when I smell my laundry after using gain it reminds me of a big warm hug from my mom when I was little and we did the wash together when we were done she would grab a warm towel and wrap me in it as she was giving me a hug, that smell always makes me smile and think of my mom.

I love the e scents of gain, but the detergent leaves a film on the clothes that gives my kids a rash on their bodies, it does not seem to do that to me though, and its too expensive for people who make a lower income

I am retired and have recently taken up fishing. Being a woman I also have to do the laundry. Gain liquid laundry soap is the only one I've found that will take out not only the bait and fish innards but leaves my clothes smelling just great!. The last two 225 oz containers I have purchsed have been very thick and will hardly come out of the bottle. I open the lid on the other end and still is so thick won't come out of jug. Does this have an expiration date to where is goes bad? I buy HE for my front loading washer.

I have been using gain for awhile now and I love it. It gets our clothes clean and smells nice too. I don't have to use fabric softener because the clothes come out soft and smelling so nice and the smell last.

I have used Gain for years, both detergent and softener. I love the original scent and how long it lasts after washing. That is I DID! There is no long lasting fragrance anymore. In fact, no clean sweet smell of fresh wash clothes that there used to be.. I found this to be true in my last two purchases of the products. Complete failure.

I love Gain over Tide any day. It noticeably cleans as good if not better than Tide . I've noticed using Tide that my clothes get a faint dirty fresh scent after awhile . Never experienced that with Gain. And I've always l9ved all of their fresh pleasant scents they come up with. And of course the price can't be beat.

This stuff is amazing. Smell is delicious and I always get compliments at work on how good I smell and I never break out with this like I did with other products. I don't think I could ever switch to anything else!

I've been using Gain for 20 years. The original formula now has this 'aroma boost' which makes the scent WAY too strong. Where can I buy the original without the aroma boost?

I have grown to love Gain. It smells fabulous. I often catch it pm sale. I just love it very much.

Within the past several months, I have noticed and my husband has complained that Gain Original Laundry detergent is not the same fresh scent. “Aroma enhanced is not”. What and why did the company change it? I have used this detergent for more than 15 years. Yes, I am NOT the only person that thinks this. You should hear the comments from my book club, game club and wine tastings. Bring it back! We have all agreed to buy small bottles of other brands to test, try, and share the information. Some do like the pods, but we agree that we like the Liquid detergent better because we can adjust our laundry load accordingly.
