 360 fit feels like wadded up cotton between the legs other than that it beats out Depends and all off brand products. So now I need to find a product that have all the features of the 360 fit plus core comfort. Guess I'll be using the pads even though at times I need more.

I recently had a radical prostatectomy for cancer leaving me with incontinence issues. I tried always discreet and was very impressed. The absorbent section rises high enough in the front to be very effective, The double leg guards provide extra security and the absorbent core distributes the wetness very well using all the capacity and locks it away. I especially like the trim fit and less bulk than other products.
