We have been using this appointment book for years. There is just one Doctor, we use the different columns for different categories of appointments and extra notes. Please don't change it!

Our business requires a lot of space for weekend detail and not much for weekdays.  We use multiple pages for the weekends and just two pages for 5 weekdays.

Once a year we need to write in all the headings for the year and that is a bit of a pain but I know of no other way to do the page and column labeling

I recently began a job that requires me to keep not only my own calender, but one for 3 other sales people.  Although I was using separate calenders, it was quite difficult to juggle all the additional books.

Very pleased with this 4 person version.  I don't have to put dates in on the header for days that none of us are working, and therefore I can make better use of calender space.

I have been using the Four-Person Daily Group Appointment Book by AT-A-GLANCEВ® every single year for my entire professional career - which is now in its 22 year. It helps to keep me well organized by its layout, amount of space given and overall user flexibility. This appointment book takes both form and function into consideration from my point of view.  And I will never forget to reorder or ever have to worry about not having my calendar for the next year or run around at the last minute looking for a store that has it, because every September it has a reorder reminder built it. I already have my 2013 book just waiting - I won't miss scheduling a thing! I plan to use this book for the next 22 years too!

Until I saw this product, I was using four different calendars for each of the not-for-profit organizations for whom I do voluntary clerical and accounting.  It is so much easier to see any conflicts of schedules, meetings, etc. when all the organizations are in one location!

We use the book to write in the jobs scheduled in advance so when taking calls in the evening or on weekends we know what's available during future days. Best part is we don't waste pages on the days we don't need the information, since we are able to write in the date as needed.  The book lasts longer with no waste.

This is designed to be a group appointment book for up to 4 people and is "blank" (no dates).  I'm a small business person who lives and dies by my planner and is too cheap and lazy to buy a new one every year, so I use this one just for me (not a group).  One book lasts me +/- 3 years.  I write in the days/dates in the box at the top of each column and have one column left over for notes for that week.  If I weren't so lazy I'd print labels for each week, but it really doesn't take that much time to just write it in.  My only real "complaint" is that the times are only listed once on the left edge of each page.  It would be nice if they were listed in each column, but it's not a big deal and hasn't caused me to mis-schedule anything.  I definitely give up some conveniences by buying the totally blank planner (holidays are not listed, have to put in the dates myself), but for me it's worth it to only have to replace it once every 3 years.

We run a three crew business and needed an appointment book to accommodate us. I am so pleased with this appointment book. I see it working for us even when we add more crews this spring. It is very customizable and has a good amount of writing room.

This appointment book is absolutely perfect for our daily workings. It has the perfect amount of writing space and the time table on the side is genius.

I like to fill in my own dates, and have three years in one book.
