My sales team is organized by their Smead Fastener File Folder 12140, 2 Fasteners, Reinforced 1/3-Cut Tab, Letter folder. Its a real motivator is sales meetings when the Smead sales folders come out and everyone sees who has the most folders.

These file folders do the job. It's hard to separate all of the papers in them with only two fasteners, but I should have gotten a multi-fastener folder. They're simple and a great value, if you only have a couple types of documents to file in each folder.

I love the fasteners on these folders- they keep all my paper secure and in place when filing and when taking the folders in and out of filing cabinets. Great for office use or at home, and very durable. Would definitly recommend these.

I have been using Smead Fastener File Folders for over 10 years (blue, green, red, yellow, kraft). These files are not only durable and keep our paperwork securely fastened, but they also help us to easily identify our specialty clients' files, while the work is still in process, and the files are moving through our work system. I plan to continue to use these file folders, since they have been a great help in keeping us organized over the years!

This folder is durable and will last the life of our files which can go into multiple years. It holds up well and the fasteners keep the documents in place.

I took over the legal/billing for our local counsel through the United States and Canada.  I found this file folder and immediately fell in love with it.  I was easy to organize my local counsel invoices by paid/unpaid.  Easy to label with all their information. I love it.

Use the folders for file storage; compact and product is as described.  My only con is that it can easily cause papercuts since the folder itself is of strong construction but a little sharp.  The fastener is also a little sharp.

My company uses the Smead Fastner File Folder 12940, Yellow for secure student document storage.  The yellow color helps us always be able to locate the proper file when needed. They also help to keep all our files neat and orderly. I recommend using this product for any office organizational needs.

I LOVE these!  I give these to clients when we do account reviews for a way to transport their account paperwork.

I just like being able to throw e-mails in one folder, pleadings in another, etc. etc. - go through them, decide what my next step is and then decide if I need to keep it for client file.  Anyway, weird comment for a review, but oh well.  I do wish they made the folders where they could stand up a little easier.
