No. 2 Pencil, HB (#2), Black Lead, Yellow Barrel, 144/Box

I recieved these Dixon economy #2 pencils from tryitsampling in exchange for my honest feedback.  The pencils are easy to sharpen and they write smooth.  The eraser is strong and does not fall apart when using. I am happy with this product.

I received these pencils for my daughter to use doing her homework. They seem to be durable and write pretty well. Seems the lead doesn't break as easy and the leading brands do. They seem to be more long lasting than the mechanical ones. We will continue to use these. Thank you

These pencils are amazing. Its like the led is made of some sort of super strength metal. The tips take a long time to dull and never break!! My childs teacher is grateful that no longer does my kid get up to sharpen her pencil every five minutes!

These Dixon Economy #2 pencils arrived in time for the start of second semester of the school year and one can never have too many pencils! These pencils sharpened effortlessly, no point breakage in the sharpener, and has a smooth flow to them while writing. These outrank others I've used because usually the point breaks in the sharpener and by the time you have a decent point, half the pencil is gone and these are the total opposite! Very dependable and excellent quality!! Definitely recommend whether you're a student or a teacher or just need to have pencils around. You won't be disappointed!!

Today my children and I used our Dixon Economy #2 Soft Yellow Pencils to write in our journals. I truly enjoy writing with a Dixon Pencil. Made of real wood it is comfortable for me to grip and write with for long periods of time. I like how smooth the graphite comes out on to the paper as I write my words. When I make a mistake and need to erase it, it is very easy to do. The eraser is durable and sturdy. It does not smear or rip my paper as I erase.  The pencil is easy to sharpen and stays in tact, the graphite does not fall off or break as you sharpen it. Dixon is my number one choice in pencils for myself and my children.

These pencils feel great in the hand.  Weighted but not heavy.  Grooves provide a comfortable grip and don’t hurt after using for a duration of time.  The lead is not chalky.  It is solid and dark, providing an exact draw and smooth composition.

These pencils are very durable and comfortable to write with and is high quality. The pencil writes very smoothly and is perfect for taking exams. They also sharpen very easily which avoids having to waste the pencil.

These pencils are great and perfect for taking test or writing a lot.  They sharpen easy and have a great grip on them.  They are very strong and dont break easy.  I also like how the eraser is smooth and doesn't make marks.  Great product!

Seriously the best pencils you can buy.  They always sharpen to a nice point and the point doesn't break off easily.  The eraser actually erases.  The pencil doesn't shrink to half its size after one sharpening.  What more could you ask for?

I love these Dixon pencils they work great I love how they are hard wood number 2 pencils not that recycle wood pencils. These are good pencils to have your kids take to school or I keep them at home for my daughters to use for their homework . They are very easy to sharpen and don't break when you write with them  nice pencils.

brings me back to childhood memories of filling in those test bubbles. Writes great nice clean lines and deep bold grey. the tip is strong and sharpens easily. Eraser works just as well I will continue to buy this brand for my kids school supplies just like my mom did for me.

This is just a wonderful set of pencils and these pencils have become my sons favorite No. 2 pencils to use for his school work. They are very sturdy, the lead is properly centered and they sharpen very well. The pencils write well without brushing off and the lead is harder to break than with most other pencils. My son loves that these pencils come with cap erasers and these erasers work great as well. This will be the only pencils he will use from now on for all of his school work. Highly recommend them!

I got these pencils for my children to use at school and they are Great. My kids said they are comfortable in their hands. And the pencils erase easily. Great pencils to have for school, home or work.

Having children in school, pencils are always a must have around the house. These pencils are great. There is no smearing when writing, the erasers work well instead of just smudging the paper, it erases the way it is supposed to. The lead does not break easily either.

The Dixon Economy #2 soft yellow pencils are just what I needed. I love a pencil that is easy to sharpen as well as write with. I get so frustrated with pencils that break easily with erasers that give out after a few times of use. These are definitely worth the price. I use them to take notes at my new job.

My son loves these pencils for his schoolwork. Says they Dont hurt his hands if he has to much homework lol which he says all the time but then again how many kids Dont. Will definitely buy this brand again.

I got these and have been very pleased with them. They are durable and easy to sharpen. They write very smoothly and are easy to grip. These would make a great gift to get for a teacher in your life. Highly recommend!

I received a sample of Dixon economy #2 pencil from tryitsampling and it's a excellent pencil. Strong, easy to sharpen and it has a good eraser. #2 pencils are recognize for the excellent quality and this one match the description.

yellow soft pencils my granddaughter love the pencils she uses for her school work i will be getting her more of them nice and durable  you cant go wrong we all love a nice pencil give them a try bet you will love them too

These are some good writing pencils, I tried them.out and they write really soft, the lead doesn't break easy either and they sharpened real nice, strong pencils and nice to hold on to, good grip to hold them and smooth writing.

When we bought my child’s school supplies he picked out the coolest items including some pretty awesome mechanical pencils. So once I received these “regular” pencils and had him try them out, he was not thrilled, but he did use them for me. He come home praising the pencil, telling me how good it worked, that it didn’t break on him and that he only had to sharpen it once. He said it was very smooth feeling in test papers too!
