mail organization at work

I have one of these on my desk because I get lots and lots of mail everyday. This file folder enables me to file the mail according to alphabet instead of filing everyday and when I get the clients file towork on I just check that letter of the alphabet and pull any mail pertaining to the client whose file I am working on at the time. Great time saver as to filing.
