Powershred 11C Cross-Cut Shredder, 11 Manual Sheet Capacity

I really like the ease of which this product can be used. It is easy to set up. The handle makes it easy to move and the collection bin is easy to empty. The size is perfect for a home office. And the shredder can handle large amounts of paper at a time. The safety features allow the user to lock the unit when not in use so it can not be started by mistake. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who is in the market for a new shredder.

I have only had this for a couple of days, but have tried it out and am very pleased. It is fast, quiet and easy. The handle on top is a big plus for removing to empty the bin. I am looking forward to years of use!

overall this is a very good machine and one of the better machines that I have purchased.

Nothing fancy about this shredder but it does the job. Doesn't jam and seems heavy duty. Bucket fills up fast but overall it's a good shredder.

I bought the Powershred 11c on 10/08/16 to replace my previous shredder because the head wore out. SO I've only used the new shredder a short time, but it seems to have good shredding power and is easy to use . It has good safety features and multiple shredding applications, which should be very adequate for my shredding needs. So far So good !

Could not have asked for a more efficient, quality product and price point if I had tried! Absolutely, Fellowes produces a top grade shredder, in fact this is my second Fellowes product and would not consider buying any other brand!

Previous shredder was limited to 2-3 pages at a time; had some difficulty with clips & staples. The Fellowes Mod. 11C has met my requirements in those areas.

I use my shredder a lot and i need to count on it my last Fellow's shredder lasted 20 years do i need to say more then that, I don't think so.

This has been a long time coming. Weve been needing to shred a bunch of personal documents and this seems to handle the work. A good price and good quality.

After reading other reviews, I decided this was the shredder for my personal use. They were right on. This shredder is great. It is relatively quite, very fast. I love it! I only wish it had wheels on it.

This shredder is far and away the best one we've had yet. It handles more sheets at a time and wastes no time.

Two weeks ago I purchased this Fellowes shredder to replace another Fellowes unit that I had for 15+ years. The 11-C is noticeably quieter. Although it is rated as an 11 page shredder, on two occasions I have experienced jamming problems when attempting to shred 8-10 pages. Reversing the shredder did not clear the jams and I had to physically un-jam it using an ice pick and needle nose pliers to pull out the paper from the feed slot. Now I make sure I keep below 7 pages. Other than this minor inconvenience, I would still highly recommend this unit for home use.

Purchased a Powershred 11C six months ago for home use, it worked in the beginning then it started to jam paper in the feed. I tried to get some of the jam out and now there is no forward or reverse. Would I purchase this product again, NO.

I needed to replace my last fellows shredder. This one works fine. I liked the old one better. Unfortunately there were no instructions in the box re: frequency of lubricating shredder and that is what caused my old one to stop functioning,

I had a fellows shredder with my business for 8 years with very minor fixings. Maintenance is simple and important. I bought one for my mom and she has been very happy with it.

This shredder was a replacement for another Fellowes shredder that FINALLY gave out after 10+ years of use. So far, the quality seems the same and is MUCH quieter than its predecessor. I really like the new safety lock feature that keeps from accidentally engaging the shredder. I hope to get as many years out of this one as the previous one.

I purchased my shredder and took it home. It didn't come with instruction booklet so I started to use as I had my previous shredder for 7 years. I shred docs for about 5 minutes and it stopped and it appeared shredder had a jam even though I was only shredding 5 pieces at a time. I called Fellowes and was told to only shred for 5 minutes at a time and let it cool plus after you empty container apply oil to it. Neither of these were an issue with previous shredder. Anyhow, they sent me a new shredder and a manual. After reviewing it and following the directions the shredder is working great. Note: Include manual with every shredder. It will not shred 11 sheets at a time easily.

The Fellowes product has been a life saver. I have loved the creativity it has given our students. How you ask? I love the way it shreds our documents into 1,000 pieces. I never have to worry about if people steal our garbage getting confidential information from it. I never have to worry about little fingers getting caught in the shredder due to the safety LOCK for added protection. It shreds a bundle of paper and never has got jammed. Also this makes it AWSOME you can shred construction paper, card stock, and newspaper to create great art projects for all seasons. Thank you for adding a creative punch to your Fellowes products.

I have owned several same priced shredders and the teeth have twisted and bent when inserting credit cards. This machine shredded it with ease. A keeper, if you ask me!

It works extremely well. I would recommend this to anyone.

I have had several of these for home use in the last 20 years or so, and I must say this one works like the big monster heavy duty one we have at my place of employment. However; this one works as good, is a very nice portable size, and I can't believe how quiet it is while shredding. I also like the safety feature because my wife and I have two small grandchildren, so we don't have to worry about some very small fingers getting pinched, or cut. I would definitely recommend it, and the price is very competitive on this unit.

This a replacement for my previous Fellows Shredder. It lasted 11 years. It was used for my home and office. Trucked back and forth through the south and around the house. The previous Fellows shredder died of old age and kids. It lasted through reams of paper untold credit cards, paper clips (not recommended) and staples. There was absolutely no hesitation in purchasing another Fellows shredder. The newer model is much quieter than the previous model. Huge plus!

As this shredder is almost brand new, the performance is excellent, but durability can't honestly be assessed at this point. If durability is as good as I expect it to be, I know that I will be a very satisfied used. Works great, empties easily and it's really engineered to last.

Definitely the leader in the field. Maintained crosscut shredders for a number of years and fellowes sets the standard.

I get a lot of documents,, papers and this shredder can take the load.

Our old shredder we paid a lot more and it jammed and didn't work half the time. Now we are able to utilize the shredder as needed.

Had alot of old taxes, checks etc. to shred. Worked nicely...I used a plastic bag in it which was more helpful i thought. It said it would shred 11 pages but it jammed on me when I put in several at a time and i had to "dig" it out piece by piece. I bought mainly for its being heavy duty and it will shred credit cards with no problem.I will only put 2-3 pages in at once, besides that I'm happy

My 20 year old plus Fellowes PS25 with 5 sheet capacity finally died. Got such good service out of the last one thought I'd try another with a little more capacity (11C) . So far so good. I miss the electric eye sensor instead of a manual trip to start, the power supply is not on the cord but in the head unit making it top heavy, and it has a different vibration when it runs like something is out of balance. That may just be the cross cut design. I assume the first two changes are the safety wieners. Other than my picky observations, it works well, hasn't overheated, and capacity is an upgrade. Noise level is different than old but acceptable. Time will tell if this one will go 20 plus years but one can dream.
