pleased

I was astounded at how well this shredder operated. Powerful enough to handle the load of paper I put through it and how quiet it operated. I would recommend this one to anyone who is looking for a good home shredder.

Average though I thought it would be better than the previous shredder I tossed in the garbage

It does jam and makes a huge mess when emptying the shredded papers. I thought it would be better since it cost more than twice than my previous shredder which I tossed in the garbage because it always jammed
