not for rural treatment systems
DO NOT use with the newer rural waste water treatment systems like a JET system. They will clog the booster pump and then tangle in the air pump spinner, VERY costly repair.

Flushable Cleansing Cloths make perfect sense to me!
Have you ever changed a diaper? Everyone carries wet wipes to change babies, no one carries a roll of toilet paper for their baby. So, at what point did we decide that we no longer needed wet wipes and dry paper would do the trick?! Cottonelle is genius for creating Fresh Care Flushable Cleansing Cloths. It makes perfect sense to me to have an adult version of baby wipes that is flushable. To be frank, I think a lot more adults need to use them, because dry toilet paper alone does not seem to be doing the trick for them. My only criticism is that I personally don't care for the scent. I would much prefer unscented cleansing cloths myself.

I'm writing this review based on samples I received from Cottonelle. I really like these flushable wipes. I keep a container at home and a container at work. I do not use them every time. Only when I need to feel extra fresh and clean. I recommend them.

I recently was able to try the new cleansing wipes, which I thought would be a good experience. What actually happened was the complete opposite. If I could give no stars I would. I ended up with a severe, painful, very sensitive rash. This rash has left me unable to walk, move, go to the bathroom, or do anything without being in excruciating pain. In the end, I will never use these again under any circumstances. I just want people to be aware that this is a possible reaction that could happen to anyone.

Go with the 1-2-1 approach
I received these flushable wipes as part of the double care approach free from my bzzagent campaign. I was super excited as I had wanted to try them, but never seemed to think about them while I was at the store! They feel a little too wet for me, so I re wipe with toilet paper after, just make sure to use the strong toilet paper like Cottonelle Ultra or it will stick to you! They've helped my youngest daughter with potty training, she is not used to toilet paper and the wipes are more comfortable for her..so that's a bonus...yaay!

The Better Bathroom Experience
Never would I have thought that I would be online chatting about my bathroom routine? but here I am! The Cottonelle Care Routine truly does leave me feeling fresher after going. I do not think that I could go back to just toilet paper after using the Cottonelle cleansing cloths. Before using this product, I was a little hesitant to the cleansing cloths because it was something that I had never used before. Now it is something that I will not go without. After using the cloths, I was surprised at what toilet paper alone had left behind. My husband compared it to trying to get clean with a dry towel verse taking shower. He is right! The moist cloth will definitely leave you feeling fresher.
I also tried the Cottonelle Clean Care Toilet Paper. Although it was more expensive than the regular toilet paper that I buy, it seemed worth it because it was thicker so I used less. The toilet paper was also way softer than papers that I have used in the past, and I think that I will continue buying it in the future.
My favorite part of the Cottonelle Care Routine is the cloth dispenser. It looks so much better than having a package of cleansing cloths on top of your toilet. I like the design because it keeps the cloths moist and it makes me like I am getting the most for my money. I would and plan on recommending the Cottonelle Care Routine to anyone interested in a better bathroom experience.

LOVED* please note PAST TENSE* these wipes, used all the time until you just changed the product away from the refill packs for the hard plastic dispenser TO these new packs with that little clear plastic tear/restick cover. THESE NEW WIPES, NEW DESIGN ARE *HORRIBLE*. They tear easily, shred, and when ones trying to wipe after #2 and putting fingers thru the wipe -its NOT doing the job and not acceptable. I loved the old ones, I hate the new ones so much that I am actively checking out other brands to replace the Cottonelle wipes that I was using.

Count me among the not-insignificant number of users who have had a bad reaction to this product. Whether or not you normally have hypersensitive skin, you'd be better off using another brand's moist wipes than risk an allergic reaction to Cottonelle. Yes, the packaging is better looking and more convenient, but it isn't worth the discomfort or trip to the dermatologist.

I wish I could leave a better review because I really liked this product until a few months ago; these wipes left a horrible rash that required a steroid cream from my obgyn in order to heal. I will not ever try a "fresh wipe" of any type again.

Your change is a negative one. ... The wipes are too thin now, every time i wipe now it gets a whole in it, it even tears getting it out of the container. It is truly a waist of money. Horrible disappointment!

usually love the product. I bought a large refill of cottonelle fresh care, and was very disappointed. the layers kept separatingId and the tissues kept ripping between the serrations. I still like the product, but I hope this is not a portent of things to come.

Who ruined the Cottonelle wipes?
Somebody has redesigned the wipes - whoever did it should be fired!
The wipes used to be wonderful, now they are awful. The packaging was designed to feed out of the slot, and tear off as needed. Now you can only get one out at a time, and that is a struggle. They are thicker and harder to separate. Please go back to the way they were - or I can no longer buy them.

Someone recently recommended to me the Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths, which I purchased, along with the attractive little "box" container/cover for them. I was very pleased with the cloth quality and would recommend them myself. However, I have one complaint. When I pull out a cloth through the "serrated" opening provided, another cloth does not follow (example: facial tissues). It's very frustratingId to then have to open the box and "thread" another cloth through the opening for the next use. What's wrong??

Cottonelle Fresh Care Wipes
When I first started buying Cottonelle Wipes some years ago, they were excellent quality. Now there is no quality what so ever. The wipes in the double packs with the plastic dispenser tops are even worse than the wipes in the original blue & white single packs. The wipes shred upon removing them from the package. No worry about using them. I will be looking to replace the Cottonelle wipes with a better quality wipe. So sorry!

I don't know what's going on with the quality of these wipes lately. They were great when I started buying them a couple of years ago. But the last couple of refills I bought could barely be pulled out of the dispenser individually - I'll bet I wasted half of them because of sticking together and clumping when trying to pull them out. And now this current 168ct. refill has sheets that can't even be pulled out of the dispenser without tearing into pieces like wet paper towels. The sheets are just thinner. Wrong move, Cottonelle.

They tear apart before you can get them out of the dispenser. I have to use several and not cost effective nor is as user friendly. I have used them for years but will try something new. I buy them by the case and this last one didn't last long at all. I had to keep putting in a refill and thought it was just my imagination until I started to order more and read the reviews

I cannot find any of your products that will self-feed out of the dispenser through the slot. I have to completely open the cover and take one at a time after I find the next edge. It is frustratingId.

You changed it for the worse.
Your Fresh Care wipes used to be very nice! I used to love them.
However, some time last year—it's hard to pinpoint since I bought them in bulk at Costco—you changed the product and cheapened it. Now, I can barely pull one out of the dispenser without it tearing in half. My fingers go right through them when I wipe. I have to use two or three to do the job of one.
I understand that I am one of millions of customers. However, until your product returns to its former quality, I have no choice but to use the products of one of those competitors you don't want me to talk about.

Do NOT like the new Fresh Care scent OR Quality
I bought these wipes for several years and always felt clean and odor-free after using them. The new scent is awful- what happened to the fresh scent ? Did the quality of the wipes 'go down the toilet' along with the fresh scent option? I am still looking for a quality wipe that leaves you smelling clean instead of like a stinky armpit. I have started using Rite-Aid brand and for now seem to offer a great replacement. If this is new and improved go back to old and not so improved- those were great - along with the fresh clean scent. Very disappointed!!!

Cottonelle Wipes Not Popping Up
Buy Cottonelle wipes regulary in the box and they have a pop-up dispenser. Love that.
Recently bought Cottonelle wipes (42 count) in a soft-sided pkg. with a flip-up oval. These don't pop up at all. Very disappointing. I'm constantly fighting to find an edge on the next one so I can get it out of the package. Why can't these be pkgd. every-other one the other way -- like many things in life are -- so they pop up a bit when you pull the first one out?

Tall dispenser has to be "re-loaded" after using 1
I have been using the Cottonelle Wipes, first with the low oblong box and then when the tall white with blue trim 2-part lid. Every time I use just 1 wipe, it has to be re-loaded again for the next wipe. They do not pop up automatically for me. This is time consuming and not sanitary because I have to rewash my hands before re-loading it again. Do the wipes need to go "behind" the arm pointing down or in front of the bottom divider sticking up? I cannot find a video on how to properly load the tall dispenser.

Why Change a Winning Product?
I used to love these wipes, that is until you changed them from quilted to ripple. They used to be thick and work wonderfully, now they are thinner and don't do the job as well as the original version. Why fix something when it's not broken. Please go back to the original wipes. Not only that, but since the change, the price went up as well. If you want to keep the price point, then go back to the original quilted, thicker version....at least they worked.

I dislike the current commercial where the "Brit" (use American) ask about cleaning the "Bum". This is the most disgusting commercial I have ever had to watch. First why is a "Brit" doing commercials in the US we beat the "Brits" now we have to watch her doing our American commercials. Send her back to UK

I have used this product for over 5 years and I agree with others that the quality of the wipes have declined. The wipes come apart easily. It is difficult to get the wipes to come out of the dispenser without tearing. I usually have to open the dispenser to get the wipe. I am also trying other similar brands.

Truly Representated As Advertised
Product does breakdown very quickly. Wipes are a good, usable size. I preferred when it was quilted & a bit thicker but I wouldn't change brands due to its excellent quality for a flushable wipe. There is a light, fresh scent. Wipe leaves no residue. Always flushed after using 3 wipes & nvr had plumbing backup. Also good for sticky hand cleanup after normal errands because it leaves no residue & single wipes take little space in purse.

Makes you feel clean and comfortable really love them. However they should not be flushed they do not dissolve may cause a blockage in sewer system. I put one in a cup of water for about 2 weeks it partially dissolved or broke up still had big clump.

I don't know how we got along before Cottonelle wet wipes came on the market. Sometimes just toilet paper alone doesn't get the job done, but with Cottonelle wet wipes you feel confident that you're completely clean. Couldn't get along without them.

Change is not always good.
I've been using your wipes for years. I used them before you changed the pop up dispensers. I'm disappointed that so many of them stick together, and 2 come out at the same time. \
The quality of your product has become so that I will have to find a replacement.

I had never used flushable wipes before so this product makes it very tidy and convenient. I like the thickness and am very pleased that it stays with my hand and doesn't bunch up and/or fold over when I wipe. Thanks.

Better than Toilet Tissue Anyday!
I received this sample and was excited to try it. I have seen it in the store but because of the price we decided to buy another brand. This by far exceeds expectations and giving you confidence when using the restroom. We especially like the non irritating frgrance unlike other brands. We plan to use these when traveling and carry them everywhere we go. These are well worth buying for the whole family.

Last year I was diagnosed with osteo sarcoma. I recently was at MD Anderson for surgery to remove a tumor. I was eventually placed on the therapy floor and their motto was "number 2 is our number 1". So after taking so many chemicals to get me to go, I had diarrhea for 2 weeks straight. I started using cottonelle moist flushable wipes at that time. They not only got me clean feeling, but it also was soothing to a raw bum. I have used this product ever since. I also have my grandsons using them. They are great for kids to get clean.

Ripples make you feel cleaner!
I tried a sample that I received and liked it much better than what I am currently using. The ripples definitely make you more aware of what you are accomplishing. Ripples are definitely better in this case!

Colorectal cancer changed everything about my bathroom habits but Cottonelle and the FreshCare product save my bum. It was the only product that didn't cause more injury to my already raw bottom. Seriously, it is the only bathroom tissue I will every purchase again! I take rolls of it with me when I visit other people's homes and leave them there in case I visit again. Cottonelle, you saved me! Thank you.

Honestly, never encountered something like this before. They are basically adult wet wipes. Far better than the scratchy TP i have always used. I'd say its worth a try.

The wipes rip when you pull them out. Only one side has the ridges, the other is just plain. The wipes are thin and fall apart easy.

I tried the sample, and I really liked how fresh it made me feel. In the workplace, they buy toilet paper you can see through and not what I would use at home. It does not make you feel very clean and can irritate that area. The cloths really help with that!!!

Perfect for potty training
My son was learning how to use the potty but was used to the diaper wipes and was having a hard time with regular toilet paper. The flushable wipes helped him get used to using the big potty and also ensured a perfectly clean bottom!

This is a great product except for one small flaw!
This is not the first flushable cleansing cloth that I have tried so I speak from experience when I say that this product has a lot of great qualities. It did an excellent job of cleaning and freshing which is very important.\
The main flaw with this product and this can be said for any such product not just this particular brand, is that it is scented. Using scented products in this area is a recipe for disaster especially if you have sensitivity issues. If they only used beneficial natural scents such as witch hazel the product would be perfect for me.

Finally, a proper flushable wipe.
Great to see a proper flushable wipe on the market. They are a necessity and actually decrease the amount of toilet paper used. But the environmental impact in waste facilities has been horrible, so I appreciate actual flushable products on the market.

I use wipes on a regular basis. They are especially great for someone like myself who travels a lot for their job. Using public toilets and airplane toilets means wet wipes are a necessity! After a long flight, they freshen you up and make travel feel so much better. So I have used several brands. This is the first time I've tried the Cottonelle brand, and they are the best. I think it's mainly because of the texture; it adds that little extra. It also has the right amount of moisture and is the perfect size. I'm not usually this easy to impress but I really like these!

The first thing I noticed about this product was the thinness of the wipes. I actually tore the wipe getting it out of the package. It is moist enough to do the job it should do, but I expected the scent to be fresher. I was definitely disappointed in the smell.

Perfect for the kids and adults!

Exactly what I've been looking for!
I tried the sample and immediately felt like this product was exactly what I have been looking for. I felt instantly cleaner and refreshed. The wipes didn't feel too wet like other products but had enough moisture in the wipe to ensure I still felt fresh. I immediately went and bought some to keep at my house and a travel size to keep with me at all times. It will be perfect for long trips with gas station bathrooms or when camping and you need a little extra to keep you feeling clean!

Flushably clean companion wipe

Convenience away from home
Hi: When I need the bathroom and I'm on the road doing errands, my Cottonelle wipes are in my purse and at the ready. They have saved me many times. I'll never be caught without them. (I keep a stack in a zip-lock bag.) Carol Keating

It makes my daily trips much more refreshing!
At first I was skeptical about the sample that came in my package. I just looked at it like any other, but I'm glad I tried it out! Ill stick with the wipes over typical toilet paper any day!

I tried the sample and loved it. Sometimes, just plain toilet paper is not enough. This wipe was great and I liked that you could flush it as well.

Not at all what I expected
I did not like this product because it was too dry and I found that the sheets ripped very easily, from the time I pulled it out of the pack. I do like the sized of the carrying pouch for it though.

I have used these for a long time. Yesterday, my sewer backed up in my newly built home. After having it snaked and a camera go down the pipes, they found the wipes. The SafeFlush Technology let me down and turned to be quite costly. Not happy.

Love this product is super soft on your bum cleans very well you feel fresh and ready to go especially like the fact I can flush them down the toilet I give them to family and friends and keep some in a Baggie in my purse for on the go I also use them to freshen up after getting sweaty

I'm tired of cleaning your so called biodegradable wipes out of pumps and septic systems. Who needs wet wipes by the way, give me a break. These things have cost people thousands of dollars to keep their facilities up and running, I say a large class action lawsuit is in order!

Since having gone through two surgeries for rectal cancer, these Cottonelle Wipes have become my new best friend. They are perfect for my needs right now and for a long time to come. I highly recommend them. They make my life a whole lot easier to deal with.

The new packaging is horrible
Your switch to packaging that does not work in the dispensers is wasteful. Without the structure of the dispenser the sides of the package collapse as wipes are used and when you get to the last wipes they have balled up together and are useless.

I could not survive without these wipes I use nearly a whole package every day if not more Due to a surgical procedure I have a very large hernia that pushes my stomach out when I sit the pressure builds and when I get up I can barely make it to the bathroom without exploding Sometimes it takes half a pckage sometimes more I am very thankful for this product

I have been using Cottonelle wipes forever. I have always loved them and have never had an issue. Recently I stocked up on wipes as I had run out and apparently Cottonelle made a change. Why fix what wasn't broken? The new wipes do not work in the dispensers at all. They have a wavy edge and I think that's why. They have to be reloaded each time you want to use a wipe and it's a pain. They also appear to be thinner and tear easily with normal use. I can't wait to run out of these wipes because Cottonelle is losing a long-term customer over this!

For the 3rd straight year, we have had to hire a sewer service to clean out the line connection from our house to the city sewer line approximately 100ft. All 3 blocks were due to Cottonellle Wet Wipes. (This is the only brand we buy) The sewer service guy confirmed that the product will flush but doesn't degrade as toilet paper does and will cause a blockage over a relatively short period of time. Please urge your labs to develop a formulation that will break down.

SMALL GOOD, BUT TEAR UPON USE ...WON'T BUY AGAIN!
I'm usually one who only gives positive reviews. However, every now & again I need to speak out when something just doesn't work. I'm a 46-yrs-old female and have been using baby wipes to keep myself clean for as long as I can remember. For years I used Costco's brand until they changed their formula some years back. They used to be great! They smelled nice, the size was perfect & they didn't tear upon use. However, once they changed, the smell was TERRIBLE. So they lost me after that.\
\
I had to find an affordable replacement, so I began using Walmart's Parent's Choice. While they are not nearly as good as the old Costco brand used to be, they are still better than a lot of the ones out there. Not to mention still within my budget.\
\
However, I'm always open to trying out new wipes. So I had a manufacturer coupon that allowed me to try the Cottonelle, 42-pack of Clean Ripple (FreshCare). I admit that they smell really nice, which I like, but that was all that I liked. They tear almost instantly BEFORE I even get them out of the pouch. Then they tear more when I try to wipe myself clean. I even double them over prior to using to try to avoid that, but it doesn't always work. While I'm a hand-washer regardless ...I feel that I have to "doubly wash" my hands because my fingers tear thru them. So for me that's a BIG NEGATIVE & that's why I don't recommend them. Also, the size is quite small for my liking.\
\
I've never flushed them, as regardless of ANY brand that says "flushable" ...why take the chance. I don't want to end up with clogged pipes or flooded bathroom. After reading several reviews, that just confirms for me not to flush these or any other that claim "flushable" ...regardless of what their "proven tests" show. So that's just my opinion!\

We had been using these for years. They were great. Having a adult with special needs they really helped when going bathroom. What a disappointment when opening the last box. New design, hard to get out of package, they tear so easily, definitely NOT an improvement. Will search for replacement, you lost a customer here.

The changes that have been made to the cottonelle wipes are disappointing. As allot of people state they tear very easily. I have a partial pack that is an "ultra" in purple packaging that is far superior to anything your selling now. Too bad we can't find these any more. I'm assuming the changes made were in an effort for your company to lower costs but it's only going to cost your customers.

Doesn't pull the next wipe!
The whole idea of a wipe dispenser is that when pulling one out, the next one pops up through the hole. But this doesn't happen with these wipes! I have to dig into the container in order to pry them out. Worhless!

I have used these flushable wipes for years and have recently noticed that they have become considerably thnner. In fact, if they got much thinner, they would be transparent! Or, is this just your way of saying use more? Can you go back to the 5 star product?

Had to call a plumber after the sewer overflowed in the basement. Although the product says flushable, they clogged up our pipes. Will never use again, not after paying $300.00 to clear out our pipes. We were told by our plumber to never flush them down the toilet. They absolutely should not say flushable

Cottonelle Fresh Care Wipes
I had been using Charmin wet wipes but was unhappy that they got smaller and thinner so I tried your product. What a huge difference. The Cottonelle wipes are a lot thicker and bigger than Charmin. Also I like the way yours are folded and I can easily get one at a time. And your product is wetter too. I will never again use another brand. You now have a loyal customer.

Fall apart like wet toilet paper.
Although these wipes fall apart NONE should ever be advertised to be flushable. Just ask ANY plumber or city sewer maintenance worker. I always throw any wipes in the trash but these are hopeless. Will never buy this brand again.

Soft, Durable and Effective
We love using these flushable wipes. They are gentle on our skin, durable so it doesn’t tear while using and quite effective with cleaning the personal area when needed. I would recommend trying these wipes because they’re definately worth the money spent.

Great product to have handy in the bathroom when you want to stay fresh and feel clean. Very strong, durable and pleasant scent. Even find myself using to clam my hands after applying makeup and coloring my hair at home. Very versatile as well.

I have always been skeptical of the claim of flushable wipes in the past. After trying the new Cottonelle flushable wipes I am now a believer. These little babies are convenient and durable and the perfect travel size. I have kids and they Missy husband and two puppies and these guys come in very handy. If you're like me and you have every day nurses these are great for an easy cleanup and disposal.

Cottonelle Flushable Wipes
The Cottonelle wipes are great because they are safe for our sewer system. I also like that the wipes have wavvy ripples on the wipe to really clean well after going to the bathroom. The wipes too have a nice pop up dispenser that seals with a plastic flip/lid and they are very easy to dispense too!

Once I tried these I was hooked on them!
These are the best way to fully clean yourself after using the restroom. I definitely recommend these flushable wipes without hesitation to anyone currently using any kind of baby wipe or even toilet paper. You will never use anything else once you try these!!!

I did not care for the Cottenelle Flushable Wipes. I felt the wipes were too thin and tore easily.. I understand they could not be too thick as they were flushable but I did not feel they were thick enough to do a good cleaning job..

Cottonelle Flushable Wipes definitely makes me feel cleaner and like I got *everything* down there when I'm done. They are thick enough an have never torn during use. The size is also just right. Big plus - they are flushable. Cottonelle Flushable wipes are great for home and travel. They have a very mild scent and are not irritating which is important for sensitive skinned people. I love these wipes and I would recommend to anyone.

The Ultimate Personal Cleaning Wipe

Co to Nelle flush able wipes were really a godsend in the bathroom. I never like just toilet paper. I felt I was cleaner and had better overall fresh feeling. They didn't irritate me either. The wavy clean ripple really guarantees cleanliness. I would recommend this to anyone.

COTTONELLE FLUSHABLE WIPES are the best brand of flushable wipes I have tried, they are strong and effective. Provide better cleaning than using dry toilet paper alone. Packaging dispenses wipes fast and it's convenient to take on the go. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Strong yet gently, but effective

I really like the barely-there scent. I'm not crazy about those strong scents that take over everything. It cleans really good and it cleans quickly. I like that it's meant to be flushable and that it's meant to not clog the toilet. Overall a good product.

The package was not easy to open. My finger ripped through the first wipe when taking it out of the package. But the convenience of being able to flush these wipes is great. Also the size of the package is nice because it is smaller than other wipes.

Cottonelle Wipes are Impressive
I feel the size of the wipe is perfect. I enjoyed the smell. I feel that the quantity in the pack was very good. I also like the moisture on each wipe. It would be a product that I feel many people could benefit from.

Cottonelle Flushable Wipes work very well and leave you with a clean fresh feeling. They flush easily and I would definitely purchase these in the future. They are very handy to have!

I was surprised that there actually is a BIG difference in flushable wipes. I normally buy the generic brand of wipes. After trying Cottonelle my entire family will be switching from generic flushables to Cottonelle. The product is a bit thicker and seemed to clean better while using less. Very pleased! This is a must have..

They are great in the first place because clean you up very well, keeps your skin moisture, has a soft and nice odor. It doesn't cost irritation, or any kind of allergy.

I really wanted to try these mostly to benefit my children. They worked great. They feel clean and I am assured they ate getting clean! The smell is great and they are also great for quick face wipes, etc. \

Cottonelle Flushable Wipes are great! They’re easy to keep in a purse, gym bag or diaper bag for an on the go bathroom and general use wipe. I also keep a pack by all of my toilets. They’re strong and smell fresh.

They are soft and are great for wiping surfaces as well as your body if need be. I found them to be great for sensitive skin and great for wiping dirt. the smell is not to overwhelming and the package is portable and great for putting in my purse

I liked how they smelled. They really broke apart easily and could be flushed after use. They were still strong enough to do the job. I was impressed with the overall quality of the wipe. This is a wonderful product.

Not as good as previous version
(1) Wipes are thinner. (2) Wipes split at the perforation more easily resulting in (a) rest of wipes falling into the dispenser and/or (b) the sheet splits into layers at the perforation. (3) Wipes dry out quickly. (4) At certain perforation points, the wipes are bunched up as if that is the continuation of a feeder roll. That bunching point gets stuck in the dispenser and several sheets need to be removed to unblock it. Waste of wipes.

Redesign doesn't dispense easily
I've been using this product for years and love it. However, it seems to have been recently redesigned, in such a way that pulling out a sheet no longer feeds up the next sheet behind it. Now, I have to use my fingernails to try to pinch out the next sheet, which often results in tearing a hole in the middle of the sheet. I recommend going back to the old feed design, which wasn't perfect either, but was better.

Been using Cottonelle for long time. Last time I bought them, they now have RIPPLES. Well, you cannot get them picked up easy as before. Have to take a wipe and try to get edge of ripple up, then it tears. Bad choice. Sheets used to interlock before and lift right out. I will not buy these again, unless Cottonelle returns old style.

Although I used to like the product Im off a whole different opinion now. We/I had a horrible back up with our plumbing, entire basement floor flooded an got worse when the upstairs toilet flushed, after spending $325 to have plumber come over to check, after main line cleanout the cause was flushables that DID NOT DISOLVE and caused me terrible expense and mess. Photos upon request, have a slew of photos plus a video of water pouring out wrong areas

Your product was so good. My son and I used them regularly. Now they are ripping apart, only a partial is coming out and then when you finally get a hold of it is single layer. Not sure what you have done to change your product but it is awful. Looking at purchasing a different brand

The cleansing cloths, dubbed “flushable wipes,” are marketed for post-toilet use but are typically not biodegradable. They do not dissolve like toilet paper does when flushed, and once in the sewer system, they can clump together and cause problems.

Newest wipes much thinner
I have used Cottonelle wipes for many years and have always been happy with them until the latest purchase. I usually get them from Costco in the large 10 pack. The newest one has much thinner wipes and they tear as I try to pull them out (between the perforations). I had an older single pack in my purse and compared the strength and thickness with the new ones. The new ones look and feel thinner. I hope this is just a bad batch. If the next purchase is the same I will have to look for some other brand. Please check your quality control. 1-31-2019

It is doubtful the product is flushable
I too have had to use a snake to clear my toilets when they began to not flush properly after using the product for a number of months. I came here today to see if other claims have been made. I will study this more. I hope Cottonelle is being up front with their claims of the product being flushable.

Thin and shred while removing from the package
I believe the product quality is deterioratingId. They shred while removing from the package. Waisting 2 or 3 that are entangled into each other.\

I have been a fan of Cottonelle wipes for 4 or 5 years now. I have the hard plastic package but this time, instead of buying refills I purchased the disposable wipes in the soft package that opens. I just bought a double package and am so disappointed. They are thinner to the point they sometimes break off even though I pull them slowly. I don't know what has happened unless budget cuts at the factory and raised prices out of our pockets at the store. I may try Charmin, just undecided right now since I've always used Cottonelle. I am so disappointed, I don't even use Charmin tissue but may have to use the flushable wipes.

Wipes self-shredding out of pack
Love the product...until my last purchase of refills. Whether you use the holder or straight out of the refill packet, they shred, making them all but useless. Please reverse what ever change you made to the paper. We have tried other brands and like Cottonelle best. But, we will switch brands if the self- shredding paper isn't remedied. \

The last multi-pack that I purchase are all individual sheets and don't put up out of the pack. Hope this was just a quality control issue and not a permanent change.

Wipes Have Changed, Not for the BETTER
Have been using them for 8 years and always pleased with the thickness. However the last few purchases have been very disappointing. They are so thin now that they shred as soon as they are pulled from the package, leaving them useless.

This last box of flushable wipes were terrible. The wipes were ripped coming out of the package. Some were falling apart as I pulled them out.

Wipes no longer can be used in container for they are very hard to separate and only two or three are connected at a time. Last batch was the worst, even were tearing. Will not buy again.

The wipes I have purchased the last few months have started degrading before the package has even been opened. Layers separate and shred at the slightest touch. It is near impossible to get an intact wipe that has not pulled shreds off the wipe below it.
