I have this hook in our closet. It is so useful because it can hold anything from a heavy purse to light-weight pjs, plus it won't leave a hole in the wall if I decide to move it.

I use the command large hook every year to hang my Christmas reef and I never have a problem with it. No matter how the weather is out side I never need to make any adjustments or rehang my reef, this makes decoratingId easy and fun.

Large hooks ease Christmas stress
For the 30 years that we've been in our home, we've always suspended two 30-inch wreaths on the balconies on either side of our fireplace. We've always used either string to hold the wreaths in place so the wood on the bannister would not be damaged. Then I discovered Command Hooks!!! My husband thought I was brilliant when I simply attached two hooks to the bannister, and the two wreaths remained suspended throughout the season. However, the best part was when we dismantled the decorations and removed the hooks, not a scar on the wood was visible!!! Thank you Command Hooks. We're sold on you!!

I have always been leary of hanging decorative wreaths, indian corn, etc on the outside of the house but with Commands hooks and decoriative looks I feel confident that my items will hold perfectly and I won't have to pound a nail in the outside of my house!!

When we travel to Europe we always take Command hooks with us becuse European hotels, hostels and B&B's don't always have spacious closets to store clothing. The Command hooks come in very handy as we travel from place to place because they can be used over and over.
We also spend time at fishing resorts staying in cabins which hardly ever have adequate storage for clothing and towels that are in use. Command hooks are a welcome convenience because they can be removed and taken with us when we leave. The Command refill packet helps also because by purchasing this product we can use the hooks forevedr.

I love all the Command hooks but I use the Large one the most for things like back packs, heavy coats, and even toy bags. They reduce clutter in the house and especially in kids closet. This also helps us get ready for school faster in the morning, which is great for a tired working mom!

Command Hooks are the best that I have used over the years. I have them in the closets and use them for jewlry,towels tote bags and more. No matter what the weight of the item the hook just stays on until I pull it off to put it in another place. Very usefull.

Large Command Hooks Work Well!!!!
I have had no problems with the large command hooks they stick very well. They have not fallen off. I am using 2 of them to hold up a curtain rod w/curtain on the inside of my front door which has a good size window, to block the sun.The reason we chose to use command hooks for this is because our door is fiberglass and we did not want to drill holes in it. The large command hooks work great for this.

The large hooks are particularly useful to hang coiled dock lines, life vests, rain gear, and just about anything that needed to be within easy access, yet kept securely out of the way until needed, aboard motor and sailing vessels of any size. What in addition to spare lines,and clothing would be considered? Well, I like to hang my hand-held VHF radio on a bulkhead in the cockpit on one hook and wrap the connecting safety strap around another nearby hook. Handy cockpit navigational aids can be rigged to hang conveniently from a hook, as well as small flashlights on a lanyard. The hooks stay in place for many years with the original adhesive. Should a hook become brittle because of exposure to the sun (takes about 5 years in Florida) just slide the old hook out and slide a new one in; no need to replace the adhesive! On the other hand, should a better place be found for the hook, it is an easy matter to just remove and relocate. Truly a wonderful asset on my sailing vessel.

We started using the Command hooks last year to hang our wreaths on the outside of our windows. We first had trouble with the garage windows because of the cold. My husband heated the window with a hair dryer before putting on the hook and it worked like a charm. All the rest were OK because they were on windows in the main house where the interior heat helped them stay in place. They came off as advertised and held our wreaths perfectly, so much easier than using our old methods of threading fishing line through the window and attaching it on the inside with a thumbtack.

I have been a loyal user of all sizes of the 3M hooks for many years and am horribly disappointed with all I have bought this year. Everything I have used them on has failed. Wreaths, garlands, pictures. The only thing I can guess is they cheapened the adhesive as they no longer hold..
I have recommended them for years and now I have had 3 friends report the same thing happening with them !

Cramped for Space--Hang It!
Wreaths are something I enjoy creating, particularly Christmas and ones for other holidays. Quite often I show my wares at Arts & Crafts Fairs and I find that spaces are often very limited. However, I pondered how I could display them to the best advantage and the idea came to use Command Hooks by 3M (I always request a booth with a wall). They work absolutely wonderfully well. I am including pictures of a very small space in a local church, indicating how I was able to display many wreaths for the customers to view and hopefully purchase. During Christmas I use Command Hooks to hang wreaths on mirrors in our bathrooms, very beautiful.

This hook really holds. I was getting tired of picking up my husbands work clothes and didn't want them to be put with our other clothes. So, when I saw this hook, I decided to give it a try and it does work. I put the hook on the side of the pantry, right where he walks in and now he puts his dirty work coat and safety vest up on the hook and it stays. Thank you for this product.

Large hook was a miracle saver. we used it for curtin bedroom hangers and till this day it holds with no mess and leaves our walls neat and with no holes and no mess. thank you command for making it so easy for me and my family. i have recommended this product to my entire family.

These products are just super for placing holiday decorations where you want them - not where you have a convenient ( or inconvenient ) fastening point.
I used them throughout the house over the holidays, and easily repositioned them to accomodate the changing items from halloween through Thanksgiving through Christmas.
Wonderful idea... keep them coming
And please be sure that retailers carry the replacement strips.
If I have to always buy a whole new starter set up - that will make me unhappy and possibly cause me to not use these in the future

I was a little disappointed. Let me first say that the adhesive performed just as advertised. Which was great. The hook did not last more than two months. Went to get a metal one and the store did not have any. Just plastic.

Im a college student and I share a bathroom with three other girls and there is one towel hook in our bathroom. We use the Large Command Hooks to hang our towels and other various things. At first I was skeptical about using them because I have used hooks like these before and the glue on them loosened from the heat from the shower and didn't hold up. But my Command Hooks are still hanging! I even have one on the shower! They're amazing!

Used them outside for decorations this year. Nothing fell, even with one of the coldest Decembers on record and an unheard of White Christmas in Eastern Virginia. We also had high winds buffeting wreaths and garlands. Everything held even with the weight of snow and ice and those garlands had lights on them too. I am so pleasantly surprised and now know I have the flexibility to change my decorations each year instead of having to use the same holes in order to not make more. Wish I had tried them outside long ago. I always use them for my inside decorations and hanging jobs. Wow! What a product!

What I've been looking for!
I needed hooks for my doors. A place to hang my bath robes as well as one for front door wreathes and decorations. The large Command hooks are perfect! They do not damage my doors and can easily be removed. Thanks!!

I use the 3M Command Hooks to hang an assortment of cooking ware on the sides of my kitchen island. The Hooks do a fantastic job holding various skillets and pans. They have been in use approximately 3 years and still work good and look good. I have also had to change positions of the hooks to compensate for changes of cookware.

The best Hooks I ever had!
When I first bought these hooks for my bedroom to hold up my purses, I thought they were to flimsy to be strong enough to work. Boy, I was so wrong! It's been 6 months since I put them up on my wall and each hook is now holding 4 heavy handbags on each hook. Now that's amazing!!!

I bought the value pack of 3 hooks and used one in the kitchen for cloth shopping bags, in the entry for my purse and in the bedroom for my robe and gown. I followed the directions exactly and let them sit overnight before use. They have been in use for a week now and still holding tight.

Leash hangers/jewelry organization
I use the hangers for leash holders. They don't look bad and are very useful next to the door where there isn't room for a table or shelf. I also put some in the bathroom and hang necklaces and bracelets off of them. It's a great way to keep them untangled and they're easily accessible.

Command Hooks Are Great For Purse Display
I used the 5# hooks to create a display on the wall behind my bedroom door of all my cute purses. (When the door is open, you can't see the display.) When I'm in my room and have the door shut, it's really cool to see my "investments" and have easy access to them. All my girlfriends have used the same idea! We love the Command hooks because it's so easy to rearrange the display.

I used the medium and large white hooks to display and organize my 15 favorite purses on the inside wall of the closet. I placed the hooks to sit underneath the top purse so they overlap and use less display space. This makes the purses easily available and also displays most of the purses my husband has purchased for me as gifts. He liked the idea so much he wants me to expand the showcase!

I love to sew and craft and found that the whole line of Command hooks are great for organizing my tools. I installed two of the 17003 hooks, added a dowel and S hooks and it makes great hanging rack for my scissors, rotary cutters and other tools. They are right at my fingertips and easy to replace so they are there when I need them the next time. I have found all of the Command products useful all around our house!

I'm a teacher and the county doesn't allow us to put nails in the walls. Command hooks allow me to hang educational posters, charts, etc., without leaving marks on the wall. I love Command hooks and am thankful for this innovative idea.

Large Command Hooks go to college!
As we moved my daughter out of her dorm room this week, I'm reminded of just how helpful and convenient the Command hooks were. When we moved her in, we brought along an assortment of sizes, as she was not allowed to use tape, nails, or any permanent or destructive means to attach anything to the walls. Ashley used the products to hang her jewelry and accessories on the back of her door, the large ones in the bathroom for her robe and hand towels, and in the closet for an assortment of items. She also used the poster hangers for her wall decorations. In addition, when the holidays came around, she used the hooks to hang lights in her room. Aside from the fact that we removed everything with NO damage to the walls, we've saved the hooks for next year and just have to purchase replacement tape. These are terrific products (we've got them all over our house too)!

I use command products pretty regularly...love the small and medium hooks...and also the metal hooks. But for some reason these hooks didn't work very well they are supposed to hold up to five pounds, so i put them in my kids bathroom by the sink to be used for a hand drying towel. It falls constantly, i know the towel even damp does not weigh 5 lbs. but ive had to reattach it at least 3 times. Nope, not very happy with this product.

I used this hook in my bathroom to hang up my granddaughter's top cover potty seat. I put it next to the commode out of the way, so she could still see it each time she "followed" one of us into the bathroom. We didn't have to say "wait" and get it out. It reminded her that she could use it if she wanted and encouraged her to start potty training without guilt. When the task was completed, the seat cover came down, as did the command large white hook, with no traces left behind.

my husbands exercise clothes are all over the bedroom drying. we had some wall space so I bought the large hooks so he can hang his clothes up to dry and still find them when needed. the hooks are a lifesaver (for my husband) and were easy to put up!

A Hit With Fellow Teachers
Because of INCREASING budget cuts and decreasing funds, I had to look for a creative way to store headphones for daily use. I found these hooks that could hold the ancient LARGE headphones and it worked out GREAT! Even with the high use, these hooks made it possible for up to 6 students to sit at a "Listening" Station and all listen to a story being read at the same time. It was a GREAT hit with my fellow teachers. Thank you.

I used these on the back of my closet door for my sweatshirts and light jackets because the metal hook rack I had fastened to the door kept pulling out from the weight, I bought two multi packs and staggered them and it has worked out wonderful so far so good, great product.

Great solution to rental house isues
These hooks were the answer for trying to hang curtains in a rental house where we didn't want to bore into the moulding around the windows. These windows already have enough issues with rotting wood and paint chipping, yet the Command Adhesive Hooks cleanly adhered to the flat portion of the moulding that is intact and allowed us to hang attractive curtains in several rooms in the house! Plus, we just moved out of our house of 12 years that we built, and I had used the Command Adhesive strips to hang a tapestry on the wall. When it came time to remove the hooks, the adhesive strips came EASILY off of the wall without any damage, and I'm reusing the same hooks in the house we're in now. Thanks for a great product, 3M!

Avoid holes in the wall to hang pictures.
I find that using command hooks allows me to hang pictures without having to damage the walls of my home with the ugly nail holes. Plus, if I want to move/relocate a picture I can do it with ease.

I was previously a doubter
I originally purchased these large hooks about a year ago needing something quickly to hang my son's belts behind the door. Just last week we remodeled his room, so they had to come down and I was amazed at how simple it was. I inspected each area on the drywall for damage, but there was none. Also refreshing was the fact that we got to reuse them, leaving no nail holes left behind, easily attaching new tape to the back, and now they are displaying his hanging sports metals on a prominent wall in his room. Thank you 3M.

Keeping it up in the kitchen
The Command Large Hook (17003) has helped me keep items off the counters or stove and still right within reach. The hooks hold my potholders, cooking apron and hand towels. This enables me to have an organized working area. This means these items don't fall on the floor or out of reach when needed. Hangs around forever, and I like that!
I don't believe there are enough positive descriptive words for Command general purpose hooks. I use them to hang pictures, posters, skateboards, heavy wall art, bulletin boards, dry erase boards.....well I've named most of the stuff in my house! I love that this product is so simple to use and simple to remove. A quick measure, add the strip to the back of the hook, press, and hang! The removal process is just as simple: pull tab down until the hook "pops" off the wall. From a renter's perspective, thank you for this product because you've helped me get my deposit back every time I've moved!

I use these for my kids room and the kids love them. They hang their backpacks and what they are going to wear for the next day on them. Their great in my closet as well. I was able to use a wall in my closet to display my handbags. It looks awesome. Love your product.

I love the idea of, if I no longer need the hook in the area in which it is installed, I can simply pull the tab and it is gone without a hole or mark on the door. Especially since I have a metal door. It has worked wonderfully for me when hanging a Christmas wreath on the front door and then removing the hook for the rest of the year. used large hooks to hang christmas garland on my brick wall. did not want to nail hooks. garland keeps falling off. Can't figure out why. very disappointed.

Our little one is afraid of the dark. We put a flashlight by her bed but she'd always find a way to knock it off the bedstand. Now we put a 3M hook on the side of the bedstand and hung the flashlight there. She gets a good night's sleep knowing her "my light" is there and we get a good night's sleep not hearing things go bump in the night! Love these!

Hooks to hang curtain rod
I wanted to hang curtains but the way the windows and built in valance were designed, I was not able to get a drill in to hang the rod. I used command hooks to hang the rod and it is working great! I just used the simple white ones since the rod is hidden by the valance.

With seven kids I have enough damage done to my walls, doors, and cabinets everyday without doing more myself drilling holes! Out of necessity I have shoe organizers hanging from many closet doors in the house, but I was tired of having the top metal hooks peel the paint off the tops of my closet doors and scrape the tops of the door jams. Finally, I put up the Command Large Hooks at the top of the closet doors and hung the shoe organizers from these instead of the metal clasps they come with- voila! No more scraping the paint off, and they never fall off the hooks as they did the metal ones! Thank you, Command for making my job a little easier!

I move residences often and it is nice to be able to hang items without having to drill a hole. I love how easy it is to place the hooks and how well they stay put. When packing up and moving it is easy to remove the hooks and there is no hole left to show where pictures/clothes had been hung. The hooks can be used again and again and again! It is important to note the weight limits for each hook. If the picture is heavier then one hook can hold, I recommend using 2 or more to distribute the weight. Overall, great product!

These are the best hooks I have ever used. I have them all over my house.
They are so easy to use , no tools needed. I even have them in the shower and they have been up for at least 5 years. I will never be without them.

I PUT ONE ON MY TOOL BOX AT WORK. I HUNG MY SAW ON IT. ADD ONE MOORE HUNG A SET 0 TO 1 INCH MIKES ON IT. AND NOW I CAN LOOK AT THE SIDE OF MY TOOL BOX AND SEE ANY TOOL I MAY NEED.

I have been a fan of Command hooks for over a year. My apartmnet has concrete walls and this hook is perfect because I never have to drill a hole. I use several Command hooks in my hallway as coat hooks,, in my office as a way to route my computer wiring,, I have hung several pictures using the picture hanging hooks,,,,I have purchased a backup supply of a variety of Command hooks to keep on hand for any reason that may arise....

Makes decoratingId a breeze
I wouldn't know what to do without Command plastic hooks for the holidays. I use them to hang everything from stocking to miseltoe. They are easy to use and remove without leaving a mess on my walls.

I live in a rental condo and it's amazing how well the hooks work hanging various things on my wall. No holes to worry about - I can change the photos or whatever out whenever I'd like and it's easy-peasy to put up and take down!
My daughter & her husband used the hooks for their wedding reception because the hall wouldnt allow them to use nails.
Final result was a beautiful scenario thanks to Command Products!

I love these hooks....Command hooks are like an obsession with me. Once I started using them I had to go get more. It is amazing how much this hooks will do all around the house. From hanging pots & pans, bathroom hand held mirror, towels (bath and kitchen) dog leash...and on and on...the even best part is if I decide to move one it is so simple and easy to take it down with no worries about ruining the spot where I just took it down from and simply putting it up in a new place. No screws, holes or hammers needed. Thank you for this wonderful product.

At my new software startup, the Customer Service Group has a firefighter's turnout that they use to celebrate when one of the techs helps a customer "put out a fire". Because it didn't have a home, the turnout moved from the back of random chairs to the corner of desks, sometimes ending upon the floor. I used a Command hook to hang the coat on the column next to the bank of workstations. It looks great, and the coat is treated with the respect it bestows upon the wearer.

I bought I number of these hooks for my dorm this past year. They worked well with small items such as my keys and jewelry, and they also came off clean, which was excellent. However, they repeatedly fell off the wall, and couldn't take the slightest weight (i.e. a towel, or even a hand towel, my wallet). I know there is a weight limit, but they couldn't even withstand weights close to it. (And yes, all directions were followed in the application of the hooks.)

Do NOT use to Hang Pictures!!!
I see quite a few of you use these for picture hanging. I found out the hard way -- via broken glass and gouged floor! -- that the company does NOT recommend them for use this way. Even though there is NO warning about this on the website and you think you can hang pictures. Customer service told me there is teeny tiny print on the package saying not to use them to hang pictures. VERY inconvenient in my opinion. Why not state this up front?? I had a disaster on my hands when a picture fell crashing to the floor in the middle of the night! The way the hook is on the wall, the picture hangs with the bottom against the wall and the top slightly outboard. They said it places stress on the adhesive and eventually will pull away from the wall. Save yourself some heartache and use something else for pictures in frames!

I usually wait for my husband to put up or install things in our home, however, the instructions were simple & easy to understand. I thought,"why wait", I need this hook NOW. I installed it with ease and it is amazingly durable and holds everything I want it to. 3M has GREAT products and this is just another example of how well everything they make works. Great for College (or anything!)
I used these all over my dorm in college and still use them in my house today. They work great to hang anything at all and get it up off the floor. They do not leave any marks or pull up the paint. Great product!

Great Garage Organization!
These hooks are great for hanging my kitchen floor tools on the wall out in the garage. No ugly nail holes, either! My kitchen and garage are attached, so I just hung my Swiffer Wet Jet, Swiffer Sweeper, Broom, and Stick Vac on the wall within arm's reach of the garage/kitchen door. Now, they are no longer taking up space in my pantry-less kitchen and also not taking any room in the garage. The added bonus is that the Swiffer Wet Jet has a full tank and is on the heavy side, but that hook is holding on tight!

I had two of these that I used for hanging up my towel and sweatshirts. Today I tried to hang up my towel and the hook just broke! this isn't a five pound towel it's just a normal one I then went to hang up to dry on my other hook and that one broke too! withing 1 minute both of my command hooks broke. Not very happy with the breaking. They did last about 3 months though. I was hoping they would last a lot longer than that though.

I am entering my third year of college and have been using these large size hooks from command. They hold up against my scarves and bags really well and help me organize my closet. I add these hooks on my closet door and they come right off at the end of the year. This is great because I live in an on campus apartment which requires no permanent damages. I also use them on my kitchen cabinets to hold mittens and hand towels.

Unfortunately, my experience with this product is really bad. They do not hold on the wall. I follow all the instructions carefully during application, they hold for a few hours, but not firmly enough and they end falling down.

Look, Beautiful Sunroom Curtains
I used the Command hooks to hang a curtain rod on my sun porch. I used 3 of the Command Large hooks and spaced them out equally on the rod length. I rested the rod each of the three hooks, and added two curtains per rod! The room looks Beautiful, and it was an EASY DIY project with Command!

Installed on a (new plaster) wall in a rental property. Removed, as per instructions, before leaving property and a silver dollar sized piece of plaster + paint came off the wall. Too late for us to attempt repair; owner charged us $125 to repair. (This was not the first time we used the product, so we know how to remove it correctly.)

Perfect for hanging the kids coats
We bought this and started using about a year ago. Hanging the kids winter coats and snow pants on them so they are easy to put away and in reach. Even with the constant use by young boys, they have held up perfectly. Love how sturdy they have been and have used command products ever since.

Great stick and hold power
I bought it to save space in my room and start using my walls but was not sure how to do it, then I found this idea of no nail no damage to walls and decided to try it, it is just too good to believe that it can hold 2 kgs. A small hook with such powerful stick gum. Just awesome. Will order more for all my company and family.

I love command products have not found one i don’t like yet. These hooks are so universal and can be used for lots of things depending on size you get anywhere from wash rags, to coats can hand on these. \
Can easily move and relocate with no holes in the wall where nails or screws would have been.

Perfect product for my purposes!
After 25 years, my hubby and I recently moved into a new home. We were once a family of 4,the two of us plus our two boys who recently moved out. So with that said we were shocked at the amount of purging and re-organization we had ahead of us. Without the several varieties of Command strip products I don’t think we would finish moving into this home for at least another year. Lol. THANK YOU COMMAND BRAND PRODUCTS!!!!!
