The Perfect Way to Organize

I work in a law firm. These file jackets are the perfect way to separate documents that belong in different files. The are durable and last many years. They are transparent so I can easily identify which case file to place the documents in. I no longer mix documents from different cases together. We all know if you can't find the document it might as well not exist. Thanks Smead for making such a high quality product that makes my job easier!

Impressive results

The Three-Divider Project Jackets help me to Impress my executive. I used these to manage and organize all her travel materials, project documentation and daily calendars. Would not want to work without them.

A Rainbow at my Desk

These jackets make it so easy to keep all my work sheets together in one place - no matter the size. Once I have all the jackets together in my file jacket holder I have this beautiful rainbow. No longer does it look overwhelming with the number of projects I may be working on at one time. Once the project is complete I am able to sort through and compile the reference folder and reuse the jacket for the next project.

Perfect Pockets

These pocket folders are both the perfect size and construction for keeping project information organized. The color coding is an added benefit and the fact that they are reusable puts them at the top of my list for organizational assistance.

Visible Reminders

These are so AWESOME! If you have a boss, or co-worker that is a pile maker - this will help keep your item visible and ready to work on. I use these all the time for things i'm working on. It's easy to review when I dont have time to flip through each page. I have also used these as travel packets for executives. I put the detailed itinerary on top and supporting travel docs behind.

Transparent Project File Jacket

I couldn't live at work without these! The translucent covers allow me to see what's inside, but doesn't allow the casual visitor to my cubicle see what's inside. I thank IAAP for expsoing me to these wonderful products from SMEAD.

These are great as it lets you put information on 1 subject all together, when working on multiple projects. You can easily see which project you are looking at.

Love - Love - Love these!

I am loving these! I is so nice to keep all of my account information together in one place. It makes it easy to transport the info to a different location and still have what I need.
I love that I can keep things located together, but separate at the same time.
Since I got them, I find a new way to use them every day!

I buy these over and over!

I use these for work travel - keep agendas, meeting agendas, notes, etc all organized in one spot. Fits great in my tote bag.
