how to use it?

It is lack of user manual since it is really hard to tell how to use without viewing the actual product.

Don't work

We useed a former product by Snead that was great - supplied by Tab Products product #M20692-00. This end converter was a 'no fuss' when applying it to the folder. Just simply removed the three adhensive strips and done. You also had mor space to add your type label. This end converter is too narrower and it doesn't fit and have wasted many of them trying to cut space and tape to improve the product.
