I recently purchased a new bottle of Dawn. I have used this stuff forever and loved it. The new 2X formula is horrible. I think they mean you have to use twice as much!!! Because you do! Please bring back the original formula. This new stuff is horrible. If I cannot find the original formula in stores I will switch brands and would suggest you do the same. I've been using original formula Dawn for 30 years and know what I'm talking about.
Plain and simple, the new formula is terrible:(

Going to buy a different detergent
I agree with the person that wrote in about the quality of Dawn now. If I am baking and have a sink full of soap and water, I can only wash a few dishes before all the suds go and the water is dirty. Not sure how the formula changed, but this is the 2X and I am not a fan of Dawn anymore

No other product is like Dawn
In my 21 years in a home with NO dishwasher, I've tried all manner of dishwashing liquids. I have always gone back to Dawn. I can use less of it and still it works fast on busting grease.

I've been using Dawn dish soap forever. As far as I'm concerned there is no better dish soap out there. It cleans great and gets all the grease off my dishes, including palstic items. i will never switch to a different brand. It also does a fantastic job on my husband's ring around the collar and other clothing stains.

Breaks down grease and cleans to a shine.
Every since i can remember my moms mom has always used Dawn. You would know when it was being used because of the smell making it hard to resist playing with the bubbles. Dawn doesn't only cut grease but it also can be used to clean cars and animals just to name a few. Use Dawn all you need is a drop it will get the job done!! #number1 #leading dish liquid.

The Dish Soap on the Market

I buy this dawn all the time. it cuts the grease on my dishes easily. I leave my dishes overnight many times and with dawn, its almost like they were just dirtied.

I had held off using this product because I thought it would be too harsh on my hands,. I decided to try it and I love it. It works great on greasy dishes and pans with stuck on grease. It is no harsher on my hands than what I had been using. Thank you for making this. It does a lot better on the dishes. Also, the suds are easier to rinse down the sink after I am finished with the dishes.

The best for grease and stuck on food
I use Dawn for everything when washing dishes and surfaces. I have also used it with a tooth brush on tile in the shower. Delute it and use it as a stain remover on set in stains (NOT fine fabrics).

This is my "go-to" dish detergent. It conquers greasy film with ease. It works well my little soap filled scrub brush because a little goes a long way. It even does double duty as a hand soap when diluted. Its basic punch is with dishes - an everyday favorite that really goes to work!.

I have used Dawn dish liquid for many many years. I have tried other dish soap products, but nothing compares to Dawn Ultra. Dawn makes dish washing almost effortless which saves time and money! With other brands, too much time, effort and money is spent and wasted. Thanks for a dish washing product that not only is effective at cutting the most greasiest dishes, but has a pleasant fragrance and is a great value for the money.

Dawn cuts through grease.
I've been using Dawn dishwasher soap for the last decade and I wouldn't buy or use any other soap because Dawn is by far the best. Why spend your money on other dish soaps that don't clean as well. You'll have to use more of the other brand to get the job done , so you'll save money with Dawn.

this is fantastic on dirt and grease of all types
I have a dishwasher so I do not hand wash a lot of dishes but I still keep dawn on hand at all times my husband swears by it and now I do too he works out in the yard and garage a lot and there is nothing that removes the dirt and grease like dawn does I even use it as a pre treat on some of the grease spots on his clothes I have tried different brands at times but always end up going back to dawn now I am just totally convinced that nothing else will do

This product is great at cleaning dishes and so much more!
I have used various Dawn products for many years; in fact, it is the only brand I will purchase now. I had tried many other brands in the past. This is the first time I have purchased Dawn Ultra and have been so pleased with the results. Not only does it easily cut food particles stuck on dishes and grease from cookware, it is gentle on my hands. My hands are dry and I need to be careful with cleaning products I use. Dawn Ultra is very reasonably priced for the value it offers. There are many products that may be cheaper priced, but they do not perform as well as Dawn and I have to keep adding more to complete my dish washing, thus actually costing much more and being much less effective.
It works great too on stains on clothing. A small dab rubbed in is all I often need to get the spot out.
I also use a less concentrated amount for cleaning around my house--the stove top, kitchen cabinets and surfaces, bathroom surfaces, including the shower, and even washing my vehicle. The surface dirt and grime melt away; and it is easily rinsed off my car.

I use this product every day to clean dishes. Love it! Love it! Also use it to pretreat my granddaughter's clothes before washing. Has always removed every stain that my granddaughter has gotten into while outside playing. I just dab a little on the stain. Let it set for a few minutes. Then just throw the clothing into the washer. Clothes have always came out of the washer spotless. Better than pretreaters that a person can buy from the store. Once again Love it! Love it!

I've been using Dawn since it first came out. I've tried to use many other brands but I have yet to find one that compares to Dawn I don't even try new one's anymore. If Dawn can clean oil off the poor animals caught in oil slicks you know it will clean your dishes to perfection!

It does take the Grease Out!!
This is a wonderful product that does what it says. It takes the grease out and cleans great. I have used it not only for pots and pans that don't fit in my dishwasher, but for cleaning outdoor patio furniture, bathroom vanity tops, clothes with grease spots. It works like a charm!

I've used this product for handwashing special dishes, china and crystal, delicate figurines, etc., for years and in the process also discovered it's an outstanding product for pretreating grease and tomato stains before I put them in the washer. As if that's not enough, I also discovered that it works to help unplug toilets. Just use a couple of drops, let sit and then flush. You do need to repeat it a few times but I was able to get rid of the messy plunger, which my husband really appreciates. It works great, although not for objects dropped by grandchildren. It's also makes a great additive to cleaning solutions. so it's also a great money saver.

I have tried many different dishwashing products because of sales, coupons, special promotions, etc. and I have yet to find a better product than the Dawn dishwahing line. I have tried most of the different scents and they are pleasing without being overpowering. A far as the power of Dawn, nothing works better. I have to use much more of other products than I do of Dawn, so, in the end, the other ones, even though they ciost less, they end up costing me more. Periodically, I buy something else but I always end up going back to Dawn.

I love my Dawn original. I use it for my dishes, cleaning stove top, and other kitchen areas. I use it to clean my tub once a month mixing it with vinegar and baking soda. I will use it on small areas for my pets messes.

This product works great.
Trying to save money, I had been buying less expensive products, but they did not clean my dishes and I was using so much of them it wasn't a savings. With Dawn, i can use just a few drops and it seems to dissolve even hard, dried on food with barely any effort on my part. Since I am using so much less of a product, I am actually saving money over the cheap brands. I will not switch again.

This is a very good dish liquid. One of the best I have ever used. I am a person who still washes all dishes by hand. Dawn cleans the dishes with little effort on my part. It gets the grease off of pans and dishes. I will continue to use this good product.

I absolutely love Dawn products. It makes doing dirty dishes so much easier. I just have to put the soap in a pan that has stuck on dirty messes from cooking and wash my other dishes and by the time I am done with those, the pots and pans are a cinch to clean. I don't like to scrub and scrape and with Dawn I don't have to. I also love it because it is not only limited to use on dirty dishes but it works well on many oily and greasy stains that end up on clothes. If you put the Dawn on the messy spots on your clothes and just wash in the washing machine...you will see that the stain has been lifted. Love Love this product.

The only product that does what it says
My dishes need to be clean and clear. Many products promise you that, but in my opinion Dawn is the only one that delivers that and more. Some products you purchase can't be substituted, can't be generic, can't deliver the quality...Dawn is one you can always count on.

Dawn is my first choice, the only one that I use. It only takes a small drop to get any small or big cleaning job done. Plus, I love that it cuts all the grease, there is no having to soak any dishes over night. I just love it!

What a easy multi-use product
I can apply Dawn to my husbands shirt when the hamburger juice run down his front - right away - Bacon pans clean so quickly -- ANY oil product stain, apply and BAM it's gone with the next washing -- AND it washes dishes so cleanly with a small amount of Dawn - so a bottle lasts a long time -- IF your family doesn't spill down their fronts!

I use Dawn for everything that needs cleaning. I mix it with water in buckets to clean my Florida patio furniture to soaking my dusty knick-knacks. Especially good on greasy stove/ stove hood and lasagna pans. It smells good too!

Dawn gets the dishes done! The proof is in the fact that it takes the greasiness of cleaning dishes by hand and makes it get done faster, easier and less messy! I love Dawn for other household cleaning jobs such as for helping clean my shower walls, for greasy garage floors from car drippings when someone leaves with oil or other spills after parking for while and, most importantly Dawn actually gets Grease out of Laundry from food stains! What could we do without Dawn? I don't want to know.

We have tried the generic store brand equivalent of Dawn Original, and it just does not do as good a job breaking up grease. Definitely worth it to use Dawn on greasy pots and pans.

I don't know what the secret ingredient is in Dawn Detergent but I have used it not only to clean dishes but as the main ingredient in a concoction to clean a bathtub and get stains out of carpet! I don't now what you are doing but keep doing it!!!

Dawn, unforseeable results!
Recently, after fifteen years of service our clothes dryer needed a repair. In order for this repair to be made the washing machine needed to be moved out from the wall. I could not believe the black gunk on the floor under that machine - the mixture of lent and oil covered the area. The repairman said that was common when a machine had been there for many years. He also said his wife used an oil product to remove that kind of mess.
I did not know how I was going to handle that situation - I was waiting on a order for my usual floor cleaner - the floor is Travertine( spelling may not be correct) and I really didn't want to use any oil. The part needed to repair the dryer would take a few days so that gave me some time. A couple days later when I was cleaning the kitchen after dinner I looked at the bottle of Dawn in my hand and thought if this product can be used to clean wildlife without any danger , why couldn't it clean my tile without damage!
With that thought and expecting the chore to use almost the entire contents of the bottle I began. However, to my disbelief it only required very little of the product and not much time to clean the entire area! I was truly amazed with the results - it was as though the oil, lent gunk simply dissolved .

Dawn is the best for people struggling to make ends meet
I am a Mom of two, husband passed away years ago not leaving us with too much money. I want to tell you, Dawn maybe a few cents more, but I have to say Dawn is so worth it. More times then not, I do not have enough money for things like dish soap and have to wait till I can get it again, but there was a time when I watered it down THREE times, and it was just like washing with a new bottle of it. It was WONDERFUL, and please for those out there struggling also, this is the best buy for dishes! AND THEY HELP SAVE ANIMALS TO BOOT!!!

I have used Dawn for years and will not waste money on substituting with any other dish detergent! I know from experience that a pre-soak with Dawn on the heavily soiled dishes is all I need.

I just wanted to say that for as long as I can remember in my adult life i've used Dawn hands down it is The Best. It is so good at removing grease that's my biggest problem and Dawn handles that problem like a Champ. So thank you for making washing dishes a little better. By the way i've been washing dishes since i was 5. I am now 46.

Well, everyone knows Dawn is great on dishes - but I use it on my clothes!
I opened a new jar of natural p-nut butter that the oil was at the top of the jar - yep you guessed it - I splashed it down the front of my sweater! I took my sweater off, dabbed Dawn on the spots, and washed it! Gone were the spots of oil off the sweater! Gotta Love Dawn!

Even though I have a dishwasher, I always keep my Dawn at the sink because I use it for all sorts of things. There is nothing better for removing stuck on foods and I've had some dishes that looked like they were headed for the garbage but I always try a soak in Dawn before I toss it and so far, I haven't had to throw one out . You can't beat it for the price either.

It's gotten to the point of when visiting others and offer to do the dishes, I get so exasperated when they don't have Dawn that I run out to get them some before leaving. Average is about three days when they call to say how fantastic this stuff really works and is still so soft on your hands...this is when they're informed of it's many other uses besides dishes. Stains on your favorite blouse? Hit it with a dab of Dawn before washing. Husband's greasy handprint on the wall? Hit it with a dab of Dawn. I've even used it as shampoo in an emergency! So Dawn, I'm a walking, talking, dish washing billboard for your company, you're welcome...hhehe

I have used Dawn for years, for many uses. Each time I use it,I am never disappointed because it does what it promises- it cleans!!! From dishes, pots and pans, to stoneware, to my dogs and cats, I reach for Dawn! It is tough as nails when I need it to be, but gentle when it should be. I keep a small supply under my sink so I never run out!! Thank you for such a multi-use product!!!

I have sever skin allergies and I will only use Dawn as it never gives me a problem. There is no grease that Dawn can't tackle. I don't have ever have to worry about my dishes being clean!! Love it!

I can't imagine having to use another dish liquid product. I have used others in the past and kept having to add more and more of the product to finish washing my dishes. The dish cleaning properties just wasn't there. I use Dawn Ulta for so many other things. I wash my six panel doors, use it to remove oil and greasy stains and much more. I can't tell you how much I love this product.

a great product with many uses
Great for dishes and on my hands. ALso, the only detergent I use after seeing what a great job it did on cleaning the seabirds after the BP oil spill. I've used it to wash the dog on occasion, too. Also does a great job with some bleach cleaning my PVC porch furniture.

The ultimate cleaning product!
I love using Dawn on my dishes - even cooked on, burnt, oily messes clean up in a breeze! I also keep a bottle of Dawn in my laundry room. Salad dressing stains, oily makeup stains, and many other tough stains can be washed away by using Dawn as a pre-treat on clothes. Dawn is a great product for any type of greasy mess - from dishes and stove tops to laundry room and garage floors! You only need to use a few drops to achieve great cleaning power. Love it!

Dawn Original Dish Washing Liquid
I have been married for 24 years. When I got married I started buying my own cleaning products. I have tried many dish washing liquids over the years and many were based on lowest price. However for the past 20 years I have used Dawn and only Dawn. My dishes are clean and I use less product to get them that way. I have used Dawn to clean my pets and get stains out of clothing as well. It gets the greasy, grass, etc. out while being gentle. It is not harsh on my dog's skin and makes them smell good. Other products might be cheaper but none are better in my opinion.

This product lasts a long time.
Dawn Ultra produces great suds and cleaning ability Using only one squeeze of the bottle, I can clean a 10" fry pan that's cooked fish and has crusty residue afterwards.
A 24 fl. oz bottle lasts several months in our house of 2.

The best dishwashing soap ever!
I have tried many dishwashing soap and I have used generic store brands and other commercial brands and by far Dawn out performs anything out in the market place today. It's more economical than the generic brands because you use much less product per usage. Cleans better than anything out there as well.

No other detergent compares to Dawn. My family will buy no other brand. We've tried other detergents in the past and we always come back to Dawn. Dawn breaks down tough, stuck-on food and makes it easy to clean off. I feel confident that my dishes are clean and safe for my family.

I keep coming back to Dawn
Dawn is excellent for cleaning the most greasy dishes, pots and pans. It breaks down the grease and leaves the most beautiful clean result. Dawn also works great on getting greasy stains out of clothes. I have tried other bargain brands that claim to do the same thing but I keep coming back to Dawn for its proven track record of cleaning.

the best for fighting grease
i have a septic system and was told I couldn't have a disposal. The problem was clogging the lines. I gave used Dawn every time I run the disposal and use hot water. I have not had a problem n 7 years. I love on the beach on the gulf coast and there is always salt water and sand in the air. My windows used to be terrible to clean. Now is just run Dawn on the top of the windows and use a hose on jet an they are perfect without scrubbing or Squegee! We power wash our house at least once a year. We mix dawn and some bleach in the water and it looks new! Can't live without it!

Great Laundry Pretreater!!!
I've used Dawn for many, many years to pretreat my laundry. It gets the "GREASE" out every time! It also gets out other stubborn stains as well, like blood, grape jelly and ketchup. I always keep a bottle next to my washer. I keep a bottle in the kitchen as well. I never run out of DAWN!!!

I've tried just about every dish detergent out there and I have yet to find one that even comes close to Dawn dish detergent. It gives lots of bubbles and it cleans my greasy dishes without leaving any grease film on the dishes. I won't switch to another detergent. Dawn has always been, and will be, my number 1 detergent.

I absolutely love Dawn Ultra it takes the grease out like nothing else. I have used it to remove machine oil from embroidered items. It was incredible. I was afraid that the stain had ruined this white on white embroidery but Dawn Ultra took it right out with no problems. Looked perfect, no sign of the oil leak. Dawn Ultra is amazing on dishes and has helped me out on laundry stains too!

My dishwasher stopped working and I couldn't afford a new one. My roommate used whatever was on sale and I used Dawn. The dieshes were clean and the soap lasted until all the dishes were washed. Hers didn't get clan and only lasted for a few plates!

I use Dawn as the basis for much of my household cleaning. There's obviously a bottle by the kitchen sink for dishes. There's a bottle in the laundry room for pretreating stains, particularly greasy ones. There's another bottle in the cleaning cupboard to use for making my own window/hard surface cleaner. Truly a multipurpose product that can be used to replace many more expensive cleaners around the house!

Uses less than other brands for same job. Has many uses when mixed with baking soda and or vinegar as a mmulti purpose cleanser. Have tried other brands and they do not hood a candle to Dawn . The only dish soap I buy. Live in an RV so I do all the dishes by hnad no dishwasher that is why it is important to used a quality product.

This product has many uses
I absolutely love Dawn dish detergent. Besides doing a great job on dishes I use it for so many things. I put it on grease stains on clothes and it takes it out. I even used it once on a shirt that I had already washed and dried and it still took it out. I put it in a spray bottle mixed with water to clean my countertops and spills on the floor. It is a great product!

I like the grease cutting power of Dawn. Not only on dishes &pots but on kitchen surfaces. I especially like it for cleaning my refrigerator inside and out. .I have used it for defrosting my steps in the winter season mixed with hot water. My son uses it every night to wash his hands after playing in pool tournament. It cleans without drying his skin. I always keep Dawn on hand. I have also used it to spot clean grease on clothing

We have used Dawn for our dishes for many many years now and have always been very pleased with the results. Greasy pots and pans are thoroughly clean and stains and grease are no problem with plates and bowls, they are squeaky clean once they are rinsed. I have never had an automatic washer and don't need one with Dawn for my dishes!

Not only is this good for dishes, it's great for laundry. Great stain removal product. We also use it to wash the bed for our tow truck to remove the oils and greasy build up that comes from various leaking vehicles!

I love Dawn!! It really does do a great job on grease. I like the way it makes my hands feel after I use it too. Not to mention, I love the scent of the original Dawn. I even used it to clean something "unknown" that was tracked onto my tile bathroom floor. It's the only thing that was able to clean the residue from the floor. I was very happy about that. Dawn has been used to save sea animals and birds following oil spills, so why wouldn't it work on my greasy clothes? Well guess what? It DOES!! Now when I'm pretreating my laundry, if I know I have grease stains, I pull out the bottle of Dawn, squeeze a bit over the stain, and throw it into the washer. Works every time!! Thanks, Dawn!!

This is the only brand of dish washing detergent that I use.
Does a fantastic job on plastic, cookware, dishes,etc.
Some items I like to let soak overnight, does wonders. Wouldn't use any other brand!

I have been using DAWN for several years. I have sensitive skin and by using Dawn to wash all our dirty dishes my hands remain smooth and hydrated. Every time I try another product my hands turn bright pink and itchy. After washing a large sink full of dirty dishes, pots and pans the bubbles are still there plus the water does not feel greasy. There is a variety of types and bottle sizes to choose from at a good price. Never ask me to switch dish detergents because I won't do it!!

Wonderful multiple use product
I love Dawn to begin with. It is amazing for cutting through grease on dishes, pots and pans but our condo association began to use it for a problem we developed here.
This year we were plagued by "stink bugs". They were on our window and patio screens. By diluting water and Dawn in a spray bottle, we could give these little pests a quick spray and they would go to buggy heaven. It was so much cheaper than hiring in an exterminator.

I trust Dawn to make cleaning my dishes easier
Dawn has been my favorite for years, now with Ultra it has improved on a product I didn't know could get any better! It is gentle on my hands but cuts through the worst grease and stuck on food easily. I use it on my crystal glass ware and Dawn Ultra leaves it sparkling. I also use it on the worst baked on or "burned" on messes. When I think it can't possible clean these messes, it does so with ease. Rarely do I have to soak overnight because this product is so effective.

I fill my sink up with hot water and Dawn in the morning for the breakfast dishes and the suds are still plentiful when it's time to do the lunch dishes. No other product gives the cleaning and staying power that Dawn does, plus you only need one squirt as opposed to the other brands that need several doses. I've tried name and bargain brands and have learned to just stick with Dawn.

Dawn original is one of the best products I have ever used. If I have a dirty frying pan I just soak it for 30 minutes and the stuff on the pan just comes off. Plus it leaves all the dishes I have shiny and clean.

I have always used Dawn and one day money was tight so I bought another leading brand. I was so sorry I did I save a few cents but had to use twice as much and sometime had to drain the water and refill it to finish my dish. It really did not save me anything. I will never do that again.

A little bit of Dawn Ultra goes a long way
I have been using Dawn since it was first marketed. I like the way it easily cuts thru grease and lifts dirt off dishes and glassware. , I like how concentrated it is and so my container of Dawn Ultra goes a long way to save me money and quickly make my dishes spotless.

I use this as a spot remover on anything from walls carpets to jeans ! When you own horses, cats & dogs, you get as dirty as the critters. Dirt, grease, oil, no problem! If they can wash oil off birds with it, it will get a white horse clean-just rinse twice !

This product seems like it last forever. No matter what I cook, or how I cook it grease seems to show up. A drop of dawn will clean my sink full of dishes. They actually get "squeaky clean". I'm not a fan of squeaky noises, but when my dishes make that sound it does not bother me because I know that they are really clean.

I have been using Dawn for about 10 years
The other day my husband got a stain on a brand new golf shirt. I used a stain remover on it thinking it would be o.k. It went in the dryer.I thought it was out .
After the shirt came out of the dryer, the stain was still in. I was upset thinking it was ruined. I resprayed the shirt and then put Dawn on the stain right away . I waited a couple of hours then washed it again. Wow!!! The stain was out and my husband was happy that VERY EXPENSIVE golf shirt was just like new again.

We recently replaced our old oven/stove and had grease stains on our walls. I read dawn was great at cutting grease out on walls and cabinets as well as dishes. We used the dawn on a damp cloth and it WORKED! The grease came off the wall behind the oven with ease. It was great. It also didn't take much of the product to use. Not only do I have a great product for my dishes but an extra cleaning product as well.

In a decorative pump bottle next to the sink is filled with Dawn., I feel if it good for dishes it would be good for keeping hands clean and soft. One bottle fills both needs, of clean germ free hands and clean sparkling dishes.. One bottle of Dawn is handy and so usable.

A little goes a long way!
I save a lot of money and time with Dawn Dish detergent. You don't have to use but a few drops to wash a whole sink FULL of dishes. This makes it very economical .Dawn is one of my few cleaning products I use everyday.

This is the only dish washing liquid I can use as it does not make my hands break out and split open. Dawn also cuts the grease very easily, leaves the dishes and pans sparkling. I alos only use the blue formula.

This product has great cleansing features.
Dawn Original has a cleaning ability which other detergents don't have, thereby enabling one to use less, and use it for other purposes. I show Championship pedigreed cats and cat breeders use Dawn Original as an old standby for the cat show bath. One takes Dawn Original and mixes it at a 50% ratio with Goop hand cleaner, then uses it to coat the cat for the cleansing bath. The mixture is worked in and it then loosens and cleans away all dirt and grease in the animal's coat. This cleaning ability does not happen nearly as well with other dish detergents. Dawn Original is also great for hand washing dirty fabric that cannot be put into a washing machine.

Dawn is the number one "go to" in my home>
Dawn has been a favorite for many years in our home. We of course , use it to wash our dishes. But my husband uses it in his garage, we use it in the laundry room, bathroom and just about anywhere else that presents a cleaning issue. Greasy dishes, greasy jeans, auto parts, hand cleaner, when the pets get into whatever they get into, carpet spots, just about every where!
I can buy one product , instead of 4 or 5, and I can use it all thru the house and work shop. I can't say enough about this product. Thank you!

There are a lot of products that I buy a generic of, but dishwashing liquid is not one of them. I am a mother to 3 sons and cook big meals almost every day for them and my husband. I am also a cake decorator and the clean up from the icing with the bags and tips can be a nightmare because of the butter/shortening. There is no other brand of dish washing liquid that will cut the grease on pots and pans but especially plastic better than Dawn. I can depend on Dawn to clean all of my tools and dishes great. It is the best value for the money. I would and do highly recommend it to everyone!!

Dawn - the best of degreasers & dishwashing detergents
I have been using Dawn for many years and it really is the best of all the dishwashing detergents. It has excellent suds but the reason I use it the most is the degreasing ability - not only for my dishes, but also for my laundry - it is simply the best product in removing oil stains from clothing. When I first tried DAWN many years ago I did not like it because I felt it did not rinse properly. A few years ago I tried DAWN again and fell instantly in love with the original formula. It does most of the work for me while washing greasy dishes, pots and pans. I also reach for the DAWN first when I have really dirty patio furniture or stains on clothing. I like that it is harmless to my pets and I can wash their muddy feet safely. I Love, Love, Love DAWN and will always have it in my home.

Many ways to use other than just washing dishes
Not only do you use DAWN in washing dishes-great for even those greasy pans!
More great ideas:
-Inspect your clothing when throwing in your hamper-just a dot on the spot to cover completely and the next washing produces a spot free clothing item !
-In a spray bottle-combine a generous "squirt" of DAWN and then fill the bottle with water. After showering-shake the bottle to combine DAWN and water-lightly spray the walls and glass doors-not the floor. (Caution on entering the shower for next usage-however-typically just the initial water start-up clears the floor of any residue.) Your shower will be sparkling with no effort at all !

My all time favorite dish washing detergent
I often try other dish detergents (mostly because of a good coupon) But I always come back to Dawn. Dawn detergent is by far the best dish detergent for not only cleaning your dishes but for soaking burnt on foods. I love the fragrance and the cleaning power.

The Best Dish Detergent EVER!
Dawn is by far the best dish detergent that I have ever used. I have been using it for many years & have tried other detergents when I got a "deal" here & there but always immediately returned to Dawn when those were finally used up. This is by far the best dish detergent there is. Just a little squeeze does all of our dinner dishes and for messy pans and pots a little extra gets them sparkly clean! If you let them soak for a little while they basically wipe clean! AND... Dawn helps support wildlife!! win win in my book!!!

Eliminates the grease like no other
I make lots of dishes that get cooked on stuff to the bottom of the pan. I use a wooden spoon to try and get them loose while still cooking stews or when fying chicken breast with the skin on it's not easy to get the pans clean. Just drain the grease, put the pan in some hot water add sdome Dawn, let it soak a while and guess what? It lift it all out with any scraping on my part.

I love Dawn because it is the only dish soap that's cuts through grease. I always get a great deal on it also because of sales and coupons so I have a stockpile of every kind of Dawn. I have tried cheaper ones but I have to use 3 times as much n my dishes still don't feel clean. I managed a dry cleaners for years n one of our biggest secrets to getting stains out was Dawn with oxy( I wish it was still available). I keep a bottle of Dawn above my washer to use for stain treating my boys clothes n there's nothing that it hasn't gotten out of there clothes yet!

Works wonders on oils on plates and animals.
I've always used Dawn for my dishes. It works great with getting grease off of plastic bowls and cups. It helps cut the scrubbing time on baking dishes also. I also love how Dawn helps clean the animals in their times of need.

Use This All Over The Place
I absolutely love this product! I use it all over the house. It's known for being great on cleaning dishes, but I use it to clean and dust my furniture and wood walls. I use a medium container, add a squirt of Dawn, a squirt of baby oil , and fill with hot water. I use a microfiber cloth to wipe things down. They are cleaned and polished at the same time. I also use the same mixture to clean bathroom tiles. For kitchen counters I use the Dawn, but substitute the baby oil with mineral oil. The cleaning is great, dust doesn't stick as quickly, and the cost is far less than buying a lot of different products.

We live up on a mountain, 2 hours from any store, so when I ran out of Dawn, I let the dishes pile up for 2 days instead of using any other soap. (I probably would have had to re-wash them with Dawn anyway)!

This is the best dish soap I have ever used! As a young wife, I usually used the store brand....not always the cheapest brand because there is a difference, but usually not a "name brand". As I've gotten older, I have started to try name brand products, and I love Dawn! It is truly the best soap and I love the fact that it's the only soap used to clean animals who are victims of oil spills. That says a lot that animal rescuers are confident Dawn won't harm the animals!

While I'm writing this about Dawn Ultra in the original scent, I would like to emphasize my remarks apply to the lemon scented as well. It is wonderful to find a truly consistently great product. I can always, of course, count on Dawn Ultra to get my dishes clean and leave a fresh scent in the kitchen. It has staying power - the bubbles last and last thru heavy duty cleaning, where other brands fall short. I also like to use it to help remove grease spots in clothing (using it as a pretreat). Additionally we have found it effective as an all around cleaner on the farm or as an addition (teaspoon or so) to a homemade window cleaner recipe. I also find its use in cleaning oil off of wildlife very biologically friendly.
Dawn Ultra works great too, when I use it to make a homemade bubble-making solution for the kids! All in all, I will keep using Dawn Ultra as long as it is offered in its current form/price. Thanks!

I use nothing but Dawn because of the grease cutting ingredient
Dawn is my favorite and only dish soap I buy and use. We also use it for washing cars. It does what the commercial says it does, cuts through grease. Love it!

This product is overall great!
Love using Dawn Ultra. You only need a small amount of detergent and you end up with lots of suds that cut right through the dirtiest of dishes and pans. It is also easy to rinse the soap off of the dishes and does not leave a residue.

Using the work great to describe Dawn to me means it does everything I want it to do, not just something's. When using it on my dishes I know there is not another product out there that does what it does (I have tried many) before. I know all the grease and leftovers are down the drain with not even a trace left behind. Dishes are spotlessly clean and feel so nice to the touch, my hands are pretty nice to. That's another bonus. Dawn has been part of my dish washing regiment for a long time now and will continue to be so.

i hihly recomend this dish soap, it does cut grease. if i have reasy hands or even extra dirty hands from yard work my husband from working on his semi or pick up it even gets the grime of. it has never failed me or my mother before me. my pots and pans never go in the dishwasher always wash by hand...go DAWN, oh i keep it in my soap dispenser at the kitchen sink. you are a good friend!

When searching Pet Store aisles for a flea, tick shampoo for my dogs that wouldn't harm either dogs, or topical medications; a helpful sales person helped me search the ingredients of all the better brands, Finally she said, " Why don't you buy Dawn Original and bathe them with that." She further told me that you will literally see "dead fleas in the rinse water". I told her that I use that as part of my de-skunking recipe, but would definitely try that, It worked as she said. Not only is this product the best on grease, it is safe on pets, too. Have been a fan for years, great product!

we use an other popular brand but wasn't cutting the grease so we tried Dawn. Well im so glad we did because this is our dish soap and wont give this one up , Cuts grease , cleans the dishes just great . love it

I use Dawn all the time. It's the only wish soap I buy!! It's great at cleaning stuck on grease and grim! And alittle goes a long way! I use Dawn in the laundry room also, using it on stains on clothing does the trick!

Great for the kitchen and laundry!
Somehow, my family seems to end up with greasy stains on their clothes. Dawn Ultra works better on every greasy stain than any laundry product I have ever used. Thanks, Dawn, for saving us so much money by making their clothes spot free!

I use this for dishes and it workers on the very greasy dishes breaks down grease fast. But the reason I really love this product is a spot remover for clothes it is the greatest spot mover ever

Dawn does even more than it says it can!
Dawn is the best grease cutting dish detergent I have ever used. I will never use anything else. I also use it to remove tough stains in my laundry. Nothing works better! I even use it to wash my dog. He loves it!! I keeps his fur nice and white and doesn't dry out his skin. Who could ask for more. Thank you Dawn for being more than you say your are!

Best grease cutter that is safe for dishes, hands and all surfaces. Also effective in getting out greasy spots on clothing (pre-treat). Mix a 50/50 solution of Dawn & white vinegar to spray done bathroom surfaces (shower/tub) let sit a minute, wipe clean- no scrubbing needed! Same solution to clean cabinets, wash cars, pressure wash house.

Yesterday I discovered my heliopsis covered with red aphids - ugh! I mixed 1/4 cup of Dawn with 32 oz of water in a spray bottle and soaked them. Today 95% of them were DEAD. I applied one more dose and am a happy gardener

Cleans away...shades of grey.
Soon after a bath, my white goldendoodle ran through the property and dirtied her legs with some oily grey dirt, looking as if she was wearing athletic socks. For days, I tried dog shampoo, bars of bath soap , then castile liquid to remove the scum; only Dawn Ultra cut through the grime and brought her back to white fluffy fur.

I didn't think DAWN dish soap was a big deal until I decided to soak a jar of butter in DAWN liquid and water. The next day what I saw was a miracle, the sides of the jar were clean, and all the butter was floating on top. I am looking forward to using DAWN for future cleaning.

Hands down Dawn dish soap is the best number one, and the one and only. I can not use any other dish soap even if the scent is to die for. That's how confident Iam about Dawn Dish soap.The price is affordable you definitely get your money's worth. Plus you can use Dawn Dish soap not only for dishes, but all sorts of different ways take a look at you won't believe it.

I am happy to see that this soap does not have any food dyes in it. I am trying to rid my household of the unnecessary dyes that companies put in food and other household products that come in contact with us. I have a child who is highly sensitive to them. I will not buy any soap that has a color anymore. Thank you P&G. Really like this soap.

Good dish soap, but cap leaks
Good dish soap as always. Unfortunately the translucent white cap does not seal well, resulting in the exterior of the bottle getting covered in a thin film of slippery soap after a few uses. Having to wipe down the bottle, clean out the cap, and wipe up the surrounding area is a pain.

I have tryed various types and brands of dish soap. This is the only one that i will buy because i trust it! Ive used this soap for many things other then dishes and bottles. From an anti stink bug spray to a mineral deposit stain remover on our sink. This product is a life saver!

Great product, it cleans great not just on dishware but anywhere. I had an issue where I had vaseline in my hair. Nothing was getting it off until I use Dawn Ultra dishwashing liquid soap and it clean right off.

I have tried almost every brand of liquid dish soap, and honestly Dawn is the best. My mom told me when I was little that I always needed to buy Dawn because it was worth every penny (and she's the type to buy the store-brand of almost everything).

dawn is the best dish soap to use because its not hard on the hands and its very good to break down any cooking oil that u use.so when u clean a pan that has bacon grease in it ,it really breaks down the grease so u will not damage your garbage disposal.

When I got home yesterday my German Shepherd chow mix Harmony was covered with candle wax. In our absence she was barking through the window over turned a candle warmer and all the wax poured over her entire back. the wax hardened up as soon it touched her skin. You This morning my wife recommended I get Dawn ultra and we give her a shampoo bath with it. Using a combination of Lukewarm water and dawn ultra I was able to get all the wax and grease off my dog

I believe that Dawn dishwashing detergent is an excellent product; however, with this being stated, it’s strength really plays havoc on my hands. It cleans and dissolves greasy surfaces really well.

Dawn is the only dishwashing detergent I have used for as long as I can remember. It's long-lasting and takes just a small amount. It also doesn't dry out my hands as much as some other brands.

This is not the original, and does not have the original scent. That is why this bottle is different and does not say "original scent" on it like the old ones did. I bought another Dawn (dark blue, not this aqua) and it smells like any dollar store soap. Too bad. I should have bought environmentally friendly dish soap, but was hooked on the original scent smell.

LOVE IT TO FIGHT GREASE. I USE IT ON MY HUB CAP ON THE CAR THEY ARE PAVING THE STREETS AND THE TAR IS GETTING ALL OVER THE SIDE OF THE CAR SO I PUT IT IN THE WATER TO WASH THE THE CAR AND IT DOES NO HARM TO THE CAR'S FINISH.

Excellent cleaner for more than dishes. I use it to clean appliances, cabinets, fabric stain remover, patio furniture, car etc... After vet ok’d it, I washed my dog with it, works great.

I have used dawn at least 15 to 20 years . Just not for dishes i use it on a lot of surfaces and cleans super. Also great for dishes , no one else beats Dawn dishsoap.
