MFCJ6930DW Business Smart Pro Color Inkjet All-in-One

It's hard to find a printer with this price can do much of thing, especially 11x17 paper which i'm using a lot. The speed is not really fast but it's ok. The thing i'm worry right now is the ink. The colors are fine but the black ink is gone faster than i think. The ink we use right now is LC3019, way better than LC3017. I hope Brother will have another better one. We are thinking about MFC-J6935DW for the future one, however, we are stick with this now

I use only Brother all-in-one devices and this is the best one yet. Scanner never malfunctions and 11 x 17 drawings I produce print easily.

Love the printer. The only downfall is you can only set paper into a landscape position, you cannot change the position of the paper to portrait position.

I'm replacing another Brother printer. The Print head went out. This one is better. More efficient and faster.

My old Brother broke and I had to have a printer right away. Unable to locate my models replacement in town. Needless to say 2 months later I ordered my Replacement Brother printer online. Brother printers are way better on the ink, easy to use (even easier than my previous model) We use to print plans for construction jobs so the 11 x 17 is a must. I have only had this one for a month so have not used all the features yet, but based on my last model, I will alway buy Brother..

I have no hesitation in recommending this printer.

Can't find ink in local stores, and I can't view he scan as it is scanning like I could with HP 8500 that I replaced.

We purchased this printer so that we could print 11x17 newsletters for Lions Club and Mended Hearts.  My wife and I are volunteers and pay for all materials as a donations.\

We were all surprised at the ease of installation of this printer.  Since then, we have printed with great ease and quality and used all of its features, scanning with clarity and destination selections.  The choice of 2 paper trays is a definite added plus!!  Would definitely recommend this product. Love it!!!

We have a number of printers in the office but this printer by far is the BEST.  It was purchased to replace a retired Brother MFC6490CW that has worked flawlessly for over 4 years and printed 10s of thousands of pages. It is incredibly fast and best of all it prints both sides of the paper.  We print a lot of 11x17 engineering drawings and again the print speed is incredible. We also do a lot of document scanning and this has integrated into our network systems perfectly.  This printer also has wired ethernet  which is important to us for data security as WiFi is not permitted in our office.

It is a great printer! Sometimes it takes a little bit to get the information for printing but most of the time it is just plain fast. You can print from any wireless device vary nice feature, but the best feature is the two sided scanning on one pass is really great!

We upgraded our printer and love the speed and the options that this printer has to offer!

Enjoying printing architectural drawings at 1/4 sheet size to bid jobs. Photo printing seems good. Still getting used to the machine. I am having a problem scanning and keeping the scans straight. I tried inserting the original to the hard stop, soft (beep) stop, paper guides tight, snug, soft, but still doesn’t feed straight. Shoulod be easier but maybe I need more practice.

This machine replaced a HP.  Like machine except it prints too slow and the black seems not to last very long.

Perfect in every way but one...and only if you have a logo featuring a color similar  to Tiffany Blue. You must use the 'inkjet paper setting' for accurate results. Tech support was great in working with me to figure it out, so kudos to them. It's definitely an engineering problem Brother needs to address

I needed one printer that could do it all for letter, legal, and ledger size printing.  I needed a printer that can print from USB, wireless, or from an SD card, and at this price point this printer has not disapointed me.  It is of good quality, I don't have trouble finding replacement ink, and it is pretty fast!

This is used for a small business, this is the second Brother I have purchased.  I purposely bought a similar model to my last one because it has all the features my business requires and the last one was really reliable. I like to two paper trays as sometimes i have to print 11 x 14.  Its great not to have to change paper trays.  These trays also hold alot of paper, therefore i am not constantly adding more paper.  The scan feature is also terrific and speedy.

The original purchase was returned after just a few weeks of usage. It was replaced, but this printer quality seems worse.  The speed for printing is slow too!\

Once we got The machine working(3rd machine), 1st two mal-functioned, This machine works fine and does things beyond my expectations

Love the multiple paper feed options, from size to color without reloading.

The ink does not color in the color areas it's like patchwork that has no ink\

After going into low power standby mode it will always power up and print without any problems. Previous printers (HP) would lose connection and I'd be stuck with jobs in the printer spool that were difficult to clear. It was an aggravating experience. My Brother printer just prints, every time. Quality of prints are very good and, so far, I'm loving this purchase

Still getting used to its many functions.  A few surprises but no real problem; seem to perform the printing tasks ok.

I would never let someone know about this unit ever in my life. I could hand print everything and still get done faster.

We end up having to replace them when they start jambing incessantly so you might get two years out of these units.  However, this particular unit has been very difficult to set up with Wifi, slow to receive and print, and a third of the time isn't recognized on the wireless network despite re-boots.  This after two or three firmware updates in the same number of weeks. Have not had this issue with previous units.  Also the printing software is very limited.  I am now trying to print from Ipad and the ios App from Brother does not support tabloid!  This is why we bought this unit.\

We use an earlier model in our architecture office, and outside of the occasional jambs we enjoy the flexibility.  This model is for our home and performs much worse even though a newer model.

Two trays, medium weight, three sizes of usage; Copy & scan two sided; ALL THES MAKE IT VERY USABLE!

I love the machine. It's not small though, it's more of an office size. I love all the features. The cartridges are lower cost than most others. But this is were it gets the 3 *, the ink is terrible. I replaced my HP printer for this because the cost of the cartridges are cheaper for the Brother. They need to improve the vibrancy of the colors, they look terribly faded, muted, just not bright enough. Please improve the vibrancy of your color cartridges. Other than than I love all the features of the printer.

This printer is great for a small office.  I have it on my desk and love how fast it prints and the quality is great.  Love that it also copies and scans. Has 2 paper trays, which is perfect for me.  No more switching paper out! Print quality is amazing also.

I had purchased a competitor's printer, and it was a nightmare, problems and no customer service.  I threw it in the dumpster and began looking at my 9 year old Brother printer and thought, "What was I thinking?"  I never had a moment's problem with my old Brother printer, so why don't I order one of the new ones?  Now I have TWO Brother printers.  This one is for the fancy stuff, the beautiful colors, the fact that it prints edge to edge.  The other one I just bought is a b&w laser printer for the everyday stuff.  Keep making them just like this, Brother.  Way to go!!!
