LS32-30 is designed to meet the basic document security needs of large offices with many users. This high capacity, strip-cut shredder can destroy up to 32 sheets at a time with paper clips or staples. It also shreds credit cards, CDs and DVDs. It comes with a 30-gallon pull-out bag frame that can be lined with plastic or paper shredder bags (sold separately). Continuous duty shred operation is very rarely interrupted. Non-stop Jam Free technology alerts users when shredder reaches feed capacity to prevent jams in advance. Shredder always provides reliable performance with very little maintenance due to the Intelligent Self-Cleaning Cutters and Intelligent SelfOil features that clear and lubricate cutters automatically. Two negatives: the machine comes with a separate plastic part for you to shred credit cards in, but no where in the description does it say that you need to store it elsewhere until you shred credit cards, putting it in the machine each time. I tried leaving it in its place and just putting the plastic shredding bag over it, but it is in the way when the machine says it is full and you open it to push the shredded paper down to make more room. Also, the instructions show that you can store this on the machine. I couldn't find any such place. I ended up just putting it on the floor, inside the machine. Second negative is that when it jams, it is difficult to un-jam. I had to keep playing with it, turning it off and on, pressing the forward and reverse buttons, before I could get it to move, little by little.
