Powershred 60Cs Cross-Cut Shredder, 10 Manual Sheet Capacity

This is a lot quiter than our last one. We haven't had it too long, so hopefully it will last longer than the last one.

i just wish it had a slide out mechanism to dump the contents when it is full.

good shredder would help if shipped with a starter bottle of lub oil

The only thing missing from this is a warning that it is full.

We purchased this shredder to replace one we had had for about 10 years. This model is just wonderful. It keeps your fingers safe from the action and it shreds paper quite well. We haven't had any problems with jams or slow downs due to the quantity of paper inserted. I would definitely recommend this product to those who need a shredder. PS - this shredder is being used in our home but we are currently shredding a lot of documents amassed by our deceased parent who saved every piece of paper she ever received!

It works as advertised but very messy clean-up. When emptying the basket, have a vacuum cleaner nearby to clean up the mess that is created by this shredder.

Works great! Very heavy to lift. No jamming.

It does a great job with what I consider our normal household shredding load without jamming, overheating or slowing down. The only things I don't like about this shredding is the fact the motor engages when turning on the master power switch even if there is nothing within the sensor's range. This shredder is also louder than I would expect for it's size - it is something you don't run at night unless your trying to wake your spouse.

Product is well built and does everything I have asked it to do. Could have a larger waste basket, but OK for general use. Would recommend this product to anyone who need this type of product.

This shredder replaced a Xerox XRX-8 shredder. It is much faster and more compact.

I bought this as a replacement for my old Fellowes shredder that died after over 10 years of heavy use. In the short time I've had this one it has been great!

Frankly, I only use it for a few times after I purchased it. But so far it looks good, it is reasonably quiet and smooth during cutting. I hope it will last long for me. I would like to have a longer manufacturer warranty.

solid well designed; good shredding performance; not too noisy

Not what I was looking for, and not what the information indicated. It is extremely loud when shredding. Indications were that it would create "confetti-like" shredded material. It doesn't. Must remove to to empty. Sorry I didn't get another brand.

This was my third shredder purchase. The two previous ones had to be returned when they stopped working after the first use. This shredder is powerful, but safe and reliable.

I like the style and design, as i used to have one but with paper jam problems and even safety concerns, but when unboxing and using it of very first time. i came to know that out of all the minor of major office items bought so far, this is the one that i will never regret. This is my second Fellowes shredder. I had the first one for a few years but I neglected to oil the blades and it finally jammed up one too many times and shut down. It pays to read the instructions first! I like this shredder. It can hold 6 lbs of shredded material which I like because I don't have to empty the bin quite so often. The shredder is pretty quiet and it's quick! I like to shred papers with my name and address so I plan on using it every day like I did the last one. Nice unobtrusive size about 14" tall and looks good, not cheap-looking.

I recently purchased the Fellowes 60Cs series shredder and have found it to be an excellent and reliable shredder. I have not had any paper jams and really like the safety features especially with grandchildren always trying to touch it with their hands. In addition, I have not had any problems with overheating. I highly recommend this product for home use.

Easy to use and does the job! Just opened the package, plugged in the shredder and started shredding. It was harder to write this review than to actually get the shredder going!

Great Product for the Price! The shredding capability is amazing, no jams, no matter the paper quality. Shreds as many as many as 10 pages at once without jamming! Great Buy!

Bought this to replace previous shredder that broke. This one is much faster, does more sheets at one time, has a larger shredder basket, and does credit cards (which I have not tried yet, but looking forward to that option). It was a very simple setup and am totally enjoying using it and finally being able to shred everything when needed. No longer have to box up "to be shredded" to be burned in our fireplace in the winter :)

This is my first shredder purchase. I've given it 4 (out of 5) stars for two reasons: (1) it's pretty loud, and (2) I wish there were an easier way to empty of shredded paper (you have to remove the top half of the shredder then empty the base/bucket portion).

First time buying a Fellowes shredder. Totally impressed with the quality, speed, style, and efficiency. It's much more quiet than previous shredder and shreds quickly. I enjoy the safety feature as well. Great buy for the money!

This product is really easy to use. It is child friendly and is safe. The safety devices is really appreciated. Gwen and I do enjoy using this product.

We use this in our office. We've only had it about a week, but it seems to be doing really well. It's small and has a great design. Its not terribly loud like our previous shredder. So far so good! We've been impressed

Takes papers nice and easy. It will even stop if your fingers are too close to the insertion area, which is amazing, since I have little ones who try to stick their fingers in everything! Shreds quickly, fairly quite, and fast.

I THOUGHT WHEN I PURCHASED THIS SHREDDER IT HAD A "PULL OUT" BIN TO EMPTY, BUT INSTEAD, THE TOP CONTAINING MOTOR (WHICH IS HEAVY) NEEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF TO EMPTY. OTHERWISE, I LIKE THAT IT IS SMALL, NOT TOO NOISY AND WORKS QUICKLY.

Quiet, large capacity, safe, and quiet. Small crosscut shreads.

This shredder takes no time to shred the documents, powerful & really gets down to business when you are ready to take care of needed shredding.
