I bought 24 count and two of them were flat with nothing in them.

Strike two

I have been purchasing this product for years to use at my office. I purchase a box over a week ago and got something like was like colored milk.. not creamer. Sent a note to International Delight and got a coupon back for a free box. Before receiving the coupon had gone back to the store and purchased another box and it was fine. Yesterday go back, get the exact same product, and this morning again it is like colored water. Is there something I am missing or did they change the product. So this is last time purchasing.
