Highly irritating fragrance
I've been using the old, unscented, pure petroleum jelly Lip Therapy (as well as store-brand versions of it) for over a decade, per dermatologists' recommendation. I can no longer find the pure version, so I bought this one. It quickly caused irritation around my mouth, particularly at the corners. And it seems to be thinner, so it does not stay on as well, and I find that it seeps into my mouth when I apply it. I use it mostly at night, and after waking up three mornings in a row with increasingly irritated skin, I'm throwing this stuff out.

Been using the Cherry flavored for over a decades. I guess it got discontinued, pretty bummed out. I wish the little vaseline lip jar was in a tube so you don't always have to clean your fingers before applying them on

This is a simple product for me it is almost perfect. I have sensitive skin everywhere and do not like chemicals. I would MUCH like better if there was no fragrance or flavor just Vaseline, although it does work & I will continue to use it or other brands that add way to many ingredients.

I always stocked up on the cherry lip therapy (with the angled tip) when I found it in stores but, unfortunately, I ran out and cannot find the cherry flavor anywhere. Please bring back the cherry lip therapy, or at least some kind of cherry flavor in a tube (which is more practical to fit in a purse or pocket)!

Sensitive Skin Stamp of Approval
I LOVE THIS STUFF !!! I have no idea what some of these other reviewers are yowling about with "seeps into my mouth", "horrible smell", etc. etc...... If you put on a thin layer of the lip therapy and rub your lips together, you are golden. You're not supposed to goop it on. More is not "better", and there is NO smell. I have the nose of a bloodhound. I also have thyroid disease which makes me super sensitive, dry, have allergies, and break out in hives if anything irritating comes in contact with my skin. This Vaseline Lip Therapy in the tube is heaven for me because it not only works wonderfully, but it has super easy portability, ease of use, and is very cost friendly. So all I have to say is a big THANK YOU for this product :)

The other formulas are good especially the cocobutter BUT I hate the tubs it comes in why would anyone want to stick their fingers in something they are going to spread on their lips. Bring the cherry back or put the other ones in a tub like this one. Really disappointing because Vaseline is the only stuff that really works on my lips. This one will do but I dont like the flavor.

This is the only product that helps my dry skin especially when the weather changes. I have been using these products for decades and Vaseline has never disappoint. I'm unsure of the other reviews about an "smell" because in the past decades and even now the products do not have an horrible smell. Thank you, Vaseline for amazingВ products.В

Smells and not what I was looking for
I bought this because I wanted just regular Vaseline in a tube so I don't have to stick my finger in a tub (germs=gross). Unfortunately I failed to read that this is "flavored" (with what I don't know but it is not good). Can you please just put plain Vaseline in a tube!?

I hv dry sensitive lips allergic to most lipstick :( vaseline lip theraphy is the only thing i can use and it worked keep my lips moist :)) i hope vaseline is safe when swallowed cos i must got some disgested since i use it all the time..i wish the nozzle was more slanted like lipstick shape would be easier that way to apply just a suggestion.

I love this stuff it's my favorite chapstick at the moment (I am kind of a chapstick horder so I have used tons!) the formula is a little thin but I love it over all. Wish you guys would come out with different versions of this! different a scents/flavors. I love the coco butter version of the lip care line but I hate sticking my finger in the pot. love the squeeze option best!!!! :)

Why did they change the flavor?
I have been using Vaseline Lip Therapy in the small tunes for years. The packaging looked updated on my most recent tube. Yuck!!! What did they do to it? I always thought it was just plain vaseline, but it does say Flavor at the bottom. Why did they have to change it? It tastes like locking a bottle of motor oil. I don't want to have to look for something else, because anything with a stronger flavor will encourage me to lick my lips which will make my dry lips worse!

Very disappointed cherry is gone!!
I've used the cherry lip therapy for years, very disappointed to see it go away, it was the only product I liked. I've tied the non-cherry vaseline before and is not nearly as good as the cherry was. Sad to see such a great product discontinued.

I have been buying Vaseline lip products in the tube for years, and have loved how well they moisturize my lips. I had a stash, but finally used all of them, so I went to the store looking to replenish my stock. This was the only one I could find, so I purchased two. I opened up one package and used it for several days. I really wanted to like it. However, I don't like the smell, and it would seep into my mouth and leave a bad taste. It even change the taste of the food I ate. I had to stop using it, and purchase a different brand product. I am returning the unused tube.

I used to use this product up until a year ago. Something in the ingredients changed... It's super thin now and it doesn't have its creamy texture it once had before... If feels like I have silicone on my lips now... Lips dont feel moist to me. They feel greasy now...

Cherry Vaseline Lip Therapy
PLEASE BRING BACK THE CHERRY VASELINE LIP THERAPY!! This is the only type i have used for many years. I don't like the plain very much and other brands burn and irritate my lips.

Bring back plain Vaseline
I love the lip applicator, but I will echo some of the other posters who have noted that the unidentified "flavor" doesn't taste very good. I used to have some Vaseline lip therapy tubes many years ago, and was excited to find them again, but the flavor has been a big disappointment. Would love to see a plain option for the hypoallergenic folks, and a cherry option for people who would like a flavor. As far as I'm concerned, you can get rid of the current generic "flavor."

I purchased a multi pack of the Vaseline Lip Therapy advanced; I have used it for many, many years. I wonder if there might have been an issue with this lot number because I developed swollen, itchy, dry, chapped, peeling lips. Dr thought it might be my new meds, so I quit meds. Thought it might be my toothpaste, so switched toothpaste. Haven't tried any new foods and I don't wear lipstick. The entire time I continued to use my trusted Vaseilne Lip Therapy thinking it would help. Finally at my wits end after weeks and weeks of these symptoms, I went to naturopath for something different. Within hours of using all natural product the swelling, itching and peeling was gone. So after years and years of using the Vaseline with no problems, I am left to wonder if this wasn't perhaps a bad batch?

I am desperately searching for a small tube of Vaseline that does not contain anything else, not even flavor or fragrance. I hate dipping my fingers into the jar. Yuk! Please make fragrance-free/flavor-free tube-size Vaseline that can be used on the lips! Thank you.

Waxy and irritates and bad fragrance
This version of Vaseline lip gloss/therapy doesn't help my lips at all. I am allergic to everything I have tried on my lips except for Vaseline so it coming in handy tubes was awesome. I am disappointed since I have been using the cherry flavor for years but can no longer find it. I tried this one with the blue cover and it is horrible. The fragrance is bad, it is thick and waxy and leaves white lines around my lips and irritates them. PLEASE BRING BACK THE CHERRY VERSION.

I used to have very dry lips and always crack the edge of my mouth, it was really annoying and i had trouble eating because it will always hurts me when i open my mouth, and finally i dicided to try vaseline so i tried this one and let me tell you, I LOVE IT, i see results after my first use, and I recommend to anyone who have the same problem as i did to try vaseline.

Need my CHERRY lip therapy, STAT!
I, like many others tried this one as the CHERRY lip therapy is no longer available. I have used the CHERRY for 20+ years as a nightly routine (also for my kids, especially in the winter months). I am sorry to say this lip therapy is not like the CHERRY one. It is not as thick and doesn't have the same coverage. It doesn't leave my lips with the rejuvenated feeling after a nights sleep, as the CHERRY lip therapy did. I have tried and can not use other brands. Until the CHERRY lip therapy is brought back, myself and my kids will be left with chapped, red, split lips. :(

I recently became allergic to sunflower oil and my lips broke out and swelled up. I can't use Chapstick or other types of lip moisturizer because they irritate my lips. The ONLY thing that has helped me get through these allergic flare up is the Vaseline in the tube. I use this product daily. I would be lost without it and I buy a case at a time so I'm never out. Thank you!

Hi. Am a big fan of Vaseline for soothing chapped lips. Cant find their original Lip Therapy Advanced Formula in a tube anywhere!! Vaseline, please bring that product in a tube back!!!!!!! The little tubs are adorable but then you have to get your hands all gunked up and the tub is much better!

I am a survivor of servere burns. I literally used to buy the cherry lip balm by the case. I don't need medicated balm just moisture. (ALL THE TIME) I only have about 30 tubes left and have no idea what I am going to do when that runs out. I have tried every possible brands out there. Please reconsider.

Please bring back Vaseline lip therapy cherry
I've read the reviews of everyone else and I totally agree. I miss the lip therapy cherry more than I can express. Absolutely nothing compares to it. Please consider bringing this product back even if only for a season. That would allow those of us that love Vaseline lip therapy cherry to stock up.\

Love the tube for the most part
Love the product, however,you have changed the size of the hole. It is so small I have to use both hands to squeeze out the product. I love that it doesn't make my lips break out. I haven't noticed any bad odor or taste. Keeps my lips moisturized. The tube fits in my pocket which I like.

Vaseline lip therapy.. advance healing
Number 1 Vaseline lip therapy. I love it and it heals fast. When my lip so dry and burn, I put it on my lip it relief the burn of lip and moisture my lip. Other brands burn and break out my lip. Vaseline lip therapy is only product I can use.

leave out the "flavor" please!
I wish this was just petroleum jelly with no flavorings. Please offer a variety that contains no extra ingredients. Whatever flavor it is that you have added is unpleasant. I wanted the convenience of the small tube, but I guess I am out of luck.

I've used Lip Therapy for YEARS and really miss the cherry version. The blue tube just has an unpleasant smell and can't use it that close to my nose. I've tried the mini jars, but didn't like digging it out from under my nails. Makes it a little unsanitary to put on my lips. Please bring back the cherry version.

I love lip therapy and have been using it for as long as I can remember... it would most definitely get 5 stars from me if somehow reconsideration would be put into bringing back the cherry flavor. It was the BEST. I think everyone agrees :)

It seems VASELINEВ® LIP THERAPYВ® ADVANCED HEALING TUBE is no longer available in stores. Since I am prone to cold sores I do not want a tub or tin to stick a finger in that could potentially bring a virus to my face. As much as I do not like Chapstick, that is a cleaner option for me and I will definitely miss Lip Therapy as part of my daily routine

I'd bought this lip balm at my store near me for a affordable price. And applying on the lip balm is really comfortable, it keeps my lips more soft and moisturized even in a very cold weather.

I live in the midwest and with the weather constantly changing my lips are prone to getting chapped. I was a huge fan of the small tub of the lip therapy, but the tube is way easier to use. I also pick the dry skin off my lips once they get chapped. This chapstick is my favorite because right after applying it, the skin is already softer.

Amazing, amazing product.\

Truly a balm for dry, chapped lips. Moisturizes and heals. I never leave home without it.\

Today I achieved a milestone, one tube which I’ve carried around for 20-years is finally finished. Not many folks can claim to have finished any lip balm before they lost it.\
