Great to hold together a bloody knuckle!
I work in an auto shop and bloody knuckles are just part of it.  Sometimes if you get it good, you have to bandage up to keep from bleeding ll over.  I've used these a few times, and they sty put, keep the mess to a minimum and don't stick to the wound, all vital parts of the process.
