We use this type of tape as our preferred tape. It doesn't show and stays on nicely. My grandson always picks this tape up so he can use them in his crafts and no one can tell it's taped together.

I have used Scotch Tape since I was a child. Scotch Magic Tape is the best. It is invisible on most papers. The tape is substantial and does not tear when you don't want it to. The quality of the tape has remained high over the years. The dispenser is easy to use. I much prefer this tape to the glossy tape. It does not seem to yellow over time. I find it superior to other matte-finish tapes on the market.

I have used other tapes in the past, however, nothing tapes better than Scotch brand Magic Tape. It tape all kinds of paper, boxes, presents, and a lot more. What's nice about the tape is once you put it on, it stays no matter what, where as other tapes that I have used have come up or became undone causing me to waste more time and money on trying to re-tape the package or envelope.

I use scotch tape everyday...and I mean everyday from scrapbooking, to wrapping gifts, making sure an envelope is sealed and even using it as a temporary bandaid. I buy atleast 30 rolls a year and only buy Scotch.

The magic tape is the best!
I only use scotch brand magic tape for my christmas presents! It is the best tape, as it is almost invisible, and if you need to take it off a package, you can peel it off and it wont hurt the paper! Great product from a great company!

We buy nothing else in this household. I love this tape. You can't see it when its on packages and it sticks very well. I tryed no brands before and it didn't take long to come back to Scotch tape. You only have to use a little it goes a long way.

My Mom used to raise chickens and one time one of the eggs somehow got a little hole in the shell and it was not time for the chick to hatch. So she repaired the hole with Magic Tape and ultimately the chick hatched, alive and apprently healthy.

Hardly a week goes by where I don't use Scotch Magic Tape. Whether at my job ( at home) or on a household project, Scotch tape is indispensable. I use it for repairing paper tears, or making labels on which to write. It is truly been "magic" for me. I always keep a few dispensers in my desk. And now,, with the holidays approaching, I'll be using it on my holiday wrappings as well.

well i like scotch magic tape because i can re use envelopes , re seal them with out anyone knowing that it was a used envelope. Also wrap preasents ,with good paper and not showing any seams it looks amazing. love it, love it scoth magic tape.

My kids and I use this tape frequently for school projects. It holds longer than most tapes, even longer than other brand name tapes. The best part is that it is invisible on paper which my children really think is awesome. It is flawless and easy to use and we will probably never use another type of tape. It hasn't failed us yet.

I really like this tape. When I wrap presents I always use Scotch Magic tape. It is so much better than any of those cheap brands. They say you get what you pay for and when you're using this tape, you can tell it is of a higher quality. It adheres so nicely to everything you use it for. I also like that it is almost invisable and makes everything look just so much nicer.

After trying to buy the imitators several times(and they FAIL) I just wrapped presents using Scotch tape. These gifts were important and had to look "pretty" for my son's first "crush"..I realized no other tape compares. Perfect for gift wrapping in a rush! You are not fighting with the tape to come off the rolll, your own fingers and the dispenser does not crack like cheaper made versions. It is still my favorite tape!

But for a few cents more you can have the best.
It's like buying a Fiat when you can get a Ferrari for a few cents more.
How about that for a stretched analogy?

I worked at a Womens Hospital, we as a unit,Mother Baby Floor.Lots of us are either retired or just left,Quit! We all such good Friends decided to keep in touch!We meet every month for everybodies brithday in that month.So the birthday Presents ,retirement Presents! I always use Scott tape! I'm never been a good wrapper,so I have Faith in Scott to help me out!The so called CHEAP CHEAP stuff I have no faith in.

This tape has been around for a long time its the best on the market from what I have used. I like this tape because it is clear it doesn't show where you put it that makes really good sense who wants a tape you can see to me this would look really messy. This tape has just the right amount of stickyness to it it is easy to apply and use I would give this tape an A+ it never lets me down. Whatever the cost it is well worth ityou get exactly what you pay for the best.

I just love this tape. It's easy to use. You can't see it after you tape something. I do expenses for about 6 people at my company and I need to tape down the receipts, then make copies and send for reimbursement. After they are taped, they run through the copier with ease. And you don;t see allof the lines onthe copies like some other types of tape. I also use this at home for every all sorts of stuff. Like taping ripped pages from my 2 year old grand son. wrapping gifts, taping up decorations. You name it. I just love this stuff

SCOTCH TAPE IS THE KING OF ALL TAPES!
THIS IS A TRUE STORY THAT HAPPENED TO ME IN THE LAST TWO DAYS; I WAS BEGINNING TO WRAP SOME CHRISTMAS GIFTS FOR THE GRANDCHILDREN AND RAN OUT OF MY SCOTCH TAPE. I LATER WENT TO THE STORE AND PICKED UP THEIR BRAND OF CLEAR TAPE; IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! IT WOULD TRY TO WAD UP EVERYTIME I TORE A PIECE OFF! I HAD TO QUIT WRAPPING UNTIL I BOUGHT ANOTHER ROLL OF THE MAGIC SCOTCH TAPE! NO MORE STORE BRANDS FOR ME! IT'S ONLY THE BEST FOR MY PACKAGES AND THAT IS SCOTCH TAPE; THE KING OF ALL TAPES!

I know each time I need adhesive, that this tape is going to give me the quality and control I expect for the projects I am using it for. It's been that way as long as I can remember. From pics on my desk to my art projects on my fridge, all are secure - more reliable than most bandaids!! It never lets me down. My grandchildren are able to work with it easily, as it's sturdy and doesn't jam up on your fingers. Less waste and that texture works the best when it's time for wrapping a gift too.

Scotch Magic Tape is the best tape that I have ever used. It is easy to work with and works very well. The dispenser is easy to operate and the tape cuts easily using the dispenser. In my opinion Scotch brand Magic tape is the best you can buy.

This is the only tape I use. I use it for everything from sealing envelopes to wrapping gifts and everything in between. Never had a problem with it not holding and the roll lasts a pretty long time. Love it! Magic tape is magic! I would recommend it to anyone.

i love this tape. i like how it just rolls off the dispenser and onto my packages clear. no one can even see the tape or how much i have to use because i can't wrap a package that great, but nobody knows because it's invisible. i love it and i love all the scotch brands that i have used. thank you scotch for being so inventive!

I love the Scotch brand period but the magic tape is perfect! I use it for EVERYTHING! It never lets me down and is the best quality for the money.

I use Scotch Magic Tape for almost everything. I always keep a few rolls handy. A couple around the house, one in my work bag, one with my craft supplies, and one in our home office. The magic tape is easy for me to see when I'm working with it, but invisible when it should be. We've wrapped presents (i'd love to try the pop its), used it for practical jokes, to mount pictures in college frames,to hang notices and messages, minor shoe, pen, pencil, i could go on. The strangest thing we used it for was to stop my son's finger from bleeding because we were out of band-aids. (YES it worked) I also make sure to donate a few rolls to the preschool and a local youth home. Everyone should keep a few around they are so versatile.

Through the years, I have used Scotch Brand Magic Tape with my children, job, home needs and even for emergency patching. I have passed my use of Scotch products on to my grown children and their children as well. One of the worst things that can happen is running out of Scotch tape at home, seems like that happens when one really needs it. Because of this, I always keep a supply handy. My favorite is the large dispenser and refill, which I have two of in the house, one on each floor. In each home in America I'm sure a common phrase is; "Has anyone seen the Scotch Tape?" There is just something about a product that has been used by self, children and grandchildren. All in this Family are pleased with your products.

Scotch Magic Tape is Magic
We use scotch magic tape at work all the time that is all we order. Because we tried ordering other tape and it would stick together and you could never get it apart or find the end. We have one girl in the office that is crazy about tape. She tapes up everything. She goes through tape like no other. Don't get me wrong she is a very organized worker, but she has a fastination with tape. We love your product and hope you keep making it.

I've treid the "lower" priced brands and always have p roblems, I always go back to Scotch.
IIt's just simply the best, and always does what it says it will. It is excellent for all my everyday uses, and I know there are others available for different projects that will be just as good.

My experience with magic tape
I have always had an excellant time with magic tape. There has never been a problem with it doing anything its suppose to. It always comes right off the dispenser just the way it should. I never have to use alot when I'm wrapping gifts which is a good thing because in our house stuff is just ripped open. I love the way it doesn't show so it looks like your project is held together by magic. Magic tape is super easy to use and i would recommend it to anyone who needs to purchase project friendly tape.

I am very pleased with this tape. I have use this tape since I was in my teens. I never use any other brand. I always have excellent results when wrapping gifts and boxes in general. The dispenser is very handy and always safe and sharp enough to cut where you wanted to cut.

Scotch is the only brand of tape I use! Scotch has been my brand for ever, I can't remember ever using any other brand. I love that I can write on it and that it is invisible on my packages. I also like it when I find deals on it during the school years, I always stock up!!

I have used scotch brand tape for many years. I have always found the tapes to be very strong yet manageable. I have arthritis in my fingers and other tapes stick together and are very cheaply made. I do think that your tape is well worth the money

Scotch tape cannot be beat. When you pull from the core it comes off evenly. You can always count on it to stqy where it is put. Most of the time it can easily be pull off where you did not mean for it to stick. I have used Scotch tape for many years. I worked in a office supply business for 13 years. Customers would buy Scotch tape by the sleeve of 12 rolls. They perferred Scotch tape. If we were out they would wait for it to come in. Great product!!!!!

Scotch Magic Tape is my favorite tape!!! I keep a few here at the house. Has many uses. Wrapping gifts, sealing envelopes more safely, use it for crafts, use it as a laminate on cards, and so much more. It really is magical tape, you cannot see it once it is used!!! Awesome!!! And I really like that if you put it on and it's crooked, you can remove it and replace it. My presents always look great!

I always use Scotch Magic Tape for EVERYTHING in my home. It is dependable, doesn't tear paper if needed removing, and "disappears". I buy several multi-roll packs for my child's teacher at the beginning of the school year. I can't go wrong with this teacher gift!!

Scotch is the only tape I use. I have tried generic and it is awful. Scotch sticks like you expect it to! The dispenser works well and I love how clear it is when you adhere it...especially when wrapping gifts for birthdays and Christmas!

Magic Is The Name of the Game!
Seems we always have Scotch tape on hand... and every once in a while someone grabs (alright it's me....) the wrong kind at the store... and I end up having to buy Scotch tape next time I go back! Side by side... Scotch tape gets used first/last/and in between. We keep tape in several areas of the house; upstairs in the desk, downstairs in the sewing/craft room. One of the things I really like about Scotch brand tape... I don't have to worry about it yellowing and coming undone!
The "junk brand" some how sat in the drawer right next to the Scotch tape and every time we grab the "wrong one".... it gets thrown back and the Scotch tape is used instead, because it's strong and I can count on it holding up in the long run. If I wasn't against waste... I would probably just throw it away... but there it sits... waiting it's turn! One of these days... it may get used.... if and only if we are out of Scotch brand! It does the job... and I don't have to worry if it will hold up. As a commercial said (about some other product years ago) Try it you'll like it!

Is it possible that there is someone in the world here in the 21st century who is unfamiliar with this stuff and really needs a review to help them decide if they want to buy it? Scotch Magic Tape is the one with the matte finish that you can write on. Once applied, the frosted finish is virtually invisible.
You get three disposable dispensers of 3/4 inch tape, each 300 inches long. The dispensers appear to be single-use. They are completely open on one side but I don't think they can be refilled. This could be viewed as packaging-intensive and eco-unfriendly. If such matters concern you, you may want to invest in a permanent desk dispenser and refill rolls as that option would involve less plastic waste.
When applying, as long as you keep one end of the tape off of of the surface you're sticking it to, you can remove it without difficulty. But once you've pressed the entire piece of tape down firmly, it's permanent and essentially un-removable. It will shred and tear if you try. Likewise, if the tape gets free of the cutting edge of the dispenser and sticks itself flat to the roll, you're doomed.

Your tape is my favorite, by far! We go through a lot of tape in my house (artistic kids!), and I have to admit, I sometimes hide Scotch tape so they'll easily find and use the lesser brands. Only problem is that they seem to find and like Scotch better, too!

I do a lot of sewing using paper patterns. I really like the magic tape because you can write on it if you have to alter the pattern. Other tapes are not capable of this.

Scotch Magic Tape is a high quality product that has many uses. I have been using the product for many years, and worked at a family business that also sold the product. I have never had, nor heard any complaints about this 3M product.

The Best... forget the rest!
I have tried so many different brands of tape and they are always sticking together, pull apart and not have a complete width of the tape that is nice and neat but not with this one! I find I can depend on it to remove and cut and be precise and not have to worry about any of the nonsense that comes with poor quality tape! I stick with Scotch and no more hassles! Taping is no more a chore!

Over the years I have grabbed other brands of tape off of the store shelf, thinking how much difference can it make. Well I have figured out that it does make a difference, Scotch Magic Tape is really superior to the cheapie brands out there. I say just do it right the first time and keep Scotch brand products at home and be done with it.

As a teacher and a hobbyist, this is the only tape I use. It holds up well, keeps things together and looks smooth and nearly invisible. When I make diaper cakes for baby showers, I only use Scotch tape. I never use anything else or it falls apart. :) See the image of my most recent cake made out of 100+ diapers.

I have used tape from all dfferent stores . . .Trust me, I will never buy dollar store tape again. "Majic" is my favorite without a doubt! It doesn't get stuck, crinkled, lost or even stretch. It is the easest to use and make all my packages look perfect!

I have tried other tape, but Scotch brand sticks so much better and the magic tape, you cannot even see the tape on the wrapping paper so it does not take away for the beauty of the paper. I love Scotch Magic Tape!

I opened three roles of this tape today and all three of them tore at an angle which rendered the tape useless. I dug at it with my fingernail and it just kept tearing at an angle.

I can't possibly be the only person who loves feeling/scratching Scotch Magic Tape. I have had an obsession with it for at least 40 years. Besides being the best quality tape out there, it just feels so nice. I even make worry stones" by layering several pieces of tape into a thick, flexible thingamajig to carry around with me. Do you think I should I see someone about this? :)

I have used Scotch brand tapes for 40+ years. I love the quality they provide, but my favorite is the Magic tape. I use it for all my gifting. I love to buy presents for others and Magic tape allows me to provide the most beautiful packaging! Please keep up the good work and never, ever stop making this product!

I have used this tape many, many times. I used it to wrap presents, seal envelopes and to help hold a wall calendar from month to month and have never had an issue with it sticking. It always sticks and holds well.

Best over-all tape currently on the marke
I use it on all sorts of projects from simple gift wrapping to putting together parts of paper creations where they won’t be showing on creative projects I sell. It’s a go-to product I have come to know well, and always expect the same results from. I do like to have a product I know will be always the same, never let me down.

I have been using this for YEARS in home/shool office and pretty much everywhere in between. Purchased a 10 pack, maybe 8 months ago. Used 2 rolls then, and no need since then. HOWEVER, now I cannot use any of the remaining rolls. \

I place roll on support/spinner thingie & into dispenser. Then begins to roll off to one side (getting thinner and thinner), as i'm pulling a piece off. Even if I catch the end before it sticks, it starts right up again, getting thinner until eventually not pulling tape anymore.\
\
I have tried: scissors, flat razor, knife anything & everything to get started again. I usually hafta use scissors to cut throught about 10-20 layers, to start a new end. I am now on the last roll in the 10-pack. I've ended up tossing over HALF of product. I was hoping it would be just some goofy issues for that batch, but seems unlikely as I haven't seen many others with same issue. \

Definitely not buying scotch brand tape again.
