I have been completely loyal to Puffs plus with lotion, but since they changed the formula to add Shea butter--the fragrance is a real turn off. I bought three boxes, but after one whiff from the first box, I returned the other two. I really hope they'll go back to the old formula. The Kleenex version with lotion is not as good a tissue, but at least it doesn't smell.

this is, by a country mile, the softest, most soothing tissue that I have ever used. And it's reassuring to know that Puffs is always on hand when the kids come home with the runny, yucky noses....as a mom you have my stamp of approval!...now if you could just make a product that helps my kids eat their vegetables.

The Greatest Tissues on Earth
I have traveled around the globe and can unequivocally say Puffs are the BEST! Not only are they soft, but they are absorbent and gentle. Puffs can be used for dabbing my eyes on cold, blustery days or for gently blowing my nose. I use Puffs daily because my sinuses often drain. The torture test is living overseas and not having Puffs. Other tissues are thin and scratchy. I have to use two and still they leak! Be glad you have Puffs!

These Puffs Plus tissues are great! They are so soothing and really make me feel better when I'm sick or any time! I am a constant cold/allergy sufferer and crier and these feel soooo good. I even use them on my face when it gets dry, it's so much better than face cream for a quick dose of soothing moisture. Puffs Plus is an amazing product, props to the folks that make it happen!

There is nothing more pleasurable for my nose during the winter than using these tissues. When the constant change in pressure and temperature causes my nose to always drip, regular tissues make my nose raw. These are very relieving to use! Thanks Puffs.

As someone who suffers from allergies and uses quite a few tissues, I have not yet found anything better than Puffs Plus. I was somewhat nervous when I found Puffs had changed their lotion, as I was fond of them the way they were, but to my relief all the qualities I had come to expect was still there. To those who work on Puffs every day, keep up the good work, you've got a fine product; please take care not to change that.

my sons are in daycare and constatly have runny noses this time of year. They use really hard tissues at their daycare - my boys come home with really red sore noses. Puffs Plus with the lotion is so much nicer. The other day I sent them to school with boxes. Now my 3 year old grabs them and wants to blow his nose.

I have been using Puffs Plus for a very long time. The last 3 pack to family size Puffs Plus lotion was very dry and ruff. The first box I opened it was every few that was ruff, then the next box it was more and more. I just opened the last box and it has been really bad so far. This is not normal for Puffs Plus. I will by another box and see if it wan't a fluke. I would hate to use another brand.
The upc code of this package of 3 is: 037000076087.
Thank you!

Product isn't as good anymore!
I was so relieved to read that others have written the same as me - Puffs Plus just isn't as good anymore! I used to swear by these tissues as they kept my nose soft and smooth despite my very frequent nose blowing. Over the last few purchases, I cannot tell the difference between regular NON lotion tissues and the Puffs Plus! In fact, I have for the first time gotten an extremely bad dry skin rash next to my nose from the frequent blowing, despite using these tissues! PLEASE GO BACK TO ORIGINAL FORMULA!

I first discovered Puffs while living in Ohio in the 80's and was one of your best "salespeople". Family in New England could not buy it yet, so I sent it out to them.
NO MORE!!! This is my 2nd cold of this terrible season and the 2nd time that my nose is sore and red. What have you done to Puffs Plus? Is it a cost cutting matter and you've reduced the lotion? I am very dissatisfied. Having to put Vaseline on my nose before I blow is very unpleasant, but offers the only relief. I am very disappointed and will be looking at a new product when this box is empty.....or BEFORE!!

I have always loved Puffs Plus in the past, but the last few months of buying them I have noticed thay are not the same.( I use about 10-20 per day with allergies) I have even noticed after about 10 tissues I get about 3-5 tissues that are even worse than regular generic tissues. The cost is not cheaper so what is the problem? I am wondering if Puffs Ultra is better. I do like the ones with Vicks, but they are more expensive. Please change them (Puffs Plus) back. I will pay more for the same thing I used to get if the cost for you has went up.

Consistentaly Inconsistant
I purchase the shrink wraped 3 pack of Puff Plus and usally buy 4/3packs at a time. I currently have 24 boxes on my shelf. The last 3 boxes have been unusually harsh and don't resemble Puff Plus's normal softness. I use them to remove makeup as well as for my nose, so I notice the roughness. The box I opened last evening came apart from 2 ply to 1 ply. I just opened a box here in the office and it is fine. What is going on?

I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion (now Shea
Butter) since it came out and was VERY satisfied with it. I changed from Kleenex because of the quality issues e.g., I never blew through a Puffs. However, the last few
boxes I have noticed a lack of thickness and
strength and they don't feel the same. I am
in hopes that your quality with return and not
threaten my brand loyalty because of the lack of it.

These once were the best tissue
My nose is far too sensitive to use any tissue other than Puffs Plus. They are the tissue that make colds somewhat bearable. I have used them longer than I can remember. However, over the last year, we have been getting more and more "bad" boxes. More than half of the tissues in a box will feel more like a cheap paper towl. It is time to say something.
Puffs, please make the quality product we have all cuddled up to over the years!

I love your Puff Plus tissues. This box was very disappointing..same price yet the tissues inside the box were about an inch shorter than the box..umm AND when I reached the bottom of the box, the last 10 tissues did not have lotion, they were like sandpaper.
Here is the # on the box 3700007545.
Thought someone should know. Please don't "jazz up" the box, save money on packaging then pass the savings on to me.
I appreciate a quality product, that is why I was surprized to be unhappy with this box.
Thank you.

Great Tissue/Lousy Box Design
Your recent design change on the box is not good. I realize that all designs are subjective and I'm trying to be open minded but outside of the tissue I would shop for another product. The package design should be non-descript and your new design is anything but and is disappointing. Each time I go to the store I look for a new design because I can't be the only person who doesn't like this package design. Hope it changes before I look for another brand.

I have used no other brand other than Puffs Plus for as long as I can remember. Lately, however, I have been finding a lot of tissues in the box that feel very rough, not at all like your normal tissues. Are you changing your formula? I was looking for a way to send this comment directly to the company, but did not find one.

Ok, I'm with the other people on this site, what happened to the SOFT puffs with lotion? I'm glad everyone else thinks the box designs are ugly too. I yelled at my husband for buying a 3 pack of the ugliest boxes possible.... but on my next trip to the store, I saw he didnt have much to choose from! Since Puff w/ lotion became available, I've purchased it faithfully! I look like a big red nosed freak when I get a cold, and the original Puffs w/ lotion helped alleviate that condition. Now, however, the new tissues have about 6 out of 15 that feel like sandpaper on my nose. It is disheartening to give your business, and therefore money, to a company for years, only to have a product reduced in quality. I hope that you return to the original formula, or make it another option.

I have very sensitive skin so using the old stand by TP is not good, and neither are other brands. I find that with most tissues they make my nose even sorer, but never Puffs. I am currently in the grips of a horrible cold and I went to purchase Puff's with Lotion and it doesn't hurt to blow my nose. Thank you! It would be nice though if you would go back to the perfume scented Puff's of yesteryear. They used to smell so good....

I just happened to catch a summer cold and i was using any tissue paper i found and it was actually causing my sensitive nose to become sore and scabed. So while shopping in the store i saw tissue papers and decided i needed to carry a box around with me. Well i bought the puffs plus with Shea Butter and i got much more than I expected. It was soo soft and in a couple days my nose felt much better. Also I like the nice colored boxes. My fav color is purple and i just had to have the lavender box. Thanks Puffs for such great RELIEF and comfort to my summer cold.

I agree with several of the reviews the boxes are awful, no aloe and the shea butter was left out of several boxes of my Puffs Plus! Also, they are rough and not the soft tissue I am accustomed to better quality and a more visually appealing box. Somebody needs to fix my Puffs!

I have lost count on how many boxes of Puffs Plus my wife and I go through a year. We both have sinus issues and the softness, strength, and especially the lotion make the "cold and flu" season bearable! I recently had a nightmare of a cold that kept me blowing my nose every five seconds. I was using "soft" toilet paper to clean up and it was chafing my skin something awful. I went over to talk with my boyfriend's mother one night (they live really close) and had the urge to blow. She directed me to a box of Puffs Plus with Lotion. The tissues were so soft that they actually made my nose feel better while using them. So, when I went to the grocery store to get more toilet paper, I grabbed a couple boxes of Puffs Plus with Lotion. After using them for a day or so, I was very pleased with the outcome. My chafed nose was no longer chafed. I had no raw skin whatsoever and it felt wonderful.

My family and I love the Puffs on the Go product. Based on some of the reviews I've read, I'm not the only consumer missing them! I cannot locate them at any local grocery store. Flu and cold season is not the same without them, and allergy season is here! Please bring them back or let us know how to order from the website!! The only tissues we have in our home are Puffs Plus (we buy them in bulk at our local warehouse club)!

I am a die hard user of Puffs Plus Tissues. I buy them by the 3-pack. I prefer them over any other brand of tissue on the market. Nothing can compare to Puffs Plus w/lotion. I have sinus problems, year round allergies and asthma and therefore i blow my nose a lot. As long as I've been using Puffs Plus w/lotion my nose has never gotten sore or irritated because they're so soothing. My sister says I should have the manufacturer deliver them to my house by the case because I use them so much.

I have used puffs exclusively for almost 40 years now. Every time I use another tissue, I find them sorely lacking in softness. We lived overseas for several years where having a tissue quickly available for multiple uses was absoutely necessary and the pocket puffs were a necessary item in all my bags. I love this product and don't understand why the other brands are still on the market.

THE SPECIAL MAGIC TISSUES
I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion since I was a little girl living in NJ. My mom bought them for me because I always got bad colds and my nose got soooo raw. Well believe me, I am now a mom of 3 toddlers who all get colds at the same time here in Florida and I always get Puffs Plus with Lotions for them (just like my mom did for me). They call it my "special magic tissues" because they know their sore noses will go away like magic.

I have enjoyed your products for years. However the last package of three puffs plus family size tissues were folded incorrectly and hard to get out of the box. The bar code is 3700007545. I know this is not the normal way they come and it probably is a machine malfunction. Just thought you should know about it.

I am a longtime user of Puff Plus. Within the past several months, I have noticed that the product is not as good as it used to be. The tissues are flimsy as compared to nice & thick & there doesn't appear to be as much lotion on them as before. I feel like they stick to my skin & are hard to use. I am just really disappointed, because they used to be my favorite tissues.

Puffs with Shea Butter are the best tissues I have tried. And believe me, with my allergies I have tried a lot of brands. My nose is really sensitive and Puffs w/Shea Butter helps to keep it from being so tender that I can't stand it. Puffs are soft enough to be gentle yet strong enough to do the job.

MUST HAVE tissue when sick!!
I'm a mother of 2 young children so I am on the go A LOT! When I first get a cold and have a runny nose, I reach for whatever's available to blow my nose - from paper towels to napkins to wipies! But...when my nose starts getting RED from all this abuse, I MUST HAVE PUFFS WITH LOTION!!! Puffs with Lotion is generally less expensive than Kleenex brand with Lotion and I experience no difference in performance between the 2. It's soft, strong, withstands the hardest blows, and moisturizes that poor red peeling nose!!

will NOT use anything else ! period
The ONLY thing I must remember is to not grab one of these tissues to clean my glasses - otherwise - any facial / nose use - Puffs plus with lotion is a must - - not sure that I prefer the shea butter over the aloe - ...AND they don't feel nearly as "lotioned" as they did when they started ... size is smaller also ...
Still won't use anything else when I need a tissue. Would have given 5 star ratingId if the original formula and size was still what I could get.

What has happened to Puffs plus wth lotion
Please, please, undo whatever you have done to our Puffs Plus. They WERE the best thing that ever happened to tissue, but the last two boxes that we purchased were just plain NO GOOD. Some of the tissues in the box are the kind that we know and love, but scattered throughout the boxes were some that were rough and stiff and just awful. I am entering the lot number in this review in the hope that something happened to your quality control: 0158U0207N, and that it will be corrected quickly. Thank you for listening.

We love using puffs in our home but my only criticism is when it comes time to recycle the boxes. We often wish that the plastic sheath, located at the top of the box, for dispensing would be a material that is definitely biodegradable or easily removable.

I can not express how disappointed I am in your company. I have been using Puffs Plus for as long as I can remember, and have LOVED them. I am saddened that you have shrunk the box and lessened the amount of lotion you put on the tissue. I will no longer be buying Puffs Plus, which is something I never thought I would say.

These are the best kleenex's I've ever used. I only use these and today I bought a new box and was VERY disappointed to find out you have downsized the boxes from 132 ct to 124 ct. That is 8 less than before. Those 8 could be very crucial especially in the upcoming Winter months. I am also debating buying the Kleenex brand because you get more for your money. I don't want to do that because I really prefer these over the Kleenex brand.

I have loved and used Puffs for years. I have been a loyal customer. That just changed. You changed the quality of the Puffs tissue. It is not as strong as it used to be or as soft. I suffer from allergies year round and I buy Puffs in bulk. This last batch I purchased was weak. A good sneeze into a tissue leaves a mess in my hand. The tissue used to handle moisture well. Now it is thin and weak. Not sure why you changed the way the tissue is made. But I'll be shopping around for new tissues now. I'm very dissapointed in you.

I agree with the lady who complained about your downsizing. I still had some boxes left from the last time I shopped, and just got a new box out and I wash shocked and could not believe how much smaller you have made the tissues. I got my daughter using PUFFS and that's what she buys now too, and I took a box next door and showed her how you have downgraded the tissue. I would rather pay more for them, than to have them made smaller and thinner. You didn't even ask customers their opinion, you just went ahead and did this to a wonderful product. I have always loved PUFFS, and last year I was sick with a bad sinus infection for 3 weeks, and I went thru 4 boxes of your bigger PUFFS. I would have to use 8 boxes if I were to be that sick again. They are definitely not as thick as they were, which is why I used to buy them and they are too small. They do not hold up in use like the old ones. PLEASE, go back to the bigger thicker tissues. I do not want to change brands, but I may have to.

Not till you change it back
If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It sounds like you tried to save money by giving us fewer tissues and in reality more "flexible" is another word for flimsy. When I want to blow my nose,I don't want flimsy. You had a product that I was willing to pay a bit more for because it was far superior. Therefore I needed fewer of them. I've loved Puffs for more than 20 years. This is the old Classic Coke story. I hope you come back soon. Till then, find me in the Kleenex aisle.

Puffs used to be the best tissue
I am a long time Puffs Plus loyal consumer. I always considered them superior to other brands and I didn't mind paying the high prices for them. However, there is no denying that they have been changed and not for the better. The most important problem is they are no longer as thick and strong and soft as before. They break apart. If you have any facial hair, expect to be picking tissue particles from it. Don't try wiping your kids sore butt with it any more either because that's much harder to pick out. They no longer fill up the box and I don't believe its just because they reduced the count per box. The appear thinner when held. One other thing you'll notice when you use the new downgraded version is that many of the times you pull out a tissue, another one or more of them are connected at the corner. I feel very insulted that Puffs switched this product and tried to pass it off as Puffs Plus. For the first time in 15 years I tried a competing major brand which cost less. I wasn't pleased with it, but I thought it was still better than the new puffs plus.
PLEASE bring back the old Puffs Plus!

I hear the Kleenex saying "America's #1 tissue... worth sharing". I'll only share Kleenex because they aren't worth wiping my nose with. I won't share my Puff because they are too good to share

I am not a brand loyal person except for Puffs Plus. But since they have changed to less lotion I will be a Kleenex brand person.
Please bring back more lotion! What's the point otherwise to buying your product?
Thanks much & good luck.

I have never had a problem with the Pluffs Plus Lotion tissues but, I bought 3 boxes recently and they feel like I am wiping my nose with a board. They are very rough and dry with no moisture at all.
The UPC code for all three boxes is 37000 39346 and there is another number on each box that might be the lot number. It is 0303V0201N0/15.
I gave your product a "4-star" ratingId, since this is the first time I have ever experienced any problems.
Thanks for listening.

What happened to the lotion?
I have to say, I used to LOVE the Puffs Plus Lotion. But for a while now, they don't seem to have the lotion like before. I use a lot of tissues and Plus Lotion was a blessing. Now, my nose is not very happy. I have been purchasing the 8 pack family boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion but I now am going to start looking for another brand. I hope Puffs changes their formula back to the original one.

My family and I could not live without Puffs with vicks. We have had colds for 3 weeks and nothing works like Puffs with vicks. Only problem, we have a hard time finding them in the Oklahoma City area. When we find them, we buy all they have. Help, we need more and no one has any.

I have to first say that for close to 6 years I never had a house without a box of Puffs Plus Lotion. If a box was empty I ran to the store countless times late at night or other inconvenient times to make sure I restocked. I never took a trip anywhere without a box and even would carry some in my purse always! They were the only tissue that didn't rip apart easily when wet or friction was applied. I can't stand how every toilet paper brand or tissue brand does. Now the "new" puffs is exactly like every other brand of soft paper products besides paper towels in that it rips and parts of each tissue shred and/or leave residue in your nose or anywhere they are used. They are still very soft but it is more than obvious they are more cheaply made and not as durable and strong as the "old" ones. I strongly urge your company to reconsider this "new" product as there are numerous people that agree with me on this. Thanks for your response.

I have allergies and I am never far from a box of Puffs Plus. The tissues are strong yet soft and gentle against your skin.
Last week when I got the flu and went through a couple boxes of Puffs Plus I realized just what a great product it is.

The only tissue I buy, but did you think we would not notice that they have shrunk in length by almost and inch. Put less in a box but do not mess with the size of the Puffs please! 1 good sneeze = 1 tissue. Puffs lovers will not like it

I used to buy puffs exclusively. They were good, stron tissues. The lotion seemed to keep my nose from getting sore too quickly during bad colds. Recently, however, I bought a box of Puffs with lotion only to find the tissues to be thinner than the previous boxes i've bought. I understand wanting to cut costs, but, I prefer not to cause me to have a hand full of snot when the tissue consistantly breaks. Time to look elsewhere.

Your Puffs Plus used to be a quality product but has declined significantly. They are no longer strong and they do not have the lotion distributed evenly. Also, they have white flakes that fall out when you shake them. I have been a loyal, long time user but am moving over to Kleenex this week.

Don't change a good thing
I've been purchasing Puffs Plus since they became available. I like them because they were strong and soft. Lately I've noticed a change in the tissue. I've even checked my box to make sure I'd purchased the correct tissue and not the regular tissue. I also use Puffs after applying my mascara to clean any that may have gotten on my face due to blinking while wet. Lately when I try to clean my face I have tissue particles all over my eyes and have to wipe all the fuze off my face. What Happened. They're not as strong as they use to be and they have lent all over them. Why change a good thing. Please go back to the way they used to be.

Not sure why P&G has decided to go cheap like most every other company, but they have. I have a few boxes of the Puffs Plus from a few years ago (I usually buy them in bulk), and let me tell you that in no way are the ones you buy now the same. The tissue is not as thick and there is not as much lotion as they used to put into the tissues. In my opinion, they are not much better than the other well known brand. I doubt I will be buying them anymore.

The only tissus I ever buy. They are top shelf
Puffs brand tissues are the ultimate tissues I have tried other brands early on when I first set up housekepping thirty years ago and quickly discovered that there were none that compared to their softness and durability, the three pack is my personal favorite but prefer to use the square box on the nightstand in my bedrooms. My son who is grown now came down with the flu so I gathered up the ( you'll alway's be my baby basket ) with Mom's homeade chicken noodle soup, puffs with vicks threw in some vicks cough drops and some other esentils to make him feel better, I had no sooner returned to my own home when the phone rang when I answered the first thing he said to me was " I Love these tissues".

Not happy with the change
I have always bought Puffs plus with lotion because it had enough lotion to keep my nose from getting irritated. My allergies are extremely bad this year and I have noticed that there is not as much lotion on them like there used to be. My nose is just as red as it used to be using the plain tissues. I can not feel any lotion in these tissues anymore. I am very disappointed. This product should have never been changed.

I've been using Puffs for years. They were the first to offer a product that did not destroy my nose or disintegrated in my hands when I used it. I don't use anything else... competitive brands destroy my nose and are not at all good substitutes.
I wish they had broader distribution than they currently have, especially for the travel size packs. It's hard for me to find it where I live, so I have to canvass several stores to find it.

Puffs Plus, declining quality
I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for years due to year round nasal allergies. I noticed that they got smaller, no big deal. But now they seem to have less lotion & they are not a soft either. Frankly, my charmin bath tissue is softer. Please restore these tissues back to the original softness with enough lotion to soothe my sore nose.

I have used Puffs for over 30 years! Up till now I have been completely satisfied and never considered using anything else. Unfortunately I feel that the quality as of late has been on a downhill slide. The puffs plus are not as soft as they used to be and I am finding way too many half tissues in my boxes! It's hard to blow your nose with half a tissue!

I just got over a bad cold and was picking up tissue to bring in to work with me today. Puffs Plus Lotion happened to be on sale (generally my shopping criteria, I must admit) and so I bought a box. As soon as I put one to my nose I was 'sold for life.' Aside from Puffs being much softer than other brands, that smell of Vick's is very comforting and reminds me of being a kid.... now if only they could make a tissue that would also make and feed me soup.....

Puffs Plus used to be our only tissue. I am not sure but some time ago I think they became smaller. Now, they have become thinner. I am sure because we had some older Puffs in the car and they are much thicker. Three people I know have independently commented on it. Puffs are so thin that they are almost useless. Recently I also bought plain Puffs; they were so thin I could see my hand through them. Unless they change back, I will never buy them again.

I have purchased Puffs since they first were introduced, leaving far behind Kleenex. Kleenex could never compete with Puffs until now. The quality is now the same as Kleenex, leaving only price competition. Please bring back the quality of Puffs be a use right now they are terrible.

I'd pay almost anything to have my old Puffs back!
Bring back the old Puffs, you know, the thick, soft ones, full of lotion. I can't live a happy life without them! I've been a loyal customer ever since they came out. I used to buy 'em by the cart load.My sister also used to do this. I kept a box everywhere. They were awesome! Now they're not as thick and they don't feel very "lotiony" :( I don't care what you have to do to bring them back. Just do it! I will pay more for them if I have to!!!!

I have sworn by Puffs Plus for years, however I recently purchased a new box and am completely disappointed in the product. I assume there was some sort of change in the formulation of the product, because what once was a thick, luxurious facial tissue now is a thin, paper-like product with no soft, soothing lotion feel. I see there were similar sentiments felt by other reviewers, so I hope P&G listens and goes back to the previous product, because these new tissues are no different than the off-brand tissues my company provides to us in the bathroom at work.

what happened to my brand?
I have always used puffs and LOVED them but something has changed in this product. My husband and I agree maybe they were trying to make them cheaper. Use less lotion or something. Its not just me ...he noticed it too. I blow my nose allot in the mornings and I hate having a red nose. I was faithful in keeping puffs plus in all my main rooms in the house. This morning I decided I cant take it anymore ...I'm going to cheat on Puffs and look for another brand! I use to recommend these to all my friends and family because they were THE BEST but I can not say that anymore ...I just wish they would undo whatever they did :(

Puffs w/Lotion have Changed
And the change has not been for the better. I agree with the other reviewers that notice the change. There is either not the same amount of lotion in each tissue or the lotion has been changed. Puffs with lotion has been the only tissue that I've purchased for years. I've always known that I could count on having a soft, supple, lotioned tissue when I needed it. Unfortunately that has changed and I may have to consider using another brand.

Not as good as it used to be
I have chronic allergies and Puffs tissues have been my preferred brand for years because they were softer and stronger than other brands. However, the product has changed and it's not as good as it used to be. The box of Puffs Plus Lotion sitting next to my laptop is nowhere near as soft as the product used to be. In fact, it's like blowing your nose on sandpaper. It would really be irritating against the skin if you had a cold and your nose was sore. What happened, Puffs people? Did I just get a bad batch of Puffs? (All three boxes in the 3-pack I bought are the same way.) Because of my allergies, I go through a lot of tissues, but I'll be looking for a better product if this is the best you can do.

Bring Back The Original Recipe!
The latest Puffs Plus tissues that I have purchased as multi-packs and then as single boxes mights as well be Pledge Dry Cloths. The new texturized cloths are scratchy and I would be surprised to know that there is any lotion in them. I'm a long-time user but would be willing to experiment with other brands -- even my supermarket's 3-ply store brand with lotion might be better than these. Please bring back my Puffs Plus in its orginal form.

I am not one to rate a product online, and when I do, it is generally to reinforce a positive experience. But I went online today to see what I could find out about Puffs Plus, because the boxes I am consuming right now are not at all what I loved in the past. That was when I found this review site, and was relieved that I wasn't just imagining the considerable change in product. I am recovering from the flu, my sweet husband purchased two boxes - one Puffs plus, and one a competitor. I have to say, I give the nod to the competitor this morning. Then I stumbled on something: I wiped my glasses with the Puffs plus. In the past, if I'd tried to clean the lenses, the lotion would have left a smear. Not this morning! I used to have to buy separate Puffs for the bathroom counter for this very purpose -- no more, I am sorry to say! I'm hoping this contribution will support others' requests to go back to what was the best tissue ever! Even my now 25-year old daughter used to ask for them when she was an undergraduate in college. I don't know when they changed the formula because I haven't had a bad cold like this for over a year. I don't care if they are smaller, or cost more. I just want the softness. They were such a comfort!!!! Bring 'em back, Proctor and Gamble -- please?

quality taking a downturn?
I have used Puffs Plus as long as I can remember. It is the ONLY tissue I purchase, even when not on sale. I recently, however, am disappointed in the product. I purchased a multipak, and have noticed that the tissue is not as soft and soothing as it has been in the past. It is thinner, and rips easily. I don't know if there has been a change to the product, but I am not pleased. It reminds me lately of a cheaper, generic version I have used at a relative's house I regularly visit. Please do not cheapen the quality of this great tissue!

bring back the old formula
Seems pretty obvious that the changes to Puffs Plus Lotion are very unwelcome from a loyal customer base. You have several reviews where customers state they would pay more for the old product. That's a no brainier. I too bought nothing but Puffs Plus Lotion...no matter what the cost because the product was superior to anything else out there. Take a lesson from the NEW Coke...bring back the old formula. PLEASE! And publicize it or you will lose all these customers.

LOVE the product, dislike the new packaging
I love Puffs with Lotion and am loyal to the product. I have not bought any other tissue in years. However, I dislike the current packaging very much. The colors and patterns do not go with anythng I own. Thank goodness I still had a couple older boxes so I can take the tissues out of the new boxes and put them in the older ones. Please bring out a design that is more traditional or at least neutral. Thanks,

Hate the recent box colors!!!
I agree with Ozzie from WI - and others, who want Puffs boxes to go with the color schemes of their homes. Stripes, multi-colors just DON'T. Some other recent designs have been just great - but now, I can't find those either! I don't want "multi-box" packaging which requires taking colors I don't like - I want to choose colors for my home. I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years and years - I have severe dry eye, plus periodic sinus issues, and Puffs are wonderfully helpful on both - and I have "adjusted" to your box design "changes" again and again - all of which must be due to being hard-pressed just to "change" things, not to satisfy long-term customers. I have had no success whatsoever in trying to contact someone in your company who has sway in this area of marketing - does anyone ever ANSWER these complaints???

Coming from a very sneezy person, I love this product - always preferred this to other brands and other Puffs products. I like the way the rectangular box dispenses. The tissue does not go through any plastic that contributes to dust in the air.
Unlike everyone else, I LOVE the new colors! They're vibrant and young. It's a cardboard box, it does not need to match my home's decor. However, a variety of packaging options might be a good idea.

I have used Puffs Plus for many years and I don't know what I would do without them. I "never" get the red nose of winter yet when we travel I have to take to whole box which is inconvenient to pack. I hope Puffs is planning to put the Plus tissues in a travel pack soon.
I would also appreciate some less femine boxes since my husban carries them in his car at all time.

Puffs are Great but box prints are terrible
Puffs are the greatest tissue on the market (the only kind I purchase) but the prints used on their boxes are very unappealing and do not go with any decor in my home. . Young girls would love these prints but I do not find them attractive. Looking forward to future prints that are more appealing.

Looks like I'll have to start asking to pass the Kleenex...
My mom instilled in me "puffs plus lotion" for years. Only once did I make the frugal mistake of trying something else. I then see these new "simplified" options and bought multiple packages of puffs lotion. I don't feel the lotion and I don't feel the strength. Please give us the old formula back, switch your sources of trees or combine your strong tissues with more lotion. Allergy season and winter depend on it. If not my house and office and future kids will switch from puffs.

I have used Puffs with lotion for many years. I appreciate how they don't irritate my nose like regular tissues. But I am disappointed at the new ugly designs on the boxes. They are so ugly that I kept one of the previous Puffs boxes that had the pretty butterfly design on it and I keep refilling it. But it will eventually wear out, so I hope you can come up with some prettier boxes soon.

Not like they used to be. Won't buy again.
I have a cold and so does my 2 month old daughter. I made a special trip to the store to buy Puffs Plus Lotion because in the past they have saved my nose from being red and sore. I am disappointed I wasted gas and money and a special trip out of the house for these. I never review products, but I felt like I should spread the word, that something has changed in the quality of these tissues. They used to be thicker and have more lotion and be soft. Now they are comparable to cheap toilet tissue. I would recommend buying Charmaine toilet paper for your nose blowing instead. I am now searching fro a better product to use for the future.

I buy Puffs with Lotion all the time. The only reason I am writing this review is because I find the new box patterns to be singularly ugly. I don't buy tissues for the box, but, where I can, I try to coordinate the boxes with the color of my rooms. Coordination is, unhappily, no longer an issue; all the patterns are ugly. The two previous sets of designs were acceptable to nice. I wish I could continue to get either of these.

Very Disappointed in Colorado!
I am a Puffs fanatic when any of the family gets a cold.
My husband bought a 8 pk of Kleenex and I sent him out to get Puffs for our granddaughters poor little nose. He returned with 2 boxes of Pufffs Plus Lotion.
I took out a couple and was shocked how ruff they were compared to the Kleenex! My daughter said it was like wiping your nose with wood chips!!!
Help what is going on? I have 2 big boxes of 124 I will return. Please check the comparisons out for yourself.
Disappointed in the new Puffs!

Like the boxes, hate the tissue formula change!!
The box design is great, but what the HECK did you do to the tissues? The quality has plummeted and I will no longer buy them. Fess up, you went cheap and are charging more!

The Puffs, Puffs Plus tissue boxes are the most unattractive boxes on the market. Kleenex brand and others carry attractive boxes for any decor. Have you really taken stock of what your boxes look like and how they would look in any bathroom or bedroom. Most colors don't go with most decors or colors the patterns are obnoxious and the overall colors are just horrendous. You are forcing me to choose another brand because your very unattractive boxes are terrible.

this product has great features but
I buy at least 3 rec. boxes a week. I have know concerns about the tissues except, I think you have cut down on the lotion..but as of now I'm still satified with the tissue..What I don't care for is the colors of the boxes...the blue or purple does not go with a lot of colors..not everyone decorates in those colors...why not more browns, bieges, white even. Or something that might be more versified...

One Happy Nose!-Only your Nose Knows
I love the puffs plus lotion tissues as my boyfriend has allergies and uses tissue on a daily basis so we buy quite a bit of tissues. He gets sores on his nose from blowing it and wiping it lots but with puffs plus with lotion his nose is much happier as he doesn't get sores no more.

Puffs plus lotion is the only tissue that I shop for. I prefer the large boxes for my house. I am ok with the box designs that many other are complaining about. It's the product that I am buying. These are the softest on my chapped nose.

I have ONLY used Puffs plus lotion for YEARS and recommended to lots of friends, who also have been faithful customers. We have all been shocked in the loss of quality while paying a premium price. The texture is worse than a generic tissue, and the scent reeks of chemicals. I will no longer be a faithful until you return to your original formula and quality.

I have used Puffs exclusively for the past few years, however the last few boxes I have bought have been worse than ever. Not as much lotion, tissues smell like dust to the point where I sneeze and sniffle even more (even buying from different establishments doesn't have an effect on this so it's not the business). And to echo other comments, the boxes are hideous, although that's of less of a concern to me. On a whim the other day, I bought a box of Kleenex with lotion and was much happier with the quality and smell of them. I'm going to switch brands.

Not as good as they used to be
It seems they've cut back on the lotion recently. They aren't as nose soothing or soft as they once were. As I have allergies use a lot of tissues this is important
Also I wish they'd make the packages in something that is less garish. All the boxes look like they belong in a nursery school rather than in my living room.

Have you reduced the thickness of this product.?? It does not appear to be as strong as several months ago!!
I have been using Puffs for several years. With Kleenex I would have to use two tissues put together for blowing nose. I was pleasantly surprised when visiting a friend, that only one Puffs was necessary.I switched to Puffs at that time. I am now experiencing the "Kleenex" experience with the recent purchase of Puffs.

I just want to complain. I opened a box of Puffs and instead of 124, there was only 25. It was a 3 pk. The other 2 are ok. # on package is 92145685. and scan # is 3700039363. I have never had this happen before and have used them for a long time.

What Happened to my favorite Puff's?
I noticed right away that something was different and I am very disappointed in the "new" version of Puff's lotion. I don't mind the new boxes, I actually find them very colorful and fun. It doesn't matter to me that they don't match anything in the house, that's not the point. They could come in a paper sack for all I care if they were made the "old" way again. Please don't fix what was not broken.

Oh my God! What did you do to your product? Sandpaper quality paper and NO LOTION!! NONE!!!
Oh my God! What did you do to your awesome product!
I loved loved loved the old Puffs w/Lotion! For years and years I have bought them! And recommended them! And enthusiastically shared them with others at work!
There is NO LOTION on them anymore! And they are just thick, NOT SOFT tissues!
Let me repeat: There is NO LONGER ANY LOTION on these tissues.
In fact, I bought another 3 pack of a different Lot number & ripped open the box and sure enough, they have NO LOTION....NO LOTION on them too!
What have you done! Then, in a moment of self-questioning, I ran to my bedroom where I have an old box...and sure enough: complete difference!
There is NO LOTION and the tissue quality has plummeted drastically!
Good old days Lot number that actually represented the quality of what a Puffs Tissue w/Lotion used to stand for: U061U02011
Bad new days Lot number of the imposter tissues that they are now trying to pass off as Puffs w/Lotion tissues: 2212U0201S1 and 2094U0201N
I think the box designs are fine. What about the product inside? Oh my God! Why did you do that!?
Please stop cutting costs and destroying your product.
Please return the product to what it used to be: LOTION and nice, soft tissues.
Awful! Just awful!

Puffs with Lotion in a Box - Quality Issues
I have been a customer for many years and have been satisfied until the past several months. It appears that quality is taking a back seat. The size of tissue varies widely some being too narrow to use. Tissues are often, say ten to fifteen in a box, not usable because they have been destroyed in the packaging process either folded improperly or single ply. I would like to remain a customer but I would like to see the quality return to what it used to be. Please return to a high quality supplier.

Good product processing problem
I am a dedicated, long time user of Puffs tissues. I recently purchased a multipack of Puffs +lotion- each of the three boxes were at least 1/3 filled with half sheets of tissues- like they were torn down the middle. Maybe you need to check your processing plant. It has happened before but this time all 3 boxes were like that. just thought you might like to know.

My family has used Puffs plus Lotion for many, many years and until recently would not have even have considered any other brand. However, like many of your other reviewers we have recently noticed a significant decline in quality. They remind me of the generic tissues that are frequently found in hotel rooms. I am also extremely unhappy with the new box designs. Some of them can only be described as UGLY! (A few months ago you had a hummingbird box design that I thought was great.) As I said we have never considered any other brand but we are ready to do so now.

I feel compelled to let you know that you have a very loyal customer beginning to look at you competitors... You may indicate nothing has changed, but something has... The Puffs with lotion has long been a staple in our household, but with recent purchases we have noticed they are thinner, rougher, and less lotion.. I realize there is always pressure to contain costs, but this change will start costing you customers... Hopefully customer comments are valued and you reverse the changes you made before we move on.. Thanks for listening....

What happened to this formerly great product?
Puffs with lotion used to be the best tissue ever. Now it is like using sandpaper. Why would you ruin a great product? The first time I bought the "updated" product, I thought I just got a bad box. But now that I'm on the second box and they are still horrible, I'll be moving on to another brand.

Please bring back the old product...
I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as they have been out. In the past, if I somehow got a different brand it the house I would give it away as it just wasn't as good. Lately, however, the tissues have changed. The are light-weight and fall apart and have no detectable lotion. I assumed at first it was just a bad batch, but it has been like this for some time now. For the first time in a dozen years, I have bought a bunch of other brands of tissues and am looking for a replacement product. Please, please bring back the original! (And let me know if they are fixed as I won't be buying them again until I know they are.)

what happened to the softness and the lotion
I have used Puffs Plus (lotion) since they came out. The box design has been getting crazier, the tissue has been reduced in size (noticed that a few years ago when the tissue was too small for the box and you could fit your hand in the side of the box next to the tissues). The tissue feels like sand paper and where is the lotion?? They are also expensive even at the large warehouse stores with coupons. Please return the lotion and softness.

I have been a loyal user of Puffs for years. I recently had a cold and realized that something has changed with these tissues. One day into using them, I have a chafed nose which I do not recall having in the past. It is almost as if some replaced my Puffs plus Lotion with a store brand without lotion. I was so disappointed I purchased a competing product which feels so much better.

Great Product. Seriously UGLY Box!
I've been a loyal Puffs Plus user for more years than I care to admit, and will continue to use the product, but WOW. The box designs look like something a kindergartener dreamed up. I'm seriously considering going out in the garage and firing-up my woodworking equipment to build some sort of decent cover to fit over these boxes. They're just embarrassing. Even hiding them in a shoebox on my bathroom counters would be a more attractive solution.
Anyway - good to know that I'm not alone in wondering what's going on with the box designs. I was beginning to think I had suddenly gotten "old."

Bring old Puffs Plus Lotion formula back.
The last box I bought was just like using any other regular tissues and not Puffs Plus Lotion. I am disappointed in how the product has changed but not for the better. They are not as soft and they do not seem to have much lotion in them at all anymore. I have no preference of box design, I Only care about the product inside that I am using.

I noticed some time ago that these tissues were thinner and not as soft and plush. Now I have a cold and I can really tell that this product has changed and not for the better. My whole family is walking around with red noses.
It is disappointing when a really great product cuts quality. ( to increase profit or keep consumer cost down.) Bad business.
I buy 6 boxes a week so I guess I'll be looking for a new brand on my next trip to the store.
My bathroom tissue seems as soft as this inferior version of Puffs Plus Lotion.

Puff Minus Lotion and Softness
I've used Puffs Plus with Lotion since they came out, especially for colds because they're usually soothing. I just bought some for my cold and they're terrible. It's like using sandpaper. Did something go wrong in manufacturing or is P&G now producing a sub-par product? These are like generic, no name brand tissues. They're not like any Puffs I've used in the past and my nose is showing it. OUCH! Not happy!

Roughest tissues I have ever used!
I have a cold and remembered using Puffs Plus Lotion with previous sicknesses. Because I had been using rough tissues at work all day, I was so excited to use something gentle on my nose. The moment I grabbed the tissue, I knew something was different. It didn't feel soft or "lotion-like" at all! I could buy the cheapest brand available and count on it being softer than these. What gives!? TOTAL WASTE OF $3!

Bring the old Puffs Plus w/Lotion BACK
Like almost everyone else that has used this product for awhile, this product has gone through a SERIOUS change in the last number of months! I bought a three-pack expecting the same Puffs Plus that I love but instead was faced with scratchy, sandpaper-y tissues that were anything BUT soft. I was so confused I even went back to the grocery store and opened other product to make sure I hadn't bought a bad box. I don't know what is going on with the manufacturer but something needs to be done. I will no longer be buying Puffs anymore which is sad, because I really loved the product and the fun box designs. My friend buys Kleenex for her house and I her tissues are much, much softer, so I will be switching to Kleenex brand from now on. Seems you have lost a lot of customers over this cut in quality in a seeming effort to save a few pennies per box of tissue.

Can't recall this product being this bad
I remember having the flu in years past and getting a box of Puffs with lotion. It actually soothed your nose when you used a tissue. I used this product for one day and I literally have a scab on my nose from it being rubbed raw. This is definitely not the product I remember and I really don't think there is ANY lotion in the tissues at all. Wasted money in my opinion and I will NOT buy this product again.

Soft, absorbent tissue - a cold fighter
I have used Puffs Plus for years. There is nothing else that keeps my nose healthy during a cold. The soft tissue prevents the red, chafed nose caused by other brands. You can blow several times in one tissue. I love the marbling boxes, and the butterfly, lavender and acqua boxes previously available. I HATE the new line of boxes. I buy them and put the tissues in my old pretty boxes. Please move on to other designs. This kind of thing is a throwback to when I was in college forty years ago.

What happent to Puffs with Lotion
Would not have anything but Puffs with Aloe lotion in my home for years. Accused Husband of wrong purchased of last 6 boxes. Upon checking boxes and stores I see you have discontinued the old formular. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!! Now Puffs are sratchy and very dry to your nose. No different from other products. Why would you discontinue a product that was so good. I have been very loyal to Puffs over the years, but feel for some reason you have not repaid that loyalty to your customers. Yes I would even buy Puffs for friends telling them you have to try this to see the difference, but not now.
Please reconsider this decision. I can stand the new smaller boxes if I have to, but not the contents inside. Thanks for listening.

The new Puff + lotion formula is a bit scratchier and feels like it was barely touched by the lotion elves in comparison to its past. Its now a good basic tissue, but no longer best in class. Need to go on the hunt now for a true lotion infused tissue.

I thought maybe it was me but...
after reading all the other complaints, I now know it isn't just me. I would NEVER allow any other tissues in my home or car for a great many years but now I find I, too, am very disappointed with the change in the amount of lotion on the tissues. I only use the cube boxes and have had them everywhere in my home. Dang, am I going to have to start testing other brands with lotion or is Puffs going to hear us all and fix the problem? Also, whatever happened to the soft and pretty boxes that were out; some of the designs on the boxes lately have required me to purchase metal or plastic tissue box covers because the designs are not "room friendly" anymore. I feel like I lost a great tissue, please improve on the excellent quality you ONCE had!

Bought a cube of Puffs w/Lotion yesterday to soothe my runny, sneezy Wisconsin cold nose. What a disappointment! Where's the softness? Where's the lotiony feel? I believe that I could've bought a store brand of tissue for a lesser price and received equal quality.

Something changed--and not in a good way
I have allergies and tend to get colds a lot. I can go through a box of tissues a week when either kicks in. For years I have used only Puffs with lotion. I am so loyal, I practically refuse to use anything else. No other tissue is strong enough or soft enough for my liking. However, the last three boxes I bought all have problems. The tissues are not "stacked" or cut correctly, and about every third or fourth tissue is wadded up like one of those fans that people carry around to fan themselves in the summer. And, it seems that these tissues are not as "lotion-y" as ones I've had in the past. I keep thinking that the mistakes were just that, mistakes, but as I work through all three boxes, they just keep disappointing me. I find it hard to grab the tissues out of the box, which is a small thing, but very noticeable when one has a sneeze coming. Also, now that I'm noticing they seem to have less lotion, I'm wondering if I should continue paying a premium for these. I will probably give Puffs another chance when I work through this batch, but the problems are not just one box.

I've always bought Puffs Basic because of the awesome designs and great feel, but I decided to mix it up a little and try Puffs plus lotion. Boy, am I glad I did! The cube box is adorable, and I, for one, have absolutely no problem with the design. I don't really opt. for facial tissues to match my interior decor, and I find the designs simple and cute! However, because this is my first time buying them, I wouldn't know about how "they were so much softer before" or "what happened to the lively designs?". Oh well. I think that these tissues are just fine. Although the boxes can be a little pricey, I find that it's worth it, because they truly are amazing and soft, and again, I always love the cube size because of how adorable they are! <3 Love, love, LOVE Puffs!

Glad I'm not the only one who noticed the change. The lotion seems to have disappeared! Not nearly as soft as they used to be. Not worth paying the extra price for something not there, so I switched to Kleenex brand.

I am long time user of Puffs Plus with Lotion. They used to be awesome and a treat for my nose when I am sick, now, the lotion is no where in to be found. Please remove the "with lotion" from your packaging it is very misleading.
They still have the same strength, just not the same lotion. I am headed to the store now to see what Kleenex has to offer.
Bring back the old puffs plus w/ lotion.

I always used Puffs plus (lotion) and loved it, but I just got a box and the tissues are not soft at all. I have the flu and my nose is getting red and raw. I should have saved my money and bought the cheap stuff. Thumbs down. Put the lotion back in the puff plus lotion. OUCH

After years of being a loyal Puffs Plus customer, I will now be looking for a new brand. The changes made to this product make it feel like cheap toilet paper. There are so many little flecks to breathe in now - this was never a problem before. The new tissues are flimsy and rough. Please change back to the old formula. This product is not worth the purchase anymore.

I ALWAYS buy Puffs, but have noticed that the tissues are NOT what they once were. Not as soft. When I have a cold, I buy Puffs with lotion. Well, I have a cold, but WHERE IS THE LOTION ? I can see no difference at all ! What did you do to my Puffs ? I would be better off to save my money & buy the cheap ones. You need to service your customers...NOT your wallet. We pay good money for what we think is a good product. I am very disappointed. Please put the lotion back in the tissues...like the box says...Puffs "WITH" Lotion. Thank you.

You changed a great product!!!
I've used Puff's for years. After an awful fire in San Diego, my nose ran for 3 months straight. My Puffs kept my nose soft and not sore. I recently bought some new boxes and noticed that they have changed dramaticly and not for the better. I don't understand why a company changes a great product only to produce an inferior one. Did someone buy you out? I use to tell everyone about how great Puffs were, not anymore and that's sad. Go back to your better product. I'd even pay more for them if they've gotten to expensive to make. Whoever made the decision to change should be fired!!!!!

Puffs Lotion is not the same
I have used Puffs Plus Lotion since they have been on the market but now when I try to find them I can only find Puffs Lotion. I bought them only because I had gone to several stores looking for the Plus Lotion tissues and was not able to find them. The Puffs Lotion tissues are not as good as the Puffs Plus Lotion. Please bring back the Puffs Plus Lotion! I can feel the difference!

This product makes me very unhappy!
I thought these Puffs with Lotion would be so soft and not make my nose sore. Wrong! These tissues are so rough. I would not recommend these to anyone. These used to be softer. What happened?

I love the product. I've used Puffs for decades. The thing I have an issue with is the packaging lately. How come the boxes only come in weird psychedelic patterns and color schemes? I really don't have any of those colors in any of my rooms where I keep boxes of Puffs. Just wondering... As I said I love the tissues, I have to have my Puffs!!

I have always insisted on Puffs plus lotion when I have a cold because it was so kind to my nose and to my sensitive kids' noses - but something has changed. I usually buy in multipacks and all 6 of the puffs plus lotion boxes I have in my house right now are awful! You can't tell there is lotion at all and my nose is red and sore. I have checked and double-checked the boxes just to be sure they say plus lotion on them because you really can't tell by how they feel. I don't know if you have changed something or there was just a bad run, but I am off to the store to buy something else!! My poor nose can't take these anymore. :(

Puffs Plus used to be my go-to tissue. Sadly, after my last two three-packs, that's not the case anymore. My nose is just as red as if I used bargain brand tissues. The tissues are markedly less soft and have little, if any, lotion. I'll be shopping around to find a new tissue brand that's easier on my nose.

Keep the tissues; lose the garish packaging
Puffs Plus Lotion is perfect-- save for the garish packaging. I'm a guy. I don't buy boxes in which to hide my ugly boxes. I leave them for all the world to see and stand aghast.
For the sake of we who leave the unsheathed boxes on desks and tables, PLEASE switch to neutral packaging!

Last year I purchased puffs plus and thought I had just gotten a couple of bad boxes, as the tissues felt soft but withOut lotion. Sorry if I sound crankie but I have the flu and purchased my beloved puffs plus, And again they a terrible. There can't be any lotion in these or such a small amount that they are no longer soothing to a sore nose. PLease put the lotion back in the tissue PLEase!

Not as good as it used to be
I used to swear by Puffs Plus. I'd never get a chapped, sore, red nose when I had a cold and only used Puffs Plus. I even gave boxes to friends so they could see how much better Puffs Plus were. But this last cold was different. Puffs Plus seemed not much better than other tissues. It seems like there must be less lotion, or different paper, or some kind of cutting back on the quality that made it so great. Now I wouldn't recommend it, and I won't pay extra for a benefit that is no longer there. I think I've seen Kleenex with lotion; I'll try that next time I have a cold.

Not the same product I loved
I have been a puffs plus with lotion customer since its inception. Then there was no lotion. Then the Vicks as the lotion This new product is terrible. I grabbed for some tissue and the odor was overwhelming. I put some in my pocket and I walked around smelling like menthol. I hope these reviews will help bring the old product back.

What's happend to Puffs Plus softness?
I have allergies and have used the Puffs Plus lotion tissues for years. The last few boxes have been terrible. Felt like rough newspaper. I thought the first box like that was a fluke but have since tried 5 more and they're all the same. I think I'm probably done with the Puffs products.
Also wanted the Puffs with Vicks awhile back when I had a cold and couldn't find them anywhere.
Very disappointed on both issues. I'll buy Kleenex next time.

I have use Puffs Plus for an eternity - the only tissue I would buy as I have allergies and worked with young children until I retired. The last few boxes I bought are not the same. My nose is sore. Please fix this!!!! I see it's not just me as my husband thought when I asked him to be sure he was getting Puffs Plus last time he was picking up groceries. He came home with the same box and showed me where it said Puffs with Lotion on the bottom. But it isn't the same. Others are finding the same thing so I hope this was just a manufacturing glitch somewhere along the line and next time I will get the "good stuff" again.

What happened to Puffs? I have bought them for years, they are the only tissues I buy.I bought the three box package, which i usually buy, with lotion. There was no lotion at all about them!!! They were very rough feeling, also alot thinner than before. I sure hope you are not changing to this, if so I will be changing too, to another brand. I could not believe the difference in these and what I had been buying.

If it hadn't ben for Puffs Plus, I don't know if I would have ever gotten my kids to use tissues. They never once complained about blowing their noses when they were little. However, they are spoiled now. Schools do not provide such nice tissues and they complain of how rough school tissue is. Do Puffs Plus come in pocket packs, because even the other leading brand's tissues are not soft enough for my kids' tender little noses.

Thank heavens for Puffs Plus
Allergy season! 5 days and 7 boxes of Puffs Plus later, I have minimal chafing and redness. Regular tissues would have tore me up. The only reason for not giving all 5 stars was because the OLD Puffs Plus had lotion you could feel...to the point where you couldn't use them on glasses. Those were super-soft. These are just softer than the competition, but that's what I needed for these dang allergies. These are the only tissues I will buy, and have ever bought since they came out. But I do miss the older ones. I was surrounded by sniffling and sneezing people recently and people looked at me longingly and asked, "Are those Puffs Plus?" I looked back and said, "Yep - $75 per tissue." Ha!

I love these tissues! They are the only kind I ever buy. But, I do NOT like the boxes!!! They DO NOT match my bathroom and I cannot find a cover for them. I really liked the boxes that were brown and tan. But, because I really like them, I buy them anyway.. You all should offer box covers on your site!!

Puffs with lotions is the best tissue on the market
I have been a customer for several years of Puffs with lotion, it is the only tissue for me and my family. It is soft and gentle to the skin and you and tell right away when some hands you any other type.
For the price you just can not beat Puffs and the product is just outstanding.

Please make the boxes more attractive!
I found myself using fewer and fewer tissues because the design on the box that I preferred (and matched my bathroom perfectly) was difficult to find. It makes no sense. You designed some nice boxes, but I was unable to buy the box I preferred online - instead, all you offered were multipacks of horrible designs. Why even have various designs if the consumer can't choose? If the box I preferred was readily available, I'd be going through the product much more quickly. Now that the design I preferred is no longer available - and none of the new designs are acceptable - I am going back to using charmin for my tissue needs.

I had the worst cold of my life and was using regular tissues which rubbed my nose so raw that I couldn't bare to have anything touch it. I bought Puffs hoping it would soothe my nose and that may be an understatement. As soon as the tissue touched my sore nose I felt instant relief! Not only was I able to blow my nose without pain, but it actually helped my raw nose heal! I vow to never buy another tissue for my sniffles except Puffs with Lotion!

I've used Puffs Plus Lotion for a number of years now. All of a sudden it seems to have changed. There is now a strong scent of something herbal which I believe to be eucalyptus. I am very allergic to this and it's made even worse by breathing it right into my nostrils. It make me cough. Ugh.

I used to not be able to survive a cold/flu without using Puffs Plus Lotion. They were soothing and fluffy soft. However, I just bought a some yesterday (because I have a horrible cold), and they are NOT the same Puffs I remember. They are rough and don't seem to have any lotion on them at all. They are worse than the tissues I use on a regular basis. This is so unfortunate, and I hope these negative reviews inspire Puffs manufacturers to re-think their product changes. I want my old Puffs back!

Where's the softness I'm used to??
I always chose Puffs because they were softer than the other brands. After opening a box and using a tissue to wipe cream from my face I had to look again to see if it was Puffs! They were very scratchy and I thought maybe I picked up the economy brand by mistake. Bring back the softness, please!

I was a 100% Puffs Lotion user but no more
I had been using Puffs Lotion tissues for years and then about a year ago...when I'd pull one out of the box, the next one wouldn't pull up. They never did this before. Prior to Puffs I always used Kleenex with Lotion....they started doing this same thing which is why I switched to Puffs. Yesterday I bought a box of Kleenex and Puffs, thinking maybe Puffs had corrected this problem. They didn't, but the Kleenex comes up every time. I will now stay with Kleenex until they mess up again.

I like this product. Years ago I did not like the oily feeling left on my face. I tried them again recently, and do not get that feeling.
I could not use them if there was an odor to them, and have not experienced any smell, ever.
They are very strong, No break up when used for nasal allergies.
I have accidently washed them, and they do not break up to little pieces stuck to all the clothing.

During this time of year I sneeze from the time I wake up till the time I go to sleep. I just want you to know your product is soft BUT it doesn’t absorb anything. The fluids completely repel the tissue and either land on my face, hands or chest. I have to get a regular napkin or toilet tissue to clean up. What kind of product for sneezing and running noses is this?? My nose is still so red I look like Rhudolph. Makes more of mess when I use them!! AWFUL>>>>> NO THANK CHOOOOO.......... :(

Better than any off brand
I received a Puffs Plus Lotion to go pack in my #JollyVoxBox from @InfluensterVox and it's a great product! There is no off brand that even compares to Puffs but the Plus Lotion kind is extra soft on your skin, I just wish it was a little bit thicker. Very cute packaging, great to put in your purse or diaper bag and would also make a cute stocking stuffer!

I received this product complimentary of @influenster for testing. The cute little handy package came with 10 amazing tissues. I've had a cold for the last few days. Being pregnant I can't take any medications so I have to just deal with my symptoms. Blowing my nose started to be a painful chore. The tissues are very soft and the smell isn't strong. I used each and every one of the tissues and went out and purchased more. I love them. They don't rub my nose raw they actually sooth it.

Tested and Proved True at a Memorial Service
Unfortunately we had a member of our extended family pass away a week ago and we had to attend the memorial service this past weekend. I had received my #jollyvoxbox through @Influenster with a tiny package of this just before and thought it would be a good chance to really test the strength and durability of the tissue. While this was a very sad time in our lives, I do have to say that I was very impressed with the tissue. It was very strong and did not "flake" off on my eyes while I was crying and dabbing repeatedly. It remained soft and in tact throughout the service and I only had to use one tissue! Also, I have to say the lotion made a huge difference. Not only did the tissue hold up, but it remained soft and I did not have raw skin after using it so much.
I highly recommend this product. Hopefully you'll be able to use it under better circumstances.

A soft tissue that is also STRONG!
I recently purchased several boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion, and much to my delight (and surprise!), they are stronger than Kleenex or any other brand we've tried. My husband usually uses paper towels, because they've been the only thing that wouldn't immediately get a hole blown in them. Well, guess what? Puffs Plus Lotion hold up BETTER than paper towels, and they are kind to our noses. Even if we are paying a little more for a few less tissues, we are going to stick with Puffs, because they really hold up! Thank you for a terrific product!

I received this product via influenster in the pocket size version.
Since I am a leaky faucet, be it allergies or the cold I am always in need of tissue. This tissue is soft yet durable and without sounding too gross, you can actually blow your nose more than once without it falling apart. My nose thanks you!!!

Growing up we always had puffs at home.
Never really gave it much thought, tissues were tissues to me. After married and had our own family pretty much used any tissue, not giving it any thought.
Several mounths ago was visiting a family member and used what tissue she had and realized wow great tissue this is. Checked box and it was puffs. came home and bought all puffs for all rooms I have tissues in.
They are soft and the best part they are strong.
They don't fall apart in you hand after the first blow. quality is far better than any other brand.
Really happy to have rediscovered Puffs again.

I was sick the entire month of December, first with pneumonia then with another upper and lower respiratory infection. My nose became very sore and chapped. When I used Puffs with lotion, I almost cried:) within just a couple of days, my skin was back to normal. I have already recommended the product to co-workers and patients. Thank you, Puffs.

I was using Kleenex tissues, and didn't like the fact that they were sort of rough, and every box had problems of halves of tissues, pieces, and they kept falling back into the box (they didn't stay up though the hole in the top.) So I decided to try Puffs with lotion. I immediately felt the difference; they are much softer. I also didn't find one tissue that was in half, and they stayed up through the top so I didn't have to dig in the box to get them out. I have gotten 5 people to switch after using them at my house. Puffs is hands down the best tissues on the market!

I received my #passthepuffs in my #jollyvoxbox just in time. #influenster thank you so much for these. I take the train to and from work. It's the worst thing to be in during cold & flu season because of the close quarters. Since I've received there, I've gone through about 6 packs of tissue by handing them out to people on the train who have the sniffles. It helps to stop the spread of germs and keep more people healthy!

This product has gone down the tubes...sandpaper and poor lotion...just call me Rudolph...
I have used Puff's Plus with ALOE for my entire life. What happened to your product? I recently picked up a box and was so DISSAPOINTED in the quality...where did the ALOE go? It felt like sandpaper, and the lotion used is not ALOE! I had to use Vaseline and then Balmex to help sooth my nose and make the redness go away.
A product that I truly loved has gone down the drain...not a fan anymore.

Scratchy, no lotion, or softness! Refund please.
I have been a frequent user of Puffs Plus in the past years. I just bought 3 new bowes labeled Puffs Plus Lotion. They will be my last. Way too rough, and no sign of the lotion it had in the past! Unacceptable.
How do I get refunded for the $8.03 I paid at the store, and the Gas spent to get there & back?
They are unusable to me! I was counting on this tissue. I will have to get Kleenex with aloe & vitamin E

This was perfect! My 5 year old got a cold last week, and I remembered I had received the Puffs To Go with lotion in the mail, compliments of Influenster.
When I received the pack, I had put it into my purse as a just in case. Just in case came as a gigantic messy sneeze in the car! Generally, tissues have a tendency to come apart or make my little one's nose raw. I had never tried a tissue with lotion, so I figured I'd give it a shot, since it's what I had at the time! The tissue worked amazingly, and it was quite strong! After plenty of sneezes, lots of nose-blowing, and almost all of the tissues in the pack, the little guy's nose was still happy (although stuffy/ runny)! I'm a satisfied mom, and I will be buying more!

I love puffs plus with lotion BUT, what did you do to them??????? There is no lotion like before..... I am so sad. It was a comfort to know that even though i was miserable with a cold at LEAST i wasn't tearing up my nose and surrounding area. I have brought my girls up on puffs but now where not so sure these households will continue to purchase this product. Just so you know i did purchase more than one time thinking that i maybe just got a bad batch.............unfortunately not the case.

I have been using Puffs Plus since the product was invented. I have relied on that soft, soft and silky feel against my nose whenever I'm sick. I always have them in stock for when anyone in my family is sick. Well, I have been using a new stock since last week and I can't believe the difference, NOT in a GOOD way! My nose was red and irritated within a day. What have you done to your product!!! Why would you change such a winner. Do you think we wouldn't notice? I don't understand companies. If it cost more to make it, then put the price up a little...don't make it an item that we wouldn't purchase any longer. I can see a commercial stating that you wouldn't compromise your standards, and that it may cost a little more....but it would be worth it......I'd be in that commercial swearing the accolades of your tissues.....now, Maybe I'll have to check out the Kleenex one. So sad :( Please reconsider and fix this!!!!!

I used to love Puffs Plus Lotion. I could use them for days when I had a cold or allergies and not get a red, irritated nose. However, they have changed these tissues recently. They now are really uncomfortable and scratchy. Even on good days, when my nose isn't running very much, they still feel scratchy. I currently have a cold and am very sorry that I purchased these.

Clearlly Superior to any other facial tissue!
I've been a faithful Puffs Pus user for many years. These tissues can handle the biggest sneezes, remove the most makeup ever so gently and absorb any types of tears. The price is always worth the value for Puffs Plus surpasses other tissues. If an actual user test were done, Puffs can be immediately identified as the best in any category available for ratingId facial tissues.

What happened to Puffs???
Have used Puffs for as long as I can remember and wouldn't use anything else. Unfortunately they have drastically changed. They are no longer soft!! I called and they said there has been no change and that is just ridiculous. Read the recent reviews!!! We are not dumb. They are different.

Puffs Plus with Aloe no longer available!
What happened to Puffs Plus with Aloe? They were the best tissue ever for sensitive noses like mine. I've used them for many years and about a week ago bought several multi-packs of Puffs with Lotion (thinking they were my regular product). Uggh, they are scratchy. I looked closely at the label and realized the "aloe" in the name is gone--which is what made these tissues gentle on the nose. A loyal customer now has to start searching for soft tissues again (unless you change them back to the formula you used for years, please do so!).

Do not care for the designs.
Have already done this once but something happened.
I do not care for the recent designs so I'm not buying as many Puffs which I normally like to keep well-stocked.
I sort through the boxes in the store to find a design I prefer ... the striped box (greens/blues/white (Puffs Plus Lotion) is my preferred design at the moment because there's little choice for me.
Flowers would be nice also butterflies, something pleasing to the eye and not these modern designs.
Thank you for letting me give my opinion.
Regards,
Anne

A life saver during allergy season
I received a "to go" size version of the Puffs Plus Lotion from @Influenster for testing and review purposes at exactly the right time. I've have a runny nose and been sneezing like crazy because of all the pollen in my area so I really like the convenience of being able to toss the tissues in my purse instead of keeping a big box in my car. The lotion is also very soothing and has kept the area between my nose and upper lip from getting as chapped as usual when I have allergy issues or a cold. Will definitely be keeping these tissues in stock. #PassthePuffs

Puffs Plus Lotion has Spoiled Me
I was lucky enough to receive a free Puffs Plus Lotion (to-go size) from @Influenster!
With a toddler that is ALWAYS in needs of a tissue, it's hard to find one that doesn't soon rub his face raw or cause him discomfort when I use it. Add to that the portability of the to-go pack, and I'm in love. This has become a purse item for sure!

I received this product complimentary from @Influenster for review purposes. I am very impressed with Puffs on these tissues. I am usually loyal to Kleenex and have not used another brand to my knowledge. I love how soft they are. I can feel the lotion, but my face doesn't feel greasy after use of these. I don't want to feel the lotion from tissues, but I want to avoid the irritation that is caused by tissues that don't contain this. I love the little to go back as well. I actually have it in my purse right now and it is very convenient. The pattern is cute and even though it doesn't affect the use of these, it is aesthetically pleasing. #PassthePuffs.

Not only has Puffs been in my purse to blot a runny nose, it has literally saved me from a few potentially disasterous situations. Now that I've tried Puffs plus lotion to go, I don't think, even though I did like them, that I'll be able to buy any of your other tissues, especially in the travel packs. I love how soft the tissues are - perfect for sore noses, especially during the winter months. Keep up the good work, Puffs! #Passthepuffs

I received a free small pack of tissues to sample, thanks to @Influenster as part of my #TLC #VoxBox. I think they are great, with it being allergy season where I live, my little one and I both have been struggling. These tissues keep our noses both clean and soft, not chapped or dry like from some other brands of tissues. I will definitely be buying more and keeping my diaper bag and purse well stocked. Thanks Puffs, you rock!

Packs to Go - Great to Carry!
Thanks to @Influenster?, I was able to try the Puffs To Go Plus Lotion. I am in Alaska and the Cottonwood trees are shedding. It looks like snow! What does this mean? Almost everyone is sneezing. I am glad I have this handy little pack of Puffs in my pocket. They are so soft. I like the lotion and the fact that they are not oily feeling. The packet is not too bulky and fits well in my pocket without all the tissues getting crumpled. I need to get some full-size boxes of these tissues for my home and office now. I may have been converted from another brand!

I received these tissues as part of the #TLCVoxBox from Influenster. They are the best tissues I've ever used! I happened to have a cold at the time I received them so the timing could not have been better. My nose was worn from all the other tissues I had been using. These tissues were soft and didn't hurt at all! They are a must for any mom!

Puffs Plus Lotion: softness your nose knows
Puffs Plus Lotion is the ideal tissue to use when my or my children's noses are raw and irritated from constant blowing due to allergies, sinus issues and colds. They're soft enough to dab at your eyes or the gentle skin of a child's cheek. Soft, strong and effective.

I received a travel size version of Puffs Plus with Lotion to Go complimentary from @Influenster for testing purposes. I was grateful for my to-go pack yesterday during a sneezing fit. Soft, strong, and accessible. Rubbing my nose and face didn't result in any irritation. A very soothing tissue. Tissues are not greasy, nor do they have a "lotion-y" feel. Tissues are soft and dense - not cheap and thin.

Why did you have to change a good product??
I have bought Puffs Plus with Lotion ever since I can remember. Now you have changed them. I thought when I bought the last 3 pack that I had bought just the regular Puffs Plus, but I checked and the packaging stated it was with lotion. They feel like cheap store brand tissues. I used your product because they are strong and soft. You reduced the lotion and the thickness and now they are horrible. So disappointed. Please go back to the old way of making these or I will have to try to find another brand. I'm sure you made this change to save money, but I believe in the end you are going to lose a lot of money, due to the fact that people will stop using Puffs Plus. This change was very disappointing.

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years. I love these tissues. However, I must say the current design colors are quite ugly. Can't you go back to a prettier styled box - or at least have a couple pretty ones as an option to choose from. I think the current color choices for the rectangle size box are so awful, it makes me look around to consider purchasing other tissues.

WHAT have you done to these? The smell is overwhelming!!!!!
I have used Puffs for years- and always loved the product - UNTIL NOW!!
WHAT have you done to these? This is the second time in a month that I have bought the puffs plus lotion - and have been overwhelmed by the strong scent! WHAT are you thinking? The very LAST thing an allergy sufferer or someone with a cold needs to get a box of tissues with this smelly perfume!!!!!!!!
There is nothing on the box labeling to tell us you've added all this fragrance-- and it is UNBEARABLE.
It's like the worst of all combinations of scented soap and scented dryer sheets.
Are all of the puffs products now strongly scented like this? I can't bear to use another one of these- and the product is too expensive to buy and then have to throw away because it's too perfumey to use. I asked my local grocery and they just shrugged and told me it is what it is-- so they were of no use -

I've used Puffs since my first college days in Ohio in 1960. Couldn't even get them in the east at that time! From day one, they've been the softest and strongest tissues I've ever used. Puffs with lotion keep your nose from feeling like you've been through a sandstorm, and as a matter of fact, they keep your skin soft all winter, too. You really don't need "several at a blow" either, since they don't fall apart. Just the best!

I've bought Puffs Plus for years but I've purchased my last ones. They used to be softer, thicker and have more lotion. I could get through a common cold and not have a sore nose. But apparently that has changed. The nose doesn't lie! I will be searching for a better product. I don't understand why a product would be degraded like this.

I have been a loyal Puffs + Lotion customer for years. But this will be the last purchase because they feel no different than generic brand WITHOUT lotion. I have had a minor runny noise the last week, and I might as well be rubbing sandpaper over it now.

Puffs Plus is not what it used to be.
I used to love Puffs Plus Lotion and kept it in every room and in my car. Then, a year or so ago, they seemed to have changed the formula and the tissues where not the same. They were thinner and not as soft. so I changed to Kleenex Cool Touch which I am very satisfied with. On my last shopping trip, my local grocery store was out of Cool Touch so I bought a few boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion and was reminded of why I stopped using this product. I really wish they would change back to the original formula, I loved Puffs Plus Lotion and would go back in a heart beat.

Why oh why did you change the box size?
Puffs Plus has been the only tissue I have used FOREVER. Just recently, there was a change in box size so now the box doesn't fit into any of my tissue boxes. I know it sounds like a small thing, but I have boxes I have made (ceramics 15 years ago, sentimental) and fun boxes I found in funky craft stores for our cabin. I'm more in love with my one-of-a-kind boxes than the tissues. I will not be buying these again. You lost out. I blow my nose a lot. :)

I used to get puffs plus lotion all the time because they were soft and had a good amount of lotion so my nose wouldn't get torn up. I'm on my first box with this cold and my nose is so sore and raw! Would have been better off with a roll of toilet paper. It feels like there isn't any lotion and not anywhere near as thick and fluffy as they used to be. I used to be able to see moisture on my fingers after pulling a tissue out of the box. The only explanation is that the company is trying to make a quick buck using low quality resources. I won't be buying puffs again until their old puffs plus lotion comes back.

Quality control is lacking!
Puffs Plus Lotion was my savior tissue, until recently. They have become rough and scratchy. I realized they were put together inside out. You charge too much for me to reassemble your tissues every time I need one. Unless you step-up your quality control, I will be heading back to Kleenex!

I have a severe drainage disorder which requires me to constantly use tissues. I purchase 3 packages of Puffs Plus Lotion Facial Tissues, 3 family boxes, 124 tissues per box each and every week. This product has always been my go to tissues, never considering any other brand. Count them, I alone go through 9 boxes of your tissues each week, 36 boxes each month. There are other facial tissues on the market which are much cheaper but with my condition I must have what I "ONCE" considered the best. My ear, nose, throat specialist recommended these tissues to me almost two years ago. I am now in such disgust with the quality of these tissues. What happened to the Lotion?, What happened to the soft thick product they use to be?? I am so utterly disappointed in the poor change of these tissues. You now provide a tissue that isn't soft and is so thin I must use 2 or 3 at a time to prevent blowing a hole through the product. You changed your tissues to SAVE YOU MONEY yet still charge the same high price to the public. I expect some feedback and with as much money as I've paid out I hope you have the decency to replace some of my loss.

I've used Puffs Plus for years and years. I have allergies, and it solved the problem of a constantly red, irritated nose. The product seems to have changed in recent months, however. Using Puffs Plus now is no different than using a cheap off-brand. I'm back to constantly having a red and irritated nose. Why did you change a wonderful, reliable product? I doubt that I'll be buying them again. They were soothing before but not anymore.

This product not as soft as a few years ago
I was so disappointed! After using the tissues at work which was like sand paper on a sore nose, I decided to go out and purchase Plus Lotion Puffs, when I opened the box I was excited about soothing my sore nose and I was disappointed very quickly, it was no softer that the ones at work. I was sad, a few years back I bought a box of these and they were super soft and soothing to my sore nose, but not no more. What happened????

Unfortunately, in the last 10-a5 boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion that I have used, about three quarters of the way through, I have to stop and pull the rest of the tissues up. I canot send any UPC codes because that's the part you through away. Also, it is most difficult to read the telephone number on the bottom of the box, partly because it is so tiny, but mostly because it is very difficult to read against the green background.

The only tissues I'll use!
Let's be honest, if you use any tissue long enough, your nose is going to be a little chafed and tender. Puffs Plus Lotion just makes the whole thing a lot less painful and slows the process. I really won't use anything else when I have a runny nose. I go straight for the puffs plus lotion because I know those are gentelest on a sore nose!

Not happy with the change.
Not as good as they were. I want to know why you stopped using Aloe Vera; that's all I ever bought. I may have to go to Kleenex because they now have a tissue with Aloe Vera. I bought this new Puffs Lotion w/lotion because the store manager said it was the aloe vera brand, but after trying it, I know it does not have aloe vera; not the same. Bring the Aloe Vera back, please.

It's a great product when you have a running nose that won't stop. With the constant blowing of nose, these tissues helps from not ending up with cold sores by nostrils. With the lotion helps it not to get raw and sore.

I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion Tissues for a long time. They now are so thin that I have to use two at a time, and they just aren't thick enough to capture the expellation from mine or my husband's noses. They have become "just like the average tissue," and I sure miss the former great quality tissues they once were.

I specifically purchased the brand WITHOUT the Vic's smell and they smell just like Vic's! I alsmost knew not to buy them as they were stored right next to the Vic's type and that is so over powering I should have know it would affect the smell of these! Not happy, Vic's burns my eyes and makes me sneeze - that's not what you want when you have a cold!

Normally I love these tissues!
Hello Puffs. This is my normal tissue brand to buy however the last two boxes didn't seem to be as lotiony as usual. Here in Houston the pollen count has been outrageous and I have been fighting that pollen count for 5 days now. Hoping my Puffs lotion tissues would ease the burden of wiping my nose, I've used them diligently however they seem to have rubbed my nose raw. As I stated before this is my normal brand but this box did not stand up to the allergy week I've had and did not feel like they had much lotion.

When I first tried these, years ago... I instantly became a lifetime convert to Puffs Plus. I remember thinking, unironically, that I could do a glowing testimonial commercial for Puffs and mean every last word of it. Not many products inspire that loyalty in me. Soft, strong, saves your nose from trauma upon repeated uses... what's not to love? If you haven't tried them, what are you waiting for, seriously?! Puffs Plus... you had me at "hello"

I'm pretty sure the box I purchased is defective. All of the kleenex's feel rough. There is definitely no lotion in them. I've never had this problem with Puffs. I have 2 other boxes at home of the same Puffs Lotion Plus and they feel normal. Very disappointed in the quality control of this box. Waste of my money!

If youve got a cold, or just an occasional sniffle, and want the best tissue on Earth to use, then Puffs with Lotion is the one to look for. My first experience was when I purchased a box by accident, I love the Puffs soft n gentle feel as well as its strength. I was in a hurry that day and grabbed two boxes, I opened the Puffs with lotion and placed it beside my chair for easy access. Imagine my surprise when I reached for one the next day and feltvthat wonderful silky feel coupled with regular Puffs strength and softness.I no longer grab them by mistake, I look for them on purpose.

So great it doesn't shred in the washer
What's not to love? It's the softest, strongest tissue on the market. So soft I don't get that nasty chapped upper lip with a bad cold, so strong it doesn't shred in the washer. I don't understand why you don't use the fact it doesn't shred in the washer as part of your marketing. As soon as I tell people that, I convert them to puffs users.

Boxes were only 1/2 or less full.
I have used the puffs plus for a very long time and love the product. However the last ones I bought (set of small 4 in a package) was very disappointing. When I opened the first box I realized it was only 1/2 full. Thinking it was a fluke I ignored it. I just opened the last box and have found that all four were 1/2 or less full. This will not stop me from buying your product but felt you should know about this.

buy often but the long box not the cube, 180 2 ply...every other one is one ply. the quality control was out of wack that day. When you open the package it is full and the bar code is on that flap so there is no way to track the package

You have changed a great product. It is now junk.
I've used Puff Plus with lotion for years but of coarse everyone is cutting corners and now I feel like I'm blowing snot directly onto my fingers. Gross. I will be on the lookout for a new brand.

Puffs has turned into Kleenex
What have you done, My "go to" tissue, my soft and luxurious tissue that I keep in almost every room of my house has become Kleenex. The tissues in the newest boxes I purchased are thin and hard and not soft. I have to use 2 tissues to get the thickness I was accustomed to. Shame on you Puffs. You have degraded your product.

Puffs Plus are the only tissues I will use!
Having allergies throughout the year, I go through a lot of tissues. My nose is never red or raw from blowing my nose with Puffs Plus. They only down side is they are a little pricey. But if you buy in bulk you can save a few bucks.

I have been buying this product for years. The first year or two the tissues actually felt like they had lotion in it but since then the amount of lotion has been getting less and less. Now it does not feel like their is any at all. They rope you in and then change the product but still charge the same.

New puffs plus are horrible
I have used puffs plus for a long time. I have horrible allergies and sneeze a lot and these were the only tissues that didn't make my nose raw. My bf picked up our usual 4.pack this week. I opened a new one in the dark.this morning and immediately felt the difference with my hands. Ran to the bathroom.and turned on the light, thinking I was going to see just "puffs" instead of "puffs plus lotion" on the box, thinking my bf had grabbed the wrong ones. The my dismay, they ARE puffs plus lotion . Apparently they've changed them. THEY ARE NOT SOFT AND ITHE FEELS LIKE THERE IS NO LOTION IN THEM! After 3 uses my nose is raw! I'll be heading out this morning to tissue test and find a new brand. SO UPSET!!##

I am sitting here with box 1 of 8. The box does not say +Vicks. It says Puffs Plus Lotion. I don't know what I am going to do with all of them. I hate the smell of Vicks. Do you sell your seconds to Walmart? I've been wondering about a couple of other products with poor quality. I've always preferred Puffs to Kleenex. This makes me rethink that decision.

A Problem with the Last Few Boxes
I have been buying Puff Plus cubes for years. Recently, I have noticed that at the bottom of each box are anywhere from two to six tissues that are folded among themselves and are not connected to the others so that they pull up and out easily. I've almost thrown away a number of tissues before I realized this. Is this a production problem? Can you fix it?

Nothing personal or anything I love puffs tissues. But I just can not deal with the greasy oily feeling well everything it touches. I have drier skin the the average Mom, and absolutely am okay with that. I can not stand the greasy oily feeling of even a lot of lotions and creams.\
Especially on my facial area.... But a fan of strong and soft for sure!

Puffs Plus Lotion The Very Best For Sensitive Skin
I can not live without Puffs Plus w/Lotion. I use them everyday and they never irritate my skin. I recently had to buy the Kleenex brand because Puffs was not available and caused me to get sores on my nose. Puffs never cause irritation. Thank you Proctor & Gamble!

There is no discernible difference between the "lotion" tissue and other "non-lotion" Puffs tissues. There is no value-added to this product and I do not recommend them.

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years and loved them. I fact if a store didn’t have Puffs I would go from store to store to find them. Lately I have to say that my love for these tissues has lessened. In the last 2-3 months the tissues in my Puffs Plus Lotion boxes are difficult to get out of the cube boxes and multiple ones come out 1-ply instead of 2-ply connected on one outer side. They tear and fall about. They are useless. I would say somewhere between ¼ and 1/3 of the tissues are not 2-ply as advertised on each box. It hasn’t been just one box……..but many! What’s up with this?

pop up tissues aren't connected
I would have preferred to contact P&G but there's no easy way to do that so I'll write a negative review hoping someone will contact me. The last 3 boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion pop up tissues only allow pop ups for the first 6-10 tissues. After that, you have to dig around to find the start of the next batch. This happens 2-4 times with every box. I have purchased these tissues since they were first introduced and would hate to have to find another brand. Please fix the machine that interfolds the tissues. BTW, just kidding on the birthdate. I don't post my birthdate anywhere. You should simply give groups of age ranges for the sake of security.

Not as good as they used to be
During a cold my nose has always gotten raw and painfully dry from using tissues. I always make it a point to buy Puffs Plus Lotion but like a previous user noted I also can no longer tell there is any lotion in there. I used to be able to actually feel a trace of lotion and I 100% saw the difference between Puffs Plus and other brands, however this has not been the case for a few years now. They used to be much softer and and there was undeniable a touch of lotion that was so wonderful on my achy nose. I still buy the tissues bc they are strong and can handle a stuffy nose they’re just not as soothing anymore, I wish you would go back to the formula of 29 years ago, also was that Puffs Plus with Aloe......? I would love to have those back!!

The neww product has less value..
We had always used Puffs as the primary tissue, However, that is changing. The new tissue is significant smaller and the tissue is so thin you can see through it. Thanks for ruining a good product. We will n ow search for a better product than what you are predently producing.

Just opened a new package today and the tissues are so scratchy. I immediately noticed a difference. I checked the packaging with the last package I bought and the ingredient list is different. Have you changed the formula? I hope not!!!! Puffs were the only kind of tissue I could use when sick to prevent cold sores happening due to raw, chapped skin. Very disappointed with your product today. I sure hope it was an anomaly and you have not changed my beloved tissues.

I have had severe hay fever all my life - this tissue was the only thing that saved my nose. I have noticed a change in the feel and softness and thickness of the tissue , it is now more like a Kleenex tissue - which have always been horrendous, I thought about switching to Kleenex lotion - tried it; still bad. Very disappointed you felt the need to change it.

I have used PuffsPlus almost exclusively all my life. When a friend introduced me to the softpack 96 count I was at a new level of loving Puffs. Now, I can't find the softpacks except by scalpers online. These fit into my nightstand drawer perfectly, they are GREAT in the car (glovebox or console). Why would they no longer be in the stores?? My ratingId is because I can no longer get what I want.

These used to be great! Loved them - so soft, gentle and with a luxurious feel. But in the past year, in a misguided attempt to save money I suppose, P&G changed them. They are now more like tissue paper. Not nearly as soft. Going to try other brands with lotion and see if I can get a superior quality. So what changed? And can you change it back?

Great inside, ugly outside
My family has exclusively used Puffs Plus Lotion since they were introduced. But the box design has always been ugly and unappealing. A few recent designs have been an improvement. When I shop for tissues, the first thing that catches my eye is the Kleenex display with its colorful and attractive designs on its boxes. But I always loyally reach for my ho-hum drab quality standby, Puffs Plus. Just because you make a good product doesn't mean it has to be boring. Let's have some exciting colors and designs to display in our homes and offices to catch our attention and cheer us a bit when we need to reach for a hankie! The playful prints are a step in the right direction! Let's see more creativity in the other Puffs products!

I just purchased a four pack of this product and was found that the box size has changed to a larger box. While it is usually great to get more product, now the cube does not fit in my decorative covers. I will look next time I need to purchase more to see if the smaller box is still available. I realize it has more tissues per box, but now to use with my covers, I need to take the tissues out of your box and put in my container. Thanks for a great product though. :)

Terrible idea to add fragrance
I can't believe fragrance was added to a tissue! And there's no way I would have known that without reading the fine print! Horrible scent but much more importantly, fragrances are unregulated and often toxic. Now I have to throw out a whole box of tissue. Bad move!

This product has gone downhill!
Dear Puffs, I used to love Puffs with lotion. It was so soft and gentle on my nose. I don’t know when you changed it, but now it feels like a thinker version of the rough, sandpaper cheapest nose tissue. I plan on beginning to look for a new brand. I know a lot of companies decrease quality in order to increase profits. Sometimes they are forced to do this because of increased production and/or labor costs. I don’t know what your reason was for decreasing the quality of your once wonderful product, but I think you made a big mistake. People just don’t like blowing their noses in sandpaper. Should you change your product and bring back the velvety softness it once had... I will return as a customer. But, until you do, I plan on finding a better product. By the way, I was a Puffs with lotion customer for decades!

Disappointed in recent boxes
I've used this product for many years and never had a problem. Lately though the boxes I've bought seem to be defective. The product starts out soft but halfway through the box it starts to feel like sandpaper. Seems like the lotion hasn't been applied to the product.

This product didn't live up to my expectations.
I purchased a package of 4 boxes, just opened a box to find them not 2 ply, but one thin sheet. I have a bad cold and was in need of blowing my nose about 100 times. Guess I'll have to return to purchasing Kleenex.

My family has used Puffs exclusively for years. We all have allergies and I buy Puffs Plus Lotion family size. I usually buy 20-30 boxes at a time. We definitely noticed when your formula changed and there was less lotion in the tissues. They were not as soft as they once were but doable. However, the tissues that we have used lately are AWFUL!!! They are Puffs Plus Lotion, but they are very rough and feel like sandpaper. This has occurred in several boxes we have opened. I am very disappointed!!!! In the past, I would have given Puffs a 10+ ratingId. But now, all I can say is that they are no longer soft and are irritating to the skin when you have allergies and use them all the time. Not sure if you changed the formula again or if we just got a really bad batch. Maybe you could go back to the previous formula or offer a new line with more lotion and softness called “Puffs Plus Lotion Extreme”?

Love Puffs but see my review.....
Purchased 4-pack (which I buy at least once a week). Imagine my surprise when I opened a box tonight and it was completely empty!! I just was recently released from the hospital when I had pneumonia....before I went to hospital I purchased 4 of the 4-packs {16 cubes)....feel like I own stock in Puffs then I get empty boxes.
