Duo-Color Colored Pencil Sets, 3 mm, 2B (#1), Assorted Lead/Barrel Colors, Dozen

I liked the idea of having double sided colored pencils because then I don’t need as many pencils laying around while my daughter or I am coloring. The only thing I didn’t like was the quality of the color of the Prang pencils compared to other brands. Prangs pencils are very blendable, like they say, but the color didn’t seem as vibrant on paper as other brands. Also, obviously, you get less of each color since you’re getting a half of a color on each end, but that’s kind of fun too! The Prang duo color pencils are perfect for little hands! My 6 year old daughter tried coloring with one and asked if she could keep them! I think kids will really appreciate this style of colored pencil, when they’re in the zone coloring they don’t want to look around for a color, they just want to color! Definitely perfect for kids!

I was able to sample these excellent color pencils. I thought to myself who can top the number one company Crayola? Well these color pencils have made their match. Although I have not seen them in stores yet. Your child will enjoy the long hours of coloring with these. I would give them two thumbs up.

These are very nice coloring pencils. Colors are very bold and not dull like some pencils tend to be. I also like that there's 2 colors to one pencil and so does my daughter. Makes it less to have to keep up with when using them. Better than having 20 pencils scattered around.

I tried the7" 12pk colored pencils and thought they were just ok.  They are nice and heavy duty pencils. You have your basic colors and it colored fine.  You have to press a little harder to get the coloring you want though.  All in all...i would say they are just ok.  Would be good for kids to use on projects and stuff..

These are good,sturdy colored pencils. The colors are vibrant and draw smoothly. They are double sided which I like because you get twice the colors in half the space. They sharpen nicely and the tip won't break with a little bit of pressure (kid tested!) I would buy these again and definitely purchase a bigger set if there is one.

These pencils are a pretty good quality. They're sturdy and do a great job would providing a vibrant color. Pretty good selection of colors. Would recommend for someone looking for a step up from other brands available.

My six year old and like to draw and color and we both have fell in love. We like the bright colors and  not only can we use them at home but my six year old can also use them in school or on a car trip.

These pencils are great. I have some expensive colored pencils and these are comparable to those. They color smoothly and lay down good color, though I had to go over it a time or two, but thats just my preference to get the color I desired.  While I still prefer to color with my other set, these are perfect for traveling, kids, and school. The pencils are made well, no cracks and the leads did not break while using. I will definitely be buying more of this brand just to keep on hand for the kid, and if I need to bring coloring supplies with me. I highly recommend.

These colored pencils are great! The colors are bright and vibrant! They work great for blending and shading. They write very smooth and are durable. They also sharpen very easily unlike most colored pencils.

Wow I just love these duo ended coloeed pencils . The colors are very vibrant and so shiny. They have 2. Colors on one pencil . Each end has a different color to experience with . Appears to not spear or run and that's aplus for people like me that just love to draw and less mess . They are non toxic and no harmful to use . They come sharpened already so just grab and go . Easy to sharpen and no waste to get a cool sharpen end . Very good colored pencils .I am very happy

Pros: The colors are vivid and bright, the pencil glides smoothly on the paper, they don't break easily while coloring, they sharpen very well. Cons: I wish I had more colors of these colored pencils because they are wonderful to work with and use.

I got these to use with my adult coloring books and I love them! They color really smooth and I just love the vibrancy of the colors! The price is really reasonable, I will definitely recommend and will be buying them again!

My twins love the dual sided pencils! I love that this means less pencils to pick up/keep track of, but they still have just as many colors to choose! These pencils are also quite sturdy and haven't broken yet (despite my kids' best attempts to, I swear!).

My daughters love these! They take up less room in their pencil pouch and they have all the colors they need. They are less likely to lose them now. The colors are vibrant. These are a great addition to any pencil pouch.

These work nicely, they write smoothly for good coloring. My 6 year old used them in his coloring book and the points did not break easily or get worn down quickly. There is a nice selection of colors in this pack. I was a little worried that my son would poke himself with the points since they are double sided but It wasn't a problem for him.

These are really good coloeing pencils, very smooth coloring. They are sturdy as well, not easily broken. 12 assorted colors for hours of fun! Will be purchasing in the future and recommending to friends and family.

I thought the Prang colored pencil set was pretty good especially for young children.  The colors in the set were great, they looked nice on paper, they can be applied easily, they don't break easily and are easy to sharpen.  I am pleased with this product and feel they are perfect for myself and my children.

Marvelous colored pencils.  Perfect size snd great colors.  Erasers are perfect size and actually work.  Colors are vivid and not artificial looking.  thesr would make great gifts for children.  Great product!!

I will start off by saying that if you're looking for quality colored pencils look no further! These colored pencils are very well made. I love that these are double sided, I also really like how easily the pencils sharpen. The pencils color very nicely, Which is a plus! I was very impressed and I would recommend.

I got these a few weeks ago and I am in love with them. The work very well and the colors are bright and not clumpy like some of the cheaper brands. I am now excited about trying other products from this company!

I like that these colored pencils have a different color on each end. It makes it really convenient to use and only have to carry six pencils to get twelve colors. They write and color very smoothly and have deep, rich colors. I like these colored pencils and I think older kids and adults will too.

These colored pencils are awesome! They come pre-sharpened, and a cute little box. One of the biggest features that I appreciated about these colored pencils, was how pigmented they are. They glide on the paper. I love using them for coloring and drawing.

I had major doubts about these when I got them. But I was so wrong. They definitely are right up there with the other name brand colored pencils. The colors are so vibrant and beautiful!! They feel great and aren’t real light and flimsy. They are very solid and strong. I would use these for all my coloring. They are of very high quality.

I absolutely love these colored pencils!! My daughters and I use them regularly.  I love that I don't have to put a pencil down and find the next color every time. I can just flip the pencil around. I'm always skeptical about using different brands but the color in these pencils is comparable to my normal brand. I will definitely be buying more of these in the near future.

My daughter is quite the artist and we are always looking for pencil colors she can use to complete her various art projects. These are very vibrant and smooth and they make it easy for her project to come to life.

I received a box of the colored pencils to try and they were wonderful.  My children enjoyed many hours of use and the held up the entire time.  The colors were bright and stayed bright on the page.  Great assortment.

My son absolutely loves these pencils, he is very artistic. He is nine years old and is always drawing or creating something new. He said these pencils are smooth when drawing, the color is vibrant. A must have to add to your artist's stash.

These colored pencils are actually pretty awesome. They color as good as other colored pencils and they make everything a little bit quicker. I love that I can use one color, then just flip over the pencil to use the other color. I also love that they came sharpened and none of them were broken. I'd like to find a large set that has these in them!

This is a great set of pencils. The colors are very vibrant and smooth. The pencils sharpen easily and the tips don’t break. My son loves using his imagination to create beautiful pictures. Better than crayola!

Who wouldn't appreciate a colored pencil with two colors. You literally just flip it over and have a whole new color. It does shorten the original colors but it is compact convient. My oldest is 12 and she loves her pack. She carries them in her book sack.

Prang Duo Colored Pencils work well.  This is the box of six double ended pencils with the following colors:\

The body of each pencil is made of real wood.  A standard pencil sharpener works fine on these.  These coloring pencils are great when storage is an issue as 6 pencils with 12 colors saves space.  Great for traveling or keeping in a pencil case, backpack, purse, etc.  These are inexpensive so I wouldn't use these for professional work or something you know you want to display(at least not for me as I would want colors that standout more), but the colors draw smoothly and are blendable.  Perfect for everyday coloring.

These pencils are durable enough to withstand a few 6-7 year olds hammering away at them. Usually our time is spent sharpening broken pencils, but these had good durability. There was a nice assortment of colors as well!

These colored pencils exceeded my expectations. I am so pleased with how smooth the lead is . The color blends so nicely.  The 2 in 1 feature is super handy. At first I gave them to my daughter and then confiscated them for myself. I will purchase again for sure!
