I am very pleased with your new always discreet underwear. They feel like cotton panties, they are so soft. I had no accidents while wearing them and they kept me feeling fresh all day. I have wore protective underwear for several years now and these are the best out there.

I have had to wear incontinence products for a few years now and up until very recently, I was breaking the bank by ordering products from a mail order company. The only underwear that worked (and by "worked" I mean no leaks) was a brand made in Holland. They are very expensive, unisex so I didn't feel very feminine and somewhat bulky, but I could wear them with confidence. I am so excited to have found Always Discreet, because they WORK! They are so thin that I can wear them with everything and not worry. I am back to wearing knit skirts! The fit isn't the only outstanding feature, however. They really do protect and at a price that won't send me into bankruptcy, I can breath easier. There just aren't enough words to describe what a wonderful product this is. The company that makes Depends must be afraid, VERY afraid.

I have used others in the past but as of today 10/3/14 I have found an amazing undergarment for incontinence, never have I found one so comfortable and soft and they absorb wetness so well. they don't scratch or scrape your skin like most products do ... oh my, where oh where have you been for so long, Always Undergarments?I love you!!!

This product surprised me. Good leakage protection. Has a scent for odor protection which I love. In my opinion this is better than your competition because of these two things. Also the underwear doesn't get looser as you wear it. Good job. I think I will be changing my brand.

I have been buying another "high end" brand for a number of years. Post colonrectal cancer lots of bladder issues caused by radiation/chemo means that bladder and bowels are not "reliable.
Saw the Always brand and thought I would give them a try. Love them!!! The only problem is they are hard to find almost always sold out on the LX large size I can wear the L but they are too short in the back....LX is perfect.
Sold out lots of times in Canada....just hate to have to revert to the "expensive" brand.

My loved one does not do well with Always. They leak and sometimes leaves an odor. I have to clean up often. I do better with store brand maximum absorbent. But Always is very attractive and feminim looking versus the compeitor which looks like someone putting on color plastic cover from the cleaners.

I am a senior and also a cancer survivor. I had radiation that damaged my bladder and lower bowel. I was recommended these by a friend, and am I ever glad I followed her advise,!! They are so much cooler and more comfortable, more absorbant, and fit perfectly. Will have to use them for the rest of my life!!! Thank you for this product!

Sadly you sent me a sample of S/M and I needed L/XL so I gave them to a dear friend and she loves them so I will purchase soon for myself. She did tell me that they are wonderfully soft and feel like panties and very absorbent!

These are the most comfortable underwear I have used. The fit very well and are not easy to tell I am wearing them. They work better than any I have ever used.

As an individual who was been incontinent for years and worn ever brand, this is by far the best product on the market, by far. Highly recommended, will not regret the purchase, far exceeds any pullup on the market. Hey always, make a tape on for those of us who also require extra absorbancy night time protection.

I got the XL underwear as I am a plus size woman. My waist is 56" and I weigh 300lbs. I am constantly pulling this underwear up and because of that, it is very uncomfortable. I hope that Always will offer bigger sizes for us plus sized women. For now, I am again searching for underwear that fits me and is comfortable and gives me confidence that I am discreetly protected.

I have MS and one of the symptoms is fecal incontience. Because all of the diapers I have tried in the past 11 years are noticeble when wearing pants, I have not been comfortable with them on. Today was my first day wearing Always discreet and pants. They are COMFY, and discreetttt.

Thank you for a great product! I have tried every brand out there and the Always Discreet is awesome! The ones made for men that I have tried, are uncomfortable and bulky. I tried the ones made for woman and have found them to be more comfortable and undetectable. I really like the scent of Always Discreet, never smell of urine. As another reviewer said they definitely have the proper coverage for men and hold plenty without leaking like others I have tried. I recommend to everyone, you should try them!

I'm a man and just tried Always Discreet Panties for the first time. I just think their great. They fit me so well and kept me dry.
I like the gathers with the plastic around the leg to stop any leakage. It helped keep me dry. The padding inside is very comfortable. Also the scent is nice and keeps the urine smell away. I think I'll be wearing Always for a very long time. Being I'm a man I wasn't quite sure how the fit would be, but they were great. I would recommend these panties for any man or woman who need them. Thanks Always for keeping this man safe and dry. I love your panties.

I have been using pads for a long time, I'm 47 and had a hysterectomy when I was 27, since then I have had a leak problem, mostly when I laugh, cough or something like that...takes the fun out of laughing when you worry about leaking. I found the discreet pads to work well during the day, but at night or when I have a cold these are perfect, how funny is it that people worry about how they look, they are under your clothes. I first used them from the samples I received, I used them all even the small that didn't fit I cut the sides and put it in my underwear. The scent is a bit much but better than smelling like urine.

I'm been using always discreet underwear for the first time since February. I already tried the depend and other underwear products are looking to stay discreet. On the Always discreet underwear, I was 190 pounds on small and medium size. It was absolutely a perfect fit! On the wrist was OK, on the back fits discreetly and the front fits great on padding. The underwear panties are discreetly fit and comfort but only small noise. The smell of urine it's kind like a feminine perfume of the absorbing, it's wet. On the sitting on chair it's suggy, not even a single drip during bedtime. Including the leakage barrier. Always discreet fits perfect size for men and women, I should recommend should try it as unisex for everyone. Thank you for nice product. I love the panties!

I received a sample of the underwear. When I opened the package, the overwhelming stench of perfume filled my bathroom. There is nothing discreet about a stench like that. I am sorely disappointed. I won't even put them on. They just plain reek.

At the beginning I was so embarrassed when I got them, the lady who I'm sharing accommodation gave me a pack of always discreet underwear. For hygienic conditions for to keep blankets and bed clean I must use them, Not to bad, but please make them all plain white! I have only Always panties instead of my regular underwear.

I got packages of XL that have purple elastic all the way around. On one side is a purple ribbon printed on the purple lines. Seriously confusing!

reviewing these for super savvy and they are amazing very discreet very comfortable and very absorbent elastic waist band and round the leg area so you know you cant leak brilliant for absorbing liquid and have a nice odour

This is the best I ever tried and wish for kind which would hold during the evening which is about 8 to 10 hours...
Also wish to have bunch into one box which wld last for month as individual package is only hold for four days...

difficult getting the SMALL/MEDIUM on. May need to try the LARGE. need to pull hard, and tears/rips easily.

Always has the most accurate and comfortable fit among competitors. I recently got a package with several designs on them. I love that you are making these underwear attractive. Its nice to wear something pretty even when you have to wear a diaper!

Bought L because weight on package was up to 270 lbs. I weight less than 200 and it was to small. Did not feel comfortable or fit right. However, the pad did absorb well. I will try the larger size.

The underwear is very comfortable and does not leak at the sides like some other brands, but it does look like a pull-up for toddlers. While it's not noticeable under clothes, it will be very noticeable when changing. A more minor annoyance is that it's difficult to change because it does not tear at the sides. However it is overall still a pretty good product.

Please make these in colors other than just white.......women want to feel feminine and having color options is one of the ways to do that. PLEASE!

What a great product. Im a 30 year old male starting to go into incontinent underwear. And they are very comfortable and very absorbant. Its almost like you don't know that you are not wearing anything. I would highly recomend this product for both men and women. I love them.

Always used Depends, these are much more comfortable and don’t leak as much,only thing I have problem getting off by cutting sides so don’t have to remove them Down legs if wet,

They are soft have a very slight soft scent, feel just like Im wearing my own briefs Cannot see them through my shorts no chafing all night.they hold more than just leaksI did get Largeand probably could wear S/M my waist is 36" I had a Stroke and have half body weakness I sit a lot! So comfortable is a must and these are awesome!

Don't like because when you wear them for about an hour and the padding starts to break up in the behind part. It becomes kind of uncomfortable. They were better before.

I have tried other brands, but only when I can't find Always Discreet in the store. Only one that doesn't leak, and is soft and comfy.

I weight 148lbs and their chart says my size is the S/M--not so--don't even go all the way up to my waist. Now stuck with underwear I can't wear. very disappointed--am afraid to try the next size.

The side panel said that it fits 200-300 lbs. As a 270 lbs woman I beg to differ. The product is absorbent and feels nice but XL it is not.

I love this product. It is very comfortable and absorbant. I am totaly incontinent and this does the job. I would highly recomend this to both men and women.

My mom is under hospice. They provide similar underwire. But after just a week or so, we decided we needed to go back to always for mom. We hated that she was wearing underwater that leaked and left her constantly wet. I wish you would make a deal with hospice to be the underware they provide..

the last ones I bought,,the waist is glued together I love them but this made me look for other brands

The new style does not fit. XL. They do not come up high enough which allows them to roll down on your belly. Also tried the 2XL and they are way too big. Why in he world did you mess up a good product????? I have used the old product for years and very happy with it but not the new design. Can I still get the old ones?

I have always used Always brand and brought my daughters up using them also but after having 3 children and getting up in age I needed something for incontinence and I started with Poise. When I finally seen that Always had panty liners for incontinence I had to give it a try and of course I Loved it. The only thing that I have a problem with is that it doesn’t stay in place as well as the Poise liners. The Always liners have the best absorbency than the Poise but the Poise liners stay in place much better. If Always stayed in place as well as Poise, your liners would be #1 in every category!!!
