5" Binders are NOT GAP FREE

We have purchased 10 of these binders for use with our bank executives' very important information and the "Gap Free Guarantee", although a really good marketing tactic, is so far from the truth. The rings on all of these binders separate and you can't even turn the pages from one section of the book to the next without having two people hold the rings together. We're calling it a teamwork binder! I'm looking for another brand that can live up to the quality I would expect a Heavy Duty Binder to have so we can transfer all the contents and return these binders from whence they came.
