EX14-06 shredder is designed for use by one to two individuals with eight-minute run time. Non-stop Jam Free indicator glows red when too much paper is inserted and glows green when paper is within the shredder's sheet capacity. Shreds up to 14 sheets at a time into six-gallon pull-out waste bin. Shred DVDs, CDs, credit cards and documents, even with paper clips or staples. Line shredder bin with paper or plastic bags for quick and easy clean-up; one paper bag is included. Super cross-cut security level (P-4) safely destroys documents with sensitive information. Intelligent Self-Cleaning Cutters automatically remove shreds that cause build-up and lead to jams. The product has alot of great features

I loved the Swingline EX12-06 Shedder bc it did not jam one time after shredding 14 papers at one time. It also include a drawer that collects the paper after shredding and it is easy to remove and discard the paper. Overall, I will give the shredder 5 stars but I should mention I received the item as an free sample to use for the review. The shedder is automatic and has an manual control to reverse the paper if needed. It was easy to assemble and operate and very quiet after shredding credit cards. I would recommend this product as to any one that is looking for a good shredder. This shredder met all my expectations and more.

Great product, great features

The Swingline EX14-06 Shredder was a great product. It was easy an easy product to set-up. I must say that when this shredder says it will shred CD`s and up to 14 sheets of paper it means that! This shredder shreds paper very well when using. It has this jam free technology built into it that makes it easier to remove paper jams and even works in preventing paper jams. This shredder even shreds paper clips and credit cards!!! Believe me, I have used it on multiple occasions and it got the job done. It amazed me on how well it shredded up old credit cards and documents. I should mention that I was sent a free sample to use for this review.

My clients feel safe.

I am a Life Coach and take detailed notes of people lives. It is very private and personal. Recently, I was given this paper shredder and put it under a table in my office. A few clients have said that they feel better knowing that I am using care with the notes. This not only does paper, but CDs and credit cards too. I received a new chip debit card in the mail, so the first thing I used this shredder for was the old debit card. The pieces of this were cut op so small, I am sure this is secure. I went on to further test this with a newspaper. It went through easily- no jamming. It also had some great safety features. If the bottom drawer is not all the way in, the shredder does not work. It also has a reverse button if you need it too! I have received the item was free in exchange for your honest opinion.
