Scotch (R) Magic (TM) Tape
I would rate this tape a definite 5 star.
I have tried other tapes....they just do not
do the job as well as Scotch. I always buy
Scotch tape. I like the size and the fact it
doesn't stick together when trying to tape
something.

We use this type of tape as our preferred tape. It doesn't show and stays on nicely. My grandson always picks this tape up so he can use them in his crafts and no one can tell it's taped together.

Wrapping a gift like a pro
I recently needed to wrap a gift for a birthday, so I reached for Scotch Magic Tape in my craft drawer. The Magic Tape rolled from the dispenser effortlessly. The tape adhered to the gift paper firmly and cleanly. The wrapping job looked professional. I was very pleased with the results.

Scotch brand magic tape is the only tape I use. I like it because it is wider than normal tape and because I can write on it. It is definately the best tape on the market. Scotch brand magic tape has been my choice for many years, possibly since it first came on the market. Being able to write on it is so helpful, as is the extra width. That makes it so much more useful.
Below is the question where did I purchase it. Since I have been using it exclusively for years, I purchase it wherever I am when I need more.

I love to wrap presents, and I want them to look very pretty. The matte finished makes the tape disappear, and lets the pretty wrapping paper show through. Just beautiful!

I have used other tapes in the past, however, nothing tapes better than Scotch brand Magic Tape. It tape all kinds of paper, boxes, presents, and a lot more. What's nice about the tape is once you put it on, it stays no matter what, where as other tapes that I have used have come up or became undone causing me to waste more time and money on trying to re-tape the package or envelope.

When it comes to making sure things stay in place, Scotch brand is the absolute tops. I've tried using cheaper brands, but they don't alway stay. I end up using twice as much therefore I haven't saved anything. In fact I've lost time by having to do everything twice with that cheap stuff.

I use alot of tape because I send alot of packages with my jewelry business, I make handmade jewelry. as well at christmas time I love using this tape on my gifts. I would never trust any other brand but scotch, it holds in place and is very easy

My Mom used to raise chickens and one time one of the eggs somehow got a little hole in the shell and it was not time for the chick to hatch. So she repaired the hole with Magic Tape and ultimately the chick hatched, alive and apprently healthy.

I have always used Magic tape. After years of trying to skimp and save pennies, its worth spending the extra $$ to get a great tape! Sticks well disappears and does not yellow after time. Thanks Scotch!

Love Scotch brand tape!!!
This is the only tape that I will use!!! Whether it's wrapping presents or fixing a ripped page in a book - the tape always goes on easily and disappears so you can't even tell where the tape was put. Cheaper tape tends to fold over on itself - once that happens, you can't ever get it apart again!!! That doesn't happen with this tape. It's great!!!

Scotch Magic Tape Is My Clan
Scotch (R) Magic (TM) Tape is my little green buddy, always available, always dependable and always close at hand. The light weight dispenser does not crack or break, and this economically priced all purpose tape is invisible, sealing packages without upstaging the wrapping paper.
For help in the kitchen I always use Scotch Magic Tape to label leftovers in both plastic bags and containers. It adheres to many surfaces and doesn't fall off, even in the freezer.
Scotch Magic Tape is just one of "those little things"
that I rely upon without thinking, and you should, too.

Use it daily and love it!
Im a mom and a makeup/nail artist. I use the tape for something EVERYDAY and I've tried other brands and nothing sticks the way this tape does. I use this in makeup for eye looks to create a sharp line and to create marbelized nails as well. So many uses, I always keep it handy!

I have tried using a cheaper brand but have come to realize this tape comes off the roll just like it is supposed to, slowly enough not to get a huge piece that you throw away and then have to cut another piece. I've learned, stick with what works.

This product is the product I was introduced to as a child because it was easy to and made projects neat and clean. I enjoy it still because it help me help my children through school projects. And as i think of Christmas and gifts for my children now 18 and I soon be a grandpa and it will help our family stick together through the next generation.

I have tried other brands of tape for projects, wrapping gifts, etc. But Scott Magic Tape never lets me down. I like to tape Fall or Christmas decorations to our windows. No other tape stays put like Scotch Magic Tape. That is why I no longer try to cut corners on the tape that I use by purchasing cheaper brands. It's just not worth it.

I worked at a Womens Hospital, we as a unit,Mother Baby Floor.Lots of us are either retired or just left,Quit! We all such good Friends decided to keep in touch!We meet every month for everybodies brithday in that month.So the birthday Presents ,retirement Presents! I always use Scott tape! I'm never been a good wrapper,so I have Faith in Scott to help me out!The so called CHEAP CHEAP stuff I have no faith in.

I love using the Scotch brand magic tape. It gets the job done when I need it most. I can remember using the magic tape to put up a variety of posters on my bedroom wall. It was very clean looking due to the invisibility factor. I had quite a good time decoratingId my walls and using this tape made it all possible.

Scotch Magic Tape is the best tape that I have ever used. It is easy to work with and works very well. The dispenser is easy to operate and the tape cuts easily using the dispenser. In my opinion Scotch brand Magic tape is the best you can buy.

I love the Scotch brand period but the magic tape is perfect! I use it for EVERYTHING! It never lets me down and is the best quality for the money.

Scotch Magic Tape is definitely the best tape because it is all purpose. I love the fact that this tape does not rip easily and it is easy to find the piece where you left off at. Two examples I would like to share is how I used this tape to hold together a costume I designed for my toddler and the fact that this tape is perfect when wrapping gifts. Clear tape was one of the best creations ever.

I really like scotch brand tape, I usually use it for packages to my daughter who lives out of state & I love the way it NEVER tangles at all- I have been using this tape for years & I will continue to do so. Scotch Magic Tape is great to use. The tape slides easy when you you pull it and the edge of the tape despenser cuts the tape without having to wrestle with it to cut through. It seems like it has a light coat of adhesive, so it doesn't stick to your skin to much when you transfer the tape from the dispenser to the paper but it sticks real good to a peice of paper. Magically put together.

When I was in high school, many projects that I had reviewed from previous years in the hope of learning the trick to a good grade seemed to be falling apart. As I was always a good observer, I noticed immediately that the tape that was used to place objects and pictures on reports was tan and brittle. I immediately set out looking for a solution. I guess it was a bit egotistical, but I wanted my words and projects to last for future generations to review. I found the answer in Scotch Magic Tape. When placed on paper correctly, it not only looks almost invisible but last for years to come. Since high school, Scotch Magic Tape followed me through my many positions ( Government contract advisor to a Government contractor; Editor of a small neighborhood newspaper, Constituent servant to a U.S. Congressman, Captains Clerks (personal secretary) to a District Police Captain, Shool secretary in a public school, etc.) My many office positions afforded me a choice of desk apparatus and I always choose Scotch Magic Tape for any of my documents. Even today, I would never use anything else.

My experience with magic tape
I have always had an excellant time with magic tape. There has never been a problem with it doing anything its suppose to. It always comes right off the dispenser just the way it should. I never have to use alot when I'm wrapping gifts which is a good thing because in our house stuff is just ripped open. I love the way it doesn't show so it looks like your project is held together by magic. Magic tape is super easy to use and i would recommend it to anyone who needs to purchase project friendly tape.

Scotch is the only brand of tape I use! Scotch has been my brand for ever, I can't remember ever using any other brand. I love that I can write on it and that it is invisible on my packages. I also like it when I find deals on it during the school years, I always stock up!!

My self and every member of my household without fail always reach for the scotch brand because whether it's for something as simple as keeping an envelope or opened package closed we know if it's scotch tape we don't have to check back later to see if it's still closed or not, and yes we have tried other brands some less expensive and some more expensive but there is always some issue with the others such as it either won't tear because its too thick or too flimsy or will tear but raggedly or there isn't enough stick to it and the package that you have taped will open after the glue wears off the tape, with scotch we know what we are getting so we will always grab the scotch over the others.

I have been using this tape for longer than I can remember. It is very reliable and has never yellowed or loosened! I can read through it, write on it, and even untangle it if I pulled too much off the roll. We use a 'store brand' at work and I ended up putting a roll of Scrotch Brand in my drawer. No one sees it there and I don't have to share!

i grew up with Scotch-brand scotch tape! in fact, when the name scotch tape became a generic name it was from Scotch-brand.
we owned a candy store when i was young and we wrapped a lot of boxes of chocolates at Christmas. always using Scotch-brand - why skimp on the outside when nothing else was skimped on?
now as a father passing on some traditions of my own, when wrapping gifts with my son we ALWAYS use Scotch-brand scotch tape!

Scotch Magic Excellent for Art Gallery artwork
I was the Chair for our school's" Reflections" program this year. Using Scotch Magic tape On the Celo-wrap( used to wrap the art work in for presentation) allowed for the artwork to be the main focus not the tape strips you see on other brands. It was like They were attached by some invisible glue. The art work looked fantastic and I knew it would hold having the Scotch name behind it.

I own a beauty salon we use a purchased plastic bag ,the cap isolates hair strands for a hair color job.the bag likes to move about the clients head so we use the magic tape to secure the bag around the face which stays put so we can give the best results, for our color job. It is completely comfortable for the client too.

Little Green Plaid dispenser
I have used this brand of tape for years. I use two-three rolls of it every month. You might say that I am stuck to it. It is the best tape that I have found that sticks the best, and stays where its put. I like that it has the interchangeable roll so you can replace it when you need to. That always comes in handy when you use as much as I do each month!!

Scotch Magic Tape is magic! I love the fact that it is almost invisible when using. It always sticks and stays stuck. It is the only tape used in our household.

I always use Scotch Magic Tape for EVERYTHING in my home. It is dependable, doesn't tear paper if needed removing, and "disappears". I buy several multi-roll packs for my child's teacher at the beginning of the school year. I can't go wrong with this teacher gift!!

I know this seems trivial, but I love how Scotch brand tape dispensers very easily cut the tape when you're ready to do so. Other brands do not cut thier tapes nearly as well. I will continue to buy this tape!

Scotch Magic Tape is truly magic as it is the only tape that actually sticks & doesn't come unstuck like other brands! It's perfect for school projects, card making, wrapping presents & more! Each of my 4 kids keep a roll of tape in their backpacks!

The tape itself is fabulous. The tackiness and the way it blends into whatever gift I'm wrapping is superb. It's obvious that Scotch has the tape perfected. However, I'm wondering if there are new dispensers. It seems every roll I've purchased lately has a less sharp plastic-blade cutting area. I end up having a ragged, distorted edge on my tape from multiple attempts at cutting the tape off the plastic blade. I'll continue to use Scotch, but I'm going to have to purchase a dedicated tape dispenser with a good metal blade.

This is the only brand I but and we always keeps some on hand for unexpected breaks, tears, party invites to wrap least minute gifts. I reinforce envelopes. I just use it for everything

My father worked for 3M until he retired and we always had tape at home. When our tape ran out and I had to buy other brands, I realized that Scotch tape is the best and I would recommend it to everyone

I only purchase Scotch Magic Tape for the simple fact that it tears off the roll. I got so aggravated with other tapes - I have to go thru half of the roll just to get a 2 inch piece of tape. Scotch Brand tears straight every time

I have been using this for YEARS in home/shool office and pretty much everywhere in between. Purchased a 10 pack, maybe 8 months ago. Used 2 rolls then, and no need since then. HOWEVER, now I cannot use any of the remaining rolls. \

I place roll on support/spinner thingie & into dispenser. Then begins to roll off to one side (getting thinner and thinner), as i'm pulling a piece off. Even if I catch the end before it sticks, it starts right up again, getting thinner until eventually not pulling tape anymore.\
\
I have tried: scissors, flat razor, knife anything & everything to get started again. I usually hafta use scissors to cut throught about 10-20 layers, to start a new end. I am now on the last roll in the 10-pack. I've ended up tossing over HALF of product. I was hoping it would be just some goofy issues for that batch, but seems unlikely as I haven't seen many others with same issue. \

Definitely not buying scotch brand tape again.

The only tape we use in our house!
