Mystery Jams eludes NO JAM technology
I do not know how it happens, but as the office coordinator/manager, I see the end result. We have three of these and each of them jam frequently. So much so, that we plan to rid of these in lieu of traditional 20-sheet capacity staplers (for most cases) and one 'heavier' duty stapler (already owned).
