My joint health is like night and day with move free. After following the directions on the bottle i can actually feel the difference in my joints and mobility. I have tried 3 other glucosamine style joint lubricators but after using one bottle of each I can't feel the difference in my joints and would still experience minor pain or stiffness. I cant recommend move free any more then this review. I tell all my older co-workers about it. Make the Move Free choice and start moving free today! Just wish it came in bigger packages and cost a bit less.

This is an AWESOME PRODUCT. I have been using MOVE FREE with MSM for many years now. I am 57 years old. I hurt my knee in 1990 , in a karate class. At that time I was also an avid runner having done a couple marathons , Diagnosis was strained ligaments in my right knee , The Doctor recommended PHYSICAL THERAPY OR SURGERY. I did do the P.T. and it did help my flexibility but I could never get back to a normal exercise and even when I would do work around the house it flare up. After several years of dealing with pain and swelling anytime I did any type of exercise. I thought I would be stuck . A customer of my Optical Store told me his Father had tried MOVE FREE with MSM and it helped not only his knees but his shoulder. I had tried other products with no results. But MOVE FREE with MSM after the first week I felt a difference. I play tennis a couple of times a week and have run in several running events. My ultimate goal is to do a marathon with my sister. Just like to say thanks to SCHIFF for giving me my knees back.

I am ready to start the second bottle and can actually see a difference from my prior use of a generic that combines (at double strength) glucosamine and chondroitin. That strongly suggests the additions of hyalurnic acid and uniflex, along with the higher dose, are having an effect. As wintry weather chills every year I have an especially rugged siege that isn't as bad this year. Actually a friend I suggested it to, new to the use of G&C (I've been taking for many years) had a more dramatic improvement. I will continue with this and may try some of the other enhanced formulas, too.

I have use Move Free for about 10 years and I believe this product has safeguarded me fro knee surgery. I was on the verge of consenting to a knee replacement when I started using Move Free. After a few months of use, my knee improved to the extent that I stopped thinking about surgery.

Great for large canine breeds!
As an R.N. I have been taking this for 10 years, and my veterinarian has also recommended this for our Weimeraners. In fact this is the only brand he recommends for aging dogs. Give it a try!!

It really makes a difference in my joints
This product has been a lifesaver to the flexibility and health of my right hip which has been shown in x-rays to suffer from osteoarthritis. I'm only 48 and both of my parents have had at least one hip replaced. I hope this supplement helps enough so that my hip retains flexibility and comfort and I won't have to get a hip replaced in the next couple of decades. Thanks!

We really have no idea if glucosamine/chondroitin really works for joint health, but we are pretty certain it can't hurt and most of the studies we have seen show positive results. Our joints seem to feel better than we think they would if we weren't using the product.

I purchase a bottle of these tablets about a month ago and I am soooo amazed at the results I am getting from your product. I was having horrible stiffness in my left leg and great pain going up and down the stairs at the school that I work at. After taking your product for about a week I began to feel a noticeable difference and now going into a month I feel like I have new leg! Thank you so much for this amazing tablet!

In preparation for an outpatient surgical procedure, I was advised to stop taking my Move Free tablets a minimum of two weeks prior to the procedure. I stopped taking the tablets 3 weeks prior to the procedure and my joints were very stiff and walking up stairs was a chore during the week of the surgery. I have been able to start taking my Move Free tablets once again and my joints are back to normal and pain free. I did not realize how effective the tablets were until I was instructed to stop taking them. I am a big believer in this product.

Definitely helps with my knees. I can tell within a couple days if I missed taking. It takes a few days to relieve the discomfort after I have missed. Usually I can get back to less pain and swelling after that.

This product works great.Makes my knees feel very good and less painful.It makes moving so much easier and more fun. It keeps the joints moving freely and fluidly. I really like that this one has Vitamin D3 as that is one less supplement for me to take. I can definitely tell a difference when I dont take it.Thanks god I have this product in my life! I've found this to be the most effective and dependable brand.

I started this bottle one week ago now and it is the 3rd day. I'm having less leg and back pain. I will continue to use them and buy them. I haven't found anything to help me that works so fast. They really do help when walking.

I got this supplement for my boyfriend to try. He has pretty messed up knees due to 11 yrs in the military and jumping out of airplanes. He's been taking this for about a week and a half and he says that his knees do feel better....more flexibility and less and less need for his cane. I cannot wait to see how he feels after a month or so. This is super awesome that a "vitamin" of sorts can assist a person so well with joint issues!!!

I suffered a sports injury to my knee while in college, which resulted in damaged cartilage. As the years roll by, I am reminded of that old injury more and more. For the past six hours years, I have been using glucosamine supplements to help give relief to my knee issues.

I really like the easy open cap on the container and the tablets were smaller than I was expecting which is easier to swallow. I think you get a lot in a container and will be buying again. I have not tried any other brands of this product but will stick with this brand. good ingredients to aid the joints
I have been using this for about 10 days now and have just begun to feel better movement in my knees. It contains the recommended amount of gloucosamine and chondroitin in each tablet (2 taken daily) I only wish the tablets were smaller and easier to swallow. I will continue to use these as they really seem to be helping lubricate my joints, especially the knees.

Since the age of 15, I've seemly always had some issues with my lower back and joints. When I started taking this, I was hesitant to believe it would help me. I was amazed that after a long day walking a rather crowed floor at a local convention that I wasn't in as much pain as I normally would be in. Whatever the combination they're using in these pills seems to be helping my body. I'm definitely going to continue to take these.

My work requires standing and walking for hours. My knees usually hurt by the time I get home, along w my elbows. This didn't seem to do anything. I've used it 3 weeks now and no results.

However The problem for me is that the pills are really big and hard to swallow so I don't want to take them. I would have preferred smaller pills and more dosage. The instructions are two a day, I wouldn't mind taking four if they were smaller and easier to swallow. There's no funny taste or after taste.
I will try to suffer thru the entire bottle with hopes that I can have my moms results as I want mobility, comfort, strength, flexibility and lubrication which this product claims to give. I love that it comes with additional ingredients for bone support which I need too.

I would buy this product again
I tried this because I've been having the aches and pains in some of my bones from aging.My knee and hip due ache at times.So I tried this because it's supposed to help with comfort and flexibility.I feel after trying it that there is some improvement.I do feel a little less achy when I move around.I do wish that the pills were smaller though.

I have been tsking this supplement for a couple weeks now, ive noticed a slight improvement, nothing too major yet. But with time i feel it would be beneficial to take in the long run.

I would buy this product again
I tried this because I've been having the aches and pains in some of my bones from aging.My knee and hip due ache at times.So I tried this because it's supposed to help with comfort and flexibility.I feel after trying it that there is some improvement.I do feel a little less achy when I move around.I do wish that the pills were smaller though.

Move Free was recommended to me by my neurologist for joint pain instead of prescription medication. The pain did not go away, but it definitely improved. There were no side effects, just relief. Then I discovered that Move Free made an Ultra line. The advantage of this product vs the Move Free Advanced is that in addition to a bit different proprietary blend, the pill was smaller and you only need one a day. I was sold. I have difficulty swallowing pills, so given the choice of two larger a day or one smaller, well there was no choice - I needed smaller. The take away is that if you are ok with large pills the Advanced formula is great. If not try the Ultra line.

Double duty - Joint health and Vitamin D3 in one go!
I received the Move Free Advanced Plus MSM and Vitamin D3 tablets in exchange for my honest review. As you age join health and the ability to move without pain becomes an increasing problem. Taking this kind of supplement helps alleviate the pain plus has an added bonus of Vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 is something most people are lacking so it's nice that it's added here. I know that joint supplements take time to build up before you can notice a difference. So it might be too early for me to really tell if these are working or not. I would expect it would, and Move Free is a trusted brand in joint health. I would recommend this supplement if you are looking to alleviate joint pain with other added benefits.

I honestly couldn't say that I have felt any different while using these. They are rather large pills. It's nice knowing that there is vitamin D in them.

i do alot of walking and had a constant pain in my left knee. I even wore a brace to relieve the pain. I took these pills for approx 2 weeks and i no longer have knee pain. Could be a coincidence ? I stopped taking the pills this week to see if my knee pain comes back

Really helps with my pain
I don't know if this is recommended for neck pain- but it's really helping me with my neck pain and soreness. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks and I'm very impressed with the results. I will keep taking this supplement.

I am so surprised at how well these are working for me. I have less stiffness when I get up in the morning and even my knees seem to be responding well. Move Free works much better than the brand I was currently taking. For me there is a huge difference. I highly recommend these.

These supplements work really well for me. I have been using them for about a month or so now and I have 100% seen a difference. I am able to goon my runs and walks now without my joints badly hurting. I feel like I am able to move around more without my usual aches and pains. I took one pill with my breakfast, lunch and dinner and I had no signs of stomach upset. It's a big bottle, the cape is easy to open and I love the smaller sized tablets.

Can't prove it works or doesn't work
The Move Free Advanced Plus MSM 120 Tablets, I took for about two weeks. I can't say it works or doesn't work. I can see by the ingredients it does have supplements/nutrients, so that is always good to add for your health. As for the "move free" part, can't say I saw any significant difference with my joints - neither pain relief nor strengthening. Maybe if I use it for a longer period I will see it but to me this is a supplement/vitamin good to add to your rotation of daily intake for your health.

Didn't Notice much changes
I never had this Move Free before this time. I only been taking this for a week and I haven't noticed much change. Maybe just a tiny little. Or it's in my head. My joints still hurts at times and I'm still the same. Seems like expensive vitamins to me.

Much needed relief within first week of use! Amazing!
I'm an avid runner, I run and do strength training every day. The past couple of months I have noticed my joints getting more and more painful, especially my knees. During long runs and after, the pain in my knees often became overwhelming and I had to force myself to rest for a few days. The pain would even last throughout the nights, making my sleep less restful which resulted in a lower overall quality of life. I decided to give these Move Free Advanced Plus with MSM tablets a try and I am SO glad I did! These make a huge difference within the first week of use! My knees have started hurting less and less, and I can finally be pain free again and actually enjoy my running! The dosage is three tablets per day, either at once or throughout the day, either way you have to take these with a meal. The tablet size is not to small, but I am okay with it since they are pretty easy to swallow with a cup of water. The relief they bring me is amazing! A day and night difference. I highly recommend them if you experience joint pain like me! Will definitely continue to use and buy again in the future!

This product really helps! You only need two a day and they are coated so they won't upset your stomach. I was using a different product but I decided to try this one, because it had hyaluronic acid in to support joint lubrication. This helps my joints move easier and I don't feel so stiff now. I have RA and believe me, I see a definite improvement. My knees and ankles move freely and don't lock in place now because this product helps to lubricate the joints. If you suffer from stiffness and joint issues, I highly recommend these! They are very reasonably priced and really support your joints.You have nothing to lose, except the joint pain.

As I'm getting older my bones and especially my joints are getting more stiff and painful. I've tried a few OTC products but none compare to Schiff Move Free Joint Health. I felt less pain, was more flexible and limber and the stiffness disappeared. I highly recommend this product for anyone who is experiencing pain in their joints and bones.

Good daily vitamin and good source for vitamin D3
I have been taking these vitamins for about two weeks now. I was taking a multi vitamin, an a vitamin D3 along with that. I think these move free vitamins are a great alternative and I don't have to take multiple vitamins separately. They seems to help with my joint pain. I still experience joint pain but it is less. I didn't know about these prior to trying them now but I think I'll continue to take them because I like the results. I would recommend these to anyone looking fir a good vitamin D3 supplement or something for bone health.

I first used the prescibed dose of two pills. I am petite and was finding myself feeling jittery. After that, I decided to try one pill and felt great. My body feels wonderful when I'm on my elliptical. I might recommend there be a dose suggestion with a weight chart so everyone has a positive result.

I have suffered from arthritis, fibromyalgia and other ailments for many years and on many medications. Taking this supplement was easy to do every day as I added it to my regiment. The pills are very easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. I can imagine what taking this long term will help me do. Need to take daily for about 2 weeks but I find they do help.

As someone who has had horrible knee issues since high school and now that I am in my 30s these have been such a life saver for me. My knees are always stiff and ache constantly, but since I have been taking these I have been having way less issues. It has gave me such relief and taking them is so easy, two pills a day. They are super easy to take, the pills aren't massive sized which is really nice. I just take these with my daily vitamins so I don't forget them. I have tried many different things but these have been the only thing that has ever given me daily relief where I can actually walk, walk up and down stairs, bend my knees, and just have good movement in my knees without hurting. I'm a firm believer in these, I highly recommend them to anyone who asks me about them.

As I've gotten older, my joints have become stiff, and sometimes that makes me uncomfortable. I have to say, since finding Move Free Joint Health, I have felt a lot of relief. I always seem to be vitamin D deficient, and the vitamin D3 in this product has helped. When vitamin D levels are low, one is more prone to joint pain. I'm going to continue to use this product as it really works for me.

The instructions said you could take one tablet at every meal or 3 all at once and I chose the latter because my schedule is such that sometimes it is not convenient to remember to take something at all three meals.

Love the added Vitamin D3
I've been taking these Move Free joint health pills once daily with a meal. I love that it supports mobility and flexibility with its ingredients. The added Vitamin D3 is perfect for me as I live in the rainy Pacific Northwest. This is the first time I've been taking any type of joint supplements but I know I need them because I sit at a desk all day and I'm stiff and hurting and can feel my body aging. I will continue to take these pills for the benefits and have already recommended them to my coworkers!

Move Free is more than a name, it's actually allowed me greater mobility in daily activities. The Advanced plus MSM is a coated tablet taken three daily, either three with a meal or one three times with a meal. The combination of the MSM, glucosamine, and chondroitin worked for me by loosening my arthritic joints, allowing me movement less stiff and more comfortably than before using it. Because of that I can physically endure increased activity, a total win for my health. I've got my doctor's okay for use and will continue to take Move Free Joint Health Advanced Plus MSM daily.....

I have chronic pain and cannot take prescription pain medication as it makes me sick. I prefer all natural products but they dont touch the level of pain. These have actually helped me in the dept of being able to just get up and move!

Move Free Joint Health makes my joints feel & move better!
Move Free Advanced Plus MSM 120 tablets has helped my joints feel better! After taking for almost 3 weeks I can feel the difference with my joints and morning stiffness that I have had. My knees, elbows and shoulders move a lot better and do not hurt as much as they did before taking Move Free. Also I have cut down on taking my prescription Ibuprofen since I started these supplements because my inflammation and pain is not as bad as well. I take 3 tablets a day with meals as stated and they are normal sized coated tablets with no after taste. It does contain Shellfish, so be careful if you are allergic to that. I do highly recommend taking Move Free Joint Health and plan to purchase again.

I have never used or tried a product like this before, in getting older your bones and joints tend to get weak, I'm about to hit my fifties and I have started taking these, I'm sure it takes awhile for these to start working.

Has all the necessary ingredients for joint health
This is a good alternative to those that can't tolerate straight Omega-3 supplements (either because of the fishy side effects or aftertaste) yet still want to see improvement in joint aches and pains.

I will keep using this product
I wanted to try Move Free Advanced because of a knee injury I have that causes me discomfort. I don't want to discontinue my workouts, and a patella brace wasn't always comfortable, so these were worth a shot. I have seen a difference in my knee joints since using these. I have less discomfort and I workout with more ease than before. These are definitely worth a try for joint pain and I will continue to use these to alleviate the discomfort I've had but am experiencing less of.

After about 2 weeks of taking, there was some joint pain improvement. The pill was a decent size and not too hard to swallow. The pill also did not taste like fish not did it make me belch fish.

I've heard MSM is good for joints so I was excited to try Move Free Advanced Plus MSM and Vitamin D3. After taking this for 2 weeks, I noticed I was a little less "creaky" and felt looser. To really notice a difference you'll probably have to take it longer than 2 weeks. I'm excited that this could be a natural alternative that will help me remain active!

I have been having some pretty bad joint pain for the past few months I could barely kneel down I could barely stand up without actually feeling pain in my knee joints. Since starting this product about three weeks ago, I have seen an improvement. I am able to move more freely. I do not get up in pain anymore from the sitting position. It is still a little hard for me to kneel down but the pain has gotten better and I do feel that it is due to this product. I am hopeful that After extended use of this product that my joints and knee pain will possibly go completely away.

I was playing soccer for whole life and as the result I have ad knee now. I use this product for quite some time now and I definitely can tell that it getting better to extend that I started to play a bit again (was not playing for a while do to my knee actually). That is the best proof that it works! I found that it product good for me and I also started to buy it for my parents who always complains about joints pain and such.
Definitely on my shopping list and I highly recommend it to anybody who has some joints issue (including all my friends).

I take one twice per day with food and I do feel like my joints are a little less stiff. I'll continue to take it till the bottle is empty and see how I feel.

I have tried other brands and didn't have the results this has given me. I have had bad knees for years and this has helped a ton with the ability to walk more without pain. I will definitely be buying another bottle. Keep using them they do work you have to use them for a few days to feel the full effects.

My husband used this religiously as directed on the package for a full month. He did not experience any relief of joint pain, but I think that is because he has permanent damage to his cartilage and needs a knee replacement. Perhaps if he was younger and the damage was less severe, it would have helped somewhat. But he had absolutely no relief of pain. He tolerated the medication without GI upset. I was not aware of this product before the trial. He used other preparations that claimed the same relief, but they never worked either. I would not recommend this product.

GREAT product . I started using this when my right shoulder hurt badly when lifting my arm . I doubled dosage 2 am 2 pm & in 6 or so months all pain went away. I have been using regularly for about 8 yrs now & still no pain

MSM & Hyd acid a must because it works

I will take MOVE FREE FOREVER
I've been taking MOVE FREE ADVANCE for about 8 years decided to try another brand within 5 days my knees & neck started to stiffen up and ache. Reordered and got my refill of MOVE FREE ADVANCE and with 3 days the stiffness went away. I will never stop taking them. I'm a 72 year old male with arthritis in my knees & feet.

The product is great, and will continue to buy and use. The problem is you will not allow the printing off of coupons, and your prices on line are the same as in the retail store plus you charge shipping on top of that. Your pricing structure should be revisited.

The product is good when its FRESH
Not Happy I received the Move Free as ordered Unfortunately the product will expire before they are consumed. I called to complain and was told they are not responsible for warehouse problems . They did offer to send me a return label and send the product back for replacement. I declined because how do I know the same thing won't happen again

My knee pain is almost gone! I take Move Free Advanced plus MSM & VitaminD3 daily. I have not had a knee brace on in 2 years! Thanks to Move Free. Pricey for old people on a fixed budget, but this product works for me!

Next time I would find out the expiration date before I pay
Bought the supplement for my family. My uncle has been using it for years with great results. I gave two starts because I received the order after the Thanksgiving, and all the six bottles expire in June 2020. I didn't want to be bothered to send them back, but don't think it was nice for the company to sell something so close to the expiration date.
