I used the spray as soon as I got it delivered today. I used it on a highly soiled and infectious surface (toilet) and followed directions. It did not clean the surface, but did disinfected it well. The scent it left behind filled the room with the smell of spice, like being outdoors or cooking. I still love the product, but I think it would have worked if I wiped when it was still wet.

I received a free sample of the Citrus and Thyme scented Disinfectant Spray. I really like the locking cap! It disinfects great and dries quickly, but I am not a fan of the scent. More variety of scents would be nice.

Best alternative to harsh Lysol!
I received a free sample of this spray, and like the others, the Citric scent is a bit odd, yet the best part is it will NOT choke you off when spraying around your house - it is the most pleasant spray on the market. My particular sample had an issue with major leaking from the top of the spray can even when spraying right-side-up; maybe because it is pressurized with air and not gases? Will purchase another can in a better scent to see if this is the case with all of these sprays. Nonetheless, I would recommend this product.

I received this for free to try out and review. I must say that this works. Recently my whole household was sick and this came in handy. With the flu and viruses going around I like to stay germ free. Thanks to this spray we did just that. It actually kills the germ Not to mention it has a slider button that closes so your kids can't spray it. I love it.

I was lucky enough to get to try a free sample of the Seventh Generation Citrus and Thyme disinfectant spray! I loved the fact it killed 99.9 % of germs and that there was no rinse. I used it and discovered I Did Not like the smell of this one. I ended up using it on the dogs couch in the Mud room. It took care of the stinky dog smell, but to me, the Citrus Thyme smell was just as unpleasant as the stinky dog smell.

I love this spray! Now, I did get it for free with the purpose of writing this review, however, my opinions are all my own - I really do love how well this seems to work! I sprayed it on all of our doorknobs and light switches, as three of the four people in our house are sick. It was so easy to spray - you didn't have to press too hard and a constant, strong stream came out. The smell is super light, which I also like. I expected a strong citrus smell but it is actually very delicate and you can barely notice it. It dried quickly and didn't leave a residue. 10/10 would recommend over Lysol!

Unscented or a different scent altogether would be more desirable. Overall, a great Disinfectant Spray-highly recommend.

Love everything about it!

Safe for the whole family
The Seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray is a great way to clean your house and at the same time kill germs and viruses (including the flu virus). The one with fresh citrus and thyme scent has an interesting smell, that is not too strong, but it is strong enough for you to know that that surface is clean. I love the fact that it is safe to use even on kids toys, and you don’t have to wash it out. Just spray it on a surface, wait 10 minutes for it to dry, and that’s it! I received a free product for the purpose of my review, and I really enjoy using this Seventh Generation disinfectant all over my house on everything. I like that it eliminates odors while killiing 99.9%of household germs, specifically: Influenza A virus, H1N1, Rhinovirus type 37, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. Thank you for this great light scented product to try and will be getting more in the future.

I've used the spray a few times now. So far, so good - pleasant non-chemically smell and wipes away nicely. I feel more confident using this especially on my toddler's play table, etc than using something with possibly dangerous chemicals. I also like the spray nozzle and how it opens and shuts. Clever! Full transparency - Seventh Generation did supply this item at no cost but the review is fully my opinion after trying it out. I will be buying this after this bottle is gone, just as I did with the dishwasher tabs we tried.

Love that this product is safe around my baby!
I got to test this product for free on Generation Good. I love that this product is safe around my son and animals. I use it to disinfect door knobs, toys, and other things I wouldn't be able to with normal disinfectant spray. This product smells very good and doesn't use aerosol to dispense the product. I noticed it gets the items your spraying very wet, so you need to give it time to dry. I also noticed that if you don't hold the can upright it leaks, so be sure to hold it upright. I like that the can has a lock on it, but it doesn't help much when the can leaks. I'd recommend this product to parents and animal owners because it's alot safer than competitors products and I would buy this again. I wish that the manufacturer would fix the leak issue and make it so the product doesn't drench items as bad.\

This Seventh Generation disinfectant spray is very easy to use. It comes with simple instructions on how to use it. You basically need to spray it on any area that can attract germs and can be even used on food contact surfaces such as the microwave and refrigerator . It smells like orange citrus. You just spray it and leave it on for air to dry it. There is no need to wipe it off. The best part about this spray is that it's not toxic like other disinfectants. There are no harsh chemicals that are present in this disinfectant. It's a great way to fight germs and spread of illnesses and diseases. It is very effective in eliminating germs. I would highly recommend it.

Love my new can of disinfect spray. I love that it's safe for use around kids and pets. I have 3 kids at home 6, 3 and 22 months so little hands touch everything and toys need to be cleaned and disinfected often and this spray helps me to do just that without a lot of extra work.

I got this to try and cut down on using chemicals in my home and around my husband and dog. I was pretty impressed that this can be used in and around food items and on counters without having to rinse the counters down. and loved that i could use this on my dogs blankets and bed without any worry of making her sick. and really like the fact that it is 100% all natural and still kills 99.99% of all germs. next time i buy this i want to try all the scents

A safer way to disinfect and eliminate odors
I received an opportunity to try Seventh's Generation's disinfectant spray and I'm so glad I did. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own. I stopped using conventional disinfectant sprays awhile ago and never had a great alternative until now. The spray works really well to eliminate odors and disinfect without the nasty chemical ingredients and smell. I use it mostly for our garbage can and garbage disposal - it smells nice and does a good job. I will definitely continue to purchase this product in the future!

I received the fresh citrus and thyme as a free sample and just in time too. While I didn't love the scent I used it on everything in my home. I used it on baby toys, trash cans, counters, door knobs, tables, remotes, bathrooms, everywhere possible we were so sick no surface was safe I sprayed everything. I love this product and how it's not packed full of chemicals but I definitely wasn't a fan of this particular scent it reminded me of antibacterial ointment. I will definitely purchase this but not in this scent, have lavender or a vanilla?

I received of bottle of this disinfectant spray for free from Generation Good to try out and review, and overall I'm pretty satisfied!! I love that you can spray it on ANYTHING! The orange one doesn't have the best smell (hints the 4 stars) but I can definitely tell it does the job! I have 2 little ones and it's hard to clean the toys like needed! I spray this on the toys and we're good to go!

I've been using disinfectant spray but nothing like Seventh Generation that doesn't need any rinse even on food contact surfaces. These is something I really need for my house. It has fresh citrus and thyme scent which smells so good, not irriting on my nose. Very safe to use around the house especially in the kitchen as it disinfect and deodorizes the area I'm using it for, non-flammable and formula is based on thyme oil. I love the smell of thyme oil and also love them for cooking. These kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, all you have to do is wet the surface with the spray and leave it to air dry. I don't need to rinse or wipe it. I love that it's safe on food contact, of course I'm still not gonna spray it when there's food around but just in case someone else uses it, I'm confident that it's not gonna endanger our health in the house. I received this product for free andmy opinions about this disinfectant spray are 100% my own.

I use many Seventh Generation products, including the dish soaps, hand washes and automatic dishwashing liquid and I love them all. I decided to give this product a try. The positives, it's easy to use disinfecting spray and it's not filled with caustic chemicals. The negatives, there isn't a significant amount of product within the can, but above all, I simply cannot get past the scent. I used it after dinner one night and my partner thought I sprayed for ants. It's that strong. Now, if you want to use a product that less harsh than others, this may be good for you, but if you don't want your home to smell like bug spray, this may not be the product for you. I love how this is a safe product to use. Just spray and let it dry with no worries about harmful chemicals. However, I have two issues with this product. \
1. I have arthritis in my hands and the design of the spray was difficult for me to use.\
2. The smell! It was horrendous! I just couldn't get past the smell. I tried ВЅ a dozen times before I gave up and threw it away. I really couldn't tolerate it any longer.

Nice alternative to Lysol
This product is great. My only complaint is it won't work on soft surfaces. Lysol works on all surfaces even pillows. Would be nice to have a natural alternative for both hard and soft surfaces. Thank you.

I love that it kills the germs around my kids. I spray on surface that the kids be around . Especially when they sick and it helps a lot that they can be in a germ free home from seventh. Seventh generation disinfectant spray
I recieved this product in the mail for review. The timing is perfect with seasonal flu's and colds. So far this product hasnt disappointed me .i use it almost everyday but at least three to four timea per week.i spray on all door knobs, sink handles and everything else thats touched on a regular basis. The smell isnt bad nor to strong nd it dont bother my pets. I feel like its very safe to use on countertops and anywjere else you set food.

This stuff really tackles those terrible smells in the air with such a light scent. Which i really like because some other sprays are so over powering they can give me a head ache. This disinfectant spray leaves no sticky white residue like most others do. I really enjoyed using this spray and actually felt safe to use it one everything in my house and I'm talking everything. I love this disinfectant spray. I recommend this spray to anyone that buys disinfectant spray and this is the only kind i will now be putting into my home. I Am In LOVE With This Spray!!
I really love this disinfectant spray. \
I have tried many different aerosol sprays before but they always tend to leave a very bad residue on my objects/things. \
This spray is made with essential oils that is non-flammable and safe to the touch. \
I feel ten times more better knowing that I will not be inhaling any harmful chemicals or ingredients. \

I picked the Fresh Citrus and Thyme--the scent is very herby, a true thyme scent indeed. \
It also has hints of citrus, much like orange rather than lemon. \
I really loved the scent, it's fresh and very clean. \
\
I did a huge fall clean-out in my house using this stuff and my family was starting to come down with a cold, but after using this stuff we didn't get sick at all. \
I am so happy to say that the claim that it kills cold/flu virus's is very true!! \
\
I have sprayed everything with this light mist, even the air feels different now. \
I also love how the cap has a built-in lock system, which really keeps the product stay safe if it accidentally gets into the hands of little ones. \
Since it's non-toxic, it's also safe to put on your kids toys and pet areas. \

With the elimination of odors, the fact NO rinse is required and that this botanical disinfectant is made from essential oils--It truly makes a perfect product all around. \

While I appreciate that this is a disinfectant, I won’t be able to use this because the scent is just pretty unpleasant to my nose. I’m sure others might enjoy it but just can’t get passed it myself to continue to use.

I received the seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray a month a go and so far I have to say I like it. With this being the month of colds and allergies I sprayed this all over the house it kill's up to 99.99 percent of germs. I am one for the fragrance It smells of citrus and thyme don't Spray to much at a time it can be overwhelming. I definitely will continue to use it to help keep the germs away. I received this free for my unbiased review my opinion is mine 100 percent.

Safe for the entire family!
I love this spray because it's safe to use around babies and young children. I like that it doesn't require rinse so that I can use it quickly for multiple surfaces and toys. The smell is light and freshens up a room without being too overwhelming. The design of the top is brilliant. I love that I can close or open it with the swipe of a finger and not have to take off a separate top. Most of all I feel good using this because it is non-toxic.\

Love the Scent and the quality Sprayer Nozzle
I am in love with this disinfectant spray. I used to use another major brand that I won't mention, but it made my house smell like a hospital. Those days are over. The citrus and thyme scent is so light and fresh and it makes my home smell so clean. I know it works because I used it everywhere when my oldest son was sick. My other children didn't catch the cold!! Usually that's not the case. I love the child proof sprayer and how well made the sprayer and the container are. It works wonderfully and has the perfect spray. It's just a fine mist that doesn't soak everything you spray. I am so thankful to have received a can for free from Seventh Generation! I am officially hooked!

Kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses
I received a free sample of the citrus and thyme disinfectant spray courtesy of Generation good. I was excited I received the scent of citrus and thyme and was a bit disappointed it didn't smell at all like citrus in fact it smelled more like bug spray. The more i used it though the smell wasn't as bad, and took away the smell of urine and throw up. The samples are free the opinions are my own.

If you're looking for a way to stay "germ free" look no further - Seriously, the best disinfectant spray I've ever used. The smell is incredible, Eucalyptus, Spearmint & Thyme makes it not only smell like a beautiful candle, but it also smells SUPER clean! \

I got a free bottle of this disinfect spray from seventh generation to try. My family loves it, we have a 21 month old. So it definitely comes in handy. It feels good not to worry about spraying chemicals on his toys and around the house, because it's not chemicals!

At first I was put off by the thyme and citrus scent. But the more I use it the more it's grown on me. I love that its nontoxic and safe to spray on my babies toys without having to wash off. Works great, no chemical scent.
I have been using the citrus and thyme disinfectant spray. I like that it is easy to use and is effective at killing germs (as far as I can tell). The smell reminds me of spaghetti sauce, I guess that is the thyme. Its a lot better than that lingering chemical smell of most disinfectant sprays. It is unusual for a cleaning spray, but I like it and it doesn't last too long. I got a free sample bottle to try and review.

Safe for babies and kills germs!
Recently I received a free sample of Seventh Generation's Disinfectant Spray Citrus and thyme. While at first the scent was a bit odd, especially in the bathroom, it began to grow on me. I love how it kills 99.99% of germs and bacteria yet isn't harmful or toxic to my family. It's safe for toys and the high chair with no worry! It's also powered by compressed air so its safer for the environment as well. Win win!

I also love that this disinfectant spray kills cold and flu viruses* on hard, non-porous surfaces, that it's non-flammable, and powered by compressed air. This comes in a metal aerosal type spray canister, & the sprayer is great! It releases just the right amount of disinfectant & is a nice controlled dispersion. Doesn't have too much of a chemical like smell, & cleans very well. Leaves surfaces clean & smelling fresh.

I actually could not have gotten this at a better time. I tried the seventh generation disinfectant spray as a free product. I had to babysit my sick niece who loves all the same toys as my son. During the day I kept them separate as much as I could and then at nap time disinfected everything. My little man stayed nice and healthy and id like to think a large part of that is due to being able to have a safe natural disinfectant to use.

I love this stuff. It smells so earthy and natural. I use it for my sons toys, door knobs, light switches, electronics, the bathroom, pretty much anything that's touched repetitive. It makes me feel cleaner and since ive been using it we haven't been sick that much this year. I recommend this product to friends and family all the time. I will continue to buy this.

Simplest Disinfectant Spray ever!
This is the very first time that I tried a disinfectant in a spray form. The first time I sprayed it, I could smell thyme very strongly though the orange scent wasn't that apparent. I like this disinfectant spray because it's so simple and easy to use. All you need to do is spray on the surface where cleaning/disinfecting is required and then let it air dry. It works wonders. I like it because it's effective. I was observing it after spraying and seeing how the surface was getting cleaned (visually) as the spray started to dry out. I didn't need to touch or anything, or use any rag to clean it. The best part that I like about this disinfectant is that it's not harmful and it's completely natural I would highly recommend it to everyone. \

It did freshen the air and furniture, but had an medicinal like smell at first , if were to cut this with a floral or citrus scent, then the product would be almost perfect, no problems with the aerosol dispersing #freesample

Having this kind of disinfectant spray in our kitchen is awesome. I can spray it anywhere without worrying of it getting into our food and I like that it doesn't smell bad. I received this product for free from seventh generation in the mailbox to try out. Well I tried this product and still using, fabulous fabulous product out. It kills germs instantly. I spray on door knobs light switches remotes and keys and telephone in house. Sink knobs and toilet handle. I would definitely recommend this amazing product to family and friends.

this was my first time trying this product and i had a great experince with it. i used it every where it had a nice light citrus scent that was perfect it wasnt to strong and it helped keep down on germs with everyone getting sick this time of year. i would recommend this t everyone . i received this this product free to try and i am so glad i did or i wouldnt have known about it

Seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray has worked really well in a variety of areas in my home. I use the spray everyday, I really like that there is no wiping/scrubbing required. In addition, it is very reassuring to know that there are no harmful chemicals in this spray. The only thing I did not particularly like about the spray is the scent- Fresh Citrus & Thyme Scent, however the spray works so well that I still give it 5 stars!\

My new favorite disinfectant!
Seventh Generation’s new Disinfectant Sprays are now a staple for my household. I tried their Fresh Citrus and Thyme variety. At first I was not too crazy about the scent but after letting the product do it’s job, it gives off a nice, clean scent and completely deodorizes even the stinkiest of smells! I love many of the features of this product such as it uses Thyme Oil as the disinfectant instead of toxic chemicals, it kills cold and flu viruses, eliminates odors, is powered by compressed air, AND requires no rinse or wiping. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to add natural cleaning products to their household! I received a free sample of this product in exchange for my honest opinion.

Great Disinfectant Spray!
I absolutely love this disinfectant spray. I do not feel guilty spraying it in my house as it is made by Seventh Generation and all of the scents are great. I use it to clean tables, or just to disinfect toys that have gone into mouths. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a disinfectant spray. I was able to try this product for free, however the opinion expressed is my own.

Smells great and not sticky!
I tested the new disinfectant spray I received for free and the smell is not a chemicals smell. It's clean and fresh! It leaves no sticky residue and I do not see a film on the surface when it dries. I love it!

I use many Seventh Generation products, including the dish soaps, hand washes and automatic dishwashing liquid and I love them all. I decided to give this product a try. The positives, it's easy to use disinfecting spray and it's not filled with caustic chemicals. The negatives, there isn't a significant amount of product within the can, but above all, I simply cannot get past the scent. I used it after dinner one night and my partner thought I sprayed for ants. It's that strong. Now, if you want to use a product that less harsh than others, this may be good for you, but if you don't want your home to smell like bug spray, this may not be the product for you. I received a free product for the purpose of my review. Opinions are 100% my own.

I really enjoyed using this product,I like that its all natural ingredients are safe around food and kids toys! Nothing harmful. Kills so many different germs. I do wish someone could find a different smell for these kind of products, something more pleasant smelling. Plus it was a free product .

This is literally the best cleaning product I have ever used. I'm so obsessed with this stuff! I use it EVERYWHERE. I love that it's a deodorizer and that it requires no rinse. I'm in love this scent, it's my favorite. Generation Good never fails!

I like that the scent isn’t overpowering and that it’s safe around children and pets. The product is all natural so it’s earth friendly too! Definitely a keeper at my house.

I was afforded the opportunity to try this product for free. It felt great being able to spray and disinfect my daughters toys without having to worry about harsh chemicals. It has a bit of a different smell, but I got used to it after awhile.

I love this disinfectant, I use it after cleaning my kitchen and bathroom, and also on all doorknobs and light switches, the smell is non chemical, its a nice fresh smell, The spray has a very easy to use nozzle and locking cap as well to prevent accidents in the cabinet. I love it and highly recommend it! I love that I got this for free to test!!

I received a free spray of the fresh citrus and thyme scent for free for the exchange of my opinion. I honestly wanted to love this product but I couldn't because of the scent. The scent is not my favorite at all but my husband and son liked it. I gave it three stars because it is non-flammable because it is powered by compressed air, Eliminates odors, No rinse required - even on food contact surfaces and children’s toys and it kills cold and flu viruses. \

Since my husband likes it, he uses it around the house when I'm not home so I won't have to deal with scent.

I received this spray for free in exchange for my opinion. After reading the ingredients, I don’t notice a difference between traditional bleach disinfectants; this works just as well. I’ve even used it to kill a couple of bugs so I know it works. The smell is a little strong as you’re spraying but it’s to be expected with cleaners

It was okay. I didn't care for the scent
I received a free can of Seventh Generation's Disinfectant Spray in exchange for my honest review. While I love the packaging, the scent just wasn't for me. However, I do like the fact that you don't have to go behind and wipe down everything after you spray it. I also think that it's a great size can of product. I would be interested in using this product if I could get it without the Thyme scent.

Disinfect anything With This Spray
I have used wipes, sprays, and even bleach. Then I got Seventh Generation's Disinfectant Spray in the mail for free. I have used it in so many different places. I even take it to work with me because I work on a different computer each day. It helps keeping my kids and my family from getting sick. It is worth it. I will even use it in the bathroom and also in my trash cans. It is non-flammable to where others are. It is a powder and you do not need to rinse or wipe it off after using it. I even use it on my kitchen counters at home. I have noticed that my children are not getting sick as easy after using this product. I would suggest that everyone try it at least once. That is all it took for me and I have not looked back.

I love this disinfectant spray!

I really enjoyed trying the Disinfectant Spray in fresh citrus and thyme. It was easy to use and spray. It had a strong scent to it but not bad. Great to use for everyday routine Disinfectant especially with kids around. I love cleaning and adding this to my stash of cleaning products. I received this product for free to try out and my opinion is my own.

I received this product free for sampling and my honest review. I am a big fan of Seventh Generation products. This is my first time using their disinfectant spray. The scent I received was Fresh citrus and thyme its different and it does take a second to get used to. I would prefer a more linen or crisp smelling product. However different is good and I am used to it now. It is very easy to use slide the cap and spray. That's all, no wiping or cleaning off, just let the product dry and you are good to go.

Great stuff but smells weird
I received a free seventh generation disinfectant spray in exchange for my opinion. I like the easy spray can but find the scen citrus and thyme to be kinda gross. It doesn't smell fresh like I hoped. I don't think I'd choose this again unfortunately unless it was the lavender scented one.

Good on germs, bad on your nose
I received Seventh Generation Disinfectant Spray for free in exchange for an honest review. This product contains Thymol which gives it a distinct odor. I tried the citrus and thyme and after complaining, Seventh Generation sent me the mint and thyme and also lavender and thyme. The lavender smells much better. Aside from the odor, it all works very well. There is no need to wipe anything down after spraying. The cans are also very large so this should last a long while.

Great if you have little ones!
I really like that this spray is non-toxic and can be used directly on toys and other hard surfaces. I use this spray all around my home when cleaning and I love the the smell is light and not too strong.

It’s hard to find a natural cleaner that is not orange oil based. I finally have an option and it smells great! The lavender vanilla thyme spray has been an amazing addition to my cleaning regimen. I try to always be sure I have a backup in the closet as I use this every day!!!! Thank you for an option for a girl with an orange allergy!!!

Terrible scent combination
I'm not sure about the other scents, but I would not recommend this one! It smells awful. Almost no citrus and all thyme. Yuck! I'm leery of the other scents because they all have thyme in them.

I was really disapointed after buying the seventh generation spray disinfectant. I actually bought two cans, different scents, and both smell nothing like the scent listed. Instead they both smell like bug spray. I really wouldn't recommend this. I cant tell you how well they disinfect but I just cant get past the smell.

Another way Seventh Generation makes things better
I wanted something that wasn't Lysol (understand it's really bad for cats) to tackle mold/odor in a hamper. This did the job--obviously addressing the source because two weeks later no moldy odor.
